Hyatt Place Melbourne - Palm Bay - I-95

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was yummy.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Excelente lugar, tranquilo y ubicación

Location, breakfast, and staff

Clean but everything is very cheaply made

For a new building it looks run down with the dents and chips missing from everywhere the lights where coming off the wall all ready

The size and decor of the room.

The moldy grout in the shower and on the dirty tile floor in the bathroom. The sofa was dirty and the entrance door to the room was badly damaged by someone trying to enter without a key card. It was quite disturbing, I travel with door alarms and protection. I was disappointed in the Hyatt.

Good

It was good

Everything from the location, staff and definitely the room

N/A

Big clean rooms

No pool towels. You have to go to reception and ask every time you need them.

Very clean room the staff is kind and the free breakfast was delicious

We overall liked everything

Excelent

Everything was good I can't complain

Nothing

Super clean that’s the most important thing to me

10$ parking fee

Location

Nothing

It is a pet hotel, the smell of bed, I can not believe guest has to sleep in any bed where was sleeping a dog. In less of 1 hour, I met 3 different sizes of dogs in the elevator. Dogs should be in a dog daycare, any facility for pets

Muy limpio y cómodo

Rooms were spacious and so comfortable!! Loved the walk in shower!!

No complaints!!

Stanze molto ampie, moderne e pulite.

i love the room. paying for upper floor qas worth ir.

the continental breakfast is terrible

Rooms were clean and great breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Nothing

The motel was more than what we were looking for when I booked I did not expect it to be so wonderful we had absolutely no problem

The dryer didn't work well so we had to go to the Laundromat

It was nice and comfortable. Parking was easy and there was food close by. Breakfast was also good.

Things in my room were not clean.

Breakfast

Very clean, great staff, excellent breakfast. Overall really nice experience.

clean spacious well lit, staff were over worked. Breakfast was par excellence. Handy to I-95 pool was nice.

Comfortable

Terrible breakfast

Todo

N/A

very pathetic experience the breakfast was not refilled and guest (atlast 50) were waiting for refill, staff was not at all polite did not even bother to inform about cutlery let alone food

check in clerk working with one hand in pocket & chewing gum and did not even greet morning breakfast time no staff was really happy to serve the customer

I had 3 occasions making requests with the front desk with 3 different staff, they were all awesome and helpful each time.

Very nice place to stay with good parking in a very safe location. Staff was great!!!!! I cant speak for breakfast as I did not have it, but the place was clean and nice.

When checking in at 100 am, the clerk and 2 other people were sitting at a table. Clerk helped us but two kids at the table were talking to him and was cussing. Not what you want to hear coming out of kids mouths.

How close by everything was

The tv didn’t work but they got it fixed for us

Breakfast was good, they had a little something for everyone in my family that range from toddler to very elderly. We got 2 rooms, considering my mom’s mobility and grandmothers age we requested a first floor. They accommodated us perfectly next to each other, on the first floor, near a door! Great front desk staff, super friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking and I could have sworn it said free parking when I booked.

Overall it is good, breakfast has nice combinations but stocked out early

Localização ótima e cafe da manhã bom.

The room was very spacious and clean.

NA

Spacious and clean.

That the bar wasn't stuck.

Personal unmotiviert

Very loud hallways, breakfast could have been great but was not stocked well. Almost every dish was out. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great location. Limited cable tv choices.

I had front parking

They charge to park and other fees

Room a/c points away from the bed making it hot in the sleeping area. No microwaves in the room. 1 associate at front desk so check in took over 30 minutes.

Everything

Nothing

The hotel is in a good location and has a nice parking. The room has the adequate space and was clean and comfortable. All personnel were attentive and try to fulfill my need. The place was really quiet.

La habitacion muy comoda

Clean property in a convenient location if traveling I-95. Shower pressure was amazing and the room was clean. Free breakfast was great.

The bed was not very comfortable. All staff I encountered were very short. The receptionist at check in seemed annoyed that we were checking in at 10 p.m. She handed me the card, didn’t tell me where the elevators were or even what room number I was going to be in. No mention of pool hours, breakfast hours, etc. At check out, the front desk worker was more of the same, but a different person. I said, “I’m checking out.” and handed my room keys over. No, “How was your stay?”, “Have a safe trip.”, etc. The only words she spoke to me were, “Room number?” And “Do you need a printed receipt?”

Excellent location and welcoming staff.

Need more variety for breakfast buffet.

Easy access of I95. Great rate for a quality stay. The hotel and room is new and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with hot and cold options.

The overall stay was great the staff was very friendly and nice and the beds are super comfortable, i will definitely be staying here again when i plan another trip

Good location and rooms, for the price was fine.

Lots of little things that added up; no soap left in bathroom, room not very clean - blood stain on floor, no knives available at breakfast, when asked just told ‘no there were none’. Felt staff should really focus on the details to make it a great stay.

Very clean great location

Not a big enough area, where the dogs can go out and use the bathroom

The hotel was very good and clean. The breakfast was horrible no variety and the fruit was frozen in the middle the juice taste like water

Great value for the money. Really incredible breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The outside appearance of the hotel and the look of the room was nice. The location was perfect for what I needed.

The King bed was very firm. The light inside the shower room flickered like a horror movie and the hotel acted like that was a regular thing. The handle to the toilet area fell off. The "restaraunt" was the worst Ive ever seen and isnt a restaraunt at all, its the receptionist taking your order in the lobby and passing the order to the kitchen. The hamburger was worse then a middle school cafeteria hamburger and cost $15. They had the receptionist handling the bartending, serving food and washing dishes. That poor girl. Overall bad experience.

Great welcome, lovely room and facilities- very comfortable and enjoyable. Convenient to Melbourne international airport. Good breakfast too.

Only criticism is the throwaway paper plates etc and plastic cutlery at breakfast - with no sign that this would be recycled. I wish it was otherwise.,

Very comfy bed. Quiet. No noise from other guests. Staff, polite and helpful.

Bathtub needs a new grout line where tub and tile meet. Its quite discolored. Just esthetics. Room was very clean and comfortable. No microwave was a bummer. I use microwaves when I stay in hotels. But... not that big a deal. Decor was very nice. Size of TV awesome!

This hotel is very nice!. Greeted always by name and a smile from staff daily. Lobby is modern with spacious seating, Loved the convenience of the all day coffee bar and cocktail bar. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast- variety of choices was really good! My king suite was very clean with comfy beds & pillows. Easy to use TV, seating area was modern and spacious. The location was minutes away from visiting family. Didn’t used the pool area but it looked very inviting.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and nice.

N/A

I wrongly booked the hotel , when i reachout to hotel no response

No response from the hotel

Breakfast, location and staff are all great.

Everything!!

Absolutely NO complaints!

Nice hotel. All the facilities you need. Rooms large, comfortable and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location was amazing

You do need to extend your breakfast time. Cut off at 9am is way to early.

Had a lovely experience at this hotel when visiting family in Palm Bay. Great location near lots of restaurants and retail outlets. Hotel is clean and quiet and the A/C in my room was excellent. The fitness room is exceptional for a Hyatt Place - in addition to the weight stack for strength training they have a multi-purpose strength machine and several kettle bells and medicine balls. Cardio machines were all in good working order. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would gladly return to stay in the future on a family visit.

Can find one thing bad to say about this place. May be the best place I ever stayed

Coffee want the best. But was good enough to get you by.

Está muy bien. Ubicado

I liked everything about the property. Great location fast food places. Good restaurants great stores to shop at.

Great property value and service

Location

Someone went to the room without our permission. Clogged sink
