It was modern, stylish and really close to the park

The hotel was literally a bed for the night. There was nothing special. We spent a long time searching for the right hotel for us before we booked and we thought we could rely on Hilton. The “on site Starbucks” was actually a 3rd party coffee shop which used Starbucks beans… not an actual Starbucks. It was only open until 2pm and the snacks were mostly pre-packed rubbish. The bar/restaurant didn’t open until 3pm so if you were at the pool in the day there was a period of time where you couldn’t get a drink from anywhere! I asked reception if I could buy a coffee at 3pm as the bar didn’t serve any hot drinks at all and I was told to either walk round to the Marriott (another hotel) or make one in my room???! How is that acceptable? The bar/restaurant was always dead… a woman sat on her laptop most of the afternoon at the bar who I think was the bar manager? And another woman serving… both who seemed like they would rather be anywhere else other than serving customers. We ate at the bar once and the food was good to be fair but the portion sizes for kids were a joke. Childs Mac & Cheese was literally 3 mouthfuls for $13 It was not the holiday pool & hotel we dreamed of :( The air con in the room was SO LOUD! Honestly it was just ridiculous. Then there was the construction work… which can’t be helped but I think I should have been informed before we arrived. The new car park being built was next to the pool so it sounded like world war 3 ALL day every day. Being by the pool was not relaxing. We mentioned our issues to various different staff members but nothing was ever done, no one cared. It really did put a dampener on our holiday. I would never book this hotel again… with so many other amazing hotels all along the strip and just metres away there are better ways to spend your money. It didn’t feel like a Hilton at all.

Casually mentioned at the front desk it was my daughter’s birthday. Ronda said there would be a little birthday surprise for her in the room. My daughter was so impressed and amazed at the gifts. One of our best hotels stays ever.

If you’re going to buy from anyone buy from Kalyn. She was non confrontational. Super friendly. Came back and continued to stick to the script. She was awesome.

My latest visit to Disneyland was August 2026, but I've been visiting almost monthly this year. Before I got my Magic Key this year, this hotel has been my chosen hotel since at least May 2023. The biggest reason is customer service. A long time ago, I had an issue with my room. It was minor enough that I would've tolerated it for the rest of my stay after mentioning it in the text message check-in. Instead, Frankie went above and beyond to help me out. Since then, I've always noted the service as excellent and made this hotel my home away from home. The rooms here are spacious and bright. I think they're perfect for solo or couple of people. I usually travel solo though. Any more than 2 guests, then I would prefer the rooms to come with an extra foldable luggage rack. I love that the rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. It's perfect for keeping water cold before a long hot day in the park and heating up breakfast or a late night snack after a park day. Although the hotel is not directly across from the park, it's not too long of a walk. I would estimate it to be a 10ish minute walk with McDonald's, Panera Bread, and Mimi's Cafe on the way. Typical guests usually get McDonald's for breakfast on the go before going into the park. The hotel does offer breakfast, but at a price. It's a breakfast buffet on the 1st floor. The food options are pretty good. Lots of tables and it wasn't crowded at all the one time I went. There's laundry and a gym here as well. $4 per wash and another $4 per dry. It's card only and located on the 2nd floor. Who even goes to the gym before or after a long Disney day? Cleanest gym ever. There is a bathroom and water fountain in there though. Large bathroom in the lobby area is so awesome on checkout day before heading to the airport! Always clean and great air conditioning. Out of everything, the thing I look forward to most whenever I return to this hotel is seeing Frankie and the wonderful service this hotel offers 💕

The garden Inn was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. It was a beautiful condition and everything felt a bit luxury. The pool and hot tub or salt, water, and clean and beautiful. Jose in the breakfast area was above and beyond with his customer service- in my dreams Jose would be with me at breakfast every day with his positive attitude and welcome!!

The friendly welcoming vibe to this hotel happens as soon as you set foot in the lobby. Kristine helped me with every request and question I had about my stay with my two grandchildren. She was attentive and paid attention to every detail I asked about. Arya was wonderfully accessible for any requests pertaining to the rooms. Our room was clean, roomy, well lit, and with plenty of outlets and charging stations. The bathroom was equally roomy and clean, with plenty of the needed amenities. The beds were comfortable and placed just right to get a nice view from the windows. My grandchildren were so comfortable, they asked for food delivery so they didn’t have to leave the room, unless it was to swim and use the splash pad. It was such a great choice to stay here. My grands are making great memories already, including a bday celebration!!

If you’re looking for an oasis in the middle of the chaos—a place that is beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing—this is absolutely the place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing valet team, a beautiful lobby, and an absolutely AMAZING room. 😍 The room was spacious, comfortable, and had such a beautiful view! I was genuinely impressed by how peaceful everything felt. After busy days at Disneyland, I actually looked forward to returning to the room and enjoying that little oasis of peace. One of the coolest features was the ability to log into your own streaming services. Since we were visiting Disneyland, what better way to keep the Disney magic going than watching Disney+ every night? 😆 It was such a fun and thoughtful feature! Housekeeping did an incredible job every day. The room was always so clean and refreshed when we returned, and I have to mention the toilet paper being beautifully folded and wrapped at the end of each day. 😂 It’s such a small detail, but those little touches made the stay feel extra special! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with made us feel taken care of. A special shoutout to Arya, who was so kind and consistently greeted us with such a warm smile every morning. 😊 That kind of genuine friendliness really makes a difference. And honestly, the value for the money was incredible. For the quality of the room, the beautiful view, the cleanliness, the amenities, the location, and the level of service, I truly felt like we got so much for what we paid. Overall, would I stay here again? Absolutely YES! Would I recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay? 100% YES! 10/10—honestly, 100/10! 😍 Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Arya was awesome. I only wish they offered self parking instead of valet-only parking. Other than that, everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the location was great, and the staff were professional.

La chambre était magnifique, moderne et spacieuse. Elle etait au delà de nos attentes. C’etait tres propre et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Le lobby est gigantesque et franchement tres beau. La piscine etait incroyable!!! L’hotel n’est qu’à environ quinze minutes à pied de l’entrée des parcs Disneyland. Vraiment un super rapport qualité prix!!!

What a great stay we had here greatesnwith smiles! First day before disney kids swam, Carmelino made it out in perfect tile with some hot towels for kids to get out! Close walk to downtown disney, & back in time for pizza & drinks Where Myles gave AMAZING customer service with drink suggestions & great conversation with entire family! All in all i highly recommend staying here make sure you have time to swim & hit up the bar or restaurant !

Carmelino is FANTASTIC! Such a sweet, kind soul. He always made sure we were happy and spread absolute JOY and WHIMSY. He always made sure we had enough towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and COFFEE. Best coffee in Anaheim! We so appreciate his kindness and amicable demeanor.

First, I wanna give a shout out to Anthony at the front desk, who was absolutely amazingly kind and patience and knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are lovely. The grounds are well cared for it was an unbelievably relaxing Vacay, even though we were going to Disney land.

We had an amazing stay at the Home2Suites in Anaheim, the staff was willing to work with us as our flight got canceled and we wound up driving all night to make it to the hotel late at night. The house keepers were insanely precise and super kind. On our way out we met Arya who was phenomenal in telling us about our new rewards as Diamond members and navigating our new rewards and was beyond helpful and we cant wait to book again with Hilton.

Fantastically close to Disney land, well within walking distance. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite and happy to help in any way they can. Jose in particular at the Laura and Luke breakfast buffet was always friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after and greeted all guests in this way. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere overall, the lobby, rooms and swimming area are clean and tidy. While it was of no use to us, it was nice to see winches on both the pool and hot tub to help assist guests with mobility issues.

Carmelino was fantastic! He kept our room stocked with towels and hot chocolate for the kids! He was friendly and went out of his way to make our Hilton experience fun and enjoyable. Thanks, Carmelino!

Wow. We received the most incredible service from Myles and Eddie. It was close to closing but we felt like the restaurant was ours. They treated us like VIPs. No matter what we asked for they went over and above to accommodate us and even helped us to order food for our child who wanted to eat in the room. Myles has extensive knowledge of the menu and wine list and gave excellent recommendations. He was polite and such a delight on our last night in the US. Thanks Myles!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay last month!!! The room was clean, spacious, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful!!! A huge thank you to staff member, Kristine for her awesome service and also decorating the room for our son’s 6th birthday!!! It was a lovely surprise and such a magical moment to start off our Disney trip for our son’s birthday. It was a short 10min walk to Disneyland and we also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast each morning. We loved our entire stay and will definitely be back!!!

The housekeeper on the second floor near room 237 was phenomenal! She went above and beyond when a clumsy guest spilled coffee everywhere. This employee dropped everything to help clean up a mess that wasn’t hers. My Hope is that she will be recognized for doing an outstanding job!

Jose and autumn were a tremendous duo in the breakfast are. They are very professional and engaging.

Our stay was beautiful! The decor of the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms and lobby were spotless, the views were immaculate , and the food was delicious, but the best part of the hotel in all honesty was Jose! Although we didn't see him much, when he did he always brought a smile to everyone around him, you can tell he very much loves his job! He is very nice, courteous, and funny! Most definitely needs a bonus!! Sincerely, the young looking grandmother, the mom answering all the riddles, and the two kids with 3+ plates

Love Home2 Suites Anaheim for their amazing hospitality, cleanliness, and close proximity to Disneyland!! We stay here almost every year. We recommend staying on the 6th floor facing the pool to get a nice view of the nightly Disney fireworks event. Visit the Luke and Lara Cafe for some quality continental breakfast options. Jose and Raul are among the best servers in the hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here and the service as well. Staff are nice and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is really good since we have many options and it’s walking distance from Disneyland and restaurants as well. My daughter and her friends went swimming twice and while we are watching the kids Carmelino - one of the staff in the pool give us some warm towels to keep us warm while we’re waiting for the kids to finish swimming. He’s very nice and very friendly. Will definitely go back sometime next year.

Our room was very spacious. I travelled with my husband, one-year-old, preschooler, and teenager, so space was a major deciding factor of where to stay. We booked a room with two Queens and a pull out sofa, then asked for a crib. Even with our double stroller parked near the door, we still had ample space. Carmelino was incredibly helpful, providing the hotel amenities, schedules, and even ensured our kids were able to make hot chocolate. He certainly made our mini Disney vacation a bit more magical. We timed the walk to Disneyland and it took us 8 minutes to reach the security gate. Hotel parking is valet only and if you drive an EV, they will charge it but there is an additional $20 cost.

Customer service was awesome. Especially from the barista Claudia. She was so polite and helpful. Hotel accommodations were awesome. Will definitely stay at this property again.

I especially appreciated Jesus and Claudia at the Starbucks in the lobby, they were friendly, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. Great treat from the staff be the gentleman Jose, really friendly, respectful and helpful; and all the people have been really great with my family. Close location to Disney, beautiful views from the room 456, also nice room with really good beds.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Anaheim Hilton Garden Inn Resort. Das Hotel war durchgehend sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten ausreichend Platz, auch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Ein großer Vorteil ist die hervorragende Lage: Disneyland ist in etwa 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass kein Auto oder Shuttle erforderlich ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, die Qualität sehr gut und der Service freundlich. Das Frühstück kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel mit idealer Lage für Disneyland-Besucher. Gerne wieder.

We had the best time staying here! The hotel is incredibly clean, the staff are so friendly and our suite was so spacious. It’s a short walk to Disney and the breakfast was really yummy every day. Carmelino made sure our room was stocked and really took care of us during our stay. We will be back!

We just got home from our amazing Disney Family Vacation. I didn’t think that our hotel would be one of the most memorable things about the trip! We loved the staff. At check-in Anthony was so helpful and even worked with me to upgrade our room last minute! The staff at breakfast was amazing. We loved starting our day with Jose! His riddles and conversation were the best! We will be coming back to Disneyland and when we do our hotel of choice will always be the Hilton Garden Inn. -Jared from Mesa AZ

Carmelino was amazing, brought us more blankets and pillows and offered to bring it to the room. He really made sure to check on us. The entire staff in general was great.

Hilton rarely disappoints. The hotel was within walking distance of Anaheim convention center. Members got a reduced price for hot breakfast, Rooms are a little tight but not uncomfortable for four people. The room rates were reasonable for the location. $25 parking was great!😂 There were happy hours also. No formal restaurant is inside.

Our favorite spot to stay is the Hilton garden inn when we go to Disneyland. Marie from Valet was amazing when we first got here. She is incredibly kind and watches over the kids while we unload the vehicle. Carmelino was also amazing. On a slightly cooler day he brought our kids fresh out of the dryer towels to stay warm. He was very engaging and could tell he likes his job and works hard at it. Such a great place to stay for families

Hey, get to the hotel after dinner and want to get a drink to end the day. We got to meet Eddie and then Lexi. Could not have had better people behind the bar tonight. They were fun, connected with my wife and I and made great drinks. (Don’t tell Eddie but Lexi’s gets the slight edge by a grain of salt.) Really though…. Great spot in the hotel.

We had an awesome stay here. Our kids 2.5 and 4 months both needed naps all 3 days we were at the parks. We walked back to the room for naps and back to the park later in the day. NO NEED for a rental car and the hotel has great food! We will be back so convenient.

This would have to be the best hotel I have stayed at in Anaheim.The amenities were amazing, having a Starbucks was very helpful of a morning and the breakfast was very enjoyable everyday. The hotel is very clean and had very comfortable beds with a lot of room for large families. All staff were very accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the location was great with only a short walk to Disneyland. Although this hotel is close to the freeway there wasn't any noise. I would say our stay was exceptional and I would highly recommended this hotel for anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and modern hotel.

Nice hotel, quiet and clean, 10 minute walk from Disneyland. ** Ask for Carmelino! Sweetest and kindest man.. hooked us up with extra pillows, coffee and hot chocolate, plus tips on skincare from his 81 year old auntie. This man made our stay.

The overall stay at this hotel is more than satisfactory, however, the kitchen/breakfast team is what really made our stay magical! Taty, Ruby, Jose, Raul, and Simon go above and beyond to make our breakfast extra special! They’re AMAZING not only in their jobs/skills, but also in interacting with our children. Everybody was nice at checkin. We met Carmelino the first night and realized how kind he was. You can tell he LOVEs his job and takes it very seriously. We look forward to meeting him in the future. We had a fantastic day and he made it even more special.

We had breakfast every morning at Luke and Lara’s, located in the Home 2 hotel in Anaheim near Disneyland. The breakfast was amazing, very reasonably priced, and a perfect way to start our day before the parks! Especially fantastic was Jose, who took great care of us each day! Rodolfo and Tatum in the kitchen were awesome also and the team helped make our vacation fun and special. If you eat here, I recommend asking for Jose!:)

We took our 5 year old and 3 year old granddaughters to Disneyland along with other family members. Through Disney we booked our accommodations and at the Holiday Inn. Because our hotel did not have a restaurant or bar we patronized the bar at the next door Hilton. Bar tender / waitress Lexi made our stay special. Her pleasant and outgoing demeanor made us feel welcome and comfortable. Lexi truly understands what customer service is.

We had a wonderful experience at Anaheim HGI. We took a family trip to Disneyland and I feel like the best experience was with the staff at the front desk, cafe and hotel breakfast. One of the most memorable experiences was the riddles and bar games with our friend, Jose. He brought so much laughter and fun to our mornings. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were able to have a great meal at 1441- our server and bartender, lexi and Zaira were hands down friendly and hard working. The place for busy while my wife and I waited for our food, but they were attentive and never showed that they were stressed. Drinks were delicious and well priced for the area. $7-10 for a beer and 15-17 for a drink. The manager even came BACK to work to help out the two servers we had to ensure a quick turn around and that everybody was taken care of!

結婚指輪をチェックアウト時に部屋に忘れてしまいました。 すぐに気付き連絡しようとしましたが施設直通の電話番号がなく施設へのメール、booking.com経由の連絡、ヒルトン本体のカスタマーサービス等出来る限りの方法で連絡しましたが、５日たった今も全ての連絡に応答がありません。 指輪があったかどうかの返答もないです。 清掃係が気づいていない筈はないため、ブランドのものですしとられてしまったと考えるほかできない状況です。 ブランドの紛失、盗難データベース管理に登録しているので売れば引っかかると思いますが。 そもそも海外で忘れ物をしたのが悪いですが、日本ではあり得ない対応すぎてすべてが台無しにされた気分です。

This is our go-to hotel for visits to Disneyland. It’s new, clean and within easy walking distance of the parks. It is also easy to get to from the freeway and has ample valet parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Jose and the buffet-breakfast team help to start the day off right.

The location was great, within walking distance to Disneyland. Right next to the freeway so you do have some road noise but clean and staff were very helpful. Staff in the restaurant were so kind and welcoming. Jose in the morning was so engaging for not only the kids, but even the grown ups with his mind puzzles. I would have liked to have more blankets or bedding available in the room as what is provided is very thin. Also we didn’t learn about the breakfast options until our last night there so I would suggest letting people know about this option either prior to their stay or upon check in. Maybe even just moving the breakfast sign to in front of the elevators might let more guests know.

Our family had a great stay and a jam packed week at Disney. Breakfast was great and so was downtime at the pool!
