Výborná lokalita v centru Palmy. Obával jsem se hluku, ale vše bylo v pořádku a žádný hluk z ulice nás neobtěžoval. Self-checkin perfektní, žádne problémy při ubytování. Majitel perfektně proaktivně komunikoval přes Whatsapp.

The staff was so helpfull from the minute we arrived when we had to get assistance for the self check in and during the stay. The location is 10/10, just perfection.

The only thing is that the bathroom has a glass door and not much privacy but other than that the room was good

Très bon emplacement, en plein cœur de Palma. Tout est à côté. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. Lieux propres et confortables. Check-in et out hyper faciles et rapides.

Le prix est assez élevé du fait de la localisation de l’hôtel. Sinon rien d’autre à dire. En soit, ce sont les prix à Palma centre.

1. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ ΜΙΚΡΟ και το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε πολύ μικρό ακάλυπτο πίσω 2. Επίσης, υπήρχαν σκαλιά για να φτάσουμε στο δωμάτιο , εκτός από το ασανσέρ. Αρα δυσκολία στη μεταφορά των αποσκευών 3. Το check-in έπρεπε να το κάνουμε μόνοι μας και δυσκολευτήκαμε καθώς δεν ήταν εύκολη η ‘ αναγνώριση’ του διαβατηρίου

Sijainti oli aivan erinomainen : vanhan kaupungin hiljaisella kadulla. Kaikki oli aivan käden ulottuvilla . Myös bussipysäkki josta pääsi kätevästi rannoille . Huone oli myös viehättävä vaikka pieni olikin.0

Sisäänkirjautuminen (self checking) ei sujunut ongelmitta . Murukahvia olisi saanut huoneessa olla, kuten yleensä on.

Location was very central to old town Palma. Everything was either walking distance or easily accessible by bus. The hotel communicate with ease over Whatsapp and they were very efficient with requests and hospitality!

- sehr hellhörig, man hört alles was in der kleinen Gasse gesprochen wird. Am Wochenende kann dies durchaus bis 2 Uhr nachts dauern - Empfehlung sind Ohrenstöpsel zum Schlafen. - beim Self CheckIn hat der Automat den Schlüssel nicht herausgegeben, sodass wir die Notklingel in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Uns wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten geholfen und wir haben die Schlüssel erhalten. - Nachfrage regelt natürlich das Angebot und auf Mallorca sind die Preise im Sommer hoch, aber mehr als 300€/Nacht für ein normales Apartment zum Schlafen und Duschen ohne jeglichen weiteren Service ist überteuert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht korrekt.

The room was wonderful, and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and had quite tall ceilings that made it feel so spacious. In addition the beds were comfortable and the room got cleaned every day. Check in was smooth and the perk of luggage storage within the building was amazing.The location of the place is unbeatable- old, small, pretty streets that are close to many historic sights and convinces but are not too loud. If you choose to use public transport while staying here the bus stop is less than a minute away, and the closest taxi stop is about 5 minutes by foot. Over all a great experience!

Absolutely no cutlers in the room so even if you want to eat a small yoghurt in the room be aware.

Diese Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Kurztrip nach Palma. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, sodass sich die Altstadt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erkunden lassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine gute Klimaanlage, die das schwüle Sommerwetter deutlich angenehmer macht. Der Punkteabzug ist ausschließlich auf ein Missverständnis bei unserer Zimmerbuchung zurückzuführen. Die Unterkunft hat sich im Nachhinein jedoch bei uns gemeldet, den Fehler eingeräumt und eine angemessene Entschädigung angeboten. Dieses Entgegenkommen wissen wir zu schätzen.

Hôtel très propre, confortable et avec un excellent emplacement, dans le centre-ville de Palma et très proche des arrêts de bus. La chambre n'est pas énorme mais a un bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux hébergements environnants. Le self check-in/check out était très facile, et l'équipe était très réactive via Whatsapp et sur Booking. Je recommande !

Top Lage im Herzen von Palma in der Fussgängerzone. Schlichte, aber stilvoll und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und schnell – Fragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. das Checkin- kurz und einfach.

Страхотно местоположение на минути от Катедралата, автобусни спирки и много заведения. Имахме страхотна комуникация и без проблем се настанихме след 22:00 ч. Помогнаха ни и с инструкции как да точно се чекираме. Отговаряха ни до късно вечерта, при възникнали въпроси.

Abbastanza piccola, il bagno è minuscolo e non ha pareti quindi è bene che il tuo accompagnatore sia una persona con la quale è molta confidenza. Poiché l’appartamento nel centro storico bisogna parcheggiare l’auto fuori e camminare a piedi per circa 10 minuti

The location was excellent. Very central but quiet at night which was a bonus. Extremely comfortable room with a comfy bed and efficient air conditioning. The bonus was the availability at the apartments to store luggage before and after our arrival/departure. I would recommend this apartment.

Lage, sehr zentral Die Informationen, die wir vor Anreise per WhatsApp erhalten haben zum check-in waren sehr hilfreich. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor Ort zu deponieren und abzuschliessen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich auch erkundigt, ob alles gut ist - sehr aufmerksam!

Für mich war die Matratze ein bisschen hart (aber das ist sehr persönlich, geschmacksache).

The location is amazing! Walking distance of so many great restaurants, charming streets, and you really get the full Palma experience staying here. The room was one of the most comfortable we had during our entire trip. It wasn’t the most spacious, but it was well designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel uses self check-in, which isn't really our preference. The instructions were sent via WhatsApp and were clear, though we did have a small issue with our key. We pressed the assistance button and someone answered quickly and resolved it within 5 minutes, which was impressive. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

One small note: the stairs on the second floor can be a bit slippery, so it’s worth being careful, especially in flip flops. Adding non slip stickers would be a simple and helpful improvement.

There is no separate bathroom, the bed, toilet and shower are in the same room.

L’emplacement était idéal c’est pourquoi nous l’avions choisis. Très bonne literie avec un grand lit, nous avons très bien dormis! La chambre donnais sur la rue mais était calme le soir, ce qui était agréable. Le personnel a été réactif lors de notre arrivée quand nous avons rencontré un soucis pour l’enregistrement via la borne à l’entrée.

640€ pour 3nuits c’est assez excessif pour la qualité des équipements. Nous payons clairement l’emplacement! L’hôtel a l’air d’avoir été rénové mais le sol est vraiment a refaire, ainsi que les équipements dans la douche. Malgré que les photos soient bien représentatives concernant la cabine de douche et toilettes totalement vitrées dans la chambre, celles ci pourraient faire preuve de plus d’intimité.

Location and property itself is great. Only thing missing is no mini bar and no breakfast included for the price you pay. Paid €291 for one night and no breakfast included.

Super Unterkunft mit top Lage um Palma zu besuchen. Super nette Kommunikation.

Lage ist zentral, Klimanalage, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Doppelbett war schön gross und bequem. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

Es hat aus der Dusche wahrscheinlich nach Gulli gerochen und das ziemlich penetrant gegen Nachmittag und auch ein mal in der Nacht. Ist wohl die Altstadt. Haben über Nacht ein Handtuch über den Abfluss gelegt. Das hat anscheinend geholfen. Bei offenem Fenster konnten wir nicht schlafen das es laut war.

The room was nice the building overall was nice.

We really didn’t like the toilet in the room. The door leaves a gap and doesn’t have a lock. It’s just a glass transparent box with a swing door - there is no privacy or window in the toilet so barely any ventilation. Only suitable for those happy with seeing and hearing their partner use the toilet.

Great location. Easy to check in with the machine, easy to use the lockers to store our luggage after check in (as we had a late flight). Excellent responses (quick) to any queries - we got to check in an hour or so early and they helped when we had an issues with the safe.

The door to the bathroom isn’t sealed, it’s just a frosted glass that means no real privacy as you hear everything!

La ubicacion es casi lo mejor del edificio/habitacion, esta en el centro con oferta ilimitada a restaurantes y bares. La habitacion es pequña pero la cama es comoda y la ducha enorme. Ademas el personal es majisimo, nos dejo entrar un poco antes de la hora.

Por decir algo que mejoraría un poco la estancia, cambiar la puerta del aseo por una que cierre bien. Todo lo demas genial.

Dans le centre, proche de tout. Propre et bien équipé ! La facilité d’accès. Wifi qui fonctionne très bien et literie confortable. Garde valises très pratique

Dommage que la porte des WC soit en verre. C’est assez gênant, que ce soit en famille entre amis ou en couple.. dommage aussi que l’eau chaude se termine assez rapidement. On n’a pas le temps de profiter d’une bonne douche détente.

The facility is located in the heart of the city centre, surrounded by stores, coffee shops and mini markets. Numerous bus stops make exploring other areas of the city very easy. The room is small but equipped with everything you may need, and I loved the balcony!

La atención de la persona encargada es buenísima, muy pendiente. Ubicación perfecta. Te proporcionan taquillas si necesitas guardar equipaje el día de salida o entrada.

El alojamiento es pequeño, quizás un poco caro para lo que es.

Great location, check in is self explanatory, locker service very thoughtful, while "staff less" great communication pre-, during and post-arrival. Liked the note and free bottles of water.

Man muss sich einen Parkplatz suchen, was aber kein Problem ist in diesem kleinen Ort. Man muss sich nur darauf einstellen, kurz vor der Tür zu halten, um die Koffer abzuladen.

Die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr nette, aufmerksame und freundliche Menschen, sie helfen wo sie können und fragen auch nach ob man etwas benötigt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Darüberhinaus hat es einfach eine perfekte Lage in der Altstadt und ist nahe den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gelegen. Das Zimmer ist auch von guten Restaurants umgeben. Man erhält auch eine sehr gute Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel und wie man den Self-Check-IN absolviert.

Das Einzige was mir einfällt ist das es ein wenig mehr Hacken im Badezimmer für die Handtücher geben könnte und die Bettdecke vielleicht zweigeteilt sein könnte. Aber das ist mehr als Geschmacksache.

Es de agradecer que en los tiempos que corren encuentres a un equipo de personas como el que gestiona este alojamiento. Desde los mensajes previos con información diversa, la solución inmediata del problema con la entrega de la llave provocada por un sistema automático, el ofrecimiento continuo de cualquier tipo de ayuda, así como el trato que recibimos al retrasarnos en la salida, vuelves a sentir el como se debe de tratar a un cliente.

Some electrical faults settling in but the management solved really quickly and efficiently

We very much liked the location of the property. And the staff were very accommodating when the hairdryer blew up. And they were at the room with a new hairdryer. I was very impressed with the helpful nature of the staff links to the WhatsApp group. They helped us with the check-in and we were grateful for that.

I thought that the bed was a little hard for my liking however my friend quite liked it. It was quite noisy, but we expect that to be the case for living in such a central location.
