M Village Phu Quoc

Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, es bietet eine perfekte Oase vom turbulenten Leben in Vietnam. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Häuser bieten viel Komfort. Durch die vielen Pflanzen entsteht, das Gefühl, als würde man im Dschungel schlafen, vor allem auch durch die vielen Geckos. Auch die drei verschiedenen Pools bieten viel Platz um sich in Ruhe zu erholen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We stayed for two nights in this property and we had an amazing experience. If you want to feel like close to nature then you need to book the tropical village category and for the price we paid it was worth every penny! The rooms are so spacious got 3 different pool easily accessible for everyone ! Its overall very beautiful. The staff HUY and DUC are so helpful and so nice , always smiling and helping everyone the best they can . Pick and drop is free and they even decorated room for us . I would give it 9/10 overall

Very helpful staff, nice and cozy resort with a good pool that is a nice change from some of the huge resorts around here. Good location with plenty of amenities, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice traditional village aesthetic, but rooms are modern and spacious at the same time.

Beach that is accessible across from the resort is small and lots of construction around it but there are other beachfront options nearby.

Poor welcome- there are 2 sites and to have to walk to the other one after a flight, and with little welcome, was not on. They wanted to take a photo of the payment transaction and demanded I log on to my bank. This is despite us staying elsewhere in Vietnam and never being asked. We had to call the manager in the end. The huts are no more than single skin, part cement with ill-fitting doors and windows- mosquitoes paradise! We have been travelling around Asia for 5 weeks with no bites but had 5 weeks worth of bites in 4 days. They also let all the noise in- traffic, dogs yelping all night, guests shouting. We had to pay for a night elsewhere to get some proper sleep. Breakfast was poor, cramped onto 3 tables and I had to virtually beg for a breakfast tea bag. The gym by the large pool was full of mosquitoes and small. The top gym was completely inadequate with doors that didn't close, no air con, no towels.The tropical pool looks enticing but there are no steps in so you have to sort of roll in and crawl out. One of the other pools is right by reception, you can walk through dog poo on the steps to get there. Finally, the inability and unwillingness to police non-smoking areas was the most infuriating aspect. Be warned, non-smokers, it's like being back in the 1970s (as my husband said)

The scenery was great

The bathrooms were bothersome. Shower positioning in the middle of thr bathroom makes for always having wet feet when need to go to toilet or wash hands. The main room design was odd too with dining chairs against the wall instead of a comfortabele seating.

I had a wonderful stay at M Village. The place is absolutely beautiful, elegant, quiet, and very well-maintained. I had no issues at all during my time there. The staff is incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. I had a very minor issue when I spotted a small gecko in my room, but as soon as I called the reception, the staff came over immediately and handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Overall, it is a truly beautiful hotel with excellent service. I highly recommend it!

The smoke in the room was forbidden. If they allowed smoking in the room will be the best hotel ever

The rooms and the accommodation was beautiful and so tropical. You feel like you are in Paradise. The pool up the back overlooking the mountain and jungle outlook was my favourite part.

首先位于富国岛中部，位置不错，周边吃的便利，是个体验当地风土人情的好选择。有三个泳池，适合亲子游，同店的客人基本都是中韩和东南亚人，基本没有三哥，这点还是不错。早餐的越南米粉是挺好吃，而且由于总体客房不多，也不会拥挤，挺好。

两点不好，一是作为酒店，有很多亲子客户，却没有儿童牙刷儿童拖鞋，这个需要改进。第二是两个客房的卫生间之间的墙是不到顶的，导致隔音略差。

We loved it. The room was spacious, the grounds were beautiful, and there were three swimming pools. The staff was very friendly. We spent three weeks in Vietnam, and this was our best hotel during our entire stay. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, as were the cocktails.

We weren't happy with the payment process. The way they handled the credit card issue really ruined our experience. They were so rude and tactless. We even wanted to cancel our booking, it was so unpleasant. Even after we paid for the room (4 nights) and ordered lunch by the pool on the second day, they demanded payment immediately. In other places, you can pay at the end of your vacation. With their payment method and credit card, they ruin people's vacations; they're so demanding. Bed is not comfortable, the mattress sags in the middle

The breakfast was all you needed, providing everything. The room was spacious and cozy (also exactly what the photos represented). The staff are friendly and the daily cleaning services were great, providing water bottles, coke and fresh towels daily. The pool was lovely and we also had access to the pool 100 metres up the road at the other M Village resort. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great addition, loved it.

A very nice, quiet hotel, even though it’s right by the main road. Excellent location – close to the beach, a market, and plenty of restaurants and massage salons. Great breakfasts. Friendly staff who take care of guests at every step. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has two parts. We stayed in the Exotic House in the part with the large pool. I understand this part is newer, and we liked almost everything—the house itself, the nearby pool, the good breakfasts, and the friendly staff. Oh, here was the best pho for included breakfast ! We once went to the pool in the other part of the hotel, and there was a lot of unpleasant sewage smell in that area. The pool itself is nice and surrounded by jungle. Overall, if you don't want to be disappointed and have a great vacation, book a room in the part of the hotel with the large pool. The hotel photos on booking.com have a map attached, making it easy to see! This is crucial.

There was no place to dry clothes.. only one chair outside near the house where we dried clothes after swimming. I would also have liked a couple of chairs and a table near the house to sit and enjoy the nature with a couple of cocktails. But as I said above, there was only one chair and it was covered with wet swimsuits:)

Personelu mógłby pozazdrościć niejeden europejski hotel .Ludzie którzy tam pracują zajmują się wszystkim .Bez problemu można porozumiewać się w języku angielskim co w Wietnamie nie jest takie oczywiste.Jedzenie mega.Prze pyszne śniadania i lunche .Do wyboru wszystko czego dusza zapragnie.Plaza blisko,wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i jest się nad morzem .My mało korzystaliśmy z tej plaży gdyż upodobaliśmy sobie plażę przy Grand World .Jeździliśmy tam elektrycznym autobusem za grosze.Przy hotelu świetną Tajska restauracja i mnóstwo Wietnamskich.Blisko do największego na wyspie marketu King Kong -można dojść spacerkiem.Sam hotel dla nas był ok.Klimatyzacja działała ,.łazienka była czysta ,ręczniki codziennie wymieniane.Nie jest to jednak standard europejski.Domki na terenie resortu nie są nowe ale nam to nie przeszkadzało .

Rustic and comfortable environment. Location is good and near good eats and shopping. Three pools, although they are small, it's relaxing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Tranh and the be-spectacled receptionist (sorry, forgot her name) when we checked in.

Soundproofing in the rooms aren't great and you can hear birds and cicadas outside. Also, airport transit arrangement is a little messy so both ways we just used Grab.

Would definitely recommend. Beautiful and clean accomodation, amazing breakfast full of variety and nice staff. Room has everything you need. The resort is truly a peaceful oasis, yet located very central: close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel auf Phu Quoc, unterteilt in Village und Resort, beide sind etwa 2 min über einen Fußweg voneinander getrennt.Man kann am Morgen selbst entscheiden wo man sein Frühstück einnehmen möchte, wir fanden es im Resort schöner und es war für alle etwas dabei. Die beiden Hotels sind jeweils sehr gepflegt, in einer wunderschönen tropischen Anlage und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Отличный небольшой отель в центре острова. Уборка производилась каждый день.Завтраки были разнообразные: на каждом завтраке можно было попросить приготовить яйца любым удобным способом, а также фо бо. На завтрак всегда были панкейки с сиропами, свежие фрукты, зелень, салаты и йогурт. Несколько горячих позиций каждый день варьировались, поэтому всегда была возможность попробовать что-то новое. При заезде нам выдали купоны на два напитка в баре - приятный бонус. У бассейна каждый день можно было взять пляжное полотенце. Бассейн очень комфортный и чистый. Сотрудники отеля очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые. На территории также есть небольшой спортивный зал и зона спа. Меню в ресторане тоже было разнообразным: в течение дня можно было что-то заказать и поесть. Даже пока лежишь на лежаке у бассейна, сотрудники ресторана принесут вам еду и напитки. Wi-Fi работал исправно на всей территории отеля.

К самому отелю нет претензий, но если вам нужен рядом чистый пляж с красивым видом, то центр острова для этого не очень подойдёт. От отеля пляж находится в 5 минутах, но комфортного отдыха там нет. Мы вдоволь отдохнули на пляже Кхем (в первой половине отпуска), поэтому не сильно расстроились из-за этого минуса. Но если для вас это принципиально, я бы не советовала брать данный отель на весь отпуск, так как до хороших пляжей ездить очень далеко.

Номера просторные, уборка хорошая, мало света в уборной. Если номера будут в глубине отеля то будет тихо и спокойно. Завтрак однообразный но неделю покушать можно. Расположение идеальное. Рядом много не дорогих кафешек с хорошим качеством еды. Бассейн чистый но не большой. Мы не купались

Bardzo ładny, cichy hotel,choć tuż przy głownej ulicy. Doskonała lokalizacja - plaża blisko, market i mnogość restauracji i salonow masażu. Świtne śniadania i godna polecenia restauracja na lunch czy kolację. Przemiła obsługa, która dba o gości na każdym kroku, szczególnie Panie z restauracji. A gratisowe naleśniki w restauracji pozostaną długo w naszych wspomnieniach - bajka. Dziękujemy za bardzo miły czas.

Beeing a location with nature, be prepared for lizards ☺️

I loved the location of M village not in the city centre but close enough to be a short taxi or bike ride away from most attractions. There are plenty of restaurant at your door step but the Village is generally quiet and peaceful. We could hear the primary school nest door and some of the local sounds but I liked this it made our stay feel more authentically Vietnamese. The pools, there are three across the two locations, are clean and lovely to swim in and the grounds are green and well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

On the down side our room did have a strong smell of citronella but on the up side there were no insects including mosquitoes in our room.

Loved the setting of the hotel - it felt like you were in a tropical paradise. The room was really spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and although the hotel is on a busy street, it was peaceful at night. Good choice of breakfast options with freshly made omelettes. Enjoyed the small air conditioned gym, which has a good stack of dumbbells and a bench along with a couple of treadmills. We also got free transfers to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel to spend our week in Phu Quoc. It was only a 5 min walk to the beach too.

На сравнително добро място, на около 10...15 мин до плажа! Закуската еднородна, обслужването е супер!! Стаята ни беше на вътре и шума от мотори не се чуваше толкова. Имаше съответно и гущери в стаята 😟. Страхотен персонал, много мил и усмихнат.

Everything was great! The house where we stayed was clean, the employees kind and thoughtful, food delicious, location extremely close to the beach. Definitely a location that must be tried (we will return).

Our stay at M Village from / to / was extremely relaxing. Having a lovely room by the pool and restaurant was convenient and made our stay incredibly comfortable.  One of us suffering an illness did not blight our stay as Anh and Thinh showed us great empathy and assisted with translating and speaking to a doctor, after hours. They both checked to see if we were OK the next two days.  The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and obliging. We enjoyed our breakfast and cocktails by the pool each day.  We would highly recommend M Village.

The booking.com made it seem like the M Village and M Village Tropical were the same hotel and linked together, where in actual fact, they are separate hotels with no shared facilities. While we stayed at M Village, one friend stayed at M Village Tropical which was only a moment away but caused daily confusion with staff.

Beautiful resort, great pool and enough of a gym (air conditioned). Breakfast options great! They even had a vegetarian complimentary a la carte breakfast menu - perfect. Staff very kind and helpful.

Some of the services were not that great, like the massage and the laundry service. But still, this was a great hotel and I’d happily visit again!

I had a very positive experience at M Village. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool was also a great place to relax. As a vegetarian with a gluten-free diet, I felt very well taken care of. The staff really thought along with me and even prepared something special for me at breakfast. Overall, M Village met my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted. Rene og pæne værelser. En udemærket gym der har det man skal bruge hvis der ikke er for mange deroppe. Gode poolområder. Hjælpsomt personale.

Lidt tæt på vejen. Vores værelse var ved siden af receptionen på stueplan hvilket gjorde vi ikke havde meget privatliv medmindre vi havde rullet gardinerne for hele tiden, hvilket var lidt synd med den smukke udeareal. De ligger konsekvent et servicegebyr oveni det man køber, hvilket er lidt ærgerligt at man ikke selv kan få lov at vurdere om de skal have tips eller ej.

Nagyon szép természetes környezet, dzsungeles. A szobák tiszták, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész. Érkezéskor a szobacserét azonnal megoldották és utolsó nap is nagyon rugalmasak voltak.Mindent nagyon köszönünk. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Nguyen tien thinh nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

En lugn oas med fin pool. Bra läge utmed huvudgatan med närhet till restauranger och butiker. Strand ca 10 min promenad. Stora rum och sköna sängar. Bra frukost med helt ok utbud.

Gymmet hade trasiga maskiner och användes som förråd för extrasängar.

The staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The roof top pool was lovely.
