Nothing significant. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staff is exceptionally good, very clean facilities, kids friendly, they accommodated all our requests related to an infant. We were blown away with their prompt communication as well as excellent hospitality. Thanks to Mr.Phoom, Chef. Chander from The Naga kitchen for their out of the way help to make our stay pleasant.

If you ever get chance to stay at a Banyan tree, you must!! What an experience. The staff are everything, I’ve never experienced service like this. It was another level. We had a WhatsApp butler service 24/7- our requests, answered within seconds. Simply outstanding in every aspect.

Location was too remote for us, but everything else made up for that.

Best resort of our trip. The beach and beach bar were great, the staff was wonderful, great service, vila and external pool was so fun, excellent breakfast. Perfect.

Reused flipflops were the only issue.

اطلالة الغرف فقط

الفندق مع الاسف الستاف فيه يفتقد الى ادنى معايير التعامل مع النزلاء .. وصلت الساعة 2 الصباح واخروني ساعة استلام غرف وكل شوي يعطوني عروض ويهددون انها عروض شيك ان وانا جايه تعبانه مع اطفال ب رحلة 12 ساعة طلبت منهم تأجيلها لبكرى الصباح و رفضوا .. واخدوا مني مبلغ 800 ريال عشان ولدي اللي عمره 5 سنين رغم اني حاجزه سويت كبير ب غرفتين نوم .. غير النظافة مش ولا بد شفنا 3 سحالي خلال اقامتنا ولا عمري سكنت في فنادق 5 نجوم وشفت شي والسوبت ب غرفتين حجمه صغير مره طلبت شيك اوت متأخر ساعتين بدال 12 الى 2 لاني حاجزه سبا عندهم وكذالك لاني دخلت الفندق متأخر الفجر ورفضوا حتى يعطوني ساعة واحده وكنسلت السبا من الاخر الانسان يدفع مبالغ مو بس ع اطلاله على تعامل ستاف راقي وهذا ماوجدته ابداً دفعت نص مبلغ هذا الفندق في فندق حياة ريجنسي بوكيت وكان فرق فرق من لحظة وصولنا مادفعت ريال واحد رغم اني في الحجز حاطه شخصين فقط بس لاني حاجزه سويت بغرفتين ف خلاص انحسبوا اولادي الاثنين في الفطور غير ان السويت 4 اضعاف الحجم في بانيان كرابي ومو مستغربه ان عدد نزلاء فندق بانيان قليل لان متأكده اللي يجرب تعاملهم مابيرجع لهم مره ثانيه دفعت مبالغ ع كرابي وصعوبة التنقلات عشان راحه واستجمام بس الفندق وتعاملهم كرهوني فيها لما جيت اطلع شافوا شبس وجوا بدفعوني سعره وقلت لهم مو من عندكم اصلن ولا من البار حقكم وانتوا هذا النوع من الشيبس ماتحطوه عندكم اصلن استحوا وشالوه من الحساب تجربه لن اكررها

אין מה לא לאהוב ~~~ מלון מהמם שיושב על חוף יפיפה עם נוף עוצר נשימה. השירות הוא מדהים - עוד לפני שאתה צריך משהו הם כבר מביאים לך אותו, החדרים חדשים ומעוצבים ת הכל גם יפה וגם נוח מאוד. הארוחת בוקר מהטובות שאכלנו אי פעם.

מלון מדהים ושירות מדהים. צוות הקבלה עוזר בכל דבר שצריך, זוכר, מתעניין ושואל גם מעבר. כשיצאנו לטיול יום הביאו לנו מים לקחת איתנו לדרך ושאלו איך היה. יש בריכות פרטיות מדהימות בחדרים כך שאפילו לא הגענו לבריכה המרכזית של המלון. החדרים נקיים והמלון מציע תעסוקה ופנאי כמו שיעורי כושר בחינם.

טיפה מרוחק מהמרכז אך המלון מציע שירותי הסעות בחינם למרכז וחזור. יש הכל במלון.

The entire team were so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfy bed, villas are modern with lots of daily treats left in the room. Breakfast was great, we loved the fresh coconuts and the coffee was excellent. Had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best I have ever had! Overall a wonderful stay and would go back.

Rainforest experience in the spa is a little tired. Drink prices are high but felt the quality of spirits used in cocktails did not match this. No problem paying the price tag but better quality is needed.

It’s a little too far from the town and nightlife. No 7/11 or ATM near the hotel.

L’hôtel est superbe, les chambre sont biens et comportent tous le nécessaire. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont tops. J’aimerai remercier tous le personnel de l’hôtel, de la réception, les restaurant m, la plage et spécialement a Mr Phoom qui était avec son équipe au petit soin pour rendre toutes nos demande possible et le séjour agréable. Ce séjour est définitivement un de meilleurs qu’on a vécu.

השירות היה מאוד לוקה בחסר התחיל בהבטחה למסאז שכלול בחבילה שלנו שלבסוף התברר שהיה טעות, המשיך בחוסר סיוע בסגירת סירה להפלגה ואחרי שמצאנו סירה מחוץ למלון הבנו גם שהמחירים במלון בערך פי שלוש. זמן ההמתנה לאיסוף של הבאגי מהחדר וזמן המענה בוואצאפ של השירות היה איטי ומאוד לקוני ולא מסייע. הכל הסתיים בזה שגם ניסו להשחיל בחשבון 1600 באט על שירותי ספא שלא השתמשנו בהם. בקיצור מאוד מאוד מאכזב .

private resort located in an area with amazing views of the ocean. if you want to get away from town and be away from crowds, look no further.

felt a bit let down in terms of value. dont get me wrong - this is a proper luxury resort, but i feel like i got more value out of other resorts not too far away for 60% less. either way, our stay was very nice.

Biz bir düğüne denk geldik maalesef. Hem yeşil alan hemde havuz önünde bütün gün ustalar ve çalışanlar vardı. Bunun haricinde cocuk havuzu ve kids club, ana bar ve yeşil alanın çok yakınında olduğu için çocuk çığlıkları canımızı sıktı.

The location is amazing The bed is the most amazing I have slept in. The staff very friendly and make the stay to feel luxurious. Nicky the manger was very professional solving my problems upon arrival

The only one bad thing is the food. The food isn’t worth the money for it. I ordered a stake, the meat was not fresh, I asked to bring it back they said they don’t refund of bad food, also I told about that to manger upon checking out and he didn’t even refunded me. Food very expensive and not the level you expect from a place like that.

The location is incredible, the service, the food, all was perfect. The hotel is located at the end of the beach thus is used almost only by the hotel guests. The water is clear and warm. The restaurants are amazing, for both food and service. There is a beautiful view of the islands (daily cruise recommended) and each evening you can witness different colors of the stunning sunsets.

Everything was exceptional, I could not possibly fault any of the experience at all. From the first moment we stepped in, to the moment we (begrudgingly) left, it was all stunning and incredibly well thought out. The breakfast, gym, beach facilities, room facilities everything was luxurious. And the staff were a delight, calling us by name and always stopping to say hello. Absolute perfection and we will hopefully return as soon as possible.

It has ruined the hotel we are staying in afterwards since we are consistently comparing to the banyan tree in Krabi!!

La posizione della camera è divina e la sua pulizia è impeccabile 2 volte al giorno, la gentilenzza del personale del bar in piscina.

Ho trovato scortese ed insistente la responsabile della SPA. In questo tipo di hotel avere a che fare con del personale che prova a spingere per farti spendere lo considero poco elegante, non ci si trova al mercato.

We arrived at sunset and the view from reception was breathtaking. Very smooth check in, taken to our beautiful pool villas and luggage arrived promptly. The rooms very spacious, spotless and comfortable. I had my young granddaughters with me and their beds were made up with children’s bed linen, they had mini slippers and dressing gowns with a bag of children’s toiletries and rubber toys for the bath. Attention to detail. Service was fantastic. The staff remembered names and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Breakfast buffet was impressive. Good variety / choice of food. Tasty and well presented. Pretty faultless.

Three of our group suffered d & v after visiting Saffron restaurant. I reported this to the hotel and they extended our room stay as this affected our departure day. We were given salts to rehydrate and offered medical attention if required (not necessary). I only mentioned this as the hotel were very helpful and said this would be reported to the chef and their hygiene department and they would forward me an outcome after investigation. We felt listened to and supported by the team.

The staff were beyond lovely. Every single person was friendly, welcoming and polite. The resort is beautiful. The beach is okay, it’s large enough, but the water didn’t look inviting. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary Muay Thai class with Dee. He was great- very patient and skilled. The food was incredible. Overall, I would consider staying again if the price wasn’t so high.

We have a room with a private pool and “spa”…which essentially was a cold jacuzzi. It would have been nice if the jacuzzi heated up. The rainy day activities could do with some improvement.

התאכזבנו מאוד מהחדר, כשהזמנו חדר בגודל של כ 99 מטר כפי שרשום באתר אך בפועל החדר היה קטן בערך 40 מטר ובטח לא עונה על הדרישות שלנו, ובנוסף כשביקשנו לדבר עם המנהל אף אחד לא התייחס אלינו פשוט התעלמו , ואולי זה מהסיבה שהזמנו דרך בוקינג ולא ישירות דרכם, המלון מאוד יפה, ארוחת בוקר מאוד מאכזבת ועלובה, הבריכה בחדר עם מיים קרים שאין אפשרות לחמם בקיצור לא מצדיק את המחיר היקר.

Hi, I want to tell you about our stay at this hotel. A crazy experience, thinking about the little details for the customer, making the customer feel like they are only at the hotel. They treat them like the most special and important guest. Everything is possible, even the impossible, at the hotel it is possible. A perfect restaurant. Delicious food, everything is meticulously prepared at the highest level, and the service at the restaurant - we were there day after day, it simply remembered how I like to drink my drink. Fantastic and perfect together. I especially want to mention Daria and Jayda from the reception who simply did everything for us, made us feel like kings, with an endless smile all the time, on a personal level we celebrated a marriage proposal on the hotel's beach and we especially received Daria + Jayda to give us a hug. When we left, they attached a greeting card with a picture of us and a greeting for the marriage proposal. Amazing!!! A spectacular hotel, every corner is beautiful and precise. 1000000000000000000000/10
