Comfortable, super clean, friendly staff.

Extremely noisy and we were a suite, a level above reception. Charged 50€ for a baby cot (everywhere else is free or max 20) and 30€ for parking.

The room has a great layout and the finishes are outstanding. It’s wonderfully designed and it’s very high tech (the digital wall panels to control the lights etc). The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and of great quality. Also, the fact that there was a balcony was a huge plus. We loved it. Furthermore, the spa facilities in the basement cellar (hydro pool, sauna, relaxation lounge) were spectacular and so needed after our long day trip to Italy. Last, but not least, the staff (front desk, breakfast cafe, evening bar) was very polite, helpful and positive, always smiling. We really appreciate that.

Everything. Central and perfect area for exploring Bari, spacious, quality rooms, friendly staff. I loved the bistro, adjacent to and part of the hotel, where you could have a coffee or breakfast or even lunch. We were happy with our choice.

Words cannot express how much our family (8 adults and 1 baby) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were beautifully decorated (and spacious), breakfast was very good and hospitality was even better. Mille Grazie!

La struttura è nuova pulitissima , molto tecnologica Ma il plus è nelle dipendenti in particolare Carola in ragazza gentilissima di una gentilezza rara , ci ha fornito tanti consigli per girare la città , sempre pronta e disponibile .

Dieses Boutique Hotel übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, jedoch die Details die sich durch das gesamte Hotel durchziehen sind unübertroffen ( wir reisen viel, auch weltweit ). Ein Hotel dieser Klasse sucht seinesgleichen. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und ehrlich höflich - professionell. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen DANK für das upgrade btw.

I loved everything about this place. From the design to the decoration to the owner/operators to the customer service…. They are remarkable owner/operators and it was my absolute pleasure to visit this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time.

Nothing could have been better other than staying longer.

Für den Wellnessbereich wurden 40 Euro pro Person für eine Stunde verlangt, was ich als Hotelgast schon sehr hoch empfinde.

Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo pagato 55 euro a persona per una SPA che definire tale è eccessivo. La struttura consisteva in una vasca di dimensioni molto ridotte, un bagno turco e una sauna: nessun vero percorso benessere, nonostante venga lasciato intendere il contrario. A rendere il tutto ancora più spiacevole è stato il fatto che al momento della prenotazione non ci siano stati comunicati i prezzi, cosa assolutamente poco trasparente. Solo al momento del pagamento, vedendo la nostra evidente sorpresa per il costo, la receptionist ha applicato uno sconto di 10 euro, spiegando l’accaduto: gesto apprezzabile, ma che non compensa la scarsa chiarezza iniziale né il rapporto qualità-prezzo del servizio. Nel complesso, rapporto qualità-prezzo inesistente. Per la cifra richiesta ci si aspetta servizi, spazi e trasparenza decisamente superiori. Non lo consigliamo.

the location was close to the old town and it was easy to get there which is what we wanted - the room was great and as we were leaving early the next morning the staff kindly packed a breakfast box for us

It was a very nice hotel with good facilities as a whole. Some staff members at Check-In and restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly (but some not).

We went there in early October. The outside temperature was cool but the room was quite hot. The air-con did not work. Some of the staff made us feel that we were bothering them.

Queda muy cerca de la parte histórica del centro y de la estación bari .centrale. me dieron una habitación son cargo superior a la q había reservado muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno se sirve en el salón del café de al lado q es abierto al.piblico. Muy amables en todo momento

Muy lindo hotel con una decoración cuidada y sofisticada. Muy rico desayuno y el personal muy amable. Se encuentra en una linda zona a unas 8 cuadras del centro histórico.

Would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Very underwhelming.

We visited the SPA, and paid 360 euros for the experience (with a massage for 3 pax). The staff were very friendly; however, we needed to call them to get the jacuzzi working. No shampoo or conditioner is available, so please bring your own products.

I got upgraded to a junior suite. Probably the nicest and biggest hotel room I had in all of Europe over the years. Breakfast was good. I was puzzled by the fact that scrambled eggs were free but an omelet was €7. So I ordered scrambled eggs and took ham and cheese off the buffet. You are about four or five blocks from the nicer part of town. My wife and I joked that you knew you were getting close to the hotel when you started seeing trash in the street. But otherwise service was great the hotel was beautiful fully refurbished I would recommend this place to others.

Mega schöne Suite , sehr sauber, riesiges Bett und auch eine richtige Bettdecke, gutes frühstück, und da wir am abreisetag sehr sehr früh los mussten bekamen wir sogar ein lunch Paket nach unseren Wünschen ! Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Fussläufig ist man in knapp 10 min am Hafen / Altstadt. Parkhaus wurde empfohlen (zu Fuß 5min) man kam über das Hotel reservieren und bezahlen. 30€/ Tag.

Well located to main historical places

The location was perfect with the centre with in a ten minute walk. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the suite was very spacious. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and very helpful for any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed my stay whilst visiting Bari for a few days. Thank you very much for your hospitality and service. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Bari.

I must say the communications via email by this hotel were amazing. You felt you were a valued guest and they answered all queries and stayed behind to receive us just after 22.00. Breakfast was amazing and the room facilities were outstanding. They were so helpful .
