飯店鋪設床單的方式未能完整包覆床墊，導致保潔墊直接外露。此外，棉被與被套之間未設有固定設計，使用後很快就會分離，甚至容易直接接觸到棉被本體，因此最後索性不蓋了。 保潔墊及棉被本體都可能直接接觸到，且不知是否於每位房客退房後均會進行更換，是唯一感到不滿意的地方。除此之外，其餘住宿體驗都沒問題。

房內菸味太重，浴缸還有菸燒過的痕跡。 還不給換房，只想做臭氧除臭處理，打掃的事情在入住前就應該做好，憑什麼要在入住後還要來打擾做清潔除臭的事情。
