Room and the cleanliness

I can hear the stepsfrom the upper room its annoying its seems like the ceiling is not sound proof..

The hotel is clean, neat and new. The pool area was great. Breakfast was good but it ends at 10:00 so I missed it one morning. Overall, I found it a little pricy for what you got.

A little on the pricey side but we used points. Relatively new facility but very well kept. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable as was the bed. We always request a high floor so that we do not hear noise from guests in room above as we go to be early. Highly recommend this BW if you are in the Dauphin area.

Gabriel, who keeps the breakfast area clean was great! Good choices for breakfast, including fresh fruit. My suite was perfect for entertaining and the housecleaning did a wonderful job! Wonderful pillows

Gym is a bit small and hot.

All the little extras make you feel like a prince/princess. Staff are outstanding! Food is great for afternoon snack and breakfast. So clean!

What I thought was going to be a fantastic choice of a hotel has me ABSOLUTELY Disgusted with the fact that 3.5 hrs of LOUD , stomping, running , screaming above us was allowed to continue. When I asked the front desk staff to remind the guests above us that they had people staying below then, she declined and said they had a right to be noisy until 11pm . Another hour passed and I went to the front desk to speak to the person working, and she said that the Housekeeping had stood outside the room and it "wasn't that bad". What they neglect to realize os that we are directly under the offending guests and what we experienced would NOT be the same as standing outside the door. The person at the front desk offered that we re pack all of our belongings and groceries (a kitchenette suite) and move. This was not acceptable and why not speak to the noisy people??? She offered "ear plugs".... 🙄 At a total cost of $805 for this stay, the staff did not handle this appropriately. I will NOT be recommending this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and cheery and always great each and every time you come and go. I have stayed here a lot and it never disappoints. The breakfast is great always hot and very clean with many options

We enjoyed the clean inviting environment and room.

My only issues was when we checked in U was unable to get my government rate. It wasn't offered in the website and I got told they couldn't do it at the desk due to using a 3rd party booking site. So ultimately missed out which pissed me off to be honest.

Very clean rooms

The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is new, and everything still had that "new hotel" feel to it.

On-site food/drink service would have made the hotel better, but there are options in the vicinity.

This hotel is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I always saw staff cleaning something. All the staff were really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was top notch! I didn't use the pool area but it looked amazing. The bed was really comfy and lots of towels in the bathroom. All in all, I can't think about anything negative. I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and all the staff take great pride in looking after it and keeping it looking new and clean. Clean , modern , comfortable rooms. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced. Kitchen staff professional and polite and took pride in their kitchen. The omelette bar was great. Very clean hotel , it looks brand new.

It is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants , the road isn’t well lighted or have a sidewalk for most of it

Room was near some sort of outdoor running fan/exhaust or something which could be heard all night. Made for a very restless night.

Very nice, new hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, decent breakfast and great location if visiting Riding Mountain. The beds and shower were especially nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative side were the very soft pillows, the poor bathroom lighting - like trying to shave in the dark, and some of the cheap finishings - the towel rack pulled off the wall. I hate to see how this place will hold up after 10 years of use with those poor finishings. Also, they need to confront the adults that let their children, and in one case their dog, run rampant through the breakfast, pool and lobby areas. Overall we had a good stay and do recommend the place!

Friendly staff, quiet and clean!

This hotel is about five to ten years old, so disregard the sign out front saying “Now Open” as it has been for quite some time. The hotel is quite nice inside, with some Fun amenities in the lobby - a putting area! - and some nice complimentary coffee from an automated machine that was out of some of its offerings when I tried to have one. Complimentary breakfast was average for this type of hotel.. something that resembles eggs in a heating dish, some meat, and hash browns.. the yogurt dispenser was a pleasant surprise! The potatoes looks nice, and my family concurred. Hotel, is located at the south end of Dauphin which was great as we ventured into Wasagaming for each day we stayed. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely!

We always stay here when we go to Dauphin. It’s clean, the staff are great and the rooms are spacious.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very good with a variety of choices.

Love the split bed design with the bathroom in between, gives privacy to persons in each bed! Also the pool with the waterslide was wonderful for my 9year old nephew

We had an excellent stay again in Dauphin Best Western Plus. Super clean, well managed facility. Courteous attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean clean rooms with comfy beds, quiet sleep. We really felt cared for and welcome. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, as we arrived around 7pm and were very tired after a long journey. They helped us as much as possible, especially Claire and the guy in the kitchen, who offered us food. Their staff was truly wonderful; we felt right at home. The room was spotless and the food was excellent. We are delighted and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with complimentary hot dogs and rice bar! Breakfast is excellent with healthy food options (ie. fruits and veggies). Swimming area excellent and well maintained. Eventhough accessible room was not available, they contact me before and make sure there is at least a grab bar in the bathroom. This show they care and try to make accommodation to their guest the best they can.

I was surprised by receptions they asking me for $300 deposit for any damages which my booking was online and never ask about it .

The Dauphin Best Western is absolutely the place you want to stay at! Jenn the Manager - is an awesome, and if you have a problem or concern she is the one to see. I can only say positive comments about the Best Western - clean, a lot of amenities, great staff, a great Manager - great snacks, complementary breakfast! Amazing stay! Lots of safe parking!

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at!!! This hotel has friendly staff and a beautiful pool. I have stayed here 3 times and Everytime I’m delighted that is continues to be clean and well managed. What a gem to have in Dauphin, MB

Overall great experience. I was not prepared to submit a damage deposit that was more than the cost of the room. I thought the prices were very steep.

Appreciated how clean the rooms were. It’s a newer hotel and it shows. Only small negative is the dimness of the lights in the bathroom, hard to put on your makeup but it’s probably part of the eco friendly would be my guess?

The continental breakfast was superb.

My skin was terribly itchy after using the hot tub, showering after use didn't seem to help . The continental breakfast was great, however more hot food options would be great.

It was a great stay. Only thing is the bathroom ligthing is dark. Need better lighting.

Price and beds

I always try to book at Best Westerns and this hotel did not disappoint. It seemed really new and the rooms were very clean and a very good size. The breakfast was great and they opened up additional seating which was appreciated as the hotel was full. My kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide as well.

Chlorine levels in pool area were horrible. Eyes burning the entire time and couldn’t stay in there and enjoy. Could even smell it on the 2nd floor hallway from the pool. The other item is the pillows. Way too soft (seem cheap).

The front desk staff always provide exceptional customer service.

We were put in a room next to the elevator and breakfast area so was loud late at night and early in the morning. Since we had a younger child it was difficult to get them to sleep as well as not get up to early from the noise

Fantastic staff throughout the facility.

This hotel is beautiful and is on the road to Riding Mountain National Park. It for sure is the nicest hotel in Dauphin, but it’s also a nice hotel overall. The breakfast selection and the coffee machine is amazing. Swimming pool and slides everything is mint.

I will be staying again at this location. It was worth every dollar we paid. Extra perks that i haven’t seen elsewhere

Loved coming with my grandchildren so they could enjoy swimming and to top it off they offered free pizza and chicken soup for supper which was a bonus! I’ll definitely will do this again, I only live an hour away but the get away was needed for us all! Very friendly service from everyone ❤️
