En la habitación hacía mucho calor que el ventilador no compensaba, y que se desprendía artens del suelo, pero esto es normal al estar en una habitación excavada. Mejoraría la climatización.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing! It was exactly as shown in the photos, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The check-in time was normally at 2:00 PM, but our flight was quite early, so we arrived at the accommodation much earlier than expected. They were kind enough to give us our room as early as 11:00 AM, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated, especially because we were very tired from the journey. Also, on our last day, we were unable to have breakfast because our flight was early in the morning. The staff kindly gave us the opportunity to have breakfast on our first day instead, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something we were truly grateful for. A huge thank you to everyone working at the hotel. Your kindness and hospitality make this place even more special. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

We spent two unforgettable nights here with four people, booking two deluxe rooms, and we can safely say that everything was perfect. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, unique, and amazingly atmospheric, plus they are extremely sophisticated and spotlessly clean; the friendly ambiance of the entire accommodation captivated us right away. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and the breakfast was simply impeccable and abundant. Our absolute favorite, however, was the terrace: during the day, it offered a magnificent view of the landscape, and in the evening, sitting out amidst the dazzling mood lighting to admire the scenery provided a wonderful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this special place to everyone!

Had a wonderful stay at Cayon Cave Hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the cave room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was amazing. Great hospitality, beautiful atmosphere, and an excellent location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From before traveling, the staff were incredibly helpful and communicated expertly. They accommodated our requests and very kindly gave us a room upgrade. I also loved the information they provided about the area, and what activities the surrounding areas had to offer The room itself was very well designed, the bathroom and bed were both comfortable and high quality. A special mention to the breakfast which we really enjoyed, it was an unexpected highlight of the trip

Um sonho de hospedagem!! O hotel tem uma atmosfera intimista, os quartos são de fato cavernas (ao contrário de outros da região). Cama confortável, quarto super espaçoso, um café da manhã impecável em local com uma vista lindíssima da região. A equipe super atenciosa e solícita, com destaque para o recepcionista Eray que nos auxiliou com várias dúvidas durante nossa estadia na Capadócia (inclusive com aluguel de carro), e para o dono do hotel Metin, super simpático e educado. Fomos inclusive presenteados com um upgrade gratuito para um quarto maior, mas visitamos o quarto standard que ficaríamos e ainda sim era ótimo. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma essa hospedagem!

Único ponto de observação é que o hotel não fica na vila principal da Capadócia, para quem quer se locomover entre as vilas fica um pouco mais complicado, mas a vila que ficamos ainda sim tem ótima infraestrutura de restaurantes e comércio.

We had a magnificent stay at Canyon Cave Hotel in room 5, which was recommended to us by hotel management. Metin is an absolutely kind and warm host, who provided great advice and always paid attention to our comfort. The breakfast was fantastic, and the woman preparing and serving breakfast was exceptionally kind and hardworking. We highly recommend the Canyon Cave Hotel as a family-owned hotel that provides a beautiful place to come home to when visiting Cappadocia!

The location was perfect for us, secluded but still close to everything we needed, beautiful view of town and surrounding area. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Unbelievable breakfast and service. Staff/owner always available and responsive for everything we needed. If I am back in the area, we will definitely be staying here.

Расстояние до Гёреме на машине - не более 15 мин. Рядом магазин вина, с дегустацией Паркинг при отеле. Нет необходимости ездить по крутым спускам/подъемам, что актуально зимой в снегопад) Доброжелательный персонал. Помог с полетом на воздушном шаре. Вкусные завтраки на видовой террасе. Жили в номере с кухней. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Посетили Каппадокию в марте. Каменная ванна с джакузи хорошо согревала)

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We don’t usually stay in one place as we like to move around, but we came for the trail race and decided Urgup would be a good base. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision. The hotel is well located, rooms very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view each morning. The hotel manager and the team were very professional and discreet. We hired a car and quite a full itinerary for our stay planned in avance, but were very appreciative of the advice and support from Eray when looking to exchange money and organizing hot air balloon flights.

spotless rooms — every corner reflects genuine care for guests

It was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. They provided free bottled/filtered water. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Staff were kind to provide extra towels when requested. Property was very serene. Free breakfast had quite the spread with fresh eggs prepared to your preference.

Muy.buena ubicacion en un lugar tranquilo y a metros de restoranes. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras. Preciosas habitaciones cavadas en la roca. El desayuno es excepcional, el mejor de todo el viaje. El salón de desayuno tiene hermosas vistas. Excelente la amabilidad del personal, nos asistieron muy bien para la reserva del vuelo en globo. Tuvimos problema con el auto alquilado y fueron de gran ayuda en la resolución.

Потрясающее место! Нас встретил хозяин отеля, рассказал его историю, поделился шпаргалкой с маршрутом по самым знаменитым и посещаемым местам. Номер был очень красивым и уютным, с большой ванной комнатой и джакузи. Большие вкусные завраки. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который старается во всем угодить (особенно женщина, которая подает завтраки, к сожалению, не запомнил ее имя). Мне и жене место очень понравилось, всем рекомндую. Breakfast was a lovely spread, generous quantity of everything prepared. The staff were helpful and always willing to please us. They allowed us to use their facilities for our supper when we didn't feel like a restaurant dinner. A perfect away from the noisy city stay. The view from the terrace was amazing, especially at night.

Posizione ottima per parcheggio auto e partenze /rientri dai vari giri , 10 min. a piedi dal centro ma tenete presente che al ritorno c’è una bella salita da fare . Alcune camere sono completamente scavate nel tufo altre parzialmente. La nostra era metà nel tufo e metà in mattoni di tufo e soffitto in legno .. molto bella . Abbastanza ampie anche se avrebbero potuto sfruttare meglio gli spazi , noi avevamo un letto enorme ma con spazio insufficiente per deporre le valigie e l’armadio era una nicchia scavata dove si potevano riporre poche cose mentre il bagno era veramente grosso. Diciamo che nel complesso la particolarità della camera copriva questi difetti . Colazione ottima ma in puro stile turco .

Este hotel en Ürgüp fue simplemente maravilloso. El desayuno era muy variado y delicioso. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, y las habitaciones eran cómodas y bien cuidadas. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. La ubicación es perfecta, a poca distancia caminando del centro. El tour privado y el vuelo en globo que organizó el hotel fueron una experiencia inolvidable. Todo fue planeado con gran detalle. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí si regreso a Ürgüp.

A perfect place to stay with wonderful people and a great breakfast. The reception staff were incredibly supportive. During an emergency when we lost our passport and hotel keys, they helped us get in touch with the place where we had left them. The service at breakfast was also exceptional—everyone put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was delicious and the guests were happy. Warm regards to the owner, Metin, and his team!

Absolutely charming authentic rock cave room with lots of attention to details. Bed was very comfortable and shower modern and clean. Staff very friendly and responsive. Typical Turkish Included breakfast was very substantial and delicious..

Wonderful and well equipped apartment, lot of space and a small terrace with a view on Urgup! Car park available in front of the structure and a very nice staff which helped us with activities to be done. They have demonstrated their kindness and availability by cooking me gluten free bread for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Canyon Cave Hotel! The location was perfect right in the heart of Cappadocia, making it super easy to explore the area. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile, just what we needed to start our day.One of the things we appreciated most was how helpful the hotel staff were in organizing everything for us. We booked our airport transfer, hot air balloon ride, and daily activities like ATV and horseback tours directly through the hotel everything was seamless and stress-free.The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt taken care of. Everything was perfect! Location, ambience, food, staff, all exceptional.

Breakfast was very nice. Quickly cooked and supplied by staff. Much better than the another cave Hotel we stayed at previously. The room was very large, almost an apartment. Had a full size fridge, cooking area and lounge. It has two TV's one in the bedroom and another in the lounge area. There was Netflix and You Tube availability plus other cable network which was great. The bed was extremely comfortable allowing the best sleep and the bathroom was big with a very large bath /Jacuzzi,. The hotel is right near a main road for vehicle transport and only 8 minutes walk to town

Nothing to dislike. Couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel Would have loved to stay longer

I had an amazing stay at Canyon Cave! Ürgüp is one of my favorite cities, and staying here made it even more special. The view from the property is lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic – definitely one of the best! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Although there’s no AC, the room stays cool and comfortable, so I didn’t miss it at all.

My only small concern was that the room wasn’t cleaned, even though I put the "Please Clean Room" sign up. It wasn’t a big issue for me, but a bit more attention to this detail would have been nice.

I liked everything from hospitality to room amenities and breakfast.. just a perfect stay

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Doga spoke good English and was very helpful in making arrangements for us. The breakfast was excellent, the best meal of my day. Views from the roof were very nice.

There is no fault of the hotel, but the walk into town ,especially the uphill return, can be challenging.

Excellent hotel with very large, comfortable and quiet room. Very efficient and professional service from Doga, Metin plus cleaning and food service personnel. Good advices concerning excursions also. We would definitely come back.

The location overlooking the valley is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and everyone in the staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful - all our tours were easily sorted out and booked. The breakfast is delicious and the terraces are great for enjoying a wine or a chat. 20/10

That we couldn't stay longer

The room size was good, the location was 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Urguo via some pretty steep roads. The room comes with a nice bathtub. If you don’t mind sleeping in the heat, it’s a good place to stay.

Our room had no AC, even though AC was advertised. When we asked to change rooms, the staff informed us none of the rooms has AC. On booking.com every room had AC listed. It felt very dishonest. We slept in a hot room every night and had difficulty sleeping. We also thought the breakfast was lacking, and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere on most days. It’s not a real cave hotel, just a regular hotel with the walls plastered - but it does look nice.

Great hotel with outstanding views on Ürgüp and surroundings from the nice terrace. This hotel has a lot of character! The cave rooms have a fantastic atmosphere and are super comfortable with great bathrooms. It is a very quiet place where you can relax after a busy day and still feel the amazing Cappadocia ambiance.

Das hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage . Zu fuß erreichbar sind viele Restaurants und Cafes . Wunderschöne aussicht hat man von der Dachterasse wo man auch was essen und trinken kann. Frühstück war auch Top für jeden was dabei. Wir würden immer wieder hin . Personal auch sehr nett .

The reception and breakfast staff were exceptional as was the individualy served breakfast-the mememen was the best we had in Turkey.The bathroom was huge and the large spa bath was spotless.

We had the room with the swimming pool - it is lovely and we enjoyed the pool, but initially the temperature was cold (this was then fixed) - the main issue was the humidity in the room caused by the pool. It was bad and the dehumidifier didn’t really help. We kept the windows open a lot. If the hotel can work out how to fix that then it’ll be 10/10 :)

Çift olarak gittiğimiz bu güzel otelde güler yüzle karşılandık. Diğer otellerde gördüğümüz muamelenin aksine burada çok samimi ve nezih bir ortam vardı. Çift olarak veya aile olarak gidiyorsanız tercih etmekte kesinlikle şüphe etmeyin derim. Çok temiz ve konum olarak da her yere yakın olması müthiş bir avantaj sağladı.

Rooms are magical!

The bespoke service from the hotel owner and staff are unbeatable. The owner really took time to give us the best recommendations and personally called tour companies to give us the best deals and options for tours especially for the hot air balloon. The overall value for money is awesome. Our experience in Cappadocia has been really great thanks to this simple decision to stay at canyon cave hotel.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The rooms were stunning, and the owner and his family were kind, helpful and engaging. They couldn't do enough to help us organise a fantastic trip in Cappadocia, recommending us adventures, restaurants and trips. They sat with us and explained the history of the region, and were simply wonderful hosts. The cave rooms are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and had an excellent jacuzzi bath. The beds were comfy and large, whilst the courtyard in the hotel was a wonderful place to sit and read. Breakfast was a feast of turkish breakfast staples, and eggs made freshly to order every day.
