We had a good stay and fabulous food in city cafe restaurant . All staff is very humble with us and specially mr. Rohit who care us like a family of city max hotel . Once again I want to thanks to all landmarks group for this hospitality.

Room small not good as the bathroom at the entrance of the room Ac not cooling fire alarm faulty activated two times during my stay which made me uncomfortable sleep last day worms found come out from the floor drain of the shower photos taken and the issue reported to housekeeping immediate swimming pool not working at booking. com it is mention that the hotel serve bunch and dinner buffet with payment put when i go there they don't have this at booking.com it is mention the breakfast is 30 AED and there is 20% discount for the gust but when I go there the breakfast is 35 AED and there is no discount

Everything was absolutely perfect from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to thank the front office staff who checked me in during the night. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and left a wonderful first impression. The room was excellent, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations. The biryani was also absolutely delicious. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect, it is in the business bay in the city center. The excellent was that there is free fees garage too. You can park easily without issues. It’s located in the underground and easily reachable.

Minor Downside (Not the Hotel’s Fault) The only downside I experienced is not related to staff, but to some guests who use their phones on loudspeaker in public areas. This can be a bit annoying at times, but to be fair, this is something you now see everywhere in the world and is not specific to CityMax. One of the best & affordable stays around business bay during the peak season, the staff is quite welcoming, so is the housekeeping guys. They do have few restaurants which serve some real good food. Shoutout to Jihad and team for sorting out issues.

My check in and Check out were very smooth and front desk incharge Mr. Sanjay was very cooperative. Foods are truly continental and entire staff were serving with smile. Me. Mohmmad in F&B was simply superb. Only complain is during my three nights stay I had to reminded multiple time for room cleaning to housekeeping department. Rest all good including location.

have read positive reviews posted by others, but my experience was little different. damaged funitures, torn seat coveres, un able to close the bed side table drawers, stained linen and pillow covers, chipped floor tiles etc... very uncomfortable to stay at the room by seeing all this!!! all the staff, whether at the front reception, house keeping (Mr Imran from India), or the restaurent ( Arjun, Akhil ) or Abhijeet from the Lobby are super stars !!! they are friendly and trying their best to make us comfortable. unfortunately, i checked in at the peak season of the month and hotel was fully occupied and there was no rooms available to change as well. my friend in another room also had the similar experience but he was able to change the room due to the severe issues in wash room (wash room was meant for wheel chair accessable person) but the replaced room was also with the similar issues mentioned above had to check out after 4 days though booked for 12 days initially. may be my one could be an isolated story due to the peak season!!! To mention again all the staffs are very friendly, helpful , accomodating, i would say they are super stars!!!

I had a lovely nights in the hotel and I have a help from Ibrahim and jiya they served us very well , I came here twice in the same hotel because the workers were very friendly and nice.

I had a great experience staying at Citymax Hotel, Business Bay, UAE. First of all the rooms are very spacious as compared to other hotels. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I was here for 5 nights and felt very comfortable and at home. My special thanks and appreciation to Mr Ihab and Ms Lovely for going out of the way in extending their hospitality and customer service to make me comfortable. Many thanks. Food is fantastic - Wok serves some wonderful sea food worth trying.

Abhijeet and Sanjay are very supportive. He helped me for food and taxi. They are always taking care about customer. I am happy about service. Breakfast is very nice. All staff are good.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were small and uncomfortable as well. The reservation staff were very rude and unprofessional. At 3:00 a.m., we were forced to go down to the reception just to bring our ID cards. When I asked why they couldn’t wait until morning, they said “security told us”. This was extremely rude and disrespectful toward guests. Due to our work, we stay in hotels in Dubai very frequently, and I can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Dubai. Other hotels are much more comfortable, friendly, polite, and offer far better service. Definitely, definitely, definitely not recommended.

Urine all over the toilet, feces on the floor, shower full of pubic/body hairs. Cushion on the bed had food or body fluids. Requested for someone to clean twice, but no one showed up. The beer house restaurant downstairs served a burnt chicken burger. They also served tea in a tea pots that had gunk in the spouts, they tried to give a new pot but it was the same. Overall this was not a good experience. Left after one night/day.

I have very bad experience in citymax i stayed 100 of hotels in dubai but the rooms is really dirty everywhere is dust in this hotel even in the lobby of this hotel only the staff is good the cleaner comes to clean the room not putting towels. i need to call them 3-4 times then towel will come and only 1 then i ask 1 more it will come after 2 hours very bad experience i have in citymax

This was my second time staying at CityMax Hotel Business Bay and when Abhjeet greeted me on arrival and remembered me from my August stay it made me feel right at home and looked after. He is a true representation of the quality of staff here that really make this a place that I will keep going back to when in Dubai for business. I also really love the restaurant options here, last visit I met the Chef from Sizzling Wok who was also so kind and hospitable. I really love the creations he makes there and can’t wait to eat there each visit! Overall, I had a good experience; the hotel was clean and offered good value for money. Close to Business Bay and the Downtown area, which was convenient. A bit challenging to get cabs, but this, I believe, is a Dubai problem, especially during peak periods.

Citymax hotel Business bay is great place for visit with family, friends and solo. I visited here with my kids to show them tourist places of Dubai. The staff of this hotel is very kind humble, every time you move around people greet you with smile and respect. Then let it be reception staff, the first two I met were Mussarat and Abhijeet. They are very humble kind and polite. You always see their humble attitude and kind behaviour which makes your stay even more pleasant as people around you are kind. Another notable lady I met was at souvenir shop I think her name was Shama Naz. Whenever I went to the shop with my little daughter she treated her with so much kindness and love that I felt respected. In just stay of 5 days, I started to feel like having a very friendly environment that I made the plan that next time I will come again alone and shall stay at this hotel for the reason of treatment I got from the staff I mentioned above. But one more thing, you should allow early check ins as-well because for people who come from night flights have to wait on sofa until your check in time starts which makes you lose energy and consumes your day. I was to change at first but continued to stay because of them. Thnx

Conveniently located in the Business Bay area..just 7 mins taxi to the Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa. Citymax Business Bay offers great value for a very comfortable stay. Rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Full breakfast offerings and very helpful staff. Onsite offers Sports bar, Asian restaurant, and 24hr coffee and snack area on ground floor. Rooftop pool...what else do you need? Great value stay.

I felt so at her me. Ravindra , the housekeeping boy was simply excellent. He was very dedicated and did everything with efficiency and diligently. I give him 10 out of 10. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located. There is a supermarket opposite. The front desk can also help you with some common problems. It is very close to the city. Someone comes to clean every day. There is a housekeeper named Ravindra who is very enthusiastic to replenish water and coffee and tea bags for you. There is a swimming pool and gym on the 18th floor. It is enough for 4 stars!
