Sehr gute Lage und ruhige Umgebung; Zimmer neu und sauber; Dusche super-modern mit Regendusche; Personal freundlich; Wäscheservice in der Nähe; Frühstück sehr gut (asiatisch und euröpäisch)-mehr asiatisch, man ist nun mal in TH !!!

This is a really lovely hotel. The decor of the reception area and our room was just perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was very clean. We loved the pool with jacuzzi area. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. We only stayed 1 night, but we will be back for sure.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room size is generous. Good location in a boring town.

Rooms are dated, tired and not clean. So much cost cutting, low water pressure, poor cleaning of guest rooms, old towels, poor breakfast with 100% self service and no staff care factor.

Beautiful clean hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent central location near restaurants & bars & shops/ pharmacy. An amazingly good varied buffet breakfast and lovely central swimming-pool. Staff are very friendly and nice.

We have stayed here for several years now and would certsinly continue to do so ! There are a few small, but important areas for us, where there is room for improvement and which we have mentioned before. 1/ one or two of the staff in reception and the breakfast area should learn to speak English ( the most useful world language for tourists; 2/ like everywhere else in Thsiland there are many small unexpected steps which can csuse accidents; 3/ there should be hand-rails put in on the direct way down to the breakfast area and then down to the pool to help older & disabled people; 4/ it would be nice to have at least one international News Programme like BBC, CNN or France 24 on the Room TV and perhaps a film programme like Netflix ?

Das Hotel ist neu und gut ausgestattet

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hätten gerne nach der langen Fahrt einen Mittagschlaf gemacht . Leider haben lärmende Kinder lm Pool dieses zunichte gemacht.. An der Rezeption wurde unsere Beschwerde nur belächelt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Neu, schöne Zimmer. Zimmer mit Balkon: obere Etagen. Sinnvoll wenn man etwas Aussicht möchte.

Rauchen im ganzen Haus verboten. Auch nicht auf dem Balkon. Aber draussen möglich beim Parkplatz.

It was clean and comfortable and the pool was lovely - we had a room directly into the pool which was so nice

No restaurant at the hotel so you have to walk into the main street which is a little run down and we didn’t enjoy that side

Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Es war sauber und liebevoll. Badezimmer ausreichend groß und modern. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt Kaffee und Teezubehör. Das Wasser im Zimmer war in Gasflaschen. Das fanden wir sehr nachhaltig. Die Lage ist zentral und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Es gibt aber nur drei Liegen. Personal ist freundlich.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und leider gab es auf dem Balkon nur einen Stuhl. Ein Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre auch nett gewesen. Das Zimmer war nah am Frühstücksbereich. Wir wurden von Gästen geweckt, die um 7 schon gefrühstückt haben. WLAN war nicht stabil. Man musste sich immer wieder anmelden.

Prefekter Service und gutes Frühstück.. Gut für Zwischennaufenthalt. Leider kein Restaurant vorhanden.

Staff are nice & very friendly even though they don’t speak much English and the rooms are very clean. Location is also excellent and the pool is beautiful ! Breakfasts are unbeatable !

They upgraded us to a hot tub room In the basement area nextvto the pool, but there was no hot water either in the tub or in the shower ! To be fair this was only on day one of our stay !

Very quiet and comfortable rooms, my room was at pool level and one of the most comfortable beds I have had in Thailand. Staff super friendly and breakfast was just right. The swimming pool is nice and cool. Perfect location in centre and close to anything one needs.

Superior Zimmer sind ohne Aussicht im Souterrain. Frühstück ist eher landestypisch, aber gut.

The property is very well designed, also in detail, clean and peaceful. Free coffee and tea in the lobby area is very kind.

Staff at reception speaks very little English, but very friendly.

Great bed and shower. The two most important things. The room was spotless as was the whole hotel. Great value for money. It’s my new regular hotel when I go through Ranong.

There really is nothing to not like. And I’m thinking very hard to come up with nothing.

Schönes, modernes Hotel mitten in Zentrum von Ranong. Sehr geräumige, saubere Zimmer, gute und vielfältige Auswahl beim Frühstück und einen kleinen Pool zur Erfrischung gibt es auch. Bei Ankunft gab es mittels QR Code verschiedene pdf mit Vorschläge für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Infos zu den heißen Quellen und Spa‘s. Freitags war die Walkingstreet die an der Straße oberhalb vorbei geht aber durch die zurückgesetzte Lage des Hotel wird man davon nicht gestört. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Gute Lage! Gute Größe des Zimmers.

Zimmerservice muss angefordert werden. Normalerweise macht man ein Schild, nicht stören dran. Hier muss man ein Schild heraushängen, dass gereinigt werden soll. Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht.

Petit déjeuner : on nous demande de choisir entre 4 menus, pas suffisamment varié. Pas d’ascenseur, pour les bagages le personnel nous a aidé

Wenig Platz um den Pool; nur drei Liegen Balkon quasi ohne Möbel

L'emplacement est proche du centre mais à l'écart de la route. Hotel dont les chambres sont organisées autour de la piscine et pas loin de l'endroit ou est pris le petite dejeuner. Notre chambre familiale donnait de l'autre côté sur un plan d'eau donc très calme. Chambre grande, lumineuse avec une belle salle de bain. Il y avait un déshumidificateur car cela sentait un peu l'humidité (mais vraiment un peu). Après aération, l'odeur est partie. La piscine est assez petite et présence uniquement de 3 transats (il n'y a malheureusement pas la place d'en mettre plus !). Le personnel est à l'écoute, très gentils et souriants. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise, les bienvenues. Le wifi est gratuit et ils fonctionnait très bien.

Le petit dejeuner était assez asiatique et il n'y avait que peu de choix pour les Européens.
