The room was great, spacious, clean and full equipped. Like the modern furniture and toilet. Great Breakfast!

The lift and halls have a little smell of humidity but the room was spotless.

Location great- right by the train station. Super easy to come/go. Breakfast was really lovely- one of the best I've had. The staff were really nice as well.

Bed was a bit hard- but some people might like that. The trains were slightly noisy- but earplugs handled that and it's a tradeoff for the location.

Really bad smell, possibly the drains , permeated the bathroom and into bedroom. We did report it but we were in a rush to get to an event. On our return the smell was still present.

The location is great. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable.

The breakfast was not as good as before. The sausages were not very nice and the hash browns were not edible. It was very disappointing.

Lovely room with kitchenette, large double bed and the pillows were so comfy, breakfast had loads of choice and staff very friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t as dog friendly as advertised. Had to pay extra for the dog and couldn’t take her to breakfast.

The hotel was in a good location right next to the station (and parking there), so was quite easy to get into the centre. Our room was comfy and clean with a handy kitchenette and lovely en-suite and shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as the buffet had lots of choice (some hot food options, cereal, fruit, croissants, fresh bread, juice, hot drinks) and even had delicious decaf coffee. The breakfast space was atmospheric and I felt that the decor was trendy and classy.

I was a bit disappointed that our room was advertised as having a “city view” when we were on the first floor and only really saw the street - so maybe that descriptor should be removed as I might have chosen a bigger room if I knew the view wasn’t really a view… although the room was very clean, it was looking a bit tired round the edges and was very grey with few pops of colour, so maybe some rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment. We also only had one chair at the table when two of us were staying in the room.

Für an sich sehr gut. Gym war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück gut. Personal sehr nett. Das ist ein grosser Pluspunkt und ich würde aufgrund dessen nochmals eine Buchung machen.

Leider war die Kitchenette nicht sauber und auch auf dem, in dem Bett Haare. Die Kochutensilien waren schmutzig. Sehr schade.

A lovely stay with friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the beach was a little too far to walk to, especially in the sun. However, public transport is very convenient, with buses right on the doorstep.

One of the best stays ever! Well located, clean, a beautiful studio suite. Impeccable and varied breakfast and the kindest and warmest staff I ever encountered in a hotel!!! Thank you to Mary for giving me the warmest welcome, Marianna for sorting out things and all their colleagues!!

It’s great 😊 Maybe it is a bit hard to find at first, but this a matter of better signposting from Brighton Station (there is a staircase leading directly to the hotel from the taxi rank on the other side of the station!! Station staff could make a sign there for “IHG Staybridge Suites”).

It was located near the station, was comfy, a good sized room and the breakfast was good. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

For the price, the breakfast offer was very poor food quality and selection wise and badly organised. The shower didn’t have cold water and it smelled of sewage.

I liked the room, the comfortable bed and the extras for our own cooking. The view and the quiet atmosphere around the hotel apart for the construction work across the road. The staff at reception was easy to talk and helpful.

The shower is ok. But the screen is insufficient for keeping the water from splashing outside onto the floor. Total hazard. Each time we used the shower we had to mop the floor from the over wet floor. The toilet flashing buttons need to be repaired because they get stuck in the open position. Example when you press and flash the toilet water comes out as normal but it does not stop, meaning instead of refilling the cistern and stop but continues to flow into the bowl. What a waste of water!

Me and my girlfriend paid £450 for three nights and for all the facilities included in just the basic studio suite we were thoroughly impressed. Complimentary breakfast with a vast selection of foods including cooked items, gluten and dairy free options and much more. 24/7 access to a social area with pool, chess, a large flat screen TV and a selection of books as well as 24/7 access to a gym with plentiful equipment. Despite being the basic studio suite the room was spacious with a large and very comfortable bed, A/C, heating, plenty cupboard space, modern kitchen appliances, clean and comfortable bathroom and more. The staff were so helpful and incredibly friendly, even letting us back into the room once we had checked out to retrieve items we had forgotten, they did not get annoyed or rude with us over the matter but rather seemed more than happy to help and completely understanding. The location is great for the train station as well as a full sized Sainsbury’s just a minute walk away.

While previously I complimented the hotel on its location, for doing things like going to the lanes, the beach or into the more “active” areas of Brighton it is always going to be a 20+ minute walk.

The rooms were so spacious and nice, with an AC, a small kitchen with all the utensiles one could need and the bathroom even provided a shower chair as well as other helpful amenities. Location was good too, close to the station but also close to the city centre. Staff was friendly, all in all a really great stay.

Salle de dej très moche et pas assez de places pour le petit déjeuner. Il faut s’assoir à des tables communes équipées pour le travail. On se croirait au taf. Chambre bien équipée avec cuisine mais ça donne pas envie de s’en servir car elle très enclavée. Bonne literie Fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas. Parking à proximité hors de prix Bref hôtel sans aucun charme, juste rentable et avec une idée « bien actuelle » du service. Ménage fait une fois pas semaine sauf si vous le demandez. Et surtout beaucoup trop cher. 220 euros la nuit en pleine saison.

Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine am Frühstücksbuffet ist zu empfehlen, da längere Schlangen Eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer (unter dem Bett) angesagt.

Breakfast was excellent. The shower in my first room was nt working, Ryan came up straight away to see if he could sort and immediately cahged or room.

Some of the decor needs looking at as wallpaper peeling in places in communal areas and rooms.

We needed to be near the train station and the hotel was in a perfect location.

No housekeeping over the weekend, although you could ask for fresh towels. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken for the whole of our stay. The only alternative offered was sachets of instant Nescafé. Management could have gone and bought cafetières from the middle aisle of Lidl if they didn’t want to stretch to a new machine. When you’re paying £200+ per night, it’s a bit poor.

Pets allowed into the breakfast/eating area- not all guests are comfortable with pets in close proximity to them. The fabric headboards could have been cleaned better, hairstrands found on the headboard

All of the staff were fantastic! Especially the reception team! Rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is brilliant. Minutes from the station and the North lanes. We can't wait to return!

For the past 15 years I’ve been staying at Staybridge Suites and I cannot emphasise how this is the most amazing hotel that I’ve ever stayed in

The accommodation was a studio, with kitchen facilities which is great as you have use of the fridge & able to make hot drinks as and when you needed too. Room was clean and a good size. Reception staff were great.

This place got everything right: high quality accommodation combined with ease of check-in and check-out. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and lovely and quiet even though it's so close to the station. I will stay here again.

Sehr gute Lage, am Bahnhof um die Ecke, sehr gutes Frühstück, auch für Vegetarier geeignet, sehr freundliches Personal, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Geschäfte fußläufig um die Ecke. Love the Staybridge. Stay for work. Bit of an issue with the rooms cleanliness but it got sorted and moved rooms three times. Understand it was due to sickness with the cleaning staff. Never normally have a problem and the rooms are normally immaculate.

The staff were exceptional, always willing to help out. The breakfast as very good. I loved the fresh fruit and yoghurt. Our room was spacious and very quiet. There was no noise from the station which was next door. The location was perfect with easy access to buses and trains

We didn't know how to control central heating. When asked housekeeping (Lynn) she showed us , so all good. Perhaps a few typed instructions to go with the other instructions for the induction hob in our room would have helped.

Property was very clean and staff were very helpful. Location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Front.

Better breakfast than I expected (they said continental, but as far as I could see it was a full buffet breakfast, just like a HIExpress) + a Smart TV that works (you don't get that at HIEx)

It's an aircon-based place, with windows that don't open (at least our room was), so on one of the hottest nights of the year we had the choice of the noise of the aircon, or getting really hot, when a window that opened would have been just right. (I don't know what we do if we have a pandemic again, but let's worry about that when it comes, eh?)
