The staff were very nice. Breakfast had good options. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet.

The hallways and room were dated. Could use a refresh. Better room lighting would also help. Otherwise we had a good stay.

All our stuff was stolen from our truck. We had to cancel the rest of our trip. Security sucks in the parking lot.

Close to everything. Reasonable price. Great breakfast. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Location was good on the main road. I was able to upgrade with no issues. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful

The couch in the room was small .

The internet is probably the worst I've seen at a hotel anywhere in the last 5 years. The price was outrageous for a very basic room with poor internet, and no concessions offered to a Diamond member.

Had another great stay at the Super 8. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff were outstanding. There were 8 of us in the area for golf and the staff assisted us with a stay and play option and provided a meeting room for us in the evening. Thanks to Rob and his staff.

I liked everything about the place and the Staff were Amazing. Amenities were just a hop, skip and a jump from the hotel.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a pool/hottub

The staff was super friendly, helpful in so many ways and answered my many questions. My card was locked due to potential fraud charges and they were more than accommodating and patient while I corrected the error, during business hours. Late checkout was so very much appreciated. The Artwork throughout the Hotel was fantastic. Complimentary options were nice, although I did not have time to indulge.

A microwave in the room would have been preferred. There was one available to guests in the Dining room. I did request no cotton sheets due to allergies but they were not able to accommodate. They did notify me ahead of time, which was appreciated.

Very comfortable beds and everything I needed. Coffee maker in room and free breakfast were a nice touch. It was also nice to have a writing desk for work.

I did not receive a invoice for money I spent for lodge. Receptionist got blame a system and said I can not get invoice in cause I paid to booking com. Regarding Canadian regulation have to get proper invoice with taxing details and full numbers on invoice. Please provide invoice for me!

Surprised there wasn’t a microwave, sink and a few dishes ( eg glasses) in the King Suite

Staff not super friendly . Tables in the dining area for continental breakfast were sticky. Rooms clean. ? Offer compassionate rate for individuals coming in from out of town for diagnostics at Dauphin hospital .

would prefer a few more hot food choices. The pancake machine sat empty until we mentioned it and we were finished breakfast before it was filled.

orange juice would have be nice, bread that was not squished/cut too thin would also have been nice, even a tomatoe juice offering would be good.

Easy to locate, close to amenities

I forgot my camera gear in the hotel and the staff returned it to me promptly. I was so greatful. Wonderful staff, so friendly and kind. Thank you so much

Property is a little dated but rooms were clean, have stayed here multiple times for work this year. Pleasant front desk staff and like the convenience of online check in and check out!

The stay was good. I was impressed with the clean dining area and 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea. However, I was expecting scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns like many hotels I've stayed at that offer a complimentary breakfast. Very good overall seevice!

Missed the breakfast unfortunately. I liked the staff. So friendlt and helpful. It's location was so great, close to good restaurants and the mall.

I liked the conference room but because there were so many of us staying at the hotel, we wish we could have gotten it as a bonus, no charge. We cleaned it up after use. .

The staff were awesome. Breakfast was so-so but they had soup available one night. I will stay here again if I am in the area

Staff are nice and welcoming. No issues with our room. Quiet and closer to fast food chains, grocery stores, restaurants, and gasoline station.

Only the bad things is I asked 1 month ago for connecting room but they didn’t give me , I saw our room with connecting room but the other room already occupied some other guest , and also not answering some emails about my special requests 😔😔😔

The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast… the oranges were old and dry, there was very little variety

Check in was very efficient, like the ability to pre-check in online. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Have stayed here a few times for work and will return!

We were in Dauphin for a rugby game. This was a nice surprise. Room was very clean. Comfy bed.

Nice hotel with a real maintenance man that knows his job and cares on top of that. So u don’t find slamming doors as he has all the door closures set and operational as they should be. Sinks and shower/tubs all drain. Top that at any motel chain. This is one of the last locally owned Super 8’s that you will find and why it’s in great shape for 25 yrs old So stay here before it sells as it’s going to be. Then it will succumb to the normal standards of today. The price is too high for what you get for sure. Breakfast is not a bell ringer and needs to be enhanced with some warm ideas. Maybe some prepackaged muffins etc for to go. Located in a good area and walking distance to eat. Oh the front desk guy was very nice on check in and so was the other fella on checkout. This seldom is the case on either when modelling it but here not one but both were very good at their jobs. The dusting of front desk equipment needs work as u can see.

check-in was super easy.

The hotel and rooms of this motel are extremely clean. The service is prompt and courteous. The breakfast offered hot pancakes, yogurt and fruit among many other continental breakfast offerings. The coffee was excellent.

They have an area open to the public

Air conditioner terrible noisy. Parking area felt unsafe. The one good thing I can say is they refunded our stay.

The staff are awesome

I like a hotel yo be clean and a bit spacious. We had it all. I called down twice and they came right up to help me. My only suggestion is that the cops they leave to drink from leak if it sits too long. Maybe a reusable plastic cup that is biodegradable.

Location is great, staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could use some improving and what they call queen bed, they were actually doubles. That was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast only had white bread. Too much waste with disposable dishes and cutlery. Not great value for the money we paid.

Convenient for our needs

two night stay in July. Everything went very well. Front desk was friendly and helpful. On check in the wifi wasn’t connecting, the fellow at the front desk did some kind of reset and it worked perfectly. We needed a corkscrew and again he helped us. I stayed solo and was looked after very well.

Staffs are friendly and nice, rooms are clean as well. The only thing is rooms should have their own microwave ovens. The outlets in the night lamps are unusable.

Great value, clean quiet and tremendous accommodating staff

About 45min drive from clear lake. Property is nice with close by dining options. Limited food options in breakfast.

The staff and room were okay. The actual building was very tired and in need of an update. But otherwise it was fine.

We didn’t like the noise of the AC, otherwise everything was fine.
