The showers looked very nice, but it was difficult to get a consistent water temperature. It took a long time for the water to get hot and the showerheads did not give the best water pressure.

The hockey group was noisy, and took over everything. They were inconsiderate of other guests. Hotel staff should keep them on separate floor, and tell the adults with them what areas of hotel can be used for them to run and exercise. It's better that staff are proactive with this, rather than wait for guests to be disturbed and complain.

The omelet station was excellent! The young man was upbeat, friendly and well prepared This option was an outstanding surprise!

The only negative thing (and it’s minor) is that the water pressure could be a little better or maybe a better shower head…..but not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again. Reviewed Aug 7, 2025It was good! Front desk guy was great and nice but very much joking about everything and made it weird. He also said to not book through Expedia and to ensure I do my research, very much brought up Expedia many times which made me feel he looked down on us for using the service. Also, TV’s in room suck there is a delay from remote to TV of about 7 seconds, very annoying. All in all, good I guess, compared to the rest of the city, probably on the best side.
