Zunächst einmal wurden wir sehr gut empfang, alles war sehr gut in das Personal, sie waren sehr sorgfältig, um ihre Kunden in jedem Thema. Auch hier möchten wir dem gesamten Personal danken, meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen

La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento. Muy atentos y amables, siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas e inconvenientes. El desayuno es simple pero muy rico. La ubicación está bien si te movés en auto. Hay parking publico cerca. Es mucho más tranquilo que en Göreme o en Uçhisar.

La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía bastante humedad y moho. La cama suplementoria es un colchón para niños muy incómodo... Sin embargo el personal del hotel resolvió estos problemas inmediatamente para hacer de nuestra estancia una buena experiencia. Muchas gracias! 😊

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by everyone at the hotel. I’ve stayed in hotels across 15 countries, and Ayazma Cave Hotel is honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Ruhan goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. He’s always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight — Yasemin’s omelets are a must-try! Every morning there was a nice variety, and you could also order things like menemen or fried potatoes, all freshly made and delicious. The location is perfect — just a short 5–7 minute walk to the center of Ürgüp. Since it’s a boutique hotel, it’s quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay. We absolutely loved our time at Ayazma Cave Hotel and would 100% stay here again next time we visit Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

we came for the Cappadocia Ultra Trail Race, and Ayazma Cave Hotel is just a short walk from the start & finish line, the race centre and the expo! making it so easy for us to prepare for the race and get back to hotel for rest after. the staff of Ayazma were super cheerful and helpful! thank you Ruhan, Ali and Yasemin for taking good care of us during our stay. they catered all our needs. the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good! would definitely recommend Ayazma to everyone :)

I enjoyed the stay at Ayazma Hotel very much and will come back for sure. It’s run by a great team who are always in good spirits. The center of the hotel itself is a really nice place to chill out and have conversations (especially with Ruhan the hotel manager - thank you so much for those fun times! Was such a pleasure to meet you and thank you again for help, recommendations and organisation) and the rooms let u relax at the end of eventful days. As it’s only a 10min walk to the city centre it’s also at a great location to explore Ürgüp without being in the middle of it.

I was so apprehensive about cave hotels—that they were dank, claustrophobic, dark. However, after a short flight flanked by two very long drives to and from airports on a cold night, the HEATED floors, high ceilings, turned down beds, and smiling welcome of Ruhaan dispelled all of those fears. He wanted us to share coffee and fruit with him right then, but we were tired and slept like logs. Then to learn that the Turkish breakfast included in our stay meant eggs made to order every morning with the coolest candied figs at breakfast that Ho do well with any of the fresh cheeses and bread. I’m so glad they had room for us, and we’re very responsive when I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask how to book when I had trouble (it’s SO HARD to book hotels in Turkey for a family of 6!), and to arrange a hotel shuttle for us coming in. Ruhaan knows the best places to eat and see, just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the town center, and all he wants to know is, “Are you happy?” And yes, SO HAPPY.

Hotel was good, room was unique and its in a good location close to the city. Breakfast was excellent but the real reason it gets 5 stars is Ruhan. Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he was there every day, no matter what time of day it was. He helped us with everything and treated us like royalty. He is a true gem of hospitality.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel. The service was truly above and beyond our expectations. Ruhaan was absolutely amazing — always there to help with anything we needed. From the fresh fruit plates he surprised us with, to calling taxis at a moment’s notice, and even arranging our shuttle from the airport, he made our stay effortless. One evening my mom accidentally left her phone in a shop in Ürgüp just before closing. Ruhaan not only called them first thing the next morning, but somehow had the phone delivered to the hotel before 8am so we didn’t even need to go pick it up. That level of care and dedication is something we’ll never forget! The breakfast was delicious with many options, the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and full of character, and the cave hotel itself is just stunning. The location is perfect — less than a 10-minute walk into Ürgüp and only about a 15-minute drive to Göreme. I cannot recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel enough. If I could give it 15 stars, I would! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. Both Husain and Ruhaan were always welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean.

There was no AC, however it was nice of the staff to provide us fans.

The only thing that makes no sense is that they offer a room with 3 beds and is the one I selected and when we got to the hotel they charged us $35 euros for foldable bed, but other then that everything was fine!!!

The hotel has a homey feel. It was exquisite but also has a familiar aura. The room was adorned with trinkets that shouted “Kapadokya”. We felt like royalty. There was a hot tub in our room and it was absolutely brilliant. Like having a private spa. The property is also located just a few minutes walk from town. We felt like locals being able to walk into town and explore whenever we wanted to. We came for our honeymoon and it was definitely one to remember.

Breakfast was included and it was one of the best we had in our entire trip to Turkey. Friendly staff, always available. We had a broken bed, but they replaced it within ten minuites. They also gave us a complimentary fruit tray at the end of our stay. The washroom was very spacious, and clean. They also clean your room on a daily basis and maintain it very well. They do offer laundry services, but we found much more affordable options outside, who were willing to pick up and deliver.

We had requested for early check in advance, which was accepted, however when we arrived the room was not ready, but they did allow us to store our luggage. There is no air conditioning in the room, which we felt was needed since it was not very cold when we visited. Do take note that the transfer service they offer is not private transfer, however the journey overall was fine.

The property exceeded our expectations and was certainly one of the main highlights of our whole trip to Turkey! The staff are AMAZING, so helpful, friendly, accomodating. They made us feel welcome the whole time and were genuinely interested in how we were, making sure we were happy and felt at home. The property itself is perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, cozy room, and just a short 5min walk to the cutest town centre with a great vibe, perfect mix of both locals and tourists. Breakfast was delicious, we were satisfied with every meal. We would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Turkey. 🥰

Our experience at Ayazma Cave Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was charming, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the location was quiet and a short walk from the town center, and the breakfast (although not a buffet) was delicious and very filling. Most of all, the staff are wonderfully kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would come to Cappadocia again just to stay at this hotel.

It should be said that the hotel is on the edge of Ürgüp, so it is not located right downtown. However, we loved that! We wanted a quiet, relaxing place so that we could sleep well and be rested for lots of sightseeing, and Ayazma Cave Hotel delivered. The town center is a short walk away, so for us, it was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional staff. While it was a smaller operation, the hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet and less touristy location with just 10 mins to town. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side when we arrived, and we were snowed in. However, the staff made all the difference. Furkhan, Sanjer, Mr. Ali, and Ruhan (apologies if the spelling is off) kept us entertained with chess matches and great conversations, making our time there so enjoyable. Mr. Ali prepared our breakfasts with care, offering a wonderful variety of options and always ensuring we were satisfied. We'll be back! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the best experiences of our trip a cherry on top! Our hotel was such a hidden gem! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was fabulous. I would like to give a big shout out to my fav Ruhan! He was very hospitable and warm. If we ever make our way back to capadocchia we will def stay here again.

We have visited over 30 countries, and the hospitality we experienced at Ayazma Cave Hotel was the best we've ever had. My husband and our 11 month old son were welcomed and cared for by the staff Sencer, Ruhan & Ali. These three gentlemen absolutely made our visit wonderful. They were so attentive, thoughtful, and kind. Nothing was a hassle and we genuinely felt like we were part of the Ayazma family. Ruhan was our night manager and was always avaliable and attentive. On our first night after 12 hours of travelling we were welcomed with a fruit platter and some wine - exactly what we needed! Sencer is a bright young man who helped us with all our tours & sight seeing. This was a tough job as all our tours needed to be baby friendly and fit in with a very jet-lagged baby. Ali cooked all our meals to perfection and made the best breakfast arrangements. I highly recommend a traditional Turkish coffee made by Ali. All three gentlemen loved our son and took time to play with him and make him laugh - this was such a big treat for us. The hotel itself is fabulous. The cleastest hotel we have stayed in by far! The room was very spacious and had the most divine bathroom! Huge shower that our son loved, heated tiles - the works! Bed was comfortable, sheets & blankets soft. Tea, coffee and water always avaliable. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk into town which was perfect for us as there was no street noise. You really feel like you're tucked away in your own Turkish sanctuary. The owners should be so proud of their wonderful staff Sencer, Ruhan and Ali - they made our stay unforgettable ❤️. We have already recommended this hotel to family who hope to visit Cappadocia.

My family had a wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel! The place felt homey and provided a great environment to relax while exploring life, people, history, culture, and food. We spent time in the lounge area, where guests could converse and play games like chess and other board games. Although we visited during the winter, the hotel’s heating system kept us comfortably warm. The rooms were historic, elegant, and very spacious. The place was a 200-year property. Stay there was good value for money. The ambiance is nice and cozy. Peaceful place to just hang out. I like the restaurant as well. The reception team was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kitchen staff ensured that our dining experiences were delightful with their excellent service. The hospitality of the hotel staff truly made our visit unforgettable. A special shout-out to Ruhan, Huseyin Sencer, Furkan, Ali, and Yasemin. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful, and they made our stay in Cappadocia even better. Sencer also has a striking resemblance to Robert Pattinson—so if you’re lucky, you might just get a celebrity sighting while staying at Ayazma Cave Hotel. We hope to return someday. I recently stayed at Ayazma Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia with my family, and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with a special mention to Hussein, who was incredibly hospitable and always eager to help. The hotel is impeccably clean and conveniently located within walking distance of central Ürgüp, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond in assisting with bookings for Cappadocia’s main attractions, including regional tours and hot air balloon rides, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The included breakfast was fantastic—a full-service meal with accommodating staff and delicious food. We truly have no complaints about our stay. Ayazma Cave Hotel combines excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ayazma Cave Hotel. Le personnel parle anglais et a été très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié : fruits, fromage, oeufs… L’hôtel se situe à environ 15mn à pied du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique pour sortir le soir. Le seul bémol a été le bruit : les chambres sont assez mal isolées, nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin.

Best place to stay in Ürgüp. It was so peaceful, we did not want to leave. The team were absolutely amazing and made us feel at home - specially Ruhan Bey, Yasemin Hanim and Furkan Bey. Recommend this place to anyone coming to Kapadokya!

A beautifully maintained cave hotel, with an exceptional staff and top-end care for its guests. Our family travels frequently, and the staff was one of the most attentive and kind groups we have encountered. They arranged activities and shuttles, researched special requests, and went out of their way to celebrate a family birthday. Ruhan was a particularly kind host. The beds and pillows are also quite comfortable.

if you are a light sleeper and also require the windows open, you may encounter a few outside noises. we did not find it problematic but those who are very sensitive to noise, may.

We loved our 4 night stay here, a beautiful place, run by beautiful people. Everything was amazing, the rooms, the food, the view from the terrace and so peaceful but only a short walk into town. The staff were amazing and so happy, I really felt I was staying with family. Definitely would stay again.

The people were incredibly kind, they went above and beyond at every opportunity! The breakfast is exceptional and the whole place has the feel of having been recently renovated, with great hygiene levels.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

The location of the property is great, in a quieter part of Ürgüp but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean, rooms had a jacuzzi. Breakfast is amazing! But the best thing about this wonderful place is the staff. They are just fantastic, so kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The hosts were awesome! Ruhan and Doah has helped me a lot to get more details on the tours I booked and also in case of any issues or requests they were there to help as well. The room was well arranged and clean and has 24 hour room service too.

No AC which meant rooms were too warm and stuffy. Staff did provide us with a fan but on the second night and even that was difficult Room was therefore very stuffy and we didn't want to be in it much

The people at the property are very warm! Special mention about the staff Roohan, Ali and Yasmin who took care of us very well! And more than happy to help us in every way possible! The place is very cosy and comfortable for families with kids! And a tastefully done cave house unlike the crammed ones in goreme!

Rooms around a central courtyard where you could hear other guests talking early in the morning and late at night. Had to keep windows open because there was no AC. Didn’t have a good sleep.

The staff at Ayazma at truly amazing and caring people. They were very hospitable and helpful from the moment we made our reservation. They helped organize a shuttle from the airport and once we arrived, they were very welcoming. While we were excited to stay at a cave hotel, the room at Ayazma was much better in person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so that we extended our stay by an extra day. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious and it was easy to tell that it was prepared with a lot of love and care. Thank you very much Doga, Ruhan, Furkan, Yasmine and Ali for all that you do. I will definitely be back and I will keep recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

The whole stay was outstanding due to the service of the family at Ayazma Cave hotel. The breakfast was so yum, fresh and homely. Would highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to Ruhan and Furqan for making it worth it. It’s a new hotel as well, so feels very bright and clean. It’s a great location as well, 5 minutes away from the main bazaar, 10 mins away from Goreme and all the other spots are just a drive away.

Good location, clean, friendly and very helpful and caring staff. It was cold and rainy one night and we just got on the terrace to take some fresh air. The staff saw us and offered us tea in their restaurant and turned on the heater even just for the two of us! Also, the rooms are well equipped and clean and big. The Turkish breakfast is very well prepared and a very generous portion. Would really recommend this new hotel.

I understand now why this property rates a 10 on booking! (reason why I chose it) It was a perfect stay with the most incredible team at Ayazma. From the first day of my arrival, Rulhan bringing me an unexpected slice of bday cake with candle and wine (guess he found out from my passport at check in), to another team member (never caught his name) helping set up a comfortable spot outside for me to be able to work on my computer when needed. To the wonderful lady who made breakfast with a cheerful disposition and our “google translate” conversations. And of course, Doga a sweet young woman who was always ready to help and quite an interesting person. Everyone, including the kind owner who I met briefly, and another man that I unfortunately also never caught his name, but was always available…made the experience better. So aside from all the warm, and nice experience now to the practical review. Wifi was excellent in my room and right outside, my zoom calls worked perfectly. Not a need for everyone, but if you need to work for any reason while abroad, this was perfect. The location was just a 10 minute walk into town. And if you are deciding what area to stay in Cappadocia; Urgup is the place. Quaint, beautiful and much less touristy. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was super good and plenty! Plus very varied, which is not often the case. All in all, I highly recommend you stay here and I hope to have the opportunity to one day visit again for a longer visit.

We had a lovely time at the Ayazma Cave Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide personal attention to our family. A big breakfast was served each morning on a lovely patio. The staff kindly arranged excursions for us, helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. The property is walking distance to the town of Ürgüp.
