Nadine Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

Fabulous stay! My partner and I stayed at the Nadine Resort for 6 days and we had a wonderful time! The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-kept, including the garden which is a real treat. Our room was beautiful and super cozy. A huge thank you to all the staff: truly always helpful, lovely, and ready to give advice on anything. A special mention for the breakfast: delicious, rich, and with plenty of choice. We absolutely recommend it!

Can’t fault this place. The staff are amazing and extra helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. They really looked out for our children, making sure we had everything needed for them. Will definitely be returning

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the view from the balcony. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good, and the surroundings were beautiful. We also enjoyed the spa and Vietnamese massage. The staff was so helpful and kind! They helped us a lot! Highly recommend.

Ett nydelig sted!! Dette var 2.gangen i løpet av ferien vår vi var på Nadine, og vi booket oss inn igjen på slutten av ferien utelukkende pga trivselen vi opplevde her. Atmosfæren med det grønne uterommet, komfortable rom og den nydelige maten hadde ikke vært like fantastisk uten alle de flotte menneskene som virkelig tar vare på gjestene sine.

Nous avons apprécié le tout le décor, la localisation le personnel et les petits déjeuners variés. Les filles du Spas sont au top aussi 👍🏼

Its located in one of the most central locations on the island and yet they've managed to keep it perfectly quaint and quiet for their guests. Adorable hospitability and quick response of the hotel staff. Pool was crystal clear, right next to the bar that is functional and amazing. They also have a nice scooter rental option which I used and the process was smooth, quick, and effective. The value provided for the amount they charge is immense and absolutely praiseworthy. Avoid the major five star resorts and stay with them to make your Phu Quoc trip affordable while enjoying more days on the not so great island.

Absolutely nothing that you wouldn't like. They tried their best with everything and you can't ask for more.

Best pool ever, super friendly staff, great breakfast. The hotel rooms are spacious, bathrooms very clean. Close to the airport. The hotel can arrange a very friendly taxi driver for you.

The town that is nearby was not to our liking. Too busy, not pretty. The area where the hotel is is very quiet, in the hotel and the pool you notice almost nothing from the crowd and noise in town.

Superb scrambled eggs. The manager Eric was a jack of all trades and was very attentive to detail. Staff were very friendly.

The pool bar was not stocked with cold beers and ice was at a premium.

We stayed at the Nadine for a month and it was amazing. It’s run like a family business and the staff cannot do enough for you. Everyone has a smile on their face and there is just a great vibe about the place. We loved our large comfortable room (family 2 bedroom) and facilities within were really good. The swimming pool was fantastic and our two little girls enjoyed many hours bobbing about, particularly since the pool remains open until 22:00 (really great). The breakfast is really good with lots to choose from between European / American / continental / Asian options. It’s well located at the best end of town (in our opinion) and the staff there will drive you back and forth to the main road or beach, which is a 2 minute trip in a buggy. And finally, you will not get better value for money in all of Vietnam. Thank you Eric and team for an unforgettable experience.

Little oasis outside of the crazy main road and beach scene. Super friendly and helpful staff especially from Eric. Great pool and very cost effective food and drink. Phu Qoc is very underdeveloped and tired so it was great to escape from this

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which really made the experience feel special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Nadine was such a beautiful, quiet spot just back from the main road. The pool was a highlight and it had a small gym which was ideal. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Everyone met you with a smile, and were so helpful on whatsapp. They went above and beyond for us, organising a cake to be delivered before we arrived so my son could walk into the room with a surprise. They wrote a custom message on it and even did a hat and candles! Highly highly recommend

The staff were amazing we had trouble filling in the visa and pre arrival form as the location wasn’t selectable. Erotic was immediately online and assisting. The buggy was available to take us to the beach or main road as there wet many restaurants within walking distance.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und extrem hellhörig. Man hört wenn oberhalb jemand duschen geht. Der „Hausstrand“ zu welchem man mit einem Shuttle gebracht wird- ist extrem hässlich und schmutzig!

Ох ребятушки, этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания. Как же мы благодарим судьбу что выбрали именно этот отель. Не успело наше такси припарковаться, как управляющий Эрик (его вьетнамское имя) лично встретил нас и помог с нашим багажом, угостил освежающими напитками, заселил, проводил в номер и подробно рассказал об отеле. В номере было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Бассейн с баром, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки каждый день, байки напрокат дешевле чем у других подобных сервисов, ну и самое главное окружающая зелень, отель просто в ней утопает!!! В общем, как говорил один известный человек - РЕКОМЕНДАСЬОН!! 10 из 10

Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, Frühstuck war ausreichend und lecker, Pool schön und sauber aber ein wenig abgenützt, sonst sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, wir würden wieder kommen.

A bit far off from the town centre but because of that, we could enjoy serenity, peace and quiet.

מקום נהדר ויפהפה. מרחק הליכה מהדרך הראשית. ממוקם במרכז האי כך שנוח להגיע לאטרקציות בדרום ובצפון האי. קיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם נוף לבריכה, שקט ונעים. הצוות היה אדיב ועוזר בכל מה שצריך. היה עצוב לעזוב.

Location was great. Amenities were very good. Great location. A very natural hotel.

Being able to compare this property after moving to our next accommodation gives me great perspective. The room might have been a bit on the smaller side but the bed was huge and comfortable. After a slight hiccup the air conditioning did a great job. The food might not have been extensive but far more than adequate. The staff were lovely and so accommodating, giving suggestions and heartfelt friendliness. The property is slightly off the main road but walkable. They even have a buggy that can take you if so inclined. We rented a scooter from the property that was convenient and very reasonably priced. For the price this is actually a 11 out of 10.

De bedden liggen wel heel hard dus daar moet je van houden. Er is verder geen speeltuin of iets voor kinderen, ze kunnen wel lekker in het zwembad spelen. Het ontbijt kan beter. Er zijn pannenkoeken alleen ze zijn koud, misschien gewoon lekkerder als ze warm bereid en geserveerd worden. Verder een heel fijn verblijf!

Hjälpsam personal, bra läge, fin resort. Personalen gjorde oss en stor tjänst och fixade utrymme för att natta våra småbarn efter utcheckning och det otroligt uppskattat, vi är otroligt tacksamma!

Städningen var ok, de kom varje dag men mest för att bädda och ge nya handdukar/tömma sopor. Golvet och ytorna i rummet förblev smutsiga under hela vistelsen.

The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The staff are very friendly and responsive, and they addressed all the issues we raised,special thanks to Eric for his assistance.

The sound of nature is quite loud. The hotel’s water temperature is quite inconsistent.

予約時に地図をみたときはちょっと不安でしたが、幹線道路から歩いても直ぐですし、親切にカートで送って貰えるので、とても便利でした。 プールがとても良かったです。

1泊目に水道管が壊れたとかで、水が出なくなりました。日本だとこういう場合は水道事業者が来るまで待たされ復旧にも時間が掛かります。大分不安になり、部屋を変えて欲しいと申しましたが、頑張って直すから、ということで、ホテルのメンテナンス担当者が修理したみたいです。復旧に2時間程度掛かかりました。泊まった棟は少々老朽化しているかもしれません。

We liked everything, particularly the beautiful crafted garden, the very helpful and knowledgeable manager, the good quality breakfast. Specially to mention the nearby very good restaurant - - The lemongrass, also recommended by the manager. We’ll definitely recommend to friends!

Het schoonmaken had iets beter gekund, maar toen ik de hulpen daarop wees hebben ze het ook direct schoongemaakt.

Excellent location, staff, and services. Even though the resort was surrounded by vegetation and natural elements, the staff did an incredible job to make sure there were no bugs inside the rooms and that the rooms were clean and safe. The resort is beautiful. They provide a glof cart service for free to transport you to beach/main road and back.

The cicadas. If you are deadly scared of bugs, just a heads up, because they were loud and everywhere outside the room. But that is to be expected with being surrounded by nature and trees :)
