My room and my bed was very dirty with a lots of insects.

The room is really spacious and clean and just what we needed. There is everyday supply of water, coffee, and tea. The staff are also so polite and helpful.

The staff were very helpful. And giving directions and helping me get transportation and all things. It was far away from the busy Street that there was no outside noise and I slept very well.

The hotel is out of the way from most of the attractions of the city. In many ways that's good and in some ways it's an obstacle. But again the staff were great and helping me enjoy ho chi Minh as much as possible.

Most of the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean.

Restaurant staff not very friendly and small menu

The hotel was close to the airport and in a residential area, so there were no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was tasty with many options. The pool was pleasant.

Despite there being pictures on the website of rooms where the bed was not against the wall on one side, we were told on arrival that this was not the case. It would be fine for one person but for two it was inconvenient for one person to have to climb up the bed to get in.

I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of the 2 male employees who worked the desk. The room was Great, the swimming pool and the restaurant.

The female desk employee wasn't so friendly;however, that could have been my fault because not everybody likes over-the-top friendly people.

It is near the airport and they have swiming pool and the restaurant inside the hotel.

Room a little noisy

Room was clean, and they let us check in early after our sleeper bus so that we could rest before checking into our actual room. Staff were friendly

The pool was cold, and it was a 20-30min taxi/grab into the city centre

The price is affordable in HCM. The breakfast was light but good. The swimming pool with a little gym was a plus.

On our first morning, my 10-yo daughter did not realize that the drinking glass coaster was quite sturdy, so when she moved her glass, it fell on the table and broke. We ended up payying for another drink. Her little finger had a tiny wound but the staff was quick enough to hand her a band aid. We refrained from using the coasters for the rest of our stay.

It was clean, quiet and the space was great in the room with plenty of storage for a week or more.

Pool was good although water cold as it does get the sun, and there were no sun basking spots. Not far from a major road and good luck getting across it! Breakfast is not a buffet and i had to pay for an extra coffee. Limited menu choices but the food itself was good. No fruit.

We chose the family room for a little more space . The window and balcony were very welcome as we like fresh air at night. The kitchenette with full size fridge was very welcome for keeping large bottle of water cold The beds whilst firm are surprisingly comfortable. Small sofa and dining table great for relaxing whilst watching YouTube on the tv during downtime. Swimming pool is indoors and under cover. Water cool and refreshing. Small gym attached The staff very helpful and accommodating . The cleaning staff happy and efficient. This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Gangwhoo Hospital.

The meals in the restaurant were over priced , small serving and a very limited menu which did not vary.

Great value for money, very close to the airport so ideal for a night's stay. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and spoke very good English.

The gym was very dated. There was mould between the mats. The pool was dirty and we were not able to use it as they were working on it. Location is poor if you want to explore Ho Chi Minh but bear to airport.

Quiet room that was good for sleeping after a red eye flight

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Major Cleanliness and Health Issues I had a highly unpleasant stay at this hotel due to severe maintenance and hygiene issues. The bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation and proper ventilation; they had a persistent, foul odor, and despite changing rooms three times, every single one had extensive mold growth, posing a serious health risk. The housekeeping standards are incredibly concerning. I witnessed a cleaner using the exact same gloves to clean the toilet, make my bed, handle the pillows, and place coffee on the dining table without changing them. The floors weren't properly swept, and the towels provided were stained and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, the amenities were poorly maintained. Most of the gym equipment was out of order, and the pool looked too dirty to swim in. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel until management addresses these serious sanitary violations. I stayed for 8 nights as I had already paid in advance and it was so difficult staying in that environment with a 10 year old.

Studio was great. The hotel room was dated which is reflected in price but clean . Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Stayed here for a week, and everything was great. The swimming pool is a killer feature - I used it every day. The gym is a little worn out, but it's perfectly usable. The rooms are quiet and look exactly like the photos, with daily housekeeping. The hotel also has a great rooftop restaurant. The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were super friendly. I accidentally left my headphones in the room, and they sent them to me afterward. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small downside: I booked a room without a window. It looked exactly like the photos, but not having a window still felt a little uncomfortable. So if having a window is important to you, it's worth keeping that in mind.

A shambles on arrival - tried to put 4 of us in a room with one double bed. I’d booked 2 rooms but they’d only got one available, then said they’d found another one. It took about 40 minutes with 2 tired kids after long flights. The pool looked murky so wf didn’t swim and we checked out without staying for a second night.

Clean and tidy

They took extra money by lying that we damaged.their property . Eg while sleeping we notice a tattoo colour on the bedding sheet. We called a professional and asked them if it was a stubborn stain. They say no issues you can wash with your hands it will go away. But the hotel charged us an extra 500,000 vnd just to get it 3 bedding washed.

Giá khá đắt so với khách sạn cùng phân khúc, bố trí thiết bị trong phòng hết sức vô lý giường ngủ thì đối diện với cửa vệ sinh, tiện nghi sắp đặt trong phòng không tiện lợi, bước vào sảnh Sộc lên 1 mùi hóa chất độc hại để khử muỗi, cũng đã trao đổi với nhân viên nhưng nhân viên nói là không việc gì đâu. Ăn xong người chống hơi thuốc muỗi đó lên phòng đã bị nôn hết thức ăn. Thật sự rất là sợ không bao giờ quay lại lần thứ 2 khách sạn này.

Sử dụng quá nhiều hóa chất diệt muỗi, mùi nồng Hach độc hại gây ảnh hưởng sức khoẻ, giường ngủ thì úp mặt vào cửa nhà vệ sinh.

We bought a squeegee to pushed the floor water from the showers to the drainage. We talk to the front desk 7:45 am to fix the beds problems the following days, while I have an appointment to see the doctors. The clerk sent me a message that they are going to changes the mattress. We got back at 10:00 am from the doctor's office, the bed wasn't changed. The front desk clerk was ignoring me and the clerk was trying to stretch the time till 2:00 pm. They finally change the box springs without the mattress. Still hard as a rock, the mattress was filthy. They cover up with 5 padding thinking it's going to fix the problems of having the mattress for being hard. Since she's not going to make it better, I decided to go to another place. I want my refund.

This hotel is not worth the money, and I cannot recommend it. We originally booked a room for 660,000 VND. After booking, we received a message informing us that the room had no window. This information was not clearly stated on Booking.com, so we felt pressured to upgrade to a different room, bringing the total cost to 805,000 VND—an extra 155,000 VND. When we arrived, we were then asked to pay an additional 3% fee for using a credit card. The "upgraded" room was also disappointing. The window faced a wall only about one meter away, so there was effectively no view at all. The problems did not stop there. Despite the higher room rate, there was no phone in the room to contact reception or room service. No proper cups were provided for coffee. The spring mattress was extremely uncomfortable and of very poor quality. The towels were low quality and even had visible stains. The location is also a major drawback. There are very few restaurants or dining options nearby, and we spent a long time walking around trying to find somewhere to eat. The hotel does have a restaurant on the sixth floor, but nobody informed us about it when we checked in. We only discovered it later, which was frustrating and reflects the poor level of service. One positive aspect of our stay was the local people in the area. They were extremely kind, helpful, and did their best to assist us with directions and Wi-Fi, even when communication was difficult. Most disappointing of all, the hotel did not acknowledge that the lack of information about the windowless room on Booking.com was misleading. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply charged extra for an upgrade that offered very little improvement. Overall, the room quality, facilities, service, and communication were far below expectations for the price paid. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
