Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Good location
The room didn’t look like the photos. We didn’t have the two large windows shown in the pictures, and the only balcony was surrounded by walls with no view at all. The bed was also not clean, with hair and stains on the bedding. I went to reception twice but no one was there. I also contacted the hotel through Booking.com and WhatsApp but got no reply. I had to stay like this for the night and felt itchy while sleeping. Overall, really disappointing, especially for the price.

The arrival experience was not great. You are in a tight space at the back of the very busy restaurant. We were in the Cabrera room and there was a constant noise similar to a car acceleration and then deceleration. It was a constant noise.
