Me gusto la ubicacion

Muy decepcionante para el precio que cobran. Uno de los principales problemas es que las fotos pueden dar a entender que la habitación cuenta con una cocina, pero en realidad NO hay una cocina equipada. Lo que encontramos fue solamente una bacha y un microondas: no había anafe, horno ni elementos básicos para poder cocinar. Tampoco había prácticamente ningún utensilio de cocina y hasta los cuchillos que nos proporcionaron eran DE CARTÓN. Si uno reserva pensando que va a poder preparar aunque sea una comida sencilla, se encuentra con una realidad completamente diferente. Otro punto que nos sorprendió mucho es que NO proporcionan reposeras para llevar a la playa ni ningún tipo de accesorio de playa. Estando en Aruba y tratándose de un hotel de esta categoría y de este precio, nos parece una ausencia importante. Considerando el precio del alojamiento y la categoría del hotel, esperábamos muchísimo más. Deberían mostrar y explicar claramente qué incluye realmente la habitación, especialmente la supuesta zona de cocina, porque las fotos generan una expectativa que después no se corresponde con lo que uno encuentra al llegar. Por el precio que pagamos, la relación precio-calidad nos pareció muy mala y no cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Vicinanza al centro di Palm Beach e alla spiaggia, struttura moderna. Posreggio custodito e staff cordiale e gentile. Ramon ragazzo della spiaggia e Santos il concierge davvero affabili.

Nelle camere non è possibile spegnere o modificare manualmente la velocità dell'aria condizionata. Per 4 giorni abbiamo dormito coi piumoni per questo inconveniente. L'hotel si trova a 50 metri da un rumorosissimo impianto che impedisce di godersi il balcone e le aree esterne dell'hotel. In spiaggia pochi lettini per una struttura di queste dimensioni. Sanitari da rivedere (lavabo intasato e doccia mal funzionante). Nota personale: avevamo chiesto una camera ai piani alti (ve ne sono 14) e ci hanno dato una camera al terzo piano...quindi disponibilità limitata da parte dello staff. L'hotel non era affatto pieno.

O hotel proporciona um ambiente perfeito para descansar, próximo ao centro comercial de Palm Beach, é possível fazer tudo a pé com ótimas opções de refeições. Vale um ponto de agradecimento pelo ótimo atendimento de toda recepção e funcionários, inclusive a Ticiana, que fez de tudo para termos a melhor das estadias

Excelente ubicación, en el centro de Palm Beach, lugar con mas actividad nocturna, bares, restaurantes, etc. Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Linda pileta y muy tranquila.

Precio. Posee un servicio en playa (a unos 300 metros del hotel) donde hay muy pocas sombrillas y reposeras, de modo que es casi imposible conseguir una gratis por parte del hotel.

I like only location.

I stayed at Trump International Resort from July 31 to August 7, for a total of 8 nights. I specifically chose your resort because of its swimming pool. I am not comfortable swimming in the ocean, so having access to the pool was the main reason I booked my stay at your property. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed and unavailable for my entire stay. The hot tubs were also out of service throughout my stay. Ironically, the pool reopened only on the day I checked out. This was extremely disappointing, as I was unable to use the facilities that were the primary reason for choosing your resort. In addition, for two days the water in the hotel was dark due to technical issues. This significantly affected the quality and comfort of my stay and caused considerable inconvenience.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the beach. The pool was very clean and serves all ages without crowding. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff are the nicest people. The rooms are spotless clean with new and unstained linens.

Ofrecen servicio de playa a partir de las 8 am, pero permiten que la gente deje la toalla toda la mañana sin hacer uso de las sombrillas y sin permitir que otras personas lo hagan. Además hay muy pocas sombrillas considerando el tamaño del hotel. En la habitación la limpieza era floja. Mi habitación tenía una linda cocina, pero sin vajilla… con lo cual no la pude usar demasiado…

The cleanliness of the property! I loved the infinity pool was off limits for kids and in a totally separate area on the property!!!

Property was a close walk to all the fun. The beach they offer is small. We opted for other options. They were always cleaning and making sure it looked good.

Lots of maintenance and noise through the week we were there. Seemed like something was always going on. It got quite noisy.

Localização em frente a praia não é a melhor parte de Palm beach para quem curte mar paradisíaco (a dica é caminhar até o RIU ou Hilton - melhor parte da praia, poucas opções de cadeiras e guarda-sol do hotel, café pago a parte e com horários restritos é um ponto fraco (sugestão, acaba com aquela sala enorme de ioga e ofereça um bom café da manhã). E um dos funcionários que fica na praia agilizando as cadeiras é péssimo, rude e mal educado, além de xenofóbico com latinos (o baixinho). Por outro lado o cabeludo (mais jovem) atendeu muito bem.

No me gusto la distribucion de las sombrillas en la playa, estan muy pegadas unas con otras, la sombrilla colocada de manera horizontal no protege del sol y me resulto agobiante, y si te toca la segunda fila, lo unico q ves es una pared de sombrillas azules. Alquilamos todos los dias, sombrillas al lado, ubicadas de manera alternada y clavadas de manera vertical donde se podia proteger del sol y ver el paisaje de playa desde donde estuvieras ubicadas. El argumento es q no las ponen verticales por el viento......nos dijeron q se vuelan. Eso fue lo mas negativo

The facilities were great, staff were wonderful, and we liked the location.

The bus to the beach was never available, they said it only ran every 30 minutes. Deeply disappointed there was no balcony upon arrival. the $1,200 extra to have a balcony with sea view turned out to be a view of the construction site.

This is an amazing hotel to choose if you have a family- the 2 bedroom and condo layout YET has all amenities of a hotel - its perfect. The pool is huge and the entire location is spotless, quiet and yet centrally located to all the high rise hotels and beaches. We have been a repeat customer and will continue as its our now favorite hotel of all of them. Santos and the hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and will start your vacation with a glass of champagne!

Charming hotel with great location, near the best shops and amenities. Friendly and accomodating staff! Do not miss the gem of a gourmet Spanish shop, bar and restaurant, "Don Esteban Gourmet" (in the hotel.) Amazing wines, iberian beers, and delicious Spanish olives, meats, cheeses and desserts. The manchego is NOT to be missed! The service and atmosphere is fantastic for a snack, a wonderful glass of wine or a charcuterie style dinner! Christopher and Camila were both a delight! Service oriented and helpful. What a terrific experience. An authentic taste of Spain in the middle of Aruba. Great vibe!!

A localização é ótima, a área da piscina é fantástica e toda a estrutura do hotel transmite qualidade e sofisticação. O café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade. O grande diferencial, porém, é a equipe: todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e profissionais, proporcionando uma experiência memorável.

Como único ponto de observação, o hotel não fica exatamente à beira-mar. Porém, isso acaba sendo facilmente compensado pela excelente estrutura oferecida: o hotel disponibiliza serviço de transfer até a praia, que inclusive está localizada muito próxima — cerca de 3 minutos de caminhada ou apenas alguns segundos utilizando o transfer. Sinceramente, esse detalhe não impactou negativamente nossa experiência, pois todos os demais pontos positivos do hotel superaram completamente essa questão.

This hotel is within walking distance to the main strip. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a small misunderstanding and Jackson took care of us. He is a great guy as well, had a great conversation with him. For the cost of the hotel it met all of our needs. It is very clean, two gorgeous pools that are very comfortable and relaxing. Shaded and sun areas throughout. Pool bar (kinda pricey drinks but bogo HH deal), daily activities, yoga, salt scrub and jewelry making class all included. Buffet breakfast had a nice variety and with made to order omelet’s. Rooms are spacious with two bathrooms. Very convenient with two teenage girls. Full size fridge but no stove. Cleaning crew was excellent. Free parking, free daily bottled water, beach towels for borrow. Coming back and will stay here every time.

It is close to everything, 5 min walk to beach or the beach shuttle will get you there in no time. The staff are always so attentive and friendly.especially: Leyonardho, Santos,Jarlins, Peter. Who greeted us everyone day with a smile and treated us like family.The rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. This was our third time and we will be back.

Our group of five (my daughters, their two best friends, and I) loved our weeklong stay. With a chronic illness, it's hard to predict whether I'll have the energy for outings, so it's always worth a splurge for me to have an oceanview room. We had a three-bedroom unit with a beautiful view, and all of us made a LOT of use of that balcony. Three of us caught a cold, and it was so nice to feel we could relax "at home" without missing out on the beauty of the island. Once we felt better, this was an ideal home base for excursions (highly recommend Fofoti for their Natural Pool/Baby Beach Jeep tour, and Octopus for their snorkeling catamaran excursion with lunch). We all agreed that the staff was one of the best things about this property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The short walk to the beach was worth the trade-off of being having such nice, new accommodations (we'd heard from others that the beachfront options can be less spacious and modern). My one complaint is that the air conditioning, which could produce Arctic temperatures in the main living area and the larger two bedrooms, didn't do well reaching the third/smaller bedroom in the back. Facilities staff were unable to help despite several visits, and the manager was unwilling to help secure a fan to help direct cool air into the room. I wound up having a small clip-on fan delivered with our grocery order from Superfood (another great service!), which took the edge off. I was disappointed that such a nice property couldn't find a way to get a fan to a sick guest (they did offer to move us, but that would've been too much given our illness ). This small issue aside, we were very happy at this resort. and particularly loved the pool areas and the cold, refreshing beverages at the Sunset bar. We didn't love the on-site food choices but found great meals easily right nearby. We appreciate very much that the brand-new (2020?) facility is LEED certified, and as a whole, they go the extra mile trying to be eco-conscious.

El hotel esta caminando a 3 minutos de la playa Palm Beach. Para quienes disfrutan de la comodidad es ideal. Estan las reposeras del hotel las que use sin problemas durante toda mi estadia. Hay un bar y restaurant ahi mismo, la playa es super segura deje mis cosas en la reposera sin problema. El hotel esta super bien ubicado llegas caminando al centro de palm beach, lleno de restaurant, bares, para bailar. Excelente!! Volvere y me hospedare en este hotel.

This was a last minute vacation decision and you get what you pay for and plan ( or not plan) for.With the views available of this island, this hotel was not one. No nightlife in the hotel compared to others. The floating lounge chair in the spa/pool is awful, the chairs are cement! So uncomfortable!! The lobby area is nothing special and unlike other hotels, when you pull up to the entrance you are not welcomed with an ambiance that yells Aruba ! This yells - boring hotel.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Aruba was terrific! It is the perfect place for a family with kids. It’s in walking distance to lots of great dining and shops, a very short walk (or shuttle ride) to the beach, and my kids loved the pool and all of the little iguanas running around.

We spent a week at the hotel and loved it. Great staff at all positions. We enjoyed the Cider Bar and the pool side bar. Location is great with a shuttle to the beach.

Great location very walkable to a multitude of good restaurants and shopping. Not on the beach but with free shuttle not an issue. It's also only a 5 minute walk if you'd rather not wait for shuttle. Hotel suites very large and immaculate. We had a 2 bedroom, two bath. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely book there again. Heads up, if you've never been to Aruba, get ready for more wind than you thought possible!

Look no further! Perfect spot for walking to stores and restaurants and the beach is a 3 min walk across the road. There’s a private adult infinity pool. The other pool is huge! With shade spots! They don’t charge extra for the privacy spots at pools. The staff was on point! Nice and Santos was very helpful and informative! It was quiet and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful property! I took a ton of pictures! There’s food and a gift shop on the property and you get free water and coffee every day! Best drinks ever!!! We were treated like Royalty the entire week! Truly Paradise! It was easy to rent a jeep and get cabs too for more shopping or to go to the ruins! Thank you to Santos, Dondre’ and Ticiana.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. The balcony outside was dirty and there was hair everywhere. I guess someone cut their hair out there. And there was some black hair inside too. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. But overall I’d pick this property again!

La limpieza, la atención del personal, la piscina desbordante de la terraza, desde la cual se podía ver la puesta de Sol, la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el estacionamiento gratuito y amplio.

La habitación tenía un área de cocina tipo kitchinet, pero le faltó un anafe y/o horno. Sólo tenía cafetera y pava eléctrica, heladera con freezer y microondas. El hotel tampoco tiene salida directa al mar, ni está en primera línea de playa.

El lugar está muy cerca a la playa, hay movilidad a Palm Beach, las instalaciones son bonitas y limpias, el personal es muy amable!

The pools, the gym, the location, the bed, were all great. So i slept and ate very well.

The Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms. Neither the visitor nor registered version they offer reached the bedroom.

A acomodação é espetacular, a equipe é extremamente solicita, o hotel é muito bonito, adorei tando a piscina superior com borda infinita quanto a piscina aquecida. Toalhas para ir na praia, fica a duas quadras da praia e eles ainda tem um carrinho de golf para te levar até la. Na beira da praia tem área deles com guarda sol e cadeiras. Tem uma pessoa na recepção só para agendar os passeios e ela explica cada um, muito solicita, e não é mais caro pela comodidade. A localização do hotel é ótima, a noite iamos caminhando até o centrinho, não da nem 2 quadras. Voltaria inúmeras vezes para esse hotel. Vale a pena você investir em ficar em um hotel ao invés de um Airbnb.

Beautiful well kept hotel, very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful , esp front desk and all in that area ( taxi service, reservations, anything you need) It’s a little walk to the beach and stores but nothing major ( I’m 69) . Would def stay again. If you see Blu ( the Radission ambassador cat) give him a pet and say hello.

This is the kind of hotel you want to give your business to. I was in Aruba for a family wedding when I had a medical emergency. I went to the ER in Aruba, but they were unable to diagnose me because they didn't have a radiologist on staff. I was in so much pain I had to leave the wedding events and my Aruba stay 2 days early. It was a huge financial loss. I had to pay $1800 in plane tickets back home, the ER fee out-of-pocket, and I lost money on our beach equipment rentals (Coconut Rentals) and car rental. AND we missed most of our vacation. But Radisson Blu kindly, kindly, refunded the cost of the remainder of my stay. I can't thank them enough. It was the one bright spot in this relative disaster. Although I didn't really get to enjoy the amenities on the property I would absolutely stay here again. Our room was HUGE and comfortable. The property was gorgeous, and there were two beautiful pools I didn't get to enjoy. It was also one of the best hotel deals around. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The rooms were basic but modern, beds very comfortable, and entire suite was extremely clean!! Beach, shopping, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is walking distance or you can take the hotel transportation. The adult pool area has an infinity pool with a bar and kitchen. Lastly but certainly not the least, the staff were amazing!! Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. It must be the island vibe because everyone was happy and friendly!! We will definitely be back to Radisson Blu!

My only tiny complaint, (which is insignificant) is that no one was able to exchange for smaller bills. The restaurants, shops, or front desk. We made due. It did not affect our trip.

I don't write reviews very often but felt the need to in this case. I was so excited to check in here as it's very conveniently located and nicely appointed - very modern and pristine. However, as the days passed, we found chinks in the armor. Pros: 1) Very nice decor and comfortable. Big kitchen table which was perfect for my work space. Big couch and 2 chairs with large screen TV. 2) Bedroom is nice with king bed and very comfortable. 3) Staff were very friendly and seemed to be accommodating. Santos took up our bags and gave us a tour of the suite, and he always greeted us when he saw us. 4) Beautiful and large adults-only infinity pool on 3rd floor and huge hot tub on first floor. 5) Nice grounds. 6) Resident kitty, which I loved Cons: 1) The bathroom sink takes up the entire vanity so you can barely fit a comb on there. We had to balance things on the closed toilet seat. 2) The "amenities" in the shower were a joke. They had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only problem? Nothing came out of them except for a drop after pushing it 5 times. I reported it multiple times, and all we got was a new bottle of shampoo. Never got conditioner or body wash, and I didn't pack any since they said they had it. 3) We got 2 bath towels for 2 people and one hand towel. Were we supposed to share a hand towel? I took one off of a housekeeping cart in the hall, and then the maid took it away when she cleaned the room. My husband had a washcloth in the shower and she removed that and never replaced it. 4) The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. I reported it and it never got fixed. 5) You only get one pool towel per towel card. You need two for the chairs since they're small. 6) the WiFi is impossible to figure out until you learn it since you can't see the options to hit like "Connect". It's all dark. And you have to reconnect every day. 7) They have a full kitchen (no stove, though) but no dishes or silverware, just mugs. Huh? They had cardboard plates and cardboard "silverware" - a set of 4. It's too bad because we definitely would have gone back if not for all these issues. We own at Playa Linda but wanted to extend our stay by staying 4 more nights somewhere new. We won't be back.
