We have booked a beachfront room which is facing patong beach. I cannot fault this resort . The service is fast whether it was check in/ check out or room service. A special thank you to the front desk employee Konnihq for her hospitality. Room gets cleaned everyday. Location is good a near by seven eleven and patong beach is across the road. To bangla road around 130 bht or a 15-20 mins walk. As the hotel located on the main road it can get slightly noisy. The only downside is the toilet paper- it dissolves while whipping! Better quality needed. Its worth mentioning (no spa available) Breakfast is ok and affordable.

Overall, I liked the hotel, especially the location, facilities, and amenities. Unfortunately, my experience during the last two days was completely ruined by the behavior of the night-shift receptionist. The most disappointing incident happened when I was with two guests. We were simply passing through the hotel on our way to the beach because it was raining heavily outside and it was difficult to walk around the hotel from the street. My guests were not coming to stay in the hotel or use any of its facilities — we were literally just walking through toward the beach. We explained this clearly to the night receptionist at least five or six times. Despite that, he refused to listen and dealt with us in an extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner. He started creating an unnecessary scene, speaking loudly in front of other guests and repeatedly threatening to call the police. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was a paying guest of the hotel, my belongings were in my room, and we had clearly explained exactly where we were going. There was no reason whatsoever for the situation to be handled in such an embarrassing and confrontational way. I consider the behavior of this night receptionist to be among the worst customer service I have experienced during my travels. Even if the hotel has rules regarding visitors, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those rules. Threatening a hotel guest with the police and creating a scene after the situation had already been explained five or six times is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, his attitude changed my impression of the hotel and left a very negative memory of what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. Regarding the food, breakfast was quite basic, but the bigger disappointment was dinner. There were no proper halal food options available at the dinner buffet. As Muslim guests, this meant we had to leave the hotel and eat outside.

We hebben hier echt een fijn verblijf gehad. Ondanks dat er dagelijks genoeg mensen in- en uitcheckten, voelde het nooit druk. De kamer was comfortabel en de locatie vonden we perfect, dichtbij de gezelligheid van Phuket, maar net buiten de drukte. Alles was makkelijk te voet te bereiken. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de geweldige service. Pas drie weken na ons verblijf ontdekte ik dat ik een shirt in de kast had laten hangen. Toch maar een mailtje gestuurd en tot mijn verrassing hadden ze het gevonden en netjes bewaard. Ze bewaren gevonden spullen 90 dagen en willen het zelfs naar ons opsturen. Echt ontzettend lief en wat een service! Nu hopen dat het pakketje ook veilig bij ons thuis aankomt. 😄 Wij komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug!

Beautifully designed, modern facilities. Excellent pools. All the food offerings were exceptional! Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had! Dinners at Sears & Co were delicious and generous. Staff are amazing and made my stay here unforgettable.

Barely anything to criticise! I wish there were coffee pods and a little machine in the room - rather than 2 tiny sachets. Shower head kept pouring water through the screen onto the floor - only very minor bits of feedback than negatives though.

Our stay was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. Although we experienced a small inconvenience during check-in on our first day, the way the team handled everything afterwards was genuinely impressive. A special thank you to Kim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. She was incredibly helpful, always approachable and clearly passionate about ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location was absolutely fantastic — central, convenient and perfect for exploring the area. If we had to mention one negative aspect, it would be the behaviour of some groups of guests during our stay. At times, the hotel became quite noisy, with guests speaking very loudly in common areas and walking around in bathrobes, which unfortunately felt somewhat out of place with the hotel’s otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. This is, of course, something the hotel cannot entirely control, but it did occasionally affect the overall ambience. Apart from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made a lasting impression on us. And once again, a very special thank you to Kim for making our stay even more memorable. We would be very happy to return.

Visited Chao Leh kitchen on 29 August 2026 for International Dinner Buffet. They serve a lot seafood in particular Salmon with different recipe. Nice ambience and there is a live band, you get to enjoy the food and music at the same time. The waiters and waitresses here are friendly and welcoming despite handling the busy crowd. One of the waitresses, Mone is expectionally excellent. She served and welcomed us with a friendly smile, shared the special menu too. Only one thing that need to be fixed which is the room temperature. It is a bit warm and I start to sweat after 30 minutes. The rest are just prefect.

المسبح غير مناسب للكبار لا يوجد سبا ولا سونه وبخار وهذي خدمات دايم متوفره في الفنادق 5 نجوم.

I was very dissapointed with the breakfast. I am a vegetarian and there was hardly anything in local dishes. Usually there is a Papaya or mango salad or a curry. The indian food was terrible, mostly half raw or not cooked well - eg upma, poha. Poori was hard like leather. The fruits had no sweetness - not good quality Basically there was just bread and cereal for vegetarians.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Patong, was perfect in every sense. Starting from the check-in, stay for almost 9 days, and the checkout. The hotel is centrally located with amenities within a range of 10-15 minutes walking. The staff members are so amazing and helpful. The staff of Chao Leh restaurant and Sears were friendly and attentive. Some of the names I can remember are: Golfy, Yoda, Eid, and Emily. Concierge staff, Bobby, and others always greeted with a smile. Front desk staff, Leo and Amy, were friendly and efficient in the checkout process. During my entire stay, I never met a staff that was not polite and helpful. Great people, great hotel! Highly recommended!

プーケット滞在の最初と最後に、2回に分けて宿泊しました。 建物がプールを囲むように造られているのがとても特徴的で、昼間は明るく開放的、夜になるとライティングによってクールで落ち着いた雰囲気に変わります。滞在中はとてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーで温かく、2回目の滞在では私たちのことを覚えていてくださり、部屋に小さなサプライズまで用意してくれていました。とても心温まる体験で、こうした気遣いが特に印象に残っています。 雨季に入る前ということもあり曇り空の日もありましたが、私たちが滞在した日は日中とても天気が良く、プールで過ごす時間が本当に気持ちよかったです。 ジムも必要な設備は一通り揃っており、筋力トレーニングやカーディオはもちろん、バランスボールなどを使ったトレーニングもできました。 朝食はタイ料理だけでなく、アメリカン、インディアンなど多国籍なラインナップで、個人的にはヌードルバーがとても嬉しかったです。 夕食も一度ホテルでいただきました。その時は和牛フェアが開催されていて、屋外のBBQエリアで炭火焼きをしていました。私たちは日本から来ていたので今回は和牛を選びませんでしたが、プーケットで美味しいビーフを探している方には良い選択肢だと思います。 そして、レストランでいただいたフォンダンショコラが本当に絶品でした。ぜひおすすめしたいデザートです。 チェックアウトの際にフロントスタッフの皆さんと一緒に撮った写真も、今回の旅の大切な思い出になりました。 素敵な滞在をありがとうございました！ We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton twice during our Phuket trip — once at the beginning of our stay and again at the end — and both stays were wonderful. One of the most distinctive features of the hotel is the way the building surrounds the pool. During the day, the whole area feels bright and open, while at night the lighting gives it a much cooler and more stylish atmosphere. It was a very relaxing place to spend time. The staff were all extremely friendly and warm. What made our second stay especially memorable was that they remembered us and had prepared a small surprise in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely heartwarming. As it was just before the rainy season, there were a few cloudy moments, but during our stay the daytime weather was very good and the pool was incredibly enjoyable. The gym has all the essential equipment you need. It was possible to do both strength training and cardio, as well as exercises using equipment such as balance balls. Breakfast had a very international selection, including Thai, American and Indian dishes. Personally, I especially enjoyed the noodle bar. We also had dinner at the hotel once. At the time, they were running a Wagyu promotion and grilling the beef over charcoal in the outdoor BBQ area. Since we were visiting from Japan, we decided not to have Wagyu this time, but it looked like a great option for anyone looking for good-quality beef in Phuket. One thing I definitely have to mention is the chocolate fondant at the restaurant — it was absolutely excellent and one of my favorite desserts of the trip. The photo we took with the front desk team at checkout has also become a very special memory for us. Thank you very much for such a warm and memorable stay!

Terrible mould smell in the rooms and throughout the property

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was truly above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. A special thank you to Love, who handled my check-in perfectly. She was very professional and friendly, explained everything about the hotel clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her excellent service made me feel very welcomed from the beginning. I would also like to give the Housekeeping team a 10/10 for their outstanding service. The room was cleaned exceptionally well, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout my stay. The check-out experience was also very smooth. I would like to thank Kim, the manager, who personally greeted me and kindly escorted me to Summer, who assisted me with completing the check-out process. Both were very professional and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and the amazing staff truly made my stay special. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional hospitality. I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, with a huge swimming pool that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical vibe. The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach, and the beach club makes it even better. It’s the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beach, or simply unwind with a drink. The food was another highlight — absolutely delicious, with a great variety and quality. Every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great location, amazing facilities, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Four Points Phuket and would happily come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

לצערי, חוויית השהייה שלנו במלון הייתה מעורבת. עובדי המלון באזור הבריכה לא היו נעימים. לא אפשרו לאורחים להזמין אוכל מבחוץ ולאכול באזור הבריכה, והיחס בנושא לא היה נעים. בנוסף, המיקום של המלון פחות נוח בעינינו. הוא לא נמצא במיקום המרכזי והנוח ביותר בפטונג, ולכן כמעט לכל מקום נדרש לקחת מונית. ביום הראשון קיבלנו שני חדרים ללא דלת מקשרת, למרות שהיינו משפחה עם ילדים וביקשנו מראש. זה היה מאוד לא נוח והפך את הלילה הראשון לסיוט. רק ביום השני הצליחו להעביר אותנו לחדרים עם דלת מקשרת. גם לאחר המעבר, הדלת המקשרת עצמה מרעישה מאוד בכל פתיחה וסגירה, וזה היה מאוד מציק במהלך השהייה. בסך הכול, ציפינו לחוויה נעימה ונוחה יותר.

The location

I would like to express my concern regarding the additional amount of THB 9,000 that was collected from me upon check-in as a security deposit. I find this amount quite high, especially as I had planned to use these funds during my trip. I was also informed that the deposit may not be refunded until approximately two weeks or more after check-out, which I find unusual and inconvenient. I believe the amount of the security deposit and the expected refund period should be clearly communicated to guests in advance, as this can significantly affect their travel budget and access to their funds.

酒店能保持大品牌的水準。 酒店地點算位置方便，但與大型商場或巴東街都有一段距離，大約20分鐘步行時間比較尷尬，坐篤篤車都要THB300。 早餐選擇豐富，亦會定時加添及轉換食物種類，如果太多人可以去另一邊的餐廳進食。 泳池乾淨溫暖，但並不是真正的無邊際，因泳池與沙灘隔了一條馬路，感覺怪怪的。

每次入房間都有一陣噏味，很奇怪的，感覺不太良好。 普通房間的窗是不能開，亦沒有景觀，未能使我覺得度假嘅感覺。 主泳池的位置就在馬路旁，而房客要經過大堂再過條小馬路再上樓梯到達泳池，就此我從未見過有這樣的設計，是要住客着住泳衣或者浴袍穿過大堂lobby再穿過車穿插的內街然後才到泳池，這對有小朋友或年紀大的人來說亦不合理，這個設計已經訂了下來，相信不能改變。 以這個價錢來說，性價比並不高，整體沒有想像中大牌酒店的豪華及度假感，有點失望。

للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا ولن أكررها. الفندق غير مريح إطلاقًا بسبب عدم وجود عزل صوت بين الغرف، وكنا نسمع أصوات وإزعاج الغرف المجاورة طوال الليل، لذلك لم نستطع النوم أو الراحة. أما موظف الاستقبال، فكان تعامله سيئًا جدًا. عند تسجيل المغادرة (Check-out) وجدته نائمًا على الكرسي، واضطررت لإيقاظه حتى يكمل إجراءات المغادرة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، رفض إعادة مبلغ التأمين (الوديعة)، رغم أنني استخدمت جزءًا منه فقط للمشتريات من الفندق، وكان من المفترض إعادة المبلغ المتبقي. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق أبدًا، فهناك خيارات أفضل منه بكثير من ناحية الراحة والخدمة. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and would not stay here again. The hotel is not comfortable at all because there is virtually no soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear loud noise from the neighboring rooms all night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The front desk service was also extremely poor. When I went to check out, the receptionist was asleep in his chair, and I had to wake him up just to complete the check-out process. On top of that, he refused to refund my security deposit, even though I had only used part of it for items purchased from the hotel. The remaining balance should have been refunded. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are many better options available with much better service and comfort.

מלון מפואר במיקום טוב, קרוב לים ומספיק רחוק מהרעש של הרחוב הראשי , עובדים נחמדים ןמסבירי פנים, בריכה וחדר כושר טובים, חדרים מרווחים.

בחדרים שלנו לא היה מרפסת, חדר האוכל קטן יחסית לכמות האורחים (היינו ב off season) לא מתאים למשפחות שמחפשות שקט , מלון המוני מדיי לטעמי.

فندق نظيف جدا ومرتب وراقي ، النظافه كانت فوق التوقع. السرير جدا كبير والمخدات مريحه ، نمت فيه نوم مانمته في اي فندق بسبب الراحه والامان

The location was amazing. Literally anything you want, any time is minutes walk.

The roo was so small, and the bathroom had no fan. The room itself had no windows that can be opened for ventilation. Maybe that is a thing in Thailand.

היה לנו חדר יציאה לבריכה הבטיחו לנו חדרים באזור מסויים והביאו לנו את ההכי קרוב ללובי שזה אזור אחר וחסר פרטיות. יום אחרי החליפו לנו וקיבלנו חדרים עם ריח של עובש. היה לנו תולעת אלף רגליים על המיטה . השקעים לא עובדים טוב רק אם מעמידים משהו עליו. מהמקלחת יוצא ריח של ביוב וצריך להמתין כמה דקות עד שיש מים חמים .

الفندق بشكل عام جميل جدا و الخدمات فيه رائعة و وجبة الافطار الافضلفي بوكيت حسب تجربتي لكن الموقع رغم انه في شاطىء باتونغ الا انه ليس الافضل.

إقامة جيدة إجمالاً، لكن واجهنا تأخيراً غير مقبول عند تسجيل الدخول. فرغم انتظارنا للموعد الرسمي (3:00 عصراً)، طلبت منا موظفة الاستقبال بأسلوب غير احترافي الانتظار لفترة أطول بحجة أن الغرفة كبيرة وتحتاج للتجهيز. الموقف كان مرهقاً جداً بسبب تعب السفر ووجود أطفال صغار معنا، لحين تدخل المدير وتوفيره لغرفة مؤقتة لراحتنا. عدا هذا التصرف الفردي من الموظفة، لم تكن لدي أي ملاحظات سلبية أخرى على الفندق وباقي طاقم العمل.
