Safety and security with the doors being locked 24/7 Location with ease of walking access to many restaurants and stores. Very clean facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. Generous supply of towels and washcloths. The sitting area was comfortable with good lighting.

The included breakfast was mediocre, at best. $25 a night for parking seemed excessive.

The locations and staff. I had problem with Booking.com. But hotel staffs resolved quickly

The main thing is there is communication between booking.com and the hotel. One Staff said he did not see the room I booked and paid

It’s close proximity to the convention center, shops and restaurants, and how walkable it is.

It was on the higher end I felt for a moderate hotel, and the breakfast could have had a little more variety

The kitchen sink faucet leaked when it was turned on and the dishwasher was installed in a shotty way that made the hotel look cheap

This is really a Home away from Home. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. Very comfortable big rooms. Everything you need. I can highly recommend Home2 Suites.

The hotel was very clean. I could text housekeeping and get the things I needed immediately. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby.

Our room was a decent size. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast offerings were disappointing.

I was charged $25.00 for parking. But when we left the garage the next day I had to pay $19.00 to get out of the parking structure. I would like a refund.

Great location. In walking distance of most things to do.

Great location, you could walk everywhere in downtown Boise. We were there for the Starch Madness Big Sky Basketball Tournament. The area felt very safe and was full of wonderful restaurants, pubs and fun shopping.

I didn’t care for the breakfast offered at this Home to Suites when compared to the Sacramento property. It didn’t matter because Boise had so many fabulous breakfast places within walking distance.

The location is perfect! The bed and the pillows were comfy. There’s plenty of room in each room. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint is that a lot of families go here and it is not well. Insulated between floors and rooms so you can hear every whimpering child and every time somebody closes or opens their blinds. So the weekends are noisy and loud and during the week when it’s more business people, it was very quiet and very comfortable. The only thing is you’re required to pay $20 a night for parking which I don’t recall reading anywhere.

This properties only five years old and they did a terrible job insulating in between the floors and between the rooms.

The room is spacious and the staff is very helpful. The pool is only good for children and cannot serve for lap swimming but the weight room is well equipped. The garage is a disaster— we were unable to get out four times and had to call the front desk or help to get out. I had to help a man in front of me use his QR code and change his brightness, and one time there were three cars backed up behind us waiting while we called the help button. $20 a day for the garage really adds to the cost of the stay and is totally unreasonable when it doesnt work right.

Pros - location, price, size of room, cleanliness, bed comfort, living room area, kitchen area, view looking into downtown, how close parking structure was to our room specifically, the access to the parking garage, clean lobby, location of the hotel to nearby restaurants

Only con was it was interesting having a corner room didn't have windows on two walls to optimize the view.

We loved the room and location. Walking distance to everywhere we need to get to this weekend.

Was a little bummed we were paying extra to park, when we are paying a little more already to stay here versus other nearby locations. Honestly of the entire experience having that added fee is just an annoyance when everything else was prepaid for and black and white... Like why?

We got into the room and the first thing we noticed. It was a bunch of hair on the bed like someone left and they just made the bed without washing the sheets breakfast. It’s really a poor.

Close to some excellent restaurants and walking distance to the Mexican Embassy, which is why I was in town. Everyone was friendly and kind.

The room itself was very well kept and cared for. Extremely comfortable after a long leg of a road trip. Easy check in process with friendly staff. Breakfast was good! Breakfast area was kept very clean. The King Suite was great for our stay and was also easily accessible for GrubHub delivery.

Location: walkable to everything downtown Boise. Accommodation: like an apartment that has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities: this is an extended stay type of property so there's no typical hotel bar or restaurant but the free breakfast was impressive with its options. There's also a pool and a gym.

The living room couch could use an update but that's about it.

Parking is in a garage that we had to pay extra for (like $35-40)…. The walls are thin, so you hear everything!

We were only there for night but we all enjoyed it. It was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great!

I would invest a new bed in room 209 that bed was quite used. Both sides were flat. The center was the only bubble part of it. The bed.

Booking.com billing and final charge at the hotel were different. We were charged $20 for parking that seems excessive and was not reveiled at booking.

Home 2 Suites is a lovely property situated in a convenient location. Having breakfast included saved us a lot of time we used to explore. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking was $20 a night extra, but it was in a covered garage where can park on same level as your room. Downtown Boise has a nice city vibe with great dining venues, music clubs, and nightlife. There is a artsty feel to the city without the downsides of despair you see in other cities. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Visited Boise to run the Fitone Half this passed weekend and glad I picked your hotel. It was convenient to the start and finish line and also from everything I needed. A big plus, the staffs who checked me in were great.

Great location in downtown area. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants and site seeing. Close proximity to airport. Only cons from my perspective are bed was uncomfortable (too soft) and parking was NOT included ($20 per night).

Super New Property!

Hotel had everything we could want- close to everything, nice neighborhood, clean, nice, great gym space, outdoor space, breakfast. Was wonderful- would absolutely recommend and stay again!

This is more a comment on Expedia: checking had to be completed by my spouse at the hotel , even though I made the booking under my name. Other than that, everything was nice at the hotel. A good place to walk or dog, availability of dining choices, and a clean room for a decent price.
