Location was great.

Nothing related directly to the unit we stayed in but related to staff. When we arrived I was nearly hit on the head by a bag of laundry dropped from the third floor by cleaning staff. It seems to be common practice to drop these bags to the ground level courtyard. In my opinion, that is a very unsafe act and should be stopped.

Bitte Check in verbessern.. lieber Personal vor Ort haben, der Self Check in klappte nicht gut mit dem hochladen des Dokuments und der Code zum Apartment und die Information zum Parkplatz kam spät an sodass wir erst nicht wussten wo wir hin sollten mit dem Auto obwohl wir schon alles bezahlt hatten. In der Küche fehlte hier und da ein Küchenutensil das wir gebraucht hätten. Preis könnte etwas günstiger sein. Parkplatz hinter der Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt und uns war erst nicht klar wo der sein soll. Pool machte schon 15 min vor der Closing time zu.

Great location, close to all shops and restaurants. Rooftop hottub overlooking the mountains was lovely. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was very handy.

Apartment setup was a bit tight as we needed to use the sofa bed. There was no room for the large, round coffee table.

No hay recepción física. Todo lo que ofrecen es un teléfono con una persona bastante desagradable al otro lado. Pedimos entrar antes (a las 13h) porque llegábamos de un vuelo agotados (pagando el extra). Nos dijeron que no era posible hasta las 16h (luego averiguamos que la habitación sí que ya estaba hecha). Tampoco tuvimos donde dejar las maletas. Cuando supimos que la habitación estaba lista, les llamamos después y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Tuvimos que llamar desde otro número y ahí si que lo cogieron. Pésima atención. Luego en nuestra reserva de booking ponía que se podía aparcar. Dejamos el coche en una de las plazas y resulta que según ellos no nos correspondía. Nos enviaron un email amenazante de que si no lo quitábamos nos iban a cobrar 150 dólares extra. Nuestra habitación estaba en el segundo piso y no hay ascensor. Hay que tener en cuenta esto si llevas maletas grandes o vas con personas mayores. Por el precio que cuesta seguro que hay opciones mejores en Canmore.

There was no breakfast but did provide coffee and tea. The soaps were great. Location great.

The location is within the city center. The kitchen is well stocked, although it uses cheap materials.

Parking is incredibly tight, leading to significant delays and congestion as people try to park. The rooms are quite small and appear to have been cheaply renovated, using what seem like low-quality materials. There's minimal cleaning, with noticeable dust on the vents. Additionally, there's no elevator, and no staff are available on the premises.

Scan the bar code on the premise for Self-check-in which is pretty straightforward once you get hang of it. Spacious rooms with everything you need! The washing machine and dryer are very big which is great to us traveling as a family! For parking, the entrance is on the back of the building, there is a one way alley on the back and just drive in there. Location is pretty central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Large super market is around 10-min walk.

The low rating is not because of the room, but because of the unacceptable check-in process and handling of sensitive personal information. The process required uploading ID photos and providing full credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVC security code. Only after completing this process would the hotel provide the room number and access code. The issue is not the pre-authorization itself, which is a standard hotel practice. The issue is being required to provide full credit card details, including the CVC security code, instead of using a standard POS terminal or a secure third-party payment authorization system that most guests expect for protecting their financial information. Future guests should be aware of this unusual check-in process before booking.

Excellent central location and beds / bathrooms & kitchen was lovely and clean. Had a washing machine which was useful.

No front desk, email received was different to message received on the booking.com app - didn’t make it clear that check in was remote. We had a problem with our credit card hold for the damage deposit so had to travel to a different hotel to sort this out! Bedrooms were very small, didn’t have room to put any stuff. Sink in bathroom was tiny so it was a constant juggling act trying to get ready! Also overall the property is looking a bit tired - stained couch, damaged walls & baseboards - not what I would expect for the price

Too small bedroom , no king bed (was advertised that no king bed) but looked bigger in pictures and front balconies gives a false idea that every suite has that.

Location is great for exploring Canmore and surrounding areas. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfy with lots of amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus too!

The room was very small and there was no space for us to unpack suitcases or even have them open on the floor. The outside stairs were also very noisy as they're metal, we could hear people stomping and pulling suitcases up the stairs at all times of the early morning/late at night, most nights too. There was also a family of about 8 people in the room next to us, obviously no staff presence means noise/people in rooms isn't monitored. The room not having parking was also disappointing, and the listing/confirmation through Booking.com was confusing as we thought it was included. Not all of the spaces at the property were in use during our stay either, which I had messaged about this a couple of times and got a very unhelpful response. Despite it being a cheaper room having to pay for street parking outside felt like a bit of a con, so wouldn't book again.

It was way better than I expected! I think even better than the photos. Everything was so clean, comfortable, Rocky Mountain toiletries smelled amazing, would’ve loved to stay on for longer to benefit the comfort. It was so well located, we could walk almost everywhere.

The location was central in Canmore - walking distance to so many things in town.

Convenient location, easy to go to Banff but much cheaper than lodging in Banff town. Washer and dryer onsite.

Seems only designated rooms are assigned parking spots on site. We parked on the street and had to make payment before 8:00 am to avoid fines or being towed away. Free street parking is only available 8:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Room was clean, nicely decorated and had all the things needed for our stay. Special thanks to the team for accommodating a last minute need for an accessible room. I had not realized there was no elevator and climbing 2 floors of stairs for my elderly in-laws would have been a challenge. The team helped address this need within minutes and then followed up to ensure all was well. Highly recommend and my sincere thanks to the team.

Great location and a great condo overall. Spacious, clean, and fairly priced for the area. Our room had decent views, and while some rooms likely have even better ones, you’re right where you need to be with everything within walking distance. The only downside was the lack of a hot tub or pool. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

It was conveniently located near lots of shopping and amenities. The hot tub was a nice size.

The room was very small. Not enough closet or storage space for outdoor clothing. No dresser in the bedroom. Beds were a bit hard. No room to move about when the hideabed was in use. Suitable for only two people.

A wonderful location and a very cozy apartment. When I first entered the room, the blinds were down and the floor lamps were on, which created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere after a long drive.

The kitchen hood above the stove is quite weak, so cooking was a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed in a suite where the bedroom had a constant noise that never stopped — it sounded like machinery or ventilation running the entire time. Unfortunately, it was loud enough that we couldn’t sleep at all.

It's our second time booking here and we still love it! The whole suite has all that we needed.

There were drain flies in the bathroom.

The location and room itself was great. Exactly as expected based on the booking page/photos.

When we got to our room in the middle of December, the heat had been shut off for quite some time. So when we self-checked into the room, the thermostat was reading 9 degrees. Being as it was -20 that evening, it took almost 4 hours for the room to become comfortable without winter jackets on. There was also a significant issue with the water lines in the room. All of the sinks and shower were sputtering as if the pipes hadn’t been used in some time. And once the water started to flow, it was a dark brown colour. Because of the water discoloration, we had no drinkable water and were unable to shower. When I reached out to the 24/7 staff about the above issues, all they did was apologize for the inconvenience and say they would put a service order in for the water AFTER we checked out. There was no attempt to resolve the issue for during our stay or an offer to relocate us to a different room.

Well appointed, comfortable snd clean suites in the heart of Canmore. Staff are very helpful and we fully enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi with its stunning view—it was such a highlight of my stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so everything is close by and convenient. A great spot for both relaxation and exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this place!

The beddings on the pullout bed from couch were not very clean, which was a bit disappointing!

I like the location best. Just a few steps away from downtown. You don’t have to pay for parking. It’s a perfect size for a small family. In the kitchen is extremely functional.

Clean , space is pretty big and its good more family . All you need for cooking is there and you don’t need to bring some cooking set. Amazing and it’s nit that expensive.

I just don’t like the early check out. 11 am is too early.

This property was absolutely amazing. The 3 bedroom suite felt like a home. The suite was spectacularly, clean, quiet, with like new furniture, great views, a warm and cozy, modern atmosphere, cool local artwork and wonderfully cozy beds. Plus the kitchen table was a hit ~ it was so big. The staff was super helpful and attentive. The property is self check-in yet one of their dedicated staff helped us on their lunch break to take our suitcases up the stairs. If you need any kind of specialized or unusual cooking accessory or amenity,check with them and I’m sure they would help.

Is in a good location

The guy who took care of us was very rude, I had to drive to the other location to get the passcode for my room and he took super long to check in for us, so we didn’t have any chance to enjoy the hot tub. We were tired and he was very careless, I asked for a room with views to the mountains, it didn’t happen, he need to understand that if you visiting Canmore you don’t know everything around and he was Expecting me to check in on one of the locations just by telling me on the phone to walk there if I knew all the places and he was upset that I didn’t know.

One thing I like is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

I didn’t like that extra car parking costs extra, and the apartment and area were small.

Room very comfortable and great to have an oven, washing machine etc. Location was also excellent (which was one of the main reasons I booked it).

WiFi was truly awful - it really needs to be improved as it is not something I would have expected from such a good quality venue. I was also irritated by the Tv system and content - couldn’t use Netflix or YouTube on it.
