Very comfy bed, great studio room, very quiet and lovely staff.

Even though it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed, the room was really quite warm to sleep in. It seems a bit of a shame there isn't air con in the rooms to keep them temperate, as everything else is pretty much spot on.

Die Lage war fantastisch: zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig, mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Balkon auf den Atlantik. Dazu ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal – rundum eine tolle Unterkunft!

Leider haben sich die Räume sehr stark aufgeheizt. Obwohl die Außentemperaturen lediglich bei etwa 23 °C lagen, wurde es im Zimmer unangenehm warm. Auch nachts kühlte der Raum kaum ab, da sich das Schlafzimmerfenster nur sehr eingeschränkt öffnen ließ. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Belüftung bzw. Klimatisierung der Räume. Auch das Bett mit einer Breite von 1,60 m war für zwei Erwachsende nicht ausreichend.

Great location for a two night stay in Brighton. The room was comfy and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is close to the centre but tucked away so it didn’t seem noisy at night. This was our second stay at the apartment

Das Zimmer war im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis viel zu teuer. Dies lag allerdings an der Großveranstaltung "Brighton Pride", die in den Buchungszeitraum fiel.

Das Apartment liegt zentral. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof, nicht weit vom Zentrum und auch nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett und half bei der ein oder anderen Frage unverzüglich weiter.

In der Früh, wenn der Verkehr einsetzt, wird es doch laut. Wir haben in der Früh dann immer die Fenster zugemacht und war wieder ruhig. Aus diesem Grund auch kein Punktaabzug.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfy, calm and modern. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Everybody was super nice and helpful. The apartment is well situated, 5 min walk from the station and the beach. I would most definitly come back again.

The location of the apartment was central and handy for everything, it was well equipped with everything we needed. We were grateful for the ceiling fans as the outside temperature was early 30s. The bed was super comfortable. All the reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially Auris. We will definitely seek out other supercity aparthotels on our travels

Location, room, facility, cleanness

No parking, the advised parking is walking distance about 10 mins, and parking a lot is small. On booking site parking address says 44 north road, waze took us to a complete different part of the town. Our check in was at 3pm, we arrived 15 mins earlier, our room wasn’t ready until 30 mins later. However the receipt allowed us to check out an hour later, which is a plus.

The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

The room did not have air conditioning, only a fans. During my stay, Brighton experienced unusually hot weather, and my room faced the afternoon sun. The room became even hotter than the outdoor temperature and stayed extremely warm well into the evening. It was difficult to sleep at night, and it was also impossible to relax in the room during the afternoon because of the heat. Overall, I really liked the hotel's location and facilities. However, I would not choose to stay here again during the summer unless the rooms are equipped air conditioning or external sunshades to reduce the heat from the afternoon sun.

Hotellejligheden er moderne, ren og har alt hvad man kunne ønske sig til et længere ophold. Beliggende er perfekt i forhold til stranden, basketbanen og spisesteder. Personalet er hjælpsomme og lydhør overfor vores ønsker.

Vi overnattede i 6 dage, og der er ingen rengøring i den periode eller skift af håndklæder. Der er dog vaskemaskine i lejligheden, men ikke rengøringsmidler eller bare en kost. Der er ikke aircon, så med 30 grader var det meget varmt.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very central and convenient location near everything we needed but actually situated in a quiet and calm cul-de-sac for a good nights sleep too - the best of both worlds.

Bei 32 Grad wünscht man sch im obersten Geschoss eine Klimaanlage, die nur kühlt, nicht alle 2 Minuten laut stöhnt. Man gewöhnt sich daran, aber die erste Nacht war schlaflos. Der freundliche Handwerker hat die Anlage gewartet – geändert hatte sich nichts.

The room I booked was subject to a plumbing issue but the staff were very helpful and apologetic, and upgraded me to a better "penthouse" room, which was lovely.

It was all very nice. One word of warning - Most of the rooms don't have air conditioning. I was fortunate, given the heatwave, that I was upgraded to the Penthouse room, which does.

Parkeringen var et mareridt. Det er ikke muligt at køre op til hotellet og parkeringen er i et offentligt parkeringshus, der er svært at komme frem til pga ensrettede gader. Det ville have været en stor hjælp, hvis gæsterne fik tilsendt en rutevejledning sammen med bekræftelse på booking.

I really couldn't fault this place. From the artwork to the reception welcome, from how we'll equipped my studio was to the plushness of the towels from its proximity to shops to the short walk to the beach, it was for me the ideal place from which to explore Brighton.

Booked their penthouse for the weekend just gone. Check in time is stated as 14:00hrs although I was kept waiting until 15:00hrs which was frustrating after an extremely long travel and just wanting to get in and unpacked. Even more infuriating was having to sit and watch those that had booked the budget rooms being able to check in on-time and even in some cases early, as I was sat waiting in the reception from 12:30hrs. The reason given to me for the wait was that the penthouse was a large room.. well surely if it’s that large you should prioritise cleaning this first, especially as it is your most ‘premium” highest cost room. Bet if the shoe was on the other foot and I was checking out an hour late, they would expect additional costs and be making a fuss, but for me to check in an hour late, there wasn’t much urgency and no offer of compensation or any compassion. I know it’s only one hour - but when you factor in the cost of the penthouses, it’s costing me almost £15 p/h and I couldn’t access it for the first hour.. with no recourse back to me. Eventually got in to said room and there was still stains across the kitchen bar as they had obviously rushed as quick as they could to try and catch up with me waiting. The floor was also still soaking wet. This was again frustrating as it did not feel very clean, in the kitchen area, so I avoided using this for the stay and had wet feet the smell of cleaning chemicals for my nap after travelling. The penthouses are listed as having private balconies on the website, however this is not the case and they are actually shared with just a small ankle high plant pot between you, the other room’s and the people staying in them on their balconies. Which is a bit misleading as I was hoping for a private relaxation out on the top floor but instead was virtually sitting with a couple chatting away. Not the peace of mind I really wanted and again misleading, think you should change how this is advertised or put partitions between each balcony on the top floor. Hotel is listed as no smoking but every evening there was someone either smoking a cigarette or weed which wafts up into the room. The weed smell was also constantly in the lift, so when returning each night, it’s all you can smell whilst going up to your room. Sad to see the smoking is not policed by the staff at all. The only thing really going for this place is the central location and the rooms are OK (when clean). So I have gave you the respective ratings for them. But yeah overall a disappointment really for the price paid and far from what is shown on the website. Fried to keep the room as clean as possible to the next poor sod that books it isn’t waiting like I was and losing out on money and time. Would I stay again? Probably not, with the uncleanliness, weed smells it’s a bit like paying exorbitant amounts to stop in a council flat but I appreciate these things might not bother everyone.

The rooms are brand new, hi-spec, spotlessly clean, the check-in process easy, and the facilities and utensils in the room all perfect. If here for work the soundproofing in rooms is very important. The location is also perfectly positioned between station and beach. Everything is walkable. Staff are all friendly and helpful

The only downside, and only reason I didn’t score this a 10 was the lack of proper air con in any room bar the penthouses. I stayed during a heatwave and consequently really struggled. Although the staff brought me a 2nd large fan and I slept better after that

I’ve stayed here before and love it all. I’ve praised the location and the design and fabric of the place many times. But, you know what? The best part is the people who work there. It’s a family of kind, intelligent, witty, respectful and resourceful human beings. That’s what I think is the true magic behind the product. Guys, bravo again. .. awesome

This hotel is the best hotel you can stay in brighton! My and my fiancee stayed in the studio apartment with balcony and its was perfect! It was very clean and had enough space. you have to pay £23 a day for the park which is a 7 minute walk away from the hotel. you cannot take the car out of the car park or you’ll have the pay £20 every time u go back in. Parking was the only downside to the trip.

Das Studio war sehr sauber, sogar der Wasserkocher war entkalkt und der Toaster blitzeblank. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber, der Wasserdruck für englische Verhältnisse sehr gut, die Betten waren außergewöhnlich bequem. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie sehr hilfsbereit wenn es Probleme gab. Bei uns ging die Waschmaschine kaputt und es wurde uns innerhalb weniger Stunden geholfen das Problem zu beheben. :) Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir zusätzliches WC-Papier und Geschirrspültabs. Die Lage ist optimal - sowohl fürs Shopping als auch für den Strand.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Wir hatten einen Deckenventilator und einen zusätzlichen Standventilator und dennoch war trotz zusätzlichem Lüften nachts die Temperatur im Raum immer bei mind. 26 Grad, obwohl die Außentemperaturen nachts, aber teils auch tagsüber deutlich unter 20 Grad lagen. Wir hatten dadurch tatsächlich schlaflose Nächte und mussten mehrfach täglich duschen, was einen hohen Wasserverbrauch nach sich zog. Das Lüften abends führte dazu, dass Schnaken usw. ins Zimmer kamen, was ebenso die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigte. Daher sollte dringend in Klimaanlagen investiert werden, um diese Probleme zu beheben. Ansonsten wären ggf. Fliegengitter hilfreich noch. Dass das Licht im Badezimmer nicht manuell durch einen Schalter bedient werden konnte war besonders nachts ungeschickt, störte uns aber nicht so sehr wie die Raumtemperatur. Einmal hatte sich der Schwimmer von der Toilette wohl verhakt, sodass die ganze Zeit die Spülung lief, das ließ sich jedoch durch mehrmaliges Drücken der Schalter beheben.

The location was very convenient to the Royal Pavillion, Museum, shopping areas and Pier. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The washing machine and airer were very handy. The shower worked well.

The bed was not a King Size as it said in my booking info. The apartment was hot and the air con did not work. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan and we would try to wedge the balcony door open, although the wind would blow it shut as the chair wasn’t heavy enough. Also the automatic light going on in the bathroom was a shock during the middle of the night and it was also very hot and stuffy.

Good location, within walking distance from amenities, train station etc. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything you could need. We stayed during the hot weather and the room had aircon & two ceiling fans which was great.

I booked a room that was due to have one single bed and one double bed but when we arrived, it had a sofa bed instead of the single bed. The sofa bed mattress was unfortunately very uncomfortable and you could feel all the springs beneath. The pillows were also very hard. The bed situation was the only let down of the property in our opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Q Square by Supercity Aparthotels. The apartment was fantastic, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved having a balcony with a lovely sea view, even though it’s not directly on the seafront. The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made us feel at home. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The only slight downside was the lack of air conditioning. We happened to visit during a heatwave, and while the floor and ceiling fans provided were helpful, they struggled to keep the room cool in such high temperatures.

Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer. Grundsätzlich nicht nachvollziehbar, dass in Hotels noch Teppichböden verlegt werden. Flecken sind da mit der Zeit unvermeidbar.

De voorzieningen in het appartement, aandacht voor praktische en comfortabele details. De locatie is heerlijk centraal gelegen. De flinke korting die we kregen bij de parkeergarage via het appartementencomplex Q2.

De locatie is, ondanks de routebeschrijving, per auto wat lastig te bereiken door het vele eenrichtingsverkeer in de binnenstad van Brighton. De parkeerkosten waren aan de hoge kant, ondanks een mooie reductie via Q2

We stayed at the Q Square for a long weekend in May 2026 with our 13 month old. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment. It had everything we needed, all kitchen amenities and the open plan living area was great for our daughter to crawl around! We were able to do a couple of washes as well which saved us time when we returned home! a cot was provided, the only small thing is the mattress in the cot was just towels wrapped in a sheet - ultimately it was fine as our daughter sleeps on anything but it might be a different experience for other babies. We utilised the parking at the rcp nearby and got a discount, this is only a 10 min walk away. All in all we will stay here again when we return to Brighton, the location is also great, so close to the main shopping area and the sea front.
