Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Emplacement idéal, à 2min à pied de la plage et entouré de magasins&restaurants. Le personnel est super sympa. Jolie chambre, propre. Belle petite piscine et accès à la salle de sport et au rooftop de l'autre hôtel partenaire. Déjeuner excellent, repas du soir OK (pas une cuisine 5* mais il y a chaque jour des choix différents et c'est bon donc c'est OK). C'était sympa!
Le ménage semblait être fait rapidement mais pas la mort non plus.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026If I had to describe this hotel in just one word, quality would be the first word that comes to mind. Our two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious for a family of four and came with a large terrace, making it feel very comfortable and relaxing throughout our stay. The food was superb. The dinner dishes in particular had a distinctive touch and level of creativity that you simply don’t usually find at other beach resorts. Everything felt a little more refined and thoughtfully prepared. Although the pool was relatively small, it was a great alternative for a quick, refreshing swim. One thing I particularly appreciated was the absence of the usual nonsense of “reserving” sunbeds at 8 AM by leaving towels on them. Sunbeds were available throughout the day, whenever you actually wanted to use one. If I’m ever back in Cala Millor, I’d be absolutely delighted to stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Lokalila hotelu naprosto skvělá, jen 150 metrů od pláže. Měli jsme dvouložnicový apartmán, každá ložnice měla svoji koupelnu a z každé ložnice byl vstup na balkon. Ubytování bylo čisté, moderní, personál na recepci vždy usměvaný a vstřícný. Výborně byly snídaně i večeře, velká pestrost - naše děti byly nadšené. Personál v jídelně úžasný, milý. Check in byl do 12 hodin, ale letadlo nám letělo až ve 23 hodin - nebyl problém zůstat celý den u bazénu, nabídli i možnost sprchy před odjezdem na letiště. Bazén byl ve druhé patře na střeše jídelny, sice menší, ale úplně dostačující.

Heisen var veldig veldig treg,og stuepikene brukte samme heis. Hadde inkludert frokost og middag men måtte betale for drikke(vann,brus) til middagen.

The service was honestly some of the best we’ve ever experienced – everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and always happy to take care of anything we needed. Our rooms were great and absolutely spotless, the breakfast was really good, and the pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Another big plus is that adults can also visit the adults-only rooftop bar at the second hotel. And with the beach only about 100 metres away, the location couldn’t be much better. Also our daughter loved it a lot, that we stayed longer than expected. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but Britany at reception is honestly the best we have ever met. She was so warm, attentive and genuinely kind, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Thank you so much, Britany – you really made our stay extra special! We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. ❤️

Fire in the lift, lack of electricity for 2 hours, 2 times the AC was not working, where we had around 35 degrees outside plus very high humidity, lack of water - it all took place during 4 days. One of the ladies at the reception was very rude.

Жаль, что отель на первый взгляд хороший, плохо управляется. 1. Посуда и кухонное оборудование полностью отсутствует. При запросе приносят лишь часть необходимого. Кухонные ножи отсутствуют и их не дают - сказали что ножи в кухонном оборудовании не предусмотрены, отсутствуют также поварешка, лопатка для жарки, разделочная доска, терка, нормальная сковорода. То есть готовить еду мы просто не смогли. Заявленная отелем кухня в номере - просто обман. 2. Персонал на ресепшн проблемы решить не может, на вопросы не отвечает, общается невежливо. Мои обещали принести в номер недостающее оборудование и исправить неработающее оборудование, но ничего не сделали. Ходила на ресепшн и напоминала три раза, но результата не было. Отвратительный сервис. 3. Жили там два дня и два дня у них не работал: унитаз, не было воды в душе, не работал кондиционер, не работала плита, не работал лифт. В лифте 3 августа застряли люди и ждали больше часа пока их освободили. Никаких извинений от отеля за неработающие удобства и за плохой сервис не последовало.

trafiliśmy na usterkę klimatyzacji Hotel próbował jakoś sobie poradzić ale niestety 1 noc była tragiczna a druga noc już trafiło na się że nad ranem znów mieliśmy ciepło. Chcieliśmy pozostać dłużej w hotelu ale w tych warunkach nie dało rady. Dostaliśmy informację, że jest wysoki sezon i nie mają pokoi wolnych ale niestety nie było to miłe przy 38 stopniach w cieniu .Śniadania cały czas to samo szkoda że chociaż jednego produktu lokalnego nie było do spróbowania.

Er was een koffieapparaat en een waterkoker aanwezig maar geen theezakjes. Bij het eten kom je alleen in de ochtend thee bestellen. Goed om te weten dat om 11.30 uur het personeel een pauze houdt waardoor je een kwartier moeten wachten om uit te checken.

La dirección no está a la altura. Tuvimos un accidente, por falta de mantenimiento y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida con médicos y transportes ya que a requerimiento, el director nos dijo que no tenían protocolo para tal situación. Lamentable!!!

Мы отдыхали семьёй с двумя детьми, и для нас большим плюсом стал просторный семейный номер с двумя отдельными спальнями, гостиной с кухней и двумя ванными комнатами. Это было очень удобно и комфортно. Расположение отеля отличное — всего в пяти минутах ходьбы находится прекрасный пляж, который, на мой взгляд, один из лучших в Кала-Миллор. Сразу при выходе из отеля попадаешь на центральную улицу с множеством уютных кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Особенно приятно было гулять там по вечерам. Отдельно хочется отметить питание. Ужины были просто великолепными: всё очень вкусное, свежее и качественно приготовленное. Спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям!

Zona complicado para aparcar , y el propio hotel no dispone de aparcamiento para clientes . La cena y el desayuno bastante pobre relación calidad-precio . Solo tienen unas cortinas para que no entre la luz , pero no lo tapa completamente , nos gusta descansar en oscuro y no se pudo una vez que amaneció .

Hotel jest nowoczesny, bardzo zadbany i oferuje wysoki standard zarówno pokoi, jak i całej infrastruktury. Pokoje są przestronne, nowocześnie urządzone i utrzymane w nienagannej czystości. Codzienny serwis sprawiał, że przez cały pobyt panował w nich idealny porządek. Wybraliśmy opcję wyżywienia HB i był to świetny wybór. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolacje były bardzo smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane z wysokiej jakości produktów. Każdego dnia można było znaleźć coś nowego, a obsługa restauracji dbała o to, aby niczego nie brakowało. Na duże uznanie zasługuje również infrastruktura hotelu – wszystko jest świetnie zorganizowane, nowoczesne i sprzyja komfortowemu wypoczynkowi. Cały obiekt robi bardzo dobre wrażenie i widać, że dba się tu o każdy detal. To miejsce zdecydowanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Chętnie wrócimy tu ponownie i z przyjemnością polecamy ten hotel wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortowego wypoczynku na wysokim poziomie.

Et les petits croissants du matin qui etait fondants! Nous avions un petit de 3 ans avec nous qui a pu manger de tout. Le personnel etait tres souriant. Les chambres sont propres. L'hotel est bien localisé.
La piscine un peu petite mais securisée avec un espace pour les petits.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Hotel je hezký a moderní, v ideální vzdálenosti od pláže - ve svý podstatě v centru města. Zaměstnanci jsou neuvěřitelně milý a nápomocný, vybavení je nové a moderní. Bazén dostačující a naštěstí jsme nezažili nikoho, kdo by si ručníky obsazoval lehátka.
Hodnotíme jídlo jako 6 / 10. Výběr veliký a některé jídla opravdu chutné ale nicméně napr. paella nás opravdu zklamala. Druhá věc která nás nemile překvapila bylo že na ostrově, kde není z kohoutku pitná voda, poskytl Hotel dvě flašky vody na začátku ubytování a pak už nic. To je pro nás velice nezvykle protože v podobných ubytování už je úplně běžné, že pitná voda je vždy základem a je tedy dodávaná hotelem. Mimo to nicméně není co vytknout. Každopádně opravdu zvažte jestli je Cal Millor oblast pro vás: jedná se o opravdu "masovku" kde je obrovské množství turistů, pláže přeplněný a počítejte s tím že budete muset na pláž chodit ráno mezi 8 - 8:30 abyste si obsadili lehátko, v opačném případě skončíte v písku. Na Mallorcu chodíme už několik let ale toto bylo našeho pohledu opravdu nejhorší místo.

Die Auswahl der Früchte beim Frühstück Buffet, dürfte ein bisschen grösser sein.

Llegar a las 14 h para el check in y no estar disponible hasta las 14:30, al marcharnos nos demoramos 15 min porque nos encontrábamos indispuestos y nos llamaron de recepción 7 veces en ese tiempo. También considero que la tecnología de la habitación está algo desactualizada.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026- Tolle Lage: mitten im Zentrum, viele Cafes/Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe, schöner Strand zu Fuss in 2 Minuten erreichbar - Netter Empfang mit freundlichem Personal - Obschon unser grosser Balkon direkt oberhalb einer sehr belebten Strasse (Shopping-Strasse) lag, konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, was uns aber nahezu nicht gestört hat.
- Hotelzimmer (Nr. 115): simpel eingerichtet, erfüllt seinen Zweck, ist aber nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, sodass in der Mitte ein grosser Spalt ist. Sauberkeit im Bad trotz täglicher Reinigung nicht besonders gut. Wir hatten jeden Tag schwarze Haare (vermutlich von der Putzfrau) in der Dusche respektive am Boden. Beim Duschen wurde jeweils das halbe Badezimmer geflutet, da die Dusche eigentlich offen ist und sogut wie keine Wände hat. - Frühstück: nicht Speziell, hatte aber grundsätzlich eine relativ grosse Auswahl. Nur leider überhaupt nicht anmachend, sodass nur ganz wenige Sachen probiert wurden.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Výborná poloha a fantastické jedlo. Šéf kuchár musí byť špecialista. Personál usmiaty a nápomocný. Upratujú každý deň všetko, vrátane schodiska, výťahu a vonkajších priestorov. Parkovisko je blízko hotela. Bazén na streche hotela je super aj s lehátkami. Pri odchode sa s nami rozlúčili a poďakovali, že sme si vybrali ich hotel, bolo to veľmi milé a hlavne sa deň vopred zaujímali kedy odchádzame aby sa uistili, či nám treba pripraviť raňajky ak by sme mali skorší odchod z hotela, kvoli letu.(obsluhe v kuchyni, ďakujeme) Za mňa Top hotel v Cala Millor. Navštívili sme v Cala Millor tri rôzne hotely, no sem sa ešte určite vrátime. Pozdravujem týmto aj majiteľov Sur.... TOP HOTEL 👍

Die Vorbewohner hatten ein paar krabbelnde Gäste mitgebracht, da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln. Die Schädlingsbekämpfung hat leider 3 Tage gedauert, weswegen wir unser Zimmer nicht durchgängig nutzen konnten. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nur bedingt was, wir hätten uns dennoch gewünscht, in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt werden zu können.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Top locatie! Je loopt zo de straat met winkels en restaurants op en dichtbij het strand. Grote parkeerplaats voor huurauto is op enkele minuten lopen. Hotel zelf is prima, schoon, klein zwembad om in te plonzen, goed ontbijt in de ochtend.
Jammer dat her barretje bij het zwembad niet open was

Someone from the reception called and woke us up at 6am in the morning to say we had to pay for the room (that we paid already the evening before). They called us by name so it must have been someone from the staff, not a joke from another room. Anyhow they all denied it!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026We had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were always plenty of free sunbeds available, which was a big plus. The food was really good, fresh, and varied – everyone can find something they like. .
The only thing I didn't like was that all drinks during dinner had to be paid for, even water. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay
