La camera era meravigliosa e la pulizia è eccezionale ovunque. Accoglienza un pochino frettolosa ma questo non è un problema per me, infatti lo scrivo qui e non sotto.
La ragazza addetta alle frittate al mattino potrebbe essere un pò più cortese e più motivata, nel chiedere una frittata sembra quasi di disturbarla.

רשום בתיאור של מתקני המלון שיש שולחן פינג פונג וכשהגענו גילינו שאין כי נשבר אז הבן שלי קצת התאכזב, אז כדאי לתקן בתיאור או פשוט להביא חדש.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Kényelmes hotel, hatalmas wellness részleggel. Bőséges étkezések. Jó kiindulópont a Dolomitok felfedezéséhez. 1 órán belül elérhető a legtöbb látványosság, kirándulóhely.
A szauna pihenőtere nagyon meleg nyáron, nincs merülőmedence sem, így nem lehet lehülni a szeánsz után. A salátásrészen jobban kéne figyelni a hűtésre.

Der Sauna und Wellnessbereich ist als Nacktzone gekennzeichnet aber die Regeln nicht durchgesetzt. Ebenso wird die Ruhezone eher dafür verwendet, seine Kinder kostenlos mit Tee und Wasser versorgen- als wirklich ein Ruhebereich zu sein.

Putroppo la gestione dell'area spa nonostante fosse stupenda, confina con la piscina esterna e l'idromassaggio che sono stati scambiati da genitori ragazzi e bambini per un parco acquatico, dove urlare, tuffarsi e giocare a palla addirittura sbattendola contro le vetrate dell'adiaciente aerea spa. L'aerea spa è un ambiente di relax e silenzio ma non è stato possibile godersela a pieno per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Sono consapevole che non si tratta di una struttura per soli adulti ma comunque sarebbe opputruno dividere le zone

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La struttura è moderna, nuova e molto bella Vicinissima a piedi al centro di Rio di Pusteria quindi comodo per comprare qualsiasi necessità Il cibo nella media è buono anche se si spazia da cose improponibili a cose squisite come tutti i primi piatti (complimenti a chi li prepara). Le camere sono ampie con un bel terrazzo
Il personale è un po improvvisato per essere un 4 stelle. Dovrebbe categoricamente esserci un maitre/responsabile di sala che si occupa dei clienti e del personale. Alle 23 l hotel chiude tutto, porte luci spazi comuni e luci sul terrazzo rendendo impossibile fare qualsiasi cosa anche leggere un libro all’aperto Manca quel qualcosa in più per dire che ci tornerei

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Aussicht, der Garten, das Essen war gut. Auch die Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer hervorragend. Der Spa Bereich ist auch richtig gut.
Der Indoor Pool wirkte auf uns nicht so gepflegt wie der Aussenpool. Es roch zu stark nach Chlor. Der Kaffee war leider ungenießbar, egal in welcher Variation. Den Filterkaffee konnte man gut trinken.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Nagyon szép, tágas szobánk volt (111), sok szekrénnyel, a 13 éves gyermekünknek félig zárt kis nappali résszel, ahol a kanapé volt neki megágyazva, külön tv-vel. A fürdőszoba tágas, ízléses világítással. A szobai légkondicionáló állítható, kiválóan működik. Csodás tetőterasz nyugágyakkal, gondozott gyeppel, a kert a medence körül gondozott, hangulatos, gyerekjátszóval. A konyha kiváló, rendkívüli ízek, választékos kínálat, szívélyes felszolgálás. A recepción nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Jó, hogy mélygarázs is rendelkezésre áll.
Egyedüli kellemetlenség, hogy az étteremben a vacsora alatt nagyon meleg volt, hiányzott a légkondicionáló.

De gondel op 350 mtr werkt niet meer. Dus je moet dan met bus naar Meransen waar het dalstation van de liften is. Fietsen in de omgeving is wat minder, ook omdat overal aan weg wordt gewerkt.

Das Rührei war nicht gut. Mir ist aber bewusst das bei der Menge an Gästen die Eier aus der Dose kommen muss.
