Everything was so good, rooms are big and well furnished, breakfast was nice, they even ask you what you want for tomorrow’s breakfast although there is already an open buffet . Receptionists are helpful and friendly, specially Tracy, Anh and that very nice guy who helped me with the luggage . And we also had our free Airport pickup. Thank you.

To reach the beach you have to walk long way around and behind many other hotels and resorts, I wished if there were direct way from the hotel to the sea .

Everything exceeded my expectaions, the room was clean, comfy and spacious and the view was outstanding from our balcony

Wish the gym equipment was more up to date, but it still did the job

Hotel location and rooms were good, plenty restaurants, exchange and marts around. Reception staff Tracy was very helpful, Hotel staff can handle all attraction bookings and transportation. Overall good value for money.

Пишу отзыв так как сам выбираю отель на основании отзывов. Итак по порядку: 1. Отель простенький, за свои деньги норм. Небольшой ремонт нужен 2. Номера тоже ок, кондиционер работает хорошо даже очень хорошо! Есть свои балкончики со стульями мы вечерами сидели там с напитками 3. Кровати и подушки удобные чистые без пятен 4, телевизор работает исправно есть даже Нетфликс 5. Персонал отель очень внимательный и помогал нам во всем. На стойке регистрации девочки знают Английский 6. Касательно шведского стола он был в выходные дни далее в будни из за отсутствия большого количества гостей приникли по меню. Но мы заказывали много и нам хватало 7. В бассейне купались наши родители и дети, бассейн был чистым и теплым им понравился 8. Ну и конечно спасибо отелю за то что сделали апгрейд на номер с видом на море 9. Кстати видел отзывы по поводу горячей воды и напора. Горячая вода и напор были отличными не ждали по пол часа 10. Рядом много кафе, продажи фруктов и смузи, есть аптека напротив и обменный пункт прям за углом с нормальным курсом 11. Кстати уборка в номерах была отличная полы притирали полотенца и принадлежности меняли каждый день

Самый главный минус отеля это отсутствия собственного пляжа. Добраться до пляжа нужно пройти 500 метров и оказаться на пляже при отеле в Star sea beach. Там лежаки стоят по 150 000 донгов. Пляж чистый и лежаки под пальмами Еще из минусов у нас не закрывалась дверь в ванной и были всякие жучки паучки но это нас не особо пугало.

Только после заселения я узнал, что отель был реновирован аж в 2000 году. Ремонт явно устал, шкаф холодильника был на одной петле, дверца еле закрывалась, на ресепшен стоят 3чел при 750 номеров. Слегка потрепанные новые 100 баксов отказались брать При заселении балконный тяжелый столик стоял в номере, пришлось самому тащить на балкон При выселении за час уже побеспокоили лично и спросили когда мы уйдем Везде все покоцано Вода в ванной и раковине плохо уходила, краны очень уставшие Не было даже зубных щеток и пасты Я приезжаю на три дня в хилтон и рассчитываю вечером почистить зубы, а не бегать по магазинам искать щетку Нет люстры, мало освещения При уборке не пропылесосили песок при входе Не стоит своих денег. Может быть проблема в египте, я не знаю, но даже в Индии было в разы лучше в пятерке, и даже дешевле В общем это не уровень пятерки

I like the property and it’s location

Restaurant team was not supportive and didn’t have coordination with the front desk team on special requirement. In our case three of our members were not well so we had requested to parcel breakfast which front desk team agreed, when we started packing food they doubtfully asked you already had breakfast and still packing. We got embarrassed as this was asked in front of others and felt quite unprofessional.

Location wise is perfect. Right in the centre so it’s easy to commute to south and north. There are really nice cafes and restaurants in the walking distance. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could use some improvement. It was the same thing everyday. Even though we got there an hour before the closing time , most of the dishes were cold by then. It would be nice to keep it heated. Out of the two, one toaster is broken and it has been like that our entire stay. Equipments and dishes could use an upgrade. Water jug needs to be changed seriously. More fruits and bread varieties would have been nice.

It’s not 4 stars hotel, maximum 3., on a very busy road, outdated, with dirty swimming pool and dirty tables at breakfast. The beach is overcrowded, no sun-beds for the hotel guests and no direct access to the beach from the hotel.

The swimming pool was great after a long day exploring in the heat.

The room had a great view. Breakfast was also really good. Really nice service.

The pool was a bit small. There are two small elavators. So there is quite a lot of waiting if the hotel is full.

Staff was excellent especially the young guy nick or nate at the front desk

The breakfast buffet needs some work . Was not thrilled with selection of foods. The freshness and the flow of the people around the buffet was quite cramped and difficult at times.

Потрясающий отель от момента заселения до момента выезда! Потрясающий радушный персонал, готовый во всем помочь, очень чистые и уютные номера с балконом и видом на море, всегда в наличии полотенца, ежедневная уборка, чистый бассейн и лежаки вокруг него. Отличная локация в центре, до ночного рынка 10 минут пешком, вокруг куча магазинов, массажных салонов и всей инфраструктуры. Потрясающие полноценные завтраки! Однозначно рекомендуем!

Era tutto abbastanza comodo, bene la posizione, anche se la spiaggia non è esattamente al hotel è facilmente raggiungibile.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Although it’s on a smaller scale, it is equipped with all the essentials. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. Breakfast is nice too.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Balkon bietet Platz für vier Personen. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und kann in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Läden in der Nähe und der Nachtmarkt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

BED BUGS SUSPECTED! We got bitten on whole body by bed bugs from the second day and it got worse for the rest of the stay. We went to the beach and a 4-island tour the whole day so we were pretty sure it happened there (room 110) or because of the bed sheet changed Also, the bed light was broken.

Location was great, staff was very good and the room was comfortable.

In the suite there should be things like plates, glasses(including wine glasses) bottle opener and cutlery and a colder fridge.

Deceiving location! Not located near the beach! One can get better located property for the same money. Very difficult to communicate with the staff, not run by professionals!

Very friendly staff, clean, good location

The hotel was very nice and clean. Nice little pool area for chilling where the sun goes straight onto the deck chairs, which made for a great tan. Breakfast was right by the pool which made for a good view. The breakfast was great with an amazing selection. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us discounts when it was deemed appropriate- which we are truly grateful. We went on a tour organised by the hotel with a partner which was great.

Практически ничего, у нас был овербукинг и срочно пришлось искать отель на 3 ночи. Из плюсов только наличие свободных номеров.

Соотношение цена-качесто очень низкое, отель не соответствует своей ценовой категории. В номерах грязно, пользоваться чем либо было неприятно, мебель собрана на коленке. На балконе туристические раскладные стулья)) Я что в кемпинге? Бассейн грязный, в нем никто не плавал. Пляжа своего нет. На рецепции активно пытаются выпросить хорошие отзывы, поощряют подарками и бесплатным трансфером. Кроме того, не умеют считать, номер стоил 880 донг, дал 1000, получил сдачу 20)) На завтраках мадам на готовке омлетов и оладьев хватает готовые блюда руками, вытирия их грязной тряпкой. Я просто побоялся брать такое блюдо. Жаль не дали загрузить больше фото. В общем печальный отель, особенно на контрасте с другими 4-ками в которых жили на острове. Тянет максимум на 2 звезды.

Super uitgebreid ontbijt, voldoende keus aan verschillende gerechten. Pancakes met fruit is zeer aan te raden.

Gym is beperkt, iets meer gewichten zou het aantrekkelijker maken om te sporten.

還未check in 飯店人員也未說明或通知，就直接用信用卡付款，訂購頁面是寫現場付款，卻未跟房客確認就直接刷卡！！ 跟他們反應，飯店人員卻一點都不覺得他們有問題，也沒有道歉！！ 房間沒熱水，也沒有地方可以只是要求人員不要打掃，打掃人員硬要闖入進來房間整理，都已經上鎖了還硬開門！

Все соответствует фото, в комнате сейф и полный набор рыльно-мыльных необходимостей. Предлагают полотенца для пляжа (я смело брала два для себя), отличные ребята на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь. Рядом тысячи кафе и ресторанов, пунктов обмена, предложений экскурсии. Не пожалела

Rien d’exceptionnel. Même pas le « location ». Prenez l’hotel voisin « Hawaï » et vous aurez un staff professionnel, avenant, des équipements à jour et accès gratuit à la plage: parce que oui ici faut payer accès à la plage.

• Food poisoning par leur buffet • Staff qui ment pour ne pas assumer certaines situations: il y avait des renovations dans la chambre en haut de la mienne (cogner des clous, scier) de 7am à 11am. Puis fini. Je m’en suis plaint; on m’a dit qu’aucune construction s’est passé dans l’hôtel. En insistant, et uniquement parce que j’ai enregistré le son avec mon téléphone, là ils ont assumé et dit que oui. Se sont excusés et m’ont dit que ça n’arriverait plus. • On nous a dit d’aller à la plage de l’hôtel Hawaï pour profiter de la plage gratuite; finalement c’est faux, il fallait payer. Les cartes magnétiques et les serviettes de plage données sont pareilles que les leur, alors j’imagine que c’est pas au hasard. • Le gym est: quelques poids libre, beaucoup de tapis roulant et je pense un vélo. Très limité. Peut-être que c’est une mauvaise chance. Je suis prête à accepter. Je m’attends cependant à un service et règlement efficace et professionnel. Mais à entendre les autres clients se plaindre au comptoir de la réception, je ne pense pas que ce soit une exception, plutôt la règle.

They were attentive and flexible in assisting and supporting our family with the change in our plans.

The hotel is on a big street and not as close to the night marker as we thought.

The staff were polite, efficient and accommodating of our request to check-out early. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff. The room was almost perfect and clearly cleaned thoroughly, with a fantastic view.

The pool was unavailable for the entirety of our first night, which we had not been made aware of when booking; breakfast was so-so (but complimentary, which we were pleased with), and despite the cleanliness of the room, the hallways and staircases needed attention. Facilities were lacking at times and some (such as the showers) in need of an update.

Kogu maja vajab täielikku renoveerimist . Millegipärast enne kui üldse vastvõtulauda jõuad on vaja mööduda nii mootorrattaparklast kui venelaste söögikohast , sest mõlemad asuvad täpselt maja ukse ees. Hommikusöögi valik oli kesine.

חדר חמוד מול הים אחלה מקום להעביר בו כמה ימים. המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה.

הקירות בחדר התקלפו קצת, הצוות לא דובר אנגלית והיה קשה לתקשר איתם מה גם שחיכיתי המון זמן בקבלה עד שמישהו הגיע.. חוץ מזה הכל היה מעולה
