The staff at the reception especially Joey is so friendly and very helpful.

The facilities could have been a little cleaner and neater. We stayed there for 5 days and received clean towels and a made-up bed each day, but that was about it. I wish the hotel staff had also swept the floor, especially since we went to the beach every day and brought in sand.

Everything was as described.

We felt the staff could have been more accommodating, especially it being a resort.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق ممتازة جدًا، وكل شيء كان على مستوى التوقعات. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة، والموقع ممتاز وقريب من العديد من الأماكن المهمة. أشكر طاقم الفندق على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والسرعة في الاستجابة. كانت التجربة بشكل عام مريحة وممتعة، وسعدت جدًا باختياري لهذا الفندق. بالتأكيد سأفكر في الإقامة هنا مرة أخرى في زيارتي القادمة، وأنصح به لمن يبحث عن مكان مريح ونظيف وموقعه ممتاز.

Breakfast was amazing and a good location

Aircon in or room was not good. Only realized on our last night that there was a problem with the aircon. No milk in the room.

Beach next to the pool

The room we upgraded was not as money value, inside the there is no mirror for dressing, too many AI pictures compared when we arrived

Love the pool and the beach. The spa was great, and the staff was very helpful. The room was also a good size with good amenities.

The location is central on the island. Many restaurants nearby. Bungalow rooms are large and comfortable. Pool and beach easily accessible. Pool bar great. Staff very pleasant and happy to help with anything.

L’accueil et la disponibilité de tous les services Le personnel a été agréable jusqu’au dépôt à l’aéroport. Malgré 3 jours de pluie sur 4, j’ai pu profiter de mon bungalow. Le personnel reste disponible à tout moment pour vous accompagner. J’espère pouvoir y revenir en bonne saison.

The Staff on all levels make Anja Beach Resort worth staying at. The breakfast is very good & excellent room service. The Staff will do everything to make your stay more comfortable.

1. The Spa at the Resort is very basic and only on a phone call half hour before can you arrange a booking. They call a person to come in. Small menu. 2. I booked a waterfront single bungalow view to sea with bath, sadly there bath runs on only Luke warm water. The Staff moved me not such a good view and bath hot but noise level from people above terribble so I was moved again 3x now and told they would not put anyone above to keep out the noise level no view. Very Disappointed. They credited the difference and I chose to use it on room service meals. The Staff Arranged for a better Spa with free pick up and drop off.

Housekeeping hat nicht sorgfältig geputzt, kein Türmatte bei Regen somit immer Dreck mit ins Zimmer. Sonnenliegen nicht bequem.

The location with beachfront proximity. Sunsets by the pool overlooking the beach. Outdoor shower in the sea view bungalow. Close to the town centre and plenty of dining options within 10min walking distance.

The facilities were dated but well maintained. Some of the breakfast preparation staff were not very helpful. However the breakfast staff serving us were very polite. The double beds were just two singles. Not comfortable with a gap in the middle.

How it has its own beach and about a 15min walk to the main part of the town

We were there for 6 nights the 1st three nights were just how I imaged it to hearing the waves while lying in bed , but then some people were put onto the bungalow adjoining us and on numerous times we had to ring though to reception as they were banging doors moving well into the early hours when the man came from reception on one occasion he assured that no one was in that room as he had knocked and no one answered we explained him that they are in and must be being quiet as they know it was reception he assured me not , while as soon as he has it all started gain banging people shouting well into the early hours . It totally ruined our holiday after that just wanted to leave as didn’t feel supported by the resort at all

What I liked most about this property was its excellent location. The apartment is in a very strategic area in the heart of the city, directly across from Long Beach.

Unfortunately, there were several things I did not like. The cleanliness was below expectations, the furniture was old and worn out, and the outdoor bathroom was full of mold. The breakfast had very limited variety, and there were small flies around the food. One of the reception staff members spoke to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. He informed us that we had to remain completely quiet after 10:00 PM because this is considered a “silent hotel.” Even if you speak quietly outside your room, you may be warned or penalized. This was especially unreasonable since the hotel is located on a lively street with an active nightlife. The staff member was also very unfriendly and had an unwelcoming attitude. In addition, the resort’s swimming pool and bar were under maintenance throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because these facilities were unavailable during our visit.

Beautiful beachfront location and lovely friendly staff.

The resort is quite dated and it shows. The pool area in particular needs some major repairs and maintenance and a deep clean.

Beautiful beach. Peaceful and relaxed resort. Stayed in a comfortable bungalow 20 meters from the beach. Delicious food, good housekeeping and a very chill vibe. City Centre is a quick 10 mins drive away and so is the airport. Exactly what we were looking for.

Sound isolation between the rooms in the bungalows could be better... Bathroom had a mild off-putting smell. Seems to be the pipes. Beach Bar closes at 9.30 which we felt was a bit early, but many places in Phu Quoc are like this.

The location is great! the fact that you go out from your room and the swimming pool and the beach just in front of you, it was really great. The rooms and territory are beautiful and the personnel is very friendly and nice!

The only thing the room was not big enough for 3 people

They have a very nice resort at the beach, pool, sunbeds. The morning buffet was very good and a lot of choices for vegetarians as well.

No matter how I tried to book a room with 3 beds (1 double +1 single or 3 singles) was impossible. I think they don't have it. I even changed the age of my kid to 7-8 and still: I was given a double bed only. The bed itself is not a king's size bed is really small!!! I think 1.5 or 1.6m wide. It was the most uncomfortable night of our holiday. Travelling as 2 adults+ 1 kid, we had 2 bottles of water and 2 towels- they should have prepared 1 extra towel. The room was full of mosquitos when we checked in. The faucet was so small we couldn't wash our hands without half the water spilling out of the sink.

Nice beach location, great staff especially the bar staff. Huge comfortable bed and pillows.

Rooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh. Could easily hear occupants in the neighboring room.

The property is showing its age but still manages to deliver.

L’emplacement est top à deux pas de la mer et de la route principale avec beaucoup de restaurants et de spas. Gros plus pour l’orientation vers l’ouest donc vue sur le coucher du soleil.

L’état général de l’hôtel est mal entretenu et mériterait un certain nombre de réparations et de remise en état en particulier la piscine. De plus, la plage est sale avec de nombreux déchets dans le sable er dans l’eau.

Nice resort with beach access. We stayed in the villa with an exclusive pool. The room was spacious and clean.

While the room was advertised as having a private pool, the villa was positioned directly next to a public pool and walkway from a neighbouring hotel. This meant the pool wasn’t truly private, but rather offered a more exclusive space that was still visible to others. Additionally, we had to request that staff avoid accessing our pool area during our stay, as they would enter for maintenance even when the Do Not Disturb sign was on. To their credit, the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable after we raised these concerns. However, for the price point of $500 AUD per night, we would have expected a genuinely private pool experience rather than one with limited privacy. They should really put a larger, taller gate up.

The location of the property is superb It has a beautiful beach. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. We enjoyed seeing the most beautiful sunset from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and it has an outer space to relax. The breakfast spread is good and has plenty of options to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants and massage parlours in walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle transfer from the airport which is very convenient.

Nothing to mention here.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Hauptstraße auf der es einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Massieren usw. gibt. Der kleine Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist schön.

Unser Zimmer war direkt am Nachbarhotel und ein anderes Klimagerät war laut und ununterbrochen an. Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig.

It had a Vietnamese colonial style, ornate, high ceilings. Not like nearby stale buildings that are a blight on the skyline. The beach was clean and clear and the water calm. The staff are a delight!
