The property had furniture that’s for outdated. The poolside area was very dangerous with pebble stone Shop debris and the pool side could’ve been more Cleaner.

I am not at all happy with Booking.com commitment. Over not happy with Booking.com team and their procedure. I may switch over to another vendor from next year 2027 on wards, as i have booked complete 2026 Booking thru Booking.com

Beautiful Boutique style typical Vietnam Bungalow🏝️very clean,comfortable and great value for the dollar. Amazing breakfast buffet. Staff are all very caring and considerate to all our needs. A very happy property with great team work and tourism values. Location was perfect with heaps of street food vendors and restaurants in walking distance. If you go there you will meet Win, an amazing person that Vietnam should be so proud of,this young woman deserves an award in tourism💕

Mycket professionell och vänlig personal, från reception till housekeeping. AC:n gick på vårt rum men fick med en gång byta rum. Fint poolområde och välskött. Ligger på lugn bakgata men nära huvudgatan. Trivdes väldigt bra.

Enda vi saknade var en torkställning ute på vår uteplats.

While it's a resort, the overall property feels small, no walking areas. It has a regular size pool, not large size. It has a rustic, homely vibe, not typical resort feels.

Breakfast was good the staff were so kind to switch my room for a even better room with the pool view at no charge.

The Internet situation needs to fixed as far as the router for the first room I was in doesn’t work inside but it works outside strangely enough

Понравился доброжелательный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь. Реагируют быстро даже, если что-то пишешь через букинг. Расположение хорошее, все в пешей доступности. Завтраки также порадовали (опыт проживания в гостиницах Фукуока имеется). Номер слегка потрепан. На комфорт это никак не повлияло, но за 6 тыс.руб в сутки это многовато. Жили в здании напротив главного на 2 этаже. Приятный бонус - бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. Полотенца меняют ежедневно, как и убирают. Брали скутер. Состояние скутера хорошее, цена еще приятнее. В общем и целом рекомендую.

Считаю цена на проживание в данном отеле завышена

Perfect location off of the main strip, nestled nicely in in the hill!, The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful!, The breakfast was delicious, the bungalo room was exactly what i wanted and expected and the pool was nice and relaxing :) Only 5 mins walk to the beach and only a few mins Grab to the nearest beach clubs. Will definitely stay here again!

Friendly, clean, tidy! Beds are very comfy too. Staff spoke good English, very helpful, putting your needs first. Pool is great, of a night time there’s a nice little scenic path with the lights on.

Sometimes the water pressure was low, but doesn’t stop you having a shower. Happens a lot when travelling!

After changing the room, it felt and looked way more clean. No bugs or lizard got into the room

1. The first night I arrived to the hotel room, and it was beyond dirty and disgusting. There were short black hairs on the towels provided. Yellow and stained bed sheets. The walls was DIRTY and the lamp shade had just dead bugs in it. After voicing my concern they changed my room, but the lamp shade in that room was dirty as well. It got removed the day after. 2. You only get one card, so if you leave the room the AC will turn off and then you’ll come back to a warm room. 3. The breakfast was alright. During my 4 days stay, only one morning was there small signs describing what the food was. I don’t eat pork which was problematic that I didn’t know the dish. 4. The NOISE and smoke. Do not book this hotel if you expect it to be a relaxing quit stay. First day I was woken up by trees getting cut down at 7.30 am.. that probably continuous to 17 pm, every single day. The neighbours then burn the trees and the whole property smells and looks like smoke. And because the window in the bathroom can’t be closed, the smoke gets into the room, and now all your stuff smells like smoke. My other problem is house keepers chatting and screaming in front of the rooms each morning. No thought about people might have a sleep in or anything. 5. Even though you lock the door from inside, house keeping will still be able to get in. It happened to me, where a woman wanted to clean and I had forgot to put a sign outside. The door was locked as it is every night. When she got in and saw me sleeping in bed, she didn’t hurry out. She just stood there wanting to discuss if I wanted my room cleaned or not. And I had to multiple time tell her no and get out, until she left.

Rooms are alot more dated than the pictures. We were quite disappointed when we arrived. Place needs some refurbishment. Breakfast not included, which I think it should be for the price.

Location was fine. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Choices were very limited. There was only one front desk staff sometimes and he was helpful but we had a very long wait when he tending to other customers.

The property location is great, central and walking distance to practically everything one needs for a comfortable stay on a holiday.

Very minor things - mostly maintenance related. The bathroom door is a bit hard to close, and the main door had some foam and tape holding the slats together. Neither of these were an issue for us….
