I like about the property is that very close to everything easy access for everything like restaurants, shopping center, tourist spots, Starbucks and the most important the beach. The room is so clean and smells good.

El hotel es categoría media, coincide con el precio. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de prácticamente todo el personal, especialmente la srta. Mary Jean. Nos molestó que nos cobraran un monto fijo directamente de las propinas en el desayuno sin dar opción a decidir uno mismo. Muy bueno el transporte a la playa.

El desayuno es bien americano, prácticamente incomible para mi que soy de Argentina y no estoy acostumbrado a comer papas al horno, tocino, o chorizos fritos en el desayuno, por ejemplo.

My toilet had an old stain in it. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, it could have been. But there were so many brunch spots if ya gonna pay then you leave the hotel…

Our room was full of moisture. The carpets were wet, you had to wear shoes or socks as feet would get wet. The tiles and bathroom were very, very slippery and so was the shower. We had to call the cleaners to rewash the tiles so we didn't fall over. We also had to call maintenance as the bathroom door was not secure. Management brought in a dehumidifier what didn't really work. They told us they have had this problem before with the moisture. We were not compensated for all of this which really disappointed us as management told us we would be. We are Hilton members also! We would of enjoyed our stay more if it wasn't for all of these problems

Die Unterkunft liegt nah zum Strand und es gibt einen Golf-Car Transfer. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich gut und Frühstück lecker. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, hatten aber leider einige Mangel, die man für über 350$ die Nacht nicht erwartet.

Wir haben inkl. frühstück gebucht und mussten trotzdem täglich 13,07$ Service charge + Tip zahlen beim Frühstück zahlen. Das Housekeeping kommt nur alle 4(!) Tage, Waschmaschine im Waschraum defekt und das Lowlight, unsere Tür war so sehr verzogen, dass selbst das Personal sie kaum offnen konnte, als wir uns beschwert haben. Die Option war, sie während des Aufenthaltes abzuschleifen und dabei dann leider alles dreckig wird. Ein anderes Zimmer war angeblich nicht möglich. Bis uns diese Info gegeben wurde, haben wir 3x an der Rezeption gefragt. Der Hausmeister sagte, dass das Problem bekannt ist, schade, dass es nicht behoben wird.

The bathroom door did not move, so there was no privacy when using the toilet. Reported twice to hear that no one greeted the engineer when he came to check the door. It sounded as if it was our fault that we had not been waiting for the engineer (I was at the beach and my hard hearing husband was taking his day nap). It is ridiculous that we have to spend our time waiting for some one to come and fix the door instead of enjoying our vacation for which we paid a lot.

The beds both squeaked so loud with every movement, which made having a sound sleep impossible. Breakfast should have been included with the price. Way outdated and had a musty smell.

The property had most of the amenities that were needed (parking, gum etc). Location was good and they had a great golf cart service to the beach.

Everything was subpar quality. The beds squeaked and were in very poor shape. The staff seemed to be annoyed anytime you asked them for something, except for the one gentlemen golf cart driver. Rooms had plastic cups and really cheesy amenities, which should not have been when your paying over 350 a night.

The location is great for this hotel. It provides easy walking access to the public beach! The rooms are super nice and modernized. We did have issues with our fridge, but other than that the room was perfect! The hotel provides high quality shampoo and toiletries. The hotel was also very adamant on replacing any items that had been used. IE towels The gym was AMAZING! The pool is also super nice. They conveniently have an outdoor shower and restroom by the pool as well! The hotel also has a well stocked snack station and had slushies available at all times during our stay. The hotel is also super close to numerous stores. It is within walking distance of a Winn Dixie, CVS, Smoothie King, etc. It is also very close to the outlet malls. FOR WARNING! You do have to pay for a parking pass...

It was such a high price for only one night, and it wasn't really kept up or updated like it should especially for the area, the air conditioner didn't feel like it was working properly

Ms. Brenda Gray, the manager I believe was an absolute joy to chat with and all of her recommendations on what to do were spot on! Please tell her Cindy from Colorado says “thank you”!

Honestly we had a great time, we’re able to get snacks at the hotel or Wynn Dixie- we had some much fun and the Hilton was perfect for us

Overall, I had a good stay at this Hilton in Miramar Beach. The biggest highlight is the location—it’s fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of beach access, a gas station, and plenty of restaurants and shopping, making it very convenient to get around without driving everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Those factors, combined with the excellent location, were definite positives. That said, there were a few disappointments. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable, and the pillows felt cheap and lacked support. Another surprisingly frustrating issue was the lack of complimentary water. There was no water station, fountain, or place to refill a water bottle in the lobby. Considering that water, parking, and breakfast all cost extra, it felt like every little thing came with an additional charge. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be to add a water station in the lobby. It seems like a small detail, but it would make a noticeable difference in the guest experience.

Hotel is very good. We stayed for memorial day weekend. Miramar beach is just a 0.5 mile walk however they offer golf cart shuttle service to the beach as well. The lobby area is very nice and they offer breakfast for a fee. We chose a king suite and it was nice and spacious. We were able to check in early too which was nice. Parking was available or a small fee. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable but they could definitely use a pillow upgrade. All in all still a great hotel choice.

I Have issue with being reimbursed on my Visa card. Was charged one nights stay the day before check in then the remaining balance at check in. At the end of the stay I was overcharged and credited the $332 then debited $257. I’m in the negative and still waiting for the credit to post to my account

This hotel does NOT meet Hilton standards. I recommend the hotel close for an entire renovation and rebranding. The only saving grace is the customer service.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The cook manager was very nice and the breakfast was good. Mae at the front desk was by far the most personable and tried accommodating as well as she could.

The rooms are not cleaned to the best they can be. Almost all of the staff looked as if they did not like their job in hospitality. The bathroom plug did not work and was broken off. The floor was absolutely disgusting. To the point we kept our shoes on the entire time- including the bathroom/tub. When I told the young lady at checkout she was unphased and offered an apology…it was the lack of care. I would never consider staying here again.
