Everything was awesome, the front desk associates Madison and Tammy awesome! The room was exceptional! I was married that Saturday and they left me and my husband 2 small bottles of champagne. I thought that was warm and very very hospital!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Loved the pool and hot tub being open until 10! Staff was friendly. The complimentary waters was a great bonus when we walked in as we hadn't stopped for drinks! The little things :) loved the welcome on the tv screen ! Very nice building, clean and affordable! 2 minutes from the airport was very convenient also.

Very enjoyable stay. The room decor was attractive and comfortable. Special shout out to Maja for linking our rewards number with our reservation and getting us a few perks including breakfast. Buffet was good and staff was very friendly and accommodating. We travel to Melbourne a few times of year and have stayed at numerous hotels. If you don’t need to be on the beach this is an excellent choice.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very welcoming and friendly. Location directly on the beach and our room had a fantastic ocean view with balcony. Unfortunately, I won’t stay here again for a few reasons: 1) I have very thick hair, and the water pressure in shower is pitifully low. (Imagine a heavy rain drizzle.) Couldn’t rinse all the shampoo out of my hair despite rinsing for ten minutes. 2) Lighting in bathroom very poor. I had to apply makeup with a compact mirror by the sliding glass door. My husband said light was too low for shaving. 3) Pillows. They are filled with feathers and decompress to flat where your head lays. If you have very thin hair, don’t wear makeup or need to shave, and can bring your own pillow, this is the perfect place to stay!

Room was great a lil crack on the cabinet but patched. It was comfortable large and ver clean.

The Hotel needs to be updated. The bed was lumpy. The carpet felt damp. The scent was less favorable. We were only staying one night so we didnt asked for a room change. Additionally for a Junior King Suite. I was a regular room.

Breakfast was not that great. The food was cold and not having seasoning.

My agency used the Hilton Rialto for an annual awards banquet. From initial contact for inquiry to the date of the event, we were taken care of. The catering sales manager Alexis was very responsive, and detail oriented to ensure the planning process went smoothly and nothing was missed. Her support throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Alexis coordinated a taste testing for the menu options where we were able to also see the table set up, and be introduced to Aiden, the banquet captain. Before the event, Alexis checked in several times to confirm details. The day of the event, right before the banquet started, there was a need for an additional table and meals, and Aiden and Alexis made it happen. Aiden and his team had the table set up and decor done quickly and he talked to the chef about the extra plates needed. Alexis checked in with us a few times throughout the event as well to see if we needed anything. All of the staff we encountered during the event were so pleasant and helpful; they took care of our guests well. The continuity of care was wonderful, and Alexis and Aiden both showed by their actions that they understood how important this event was for us. Thank you so much for taking care of this event for our non-profit agency!

Breakfast "buffet" left something to be desired especially when I saw the price if we didn't get it with the room. Only one hostess/waitress when we got there and she was overwhelmed!

I stopped in for one night on the way to a book signing event in the Florida Keys. Can't say enough good things about Reginald. He quickly found my Hilton Honors info that I'd forgotten and was friendly, articulate and professional. If I ever come back to Melbourne, FL I will definitely be staying here.

Rustic restaurant food was wonderful. My husband was very happy with his meal and said it was the best he'd had in years. I had a great meal and enjoyed it. Our waitress was great.

The whole building and our room were too cold. I tried to adjust the temperature in our room, and it would not go above 70 degrees. I planned ahead and brought an extra blanket with me. Even the restaurant was too cold, and I was freezing during my meal.

Very good stay, comfortable room, friendly staff, exceptional shower, yea a bit dated had trouble with TV reception, clogged sink, but staff made it right and appreciated the room upgrade very much!

It was so clean, cool, and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary water when I got to the room. It had a mini fridge and microwave.

While this hotel is dated, the rooms are fine and it is in prime location for the area businesses. With that said, the staff, that I did speak to were super kind. I remember Maya at the front desk, super positive energy and wished me luck for the day. And Chelsea in the restaurant was super nice. There were others but I did not catch their names.

Hotel lobby is nice, rooms can use some updating. breakfast buffet is decent, wish they had bananas but that's my personal choice. Didn't understand why they charge for parking as the airport doesn't get any commercial flights and isn't a resort hotel as the ocean is a few miles away. I'd stay there again

Lack of disclosure, 1st no outside food or beverage, never heard of that, then did not disclose pay for parking and pay for breakfast. With all the choices out there will NEVER COME BACK

The size bed as a king was very small and the bed was low. I had to change my room to another room and I still wasn't too happy because of the size of the bed

2 things I didn't like. As clients i pay for the room. Why i have to pay for parking lot? And second I didn't like is the size of the bed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Melbourne. The hotel was very quiet, staff pleasant, the restaurant food and service was great. I enjoyed the lobby and bar area. Beds were super comfortable, rooms clean. I think the rooms could use a bit of updating though. I would definitely stay again.

The Bar 9 resturant. I waited over an hour because my order never registered to the kitchen after ordering with the bar host. Although they did make it right by providing a discount, it was the fact that I had to inquire about the order and wait time as no one noticed to check.

We were put in a room for handicapped, the tub porcelain wax chipped, the tub faucet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off. The room had no hairblower and I had to call housekeeping and then the front desk, then wait four hours before getting one. There was no counter in the bath room due to the handicap paraphernalia on the toilet. Had to walk through the lobby and out in the parking lot to use the pool and the hot tub.

The pool was green. The front desk stated it will always be that way because they to refinish it but to me it was unsafe to swim. We was very disappointed because it wouldve be nice to relax in the pool during the hotel rest days

I had such a great experience at this hotel. I stayed here myself and also arranged a block of rooms for my wedding, and everything went so smoothly. The staff were genuinely amazing: helpful, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the whole process feel effortless, which is something I really appreciated while coordinating wedding details. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, both personally and for our group. Thank you so much for such a great experience and stay!!

Our recent stay at the Hilton for our wedding group was outstanding, largely thanks to Savannah, the Group Sales Manager. We worked with Savannah for nearly a year on our 20+ room block, and she was on top of everything the entire time—a true professional and a huge asset. Our guests loved their stay, and the staff went above and beyond. A special shout-out to Vickie, the bartender, who kept the bar open late to accommodate our group, and to the shuttle driver who made a late-night pick-up. This hotel is perfect for groups, and the service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Shuttle was great. They will take and pick you up from places within a 5 mile radius. Really made our trip.

Air conditioning did not work properly through the night so we did not get to sleep. It said it was 68 but it was not blowing cold. Told the front desk the morning of checkout, and they giggled and said oh that’s funny the last guest checking out said their room was too cold. Respectfully, we don’t really care. We were uncomfortable. We weren’t cold. You shouldn’t say that to a guest but instead say you’ll take care of it so the next guest doesn’t have to be hot all night. Other than that, Tony and Rachel are fantastic. Thank you.
