Die lage war super, ganz in die nähe von Ya Nui Beach, auf 400 meter ein 711 fuer kleine einkaufen. , ein super restaurant ins Hotel. Das Schwimmbad was seht gut gestaltet und formidabel fur kinder. Das Fruhstuck morgens was ausgezeichnet, viel variation mit Western und Asiatisches essen. Samstags das Buffet mit Music ein eine Feuershow hat uns sehr gut gefallen gegen ein sehr gute preis

Pas d’accès plage a proximité. Rawai beach n’est pas fait pour se baigner et ce n’est pas évident quand on n’est jamais venu. Kata noi et kata beach a 10 minutes en voiture

Amazing location, perfect for family. Our 4 yo son loved it. Everything was 10-20min away with the car. Had a shuttle bus to beautiful beach. We loved it.

W sumie to niewiele. Booking dal nam wspaniala znizke na sniadania, wiec roznica miedzy golasem a pokojem ze sniadaniami wyniosla ok 100 batow, za 3 doby za 2 osoby. Sniadania smaczne, glownie kuchnia tajska, plus bar salatkowy, owoce. Mi smakowalo, choc czy kupilabym za standaedowa cene, nie wiem. Pokoj czysty, lazienka tez, ale zaden to 5* standard No i przyjemny, chlodny basen na dachu z niezlym widokiem.

Tu niestety lista dosc dluga. 1. Pokoj bez opcji wczeaniejszego check in (nawet platnego) mimo ze juz po main sezon, no ale trudno. To dobra wola hotelu, nie musza sie zgadzac. 2. Do pokoju jak i calego kompleksu nie ma wejscia z recepcji, trzeba wyjsc i wejsc przez furtke do kompleksu mieszkalnego. Troche uciazliwe z walizkami. 3. Pokoj z widokiem na parking 4. Hotel niby nowy, a juz widac pewne niedociagniecia np odpadajace ramki gniazdek. 5. Pokoj ma aneks kuchenny tj zlewozmywak, ale nie ma np zadnego kubka, o desce do krojenia czy talerzu nie wspomne, a miloby bylo zjesc owoce w pokoju. 6. Room service porazka. Frytki zimne, hamburger ledwo cieply, ryz rowniez. Zupa tom yum akceptowalna i w smaku i w temperaturze 7. Poniewaz hotel ma duzy kompleks basenow wraz z parkiem wodnym dla dzieci, basen na dachu z przeznaczeniem jest dla doroslych (tak w regulaminie napisane) niestety goscie nie przestrzegaja, a pan z pool baru nie ma ochoty zwracac uwagi/wypraszac gosci z dziecmi. Na cisze i spokojne plywanie nie ma co liczyc, na posiedzenie przy basenie tez srednio, bo tylko,kilka lezakow i to slabo ustawionych wzgledem parasoli. W efekcie nie ma jak uzyskac cienia dla wiekszosci z nich. 8. Sniadania mocno zatloczone nawet rano i z klima robiaca lodowke z restauracji (na szczescie kilka stolilow rowniez na zewnatrz) ale smaczne i dzieki bookingowi w rewelacyjnej cenie. Biorac pod uwage to wszystko raczej nie wrocimy.

Der Service war 1a, alles sauber, tolles Essen, der Kinderpool war das Highlight für unseren Sohn. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Manchmal gab es Verständigungsprobleme, aber es ließ sich alles klären.

Nice swimming pool

I usually love staying at Wyndham hotels in other countries, but this experience was honestly shocking and became one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. From the first night, staff behaved extremely unprofessionally. I arrived alone around 2 AM and realized I accidentally booked starting from the next day. We were fully ready to pay extra or change the booking, but instead of helping calmly, staff acted rude, laughed while speaking in their language and asked strange personal questions about my boyfriend. Yes, my boyfriend emotionally said “WTF” on the phone — because I was alone at night in another country and nobody from staff was helping at all. Instead of solving the situation professionally, they even called security on me. I am a 55 kg woman traveling alone. Completely unacceptable behavior for a “5-star” hotel. Later we requested many times to move specifically to a room WITH A BATHTUB. Instead, they moved me to the furthest building in the hotel into a so-called “pool upgrade” room while bathtub rooms were still available online. It honestly felt less like an upgrade and more like they just wanted to move me away from reception. The “Deluxe” room was terrible: * strong humidity and mold smell * noisy AC * uncomfortable bed, pillows and sofa * damaged furniture and very cheap worn-out interior * dirty sofa with stains * old gray towels that never felt fresh or clean * barely warm water in the shower * broken wardrobe light that stayed on all night * poor cleaning overall The room looked more like a tired 3-star hotel, not a Wyndham 5-star property. The worst moment was when staff ENTERED MY ROOM while I was taking a shower. The “Do Not Disturb” system clearly does not work properly here. There was also a planned electricity outage for several hours, and guests were informed only the same morning. Staff never truly try to solve problems. Every request takes forever and nobody seems interested in guests’ comfort or rest. I came here for mental recovery and peaceful relaxation, but left feeling even more stressed and emotionally exhausted. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. If you want a good stay in Rawai, there are many much better hotels nearby.

Good food, clean room

In the room is a card, saying to leave on bed if you want the sheets changed. Another card in the room reads opposite. Sheets were changed every day regardless of whether I left the card on the bed. Result, the room was clean, but missing the environmental point.

Ontbijt was goed, uiteraard met lekkere fruit en Thaise warme gerechten. Dit hotel was relatief groot en de eetzaal ook. Nadeel was dat je daardoor minder persoonlijke aandacht kreeg van het personeel. Bij ons vorige hotel was het kleinschaliger en je kreeg meer aandacht van het personeel. Hier was het vrij massaal. Er waren veel zwembaden en die waren maximaal 1,25 m diep. Goed genoeg om te zwemmen als je niet heel lang bent tenminste. Verder was er een mooie gym met genoeg apparaten. Kortom een fijn hotel. Bij Rawai Beach zijn er veel boot services. Je kunt hier niet zwemmen, maar wel een boot huren naar de eilanden om daar te snorkelen.

De indeling van de kamer is niet handig. Kledingkast inclusief kluisje zit in de douche en toilet wat niet zo handig is. En er zijn keukenkastjes, maar die zijn niet nodig. We koken niet daar en er is ook geen kookplaat, stel dat je wil koken. Ik heb liever een lange tafel of een bureau en een zitbankje. Verder was de airco heel lawaaiig.

Staff don’t give information on arrival, wifi code I had to ask. No room service menu in the rooms. Clean towels and sheets often had stains on but I asked them ti be changed and

The room was lovely with a pool view, a spacious bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge and kettle. There was lift accessibility to each floor. The breakfast room was very spacious and there was plenty of choice, including a delicious Thai style breakfast. The pools were very clean and the water in them very warm. We also visited the nearby Nai Harn beach which was lovely. There is a also a lovely rooftop pool and bar, though we didn't personally use this.

The location was on a hill and therefore I found it tough climbing it in the hot weather. Also this hotel is more directed towards families and if we hadn't been there with friends who had children/grandchildren, we would have chosen somewhere quieter. It is a great hotel for children as the smaller pool is great for them.

The wardrobe was situated in the bathroom opposite the shower. I had to leave my clothes in the suitcase otherwise the moisture from the shower would have ruined my clothes.

Nem volt légkondicionálás az ebédlőben, tehát az egy szörnyű érzés, hiszen izzadva kellett megenni a bárminemű felhozatalt, ami fölöttébb változatos volt. Ide jön pozitívként, hogy akár a medencéből is fogyaszthattad a megrendelt menüt.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. However..that’s the only positive..The location is up a hill at the end of the Rawie beach area and a steep climb. The facilities are very overstretched and primely Russian families with small children…the extensive time share complex adds to the lack of character and the mentioned mass of people makws for a challenging relaxating restful holiday…if that is what you need then you are on the wrong hotel…we had booked for 14 nights and left after 3 days terminated a considerable pre paid booking…

Over crowded..limited entertainment and facilities…breakfast was a scramble and at time lacking…the pool Area was very overstretched ..at time no sun beds..with no alternative in open space to sit or lay done except the small grass area…and constant techno music being played …

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui ne correspond clairement pas aux standards d’un établissement 5 étoiles. L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur : peu chaleureux et manquant de professionnalisme. Le personnel à la piscine était particulièrement peu agréable, sans sourire ni sens du service. Le petit-déjeuner laisse également à désirer, avec un choix limité et une qualité moyenne. De plus, l’emplacement est peu pratique : situé dans une rue en montée, il était difficile de se déplacer à pied. Nous avons été contraints de prendre un taxi chaque jour, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins confortable.

L’amabilité du personnel surtout de la part de Aoom la réceptionniste. La piscine sur le toit. Le confort de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner. La sécurité.

Que la chambre ne soit nettoyée que vers 17h-18h. Cela est dérangeant lorsqu’on veut prends une doucher et qu’il n’y a pas de serviettes propres.

Room was well appointed

Wifi initially didn’t work. The wine list displayed didn’t reflect the actual options. Only three options out of 12 available. Eating meals on the second floor at night is impacted by the traffic noise from the road outside. Quite loud.

The duplex room is nice and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Friendly staffs in overall.

Some staffs didn't provide information properly, however after feedbacks there was significant improve. The shuttle service isn't sufficient. More breakfast variety will be a plus.

Wyndham was a little overcrowded this time. Otherwise it was beautiful and clean, as before. The upper pool was of course a complete jackpot. It was also much calmer there than by the main pool. But otherwise everything was very nice.

The big drawback is that the rooms could at least have a microwave.

Kids Pool area, infinity pool, rooms, facilities amazing for a stay with kids.

No vegetarian/indian food options in breakfast except the breads. Not many fruit options either only had 3 fruits each day.

The smell in front of the hotel is horrible from the drainage

It was a little noisy in the restaurant and around the pool , mainly because lots of families enjoying themselves.

Kids club was nice - room was amazing. Pool looked great. Buggy service to beach was nice.

Our check out staff had seriously poor service and manners. Buggy service schedule wasn’t overly effective. They need more buggies.

One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of proper seating and relaxation areas around the pools. While the kids’ pool was well-equipped with loungers and shaded areas, this level of comfort was completely absent at the many other pools throughout the hotel which was a shame.

The suites were super nice - spacious, modern, comfortable. Bed was suuuuper comfy and with super soft linens! Nice facilities overall although it feels a little awkward - you can’t get to the residential area through the lobby, you need to exit the complex, walk through the parking, and enter again. Kind and lovely staff. Special shoutout to Dear, Ying, and Dam. However I noticed that the hotel is short-staffed especially in the house keeping department, and it puts extra pressure on employees. It’s not a complaint from my end- just a concern for those wonderful staff!

The number of sun beds is minimal for a hotel with such high occupancy.

Modern design and well maintained, with very good sound proofing. Beds are comfortable, and rooms have all the necessities. Staff is excellent, from check-in to breakfast, which I recommend for the variety and qualify. Thumbs up to Rose for her breakfast recommendations, along with Kew, Tah, and J for great service!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham La Vita Phuket and would happily come back again. First of all, the territory of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The area is spacious, green, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is fantastic — large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Everything around the hotel always looked spotless; you can really see that the staff clean and maintain the facilities regularly. Our room felt very fresh and modern, which made the stay especially comfortable. Everything was in great condition, and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfasts were honestly a must-have. The variety was impressive — many options, both local and international, fresh fruits, hot dishes, pastries, and more. It was one of those breakfasts where you can easily have both breakfast and lunch at the same time because there is so much good food to choose from. Another big advantage is the location. It’s very convenient — you can easily walk to several 7-Eleven stores, restaurants, and other small shops nearby, which makes daily life during the stay very easy. We actually stayed at the hotel twice during our trip. At the beginning we spent a few days here, then traveled around Thailand, and at the end of our trip we returned to Phuket and stayed at the same hotel again for two more days. We didn’t even consider changing hotels — we specifically wanted to come back here because we enjoyed our first stay so much. And next time we visit Thailand, we will definitely stay here again. I also want to give special thanks to the hotel manager, Kanun. He was extremely helpful and responsive. We accidentally left a bag with some of our belongings at the hotel after check-out. Kanun kindly helped locate it, kept it safely at the hotel, and stayed in contact with us until our friends visited Phuket later and were able to meet him and collect the bag. Everything was handled smoothly, which we truly appreciated. Small things like this really show the level of care and service at the hotel. Overall, a beautiful property, great food, excellent service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Breakfast wasn't included in my booking so I can't comment on that. The pool was lovely. The staff were all very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and a great size. Water was provided daily. The gym was great and well air conditioned. Couldn't fault any of that, absolutely lovely hotel. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

I asked for a King bed but when I arrived, I had 2 single beds. I notified them and they attended immediately which was impressive, but they pushed the beds together and used 2 single quilt covers instead of a King, and it wasn't very comfortable unfortunately. My view was of the car park which lost the holiday resort feel, but that's minor compared to everything else which was lovely.

2 zones fumeurs près de la piscine pour enfant. Cela peut être dérangeant pour les non fumeurs ainsi que les enfants Petit déjeuner pas hyper varié mais bon dans l’ensemble

All in all we have been very impressed with the property. We were lucky that our room was in a building close to the pool and facilities not further back as others have suggested. The fact that we had two seperate rooms and a small kitchen in our room was wonderful. The resort is a little dated but in all the times I have visited Thailand unless you pay hugely high rates this is always the case. Our 4 year old daughter loved the water park and the kids club. I would not recommend leaving children unattended in the kids club as supervision was minimal and the door constantly being opened and closed to me seemed unsafe. The staff were always friendly and helpful. In La Vita cafe where I would go for my morning coffee everyday Rose was an absolute superstar. Helpful, friendly, confident and made a fantastic cappuccino. Tom who worked in the pool bar was also very helpful friendly and welcoming. Overall we are so happy with our 10 night stay here and will be back again.
