Zimmer sauber und der Chef war auch nett. Wir hatten kein Abendessen im voraus gebucht, konnten jedoch ganz unkompliziert mit essen.

Die Auswahl zum Abendessen war naja…, man konnte es essen, es war aber nicht der brüller.

Tolle Aussicht, gute Lage auch für einen Zwischenstopp, sehr schönes kleines Schwimmbad, Saunas und Dampfbad.. war ein tolles Erlebnis

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung.

The hotel is located in a very nice place. The room is quite good, it was big enough for all of us. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. We even managed to go quickly to the swimming pool

The road is not the easiest one :) Get ready for a bit of mountain driving. The choice of food for breakfast could be a bit better and the waiting time for the coffee is quite long. What I didn't like - no proper door at the bathroom (toilet), it had only a sliding door which is not good for soundproof and privacy. We were 5 of us in the room and it would be better to feel a bit of privacy being in the toilet or taking shower

Room was big enough for our family of 5. Very confy beds. Super terrace. Good pool and terrace. Location is good IF you have a car, parking is available at site. Lake di braies is 1h, ortisei is 40min.. in the middle of dolomites. Charming family hotel, good food breakfast was nice, hotel is a bit old fashioned but with lots of character. Staff was nice too.

It would be great if there were small frige/ refrigerateur in the room, specially when you have small kids.

Il bagno è cieco per cui hanno fatto la porta e parte della parete in vetro. Se ti svegli di notte per andare in bagno e accendi la luce del bagno si illumina anche la stanza e ciò può dare fastidio a chi dorme

Sì sono dimenticati di sistemare il pannello della doccia della camera che al nostro arrivo era sganciato. La doccia era comunque utilizzabile

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per il punto strategico e panoramico nella Val Pusteria. Il personale è gentile e accogliente, le stanze pulite e confortevoli con una terrazza che gode di vista spettacolare. A pochi minuti da Valles con il meraviglioso Sentiero del latte fino a Malga Fane e da Rodengo con il suggestivo Sentiero della Creazione. L'hotel gode di piscina e sauna, un momento di relax incluso nel prezzo a fine giornata. Cucina curata e colazioni a buffet complete.

Все было отлично, расположение великолепное, в номере чисто, прекрасный вид из номера, отличный завтрак.

В номере не предусмотрен холодильник, мы отдыхали летом, было очень жарко и хотелось бы охлоджать напитки в холодильнике.

Viele Bereiche um das Hotel herum, die aber zum Hotel gehören sehr unaufgeräumt und hinterlassen keinen guten Eindruck. Teilweise sehr zusammen gestückeltes Mobilar. Nach dem Essen nur über Self-Service noch an Getränke gekommen

Дірки на постілі, стіні які не оновлювали не знаю коли, ми заплатили майже 300 євро за ніч, ця ціна не відповідає точно вартості номеру.

Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Balkon war ok und sauber.

Beim Einchecken mussten wir warten bis nach einer Viertelstunde endlich ein Mann im Schlabber-Tshirt kam. Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Glas-Schiebetür zum Bad ging immer automatisch auf und war laut. Privatsphäre im Badezimmer Fehlanzeige. Alle 4 Betten waren völlig unterschiedlich bezüglich des Zustands und damit des Schlafkomforts. Von total durchgelegen bis gut.

Czysto w pokojach, piękna lokalizacja, smaczne, zroznicowane śniadanie, ale jest kilka minusów.

Brak klimatyzacji, zniszczone elementy, takie jak płytki na tarasie przylegającym do pokoju lub połamany parasol osłaniający pałące promienie słoneczne, brak wody w butelkach w pokoju, brak czajnika bezprzewodowego/ kawy / filiżanek w pokoju. Basen hotelowy nie zachęcał do kąpieli, woda stała w miejscu zamiast być stale filtrowana, pomieszczenie duszne, woda mało klarowna w basenie. Zrezygnowaliśmy z kąpieli. Dojście do basenu kiepskie, dodatki mijane po drodze otwarte pomieszczenia typowo gospodarcze z brudną pościelą, ręcznikami, i nakładem wyglądały fatalnie. Trochę to wyglądało jakby hotel zatrzymał się w latach 90.

Naprostá spokojenost s ubytováním. Krásný, velký pokoj. Pohodlí, čistota. Součástí ubytování je i k dispozici bazén, sauna. Po náročné cestě to přišlo celé naší rodivě velmi vhod. Snídaně byla naprosto výborná. Velice pohodlné postele. Pokud bychom zase projížděli, určitě bychom se ubytovali v tomto hotelu.

The view from the terrace was wonderful! Breakfast and dinner (not included) were very good. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the sky-view terrace. There was plenty of parking available, and the staff were friendly.

لم يكن هناك تكييف🥵 ، الجو كان حار جداً بشهر يوليو ، ونخشى فتح النوافذ فتدخل الحشرات🦟🦗،ولقد استعنا بمراوح صغيرة لكل افراد العائلة. لاتوجد ثلاجة :( لاتوجد غلاية. الاماكن بعيدة نوعاً ما عن اهم الاماكن السياحية، فلا تفكر السكن بدون ايجار سيارة. لايوجد ماء مجاني اثناء فترة الاقامة.

Das Hotel ist super und wir werden sicher noch mal kommen! Das Zimmer war top, das Frühstück lecker und das Angebot mit dem Pool und der Sauna wirklich perfekt für uns!

Eine Kleinigkeit: Der Pflanztopf auf unserer Terrasse war völlig vertrocknet.

We had a spacious room with a stunning balcony view. The rooftop swimming pool and sun loungers were fantastic – the perfect place to relax.

The only downside was the service at breakfast. Every morning, the lady serving breakfast rolled her eyes whenever we asked a question, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

E' la terza volta che ci fermiamo qui e siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche questa volta. Letti comodi, camera ampia con terrazzo con vista montagne. Colazione varia e buona, piscina e saune finlandese e turca disponibili ai clienti gratuitamente. Alcuni attrezzi da palestra accanto alla piscina. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante per la cena, ma siamo andati a mangiare una pizza nelle vicinanze (breve passeggiata a piedi).

La struttura é sicuramente in un punto strategico a Rio di Pusteria, gode di ampie cancere e di un paesaggio magnifico.

Purtroppo però, la pulizia della camera era davvero discutibile così come l’atteggiamento del personale di sala. Ahimè, la cena è stata la nota negativa del soggiorno: i piatti erano mal cucinati, poco saporiti e non sembravano preparati con attenzione.

Snídaně byla v pohodě. Slaná i sladká, čerstvě připravená dobrá káva. Velmi velké pokoje a super bazén. Nádherný výhled z pokoje a balkon. Velmi velké a zrenovované pokoje. Pěkné. Spousta ručníků na pokoji. Pokoj byl za dobrou cenu oproti ostatním. Dostatek parkovacích míst

Chybělo mýdlo u umyvadla, protože byl zřejmě odstraněn zásobník ze stěny, ale nebyl to problém, o kousek dál byl zásobník na mýdlo ve sprše. Plíseň na stropě ve sprchovém koutě. Ale to jsou detaily.

Breakfast is from 7 till 10. We arrived 9:00 and warm food "scrambled egg and bacon" plates were empty. We waited 10minutes but bothing changed, then asked waitres if they are going to refill it. Another 20minutes and they refilled "for me". COME ON, if you are 3* hotel there should be at lease some warm food all the time.

In bagno non c'era la cuffia per la doccia e aveva l'illuminazione un po' troppo debole. Suggerisco tende più scure per la luce del mattino.

Hotel nie jest najnowszy. Pewne miejsca jak np. hol z recepcja, korytarze wymagałaby odświeżenia.

Seppure un po’ retró è il classico hotel altoatesino con una bella posizione facilmente raggiungibile e consente di spostarsi a piedi nel paese di Rio. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente e multietnico. Il ristorante a prezzo fisso consigliato e si mangia bene. Colazione abbondante e varia per tutti i gusti. Non hanno pesce a colazione.

Forse sarebbe consigliabile una tenda da sole al terrazzo primo piano che copra sedie e tavoli in caso di precipitazioni e che tuteli un po’ di più la privacy degli avventori. Uscendo in terrazzo dalla camera si arriva ad una parte comune dove vedi le altre camere da letto e chi ci sta dentro.

Wäre schön, wenn es eine kleine snackbar/Automaten gegen hätte bei einer späten Anreise, da wir das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung zur Weiterreise gebucht hatten.

我们在check in时告知我们房间满了，但在另外一处住宿给我们安排了两间房间，并且安排了一顿免费的丰盛的晚餐。整体住宿过程很开心

Mysigt hotell men med några år på nacken. Det renoverades när vi var där så mkt var inte färdigt. Funkade fint för en natt. Flera nätter kanske inte. Ingen AC nånstans heller så värmen var påtaglig i juni. Ok frukost men inget märkvärdigt.

Ingen AC. Poolområdet var gammalt o sunkigt. Behöver en rejäl ansiktslyftning. Men rummet var ändå fint med vacker utsikt.

Everything was fine. It was nothing special or luxurious. You can tell the building is a bit dated. But everything was clean and comfortable enough.
