Rooibos Retreat

The hospitality at Rooibos Retreat was excellent. The host met me at the gate, showed me to my room, and even helped with my bags. He also suggested a couple of places nearby for dinner. The room was large, very clean, and quite comfortable. It far exceeded my expectations! I had a lovely night and slept great in the large and comfortable bed. The wifi also worked great in the room. The stay was wonderful, and I would definitely stay again!

Great breakfast and service

I can’t rate this property enough! Nicolas and his fast attention to making my stay wonderful was on point! From his first hello to his last good bye! He made my stay more than perfect. My room was brilliant! The space amazing! I had the large suite. The shower pressure welcoming after a long day! I would be back!

Not that it was an issue. As a woman I prefer curtains rather than blinds! Only because I get a bit paranoid of who can look in. But overall I got over it loved my stay.

Very neat and cozy. Loved the antique touches

Our hosts made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable, we had coffee and cake by the pool, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed, plus a lovely breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable 😌

I loved the hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms. It also smelled Devine.

The host is so welcoming, treated us so special and made sure we had all we needed for our stay.

Nothing, just that we stayed for one night.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with relaxing music on every night when you return from work. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The host Nicolaas is out of this world with care and hospitality.

Hospitality 5 star

Cosy setup, spotless room and bathroom, and the hospitality was great.

They can do better in terms of clear signage outside.

The entire stay and experience from check-in to check-out was just above and beyond exceptional!!!

The room was spacious and really pretty. Very warm and welcoming host Nicolaas. Thank you for a lovely stay. One suggestion to maybe have a hairdryer in the room.

Room were clean, nice big shower.

There are no door between shower toilet and the room. The bed is very poor. The toilet is raised about a 100mm, not suited for short people. Very uncomfortable.

Everything

No door in the bathroom

Immaculate facilities , furniture top notch, friendly staff, garden and flowers, so beautiful

Not really, but the bath room should have been fitted with sliding door because for two people it don't looks right especially when one do No 2. All in all the place is perfect 😁.

The location was perfect, you could smell the fresh scent of the beach from the property. It is central to all the amenities a traveller would need. The room was beautifully prepared and equipped with necessary items. We had a good time in the pool and had a little braai in the evening with equipment provided and easily accessible.

Spacious room

No breakfast - perhaps offered but don't require

Would be a good idea to have a telephone contact number in case as not usually people around.
