Hôtel très beau, blanc, design. Chambre avec piscine privée et vue sur mer. Très belle. Petit déjeuner copieux. Literie confortable.

La route principale juste au dessus de l hôtel, très passagère et bruyante, qui contraste avec la zenitude de l hôtel. Des fontaines devant la porte de la chambre, pour combler sûrement le bruit. Mais très gênant pour moi. La piscine avec trop de vis a vis avec le voisin. Les toilettes avec porte commune salle de douche.

l'hôtel est loin de tout, même en voiture pas de piscine extérieure j'ai réservé 6 mois avant pensant profiter de prix garantis, au final j'ai payé le double du tarif en cours et ça ne valait vraiment au mieux que 200€ par nuit et pas 400 Mauvais deal de Booking !

The view from my room was incredible, seeing the change in light from morning to afternoon then the sparkling lights of Chania at night. The room was perfect and super clean. Staff friendly and there if anything was needed.

Le bruit de la rue derrière très passante, et donc très mal insonorisé a ce niveau. De même on entend le passage des femmes de ménage le matin dans les chambres , donc si vous voulez faire la grasse matinée ... Les transat sur le balcon n'ont pas de coussins c'est beau mais assez inconfortable.

Qualité de la nourriture en room service ..déplorable… pas de bière sans alcool( pourtant à la carte) . Pdj très spectaculaire..mais qualité moyenne.. Pas de kleenex dans les chambres Frigo bar pas reapprovisionné.. donc pas une goutte d’eau si vous ne réclamez pas ( en supplément ?!!!»

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast served on the private terrace by our personal pool was perfect. The fitness room is a little limited. I recommend renting a scooter or car to visit Chania’s Old Town, although this is related to the hotel’s location rather than the hotel itself.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette hôtel que dire 😍 L’hôtel est très beau très propre et décoré avec soin. Les chambre sont très charmantes avec piscine, une très belle vue sur la mer et couché de soleil en fin de journée. Un espace spa très complet avec piscine, jacuzzi et salle de sport plutôt bien équipée. Le point positif le parking couvert 👍🏾 Les personnel adorable, disponible et aux petits soins pour les clients. On se sent comme à la maison. Petit dej servi en chambre copieux et permettant de goûter des spécialité grecques. Pour nous c’est un 10/10 💯

Il faut savoir que l’hôtel est construit sur une pente qu’il faut descendre ou monter pour accéder au parking. Il faut donc être à l’aise avec le démarrage en côte 😏

Le confort de la chambre et la piscine privée . La vue sur la mer et la Canée à condition d’avoir la chambre bien positionnée.

L’éloignement du centre de la Canée( 15 mn en taxi ou 25 mn en bus) Le petit déjeuner répétitif que l’on doit choisir la veille pour le lendemain. Le manque d’ombre sur la terrasse, le parasol fourni est tout petit et ne protège rien.

Camera con vista su Chania fantastica e infinity pool privata. Letto molto comodo con topper e lenzuola di alta qualità. Design della camera : luci, arredo e bagno moderno, chiaro e di design ben fatto. La piscina privata è un plus notevole, peccato che la nostra avesse un albero di fronte (era la suite più a lato) e ci ha limitato la vista del tramonto.

Un hotel 5 stelle deve prevedere un servizio valet in reception, sopratutto se la capienza del parcheggio di proprietà è inferiore al numero di camere offerte. Mi hanno suggerito di parcheggiare in strada in una via con cartello di divieto di sosta e fermata, dicendomi che non si prendono responsabilità di spostare auto, visto che gli avevo chiesto di lasciarla in garage davanti ad altra auto. La colazione in camera, nonostante il servizio e privacy, limita scelta e impone di prepararsi il giorno prima su ciò che vuoi mangiare e bere.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מושלמת אהבתי שזה מגיע עד לחדר ,השירות והצוות מאוד אדיבים המלון מושלם ונקי .

החדרים אינם מבודדים מספיק מרעש, ובמהלך כל הלילה שמעתי בבירור את השכנים מהחדרים הסמוכים , שיחות צעקות ורעשים שונים. כתוצאה מכך כמעט ולא הצלחתי לישון בלילות.

The hotel itself is gorgeous but what made our stay so special was the service. The ladies on reception and at the bar were very helpful and so kind. The private pool in the room offers stunning views and is always a comfortable temperature. The breakfast served in the room was excellent. We wish we had booked to stay longer!

Me and my wife have just finished our stay here for our honeymoon and we could not recommend enough. We have never stayed anywhere as nice as this before. The location and views of the sunset over our own private pool were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they even gave us a card to congratulate us and wish us a lifetime of happiness. The breakfast we got everyday was unreal, the room was always spotless and cleaned up. Thank you so much to all the staff here at Lagon, we really enjoyed ourselves.

This boutique hotel was excellent and super clean. All staff, from reception to catering and cleaners were all excellent and helpful :) It had all you could want if you were wanting a place to chill out and admire the amazing views of Chania city, the port/sea and amazing sunsets each evening. Our room had its very own pool which was handy with the hot days in Crete. The room was also very comfortable and very clean. Enjoying the daily breakfast out on the balcony each morning, with the amazing views, was a little different but very enjoyable. The breakfast menu to choose from was extensive and very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Its location was a little out of town so a taxi/bus was necessary but the amazing views made up for this small issue.

Det var rent og pent, fantastisk utsikt, nydelig mat og deilig badebasseng. Vaskepersonalet er magiske! Jeg skjønner ikke hvordan de klarer ha det så skinnende rent hver dag. Personalet for øvrig var eksemplarisk hyggelige og greie. Jeg elsket at man fikk shampoo og balsam i små beholdere, jeg trengte for første gang på lenge ikke bruke min medbrakte balsam da denne fungerte. Og hotellsåper! Det visste jeg ikke at jeg savnet.

Den elendige hårføneren som spiste håret mitt stod ikke til 5 stjerners forventningen. Jeg var innom Lidl nedi gata noen ganger og var veldig fristet til å kjøpe en Remington til 19€ og bare legge den igjen, men så snudde været og jeg trengte ikke hårføner lengre. Jeg var litt skuffet på størrelsen på rommet... Og plasseringen av badebassenget, det samsvarte ikke med bildene på booking.com Drar jeg tilbake vil jeg bestille direkte fra hotellets nettsider siden det var lettere å forstå hva man fikk gjennom dem.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue sur La Canée est tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est toujours disponible, accueillant et de bon conseil. Le parking couvert est un vrai plus pour stationner la voiture en toute sécurité. Le logement est impeccable, très propre et offre tout le confort nécessaire.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il n'y avait pas réellement de liberté de choix. Le menu devait être rempli la veille avec des options prédéfinies. Par exemple, il était possible de sélectionner deux plats parmi les propositions salées, mais un seul parmi les propositions sucrées. Si nous souhaitions tous les deux choisir un plat sucré, cela n'était pas possible, ce qui était un peu frustrant. Ce point n'enlève rien à la qualité du petit-déjeuner, qui était excellent. J'ai trouvé regrettable qu'un supplément d'1 € par personne soit demandé pour un petit-déjeuner à emporter en cas de départ matinal, d'autant plus que celui-ci était très minimaliste.

We liked the room and the layout and having our own balcony and pool. The cleaning lady that mostly took care of our room was very nice and good at her job. Overall the hotel was clean, there were some ants and bugs but the cleaning ladies took care of it when we told staff about it. The reception was welcoming, there was one that welcomed us when we first arrived and she was amazing throughout our stay. Sometimes we felt like the conversation with staff was forced and not as genuine. Otherwise they were kind and ready to help us. The view from the hotel is amazing and we never got tired of it. Location of the hotel is great for people who have a rental car to drive around.

What we missed was a nicer bar and restaurant area. There is too much white furniture and the plastic furniture was not very comfortable. There area needs some more colour and warm tones. Perhaps more people would come to the bar and have drinks at night. We knew the hotel had this white vibe but it just felt too much white being there. The food was not very good we tried all kinds of different brunch options and sometimes the food was not fully cooked or lacked something, one time there was hair in the omelet and food was cold. It also got repetitive as we were staying for 10 nights. We think the hotel is maybe better suited for short stays in crete. There was no room to eat breakfast in the room and we chose to eat it at the restaurant which was fine. The drinks at the bar are also too expensive and were not good as they were flat and not refreshing. We noticed that people staying at the hotel did not use the common are much and these reasons above could play a huge role in why. Location of the hotel is quiet and there is not much around so we took the bus to Chania almost every night to have dinner and drinks.

Amazing hotel

Despite being full we felt like we were the only ones there. The pools the spa and the breakfast all superb. Great Chefs delivered outstanding food the staff spot on. Our room was very comfortable.. We had had a bottle of complimentary wine. The views of the city by day and night are spectacular. Room service was excellent. We spent time in the spa using the steam room and sauna. The poolside jacuzzi was perfect. All in all an outstanding city break.

We can’t fault it. Keep doing what your doing. .

Everything. I can't begin to tell how this location has amazed us each day of out vacation. It has been amazing. We loved our little pool where we stayed soaking up the sun. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially in the chilly nights. It is amazing to dip in the hot water and get a massage while it's chilly out. The spa part was amazing also. Maria was my therapist, she was competent and very nice. Very pleasant massages and I especially loved the luxurious Apivita products

The ramp getting out of the hotel parking lot is steep., so is the street the hotel is on., which is not really a complaint to their services or hotel overall because it's... geography. Now, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the car rental company gave us a 60HP car that really struggled with the steep ramps. I suggest renting out at least 90-100 HP car because as steep as their ramp is, so are many other streets in Chania and in Crete so a stronger engine is a must.

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο, μοναδική θέα, όλα πεντακάθαρα και το προσωπικό άκρως εξυπηρετικό από την κυρία που καθάριζε κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο, τα άτομα στη reception και την Μαρία στο μασάζ ήταν όλοι υπέροχοι. Το μασάζ που κάναμε επίσης καταπληκτικό!! Για το πρωινό δεν έχουμε λόγια, το καλύτερο πρωινό που έχουμε δοκιμάσει σε ξενοδοχείο πολλές επιλογές!! Ήταν το ταξίδι μέλιτος μας και άντρας μου επικοινώνησε με το ξενοδοχείο για να μου κάνουν μια έκπληξη στο δωμάτιο. Ο στολισμός ήταν υπεροχος!! Σας ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε την διαμονή μας αξέχαστη και ελπίζουμε να σας ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σύντομα!!

A stunning boutique hotel in the quiet Halepa area, just minutes from Chania old town. Breathtaking views of the sea and the sunset from our room, a lovely private plunge pool, spotless modern design, delicious breakfast, and a wonderful spa. The staff were warm and attentive throughout. Highly recommended!

Fantastic concept of included breakfast in the room. Fantastic view and great private pool. Room is nice. Smart layout, clean and comfortable. Staff very is very nice. Restaurant is decent. Decent spa down stairs. It was wonderful.

There are blue and green lights in the room by the aircon, that cannot be turned off. They light up all night, preventing it from going fully dark. There's slight sound leakage from the door to the road and other rooms.

Μπροστά ακριβώς από τη πριβε πισίνα του δωματίου μας ειχε κάμερα, που έβλεπε στη πισίνα και στο υπόλοιπο κτήριο..ήταν ακριβώς στο ύψος της πισίνας και αισθανόμασταν λίγο άβολα, να την έχουμε ακριβώς μπροστά μας..

Leider sind die Liegen auf der Terrasse nicht bequem, der Boden und die Tür werden am Nachmittag sehr heiß (Verbrennungsgefahr beim Türgriff)

Wonderful staff working at the hotel, warm and made us feel well looked after. The private pool with a view was great, so was breakfast on the balcony each morning. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was always kept clean and fresh.

Our favorite place to stay! We love every single detail about the Lagon Hotel, from the amazing breakfast to the great views, wonderful room but most importantly the best staff. Second time visiting and they made our engagement (and birthday) trip absolutely unforgettable and I could not be more grateful for everyone who made it so unforgettable. Το κατάλυμα είναι υπέροχο!! Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο με φανταστική θέα! Πεντακάθαρο με άψογες παροχές και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό! Θα μπορούσε άνετα να συγκριθεί η θέα του με ένα ξενοδοχείο στη Σαντορίνη, αφού προσφέρει τις ατομικές πισίνες με θέα την θάλασσα. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό με προσωπικές επιλογές σαν να είχαμε πάει σε κάποιο μαγαζί για πρωινό. Όλος ο χώρος πολύ μοντέρνος και σύγχρονος! Θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα ξανά!!

We had a late flight and staff was super welcoming at 12:30am. The accommodations are “bougie,” fun and modern. Hot tub was open 24 hours, perfect for a post flight soak and the included breakfast was amazing. Had we stayed longer, we would have definitely enjoyed our personal pool. Next time.

The hotel lacks a little atmosphere in the evening, so you will need to go into Chania for a bit of excitement.

Staff was very kind, helpful and professional. In the Spa, we got an amazing massage and facial treatment from Maria. Room was clean and had an exceptional view. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is far from center of Chania so you definitely need a car. Bathroom has a sliding door and the top side is open so sometimes it doesn't feel private.
