Reviewed Aug 16, 2026フロントの対応がテキパキとしていて、やり取りしやすかった。 駐車場は一度ホテルから出ないといけないけど、目印がしっかりとわかりやすく記載されていたのがいい。 部屋は、とてもシンプルでした。ツインで今回は予約しましたが、荷物も整理整頓しやすかったし、動きやすい。
風呂の清掃をもう少し綺麗にして欲しい。

The staff was clearly very lacking. They double charged us and then when we tried to clear it up, they insisted we call our back. In the end, we were able to get our money back in cash but it took a lot of insisting. They didn’t even try to make it up for us. Very disappointing and very unexpected customer service especially coming from japan

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Wir haben 4 Nächte im JR Clement Inn verbracht. Die nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns perfekt da wir viele Ausflüge unternommen haben. Zimmergröße war für uns ausreichend da wir tagsüber eh immer unterwegs waren. Wir haben das tägliche Reinigen unseres Zimmers nicht in Anspruch genommen dennoch wurden jeden Tag frische Handtücher an unsere Zimmertür gehangen. Ich hatte die erste Nacht Probleme mit dem Kopfkissen. Es gab zum Glück verschiedene Varianten an Stärke und Füllung zur Auswahl an der man sich frei bedienen konnte...meine Rettung! Kaffee, Latte Macchiato oder Tee gab es im Eingangsbereich täglich von 15-17Uhr kostenlos an einem Automaten. Hygiene Artikel sowie Regenschirme standen zur freien Verfügung an der Rezeption bereit.
