Er was op onze kamer geen aparte douche (we douchten in een bad), dat was niet zo erg, maar wat minder comfortabel.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Es estupendo alojarse en un edificio con tanta historia. El mobiliario y la decoración te hacen sentir como en otra época. El desayuno es fantástico. La ubicación es estupenda como base para adentrarse en Dolomitas.
Aunque estaba limpio, encontramos un calcetín debajo de un sofá y eso da mala impresión. Estaría bien que avisaran de que cada habitación dispone de llaves para salir o entrar si lo necesitas una vez que el hotel se cierra de noche, porque te quedas literalmente encerrado. Tras pasarnos una noche, nos enteramos que había llaves a nuestra disposición.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Posizione nel centro del paese. Grandezza della camera. Probabilmente un bel parquet al posto della moquette, renderebbe la camera più bella. Bagno nuovo.
Avevo una camera con una terrazza molto grande, peccato che non era stata pulita da tempo (diversi mozziconi di sigaretta e un pacchetto di sigarette per terra). Toglierei dalla testata del letto il baldacchino abbastanza usurato (presentava alcuni buchi). Colazione secondo me poco varia, con prodotti non artigianali (mi sarei aspettato almeno lo strudel....). Hotel non fornisce la guest pass, che da diritto a molteplici vantaggi economici per esplorare il territorio.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Colazione molto ricca e gustosa. Staff molto gentile e disponbile! Garage al chiuso un po' stretto, ma per la posizione centrale e storica dell'hotel. Stile rustico e tradizionale dell'interno ma tutto ristrutturato e pulito, atmosfera calma e tranquilla.
Coperte un po' troppo spesse per il periodo estivo, ma facilmente risolvibile.

Si percepiva la maestosità del palazzo ma la struttura è trasandata. La pulizia delle camere da rivedere, la moquette non igienica nelle stanze e la colazione minimale. Il costo così alto non è assolutamente giustificabile.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is located in the city centre, so it is a little difficult to reach by car, and the navigation was practically useless. However, free parking was available in the hotel garage. There are not many spaces, so it is better to reserve one in advance. As for the interior, everything is decorated in a very distinctive and elegant style, and you genuinely feel as though you are staying in a castle. The staff were very helpful, although the bar could be better stocked, as it was clear that it was not used very often. That said, you can take any drinks you purchase into one of the hotel lounges. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Arredamento della camera un po’ datato, il letto matrimoniale, di legno, scricchiolava ad ogni movimento. Il parcheggio coperto un po’ piccolo, per parcheggiare auto crossover occorre fare diverse manovre. Essendo rientrati tardi era al completo e abbiamo parcheggiato poco distante.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Becsülendő a több száz éves épület maga, de szállodának nem feltétlenül alkalmas és ezt a negatív részen kifejtem. Pozitívum a szépen felújított fürdőszoba, mely így teljesen életidegen a szobától, de legalább tiszta és modern. Legkondi nincs, de mivel a hegyekben nyáron is kellemesen lehűl az este, nem okozott problémát. A reggeli nem volt extra, de a meleg croissant lekvárral azért megér egy misét. Abszolút pozitívum a díjmentes mélygarázs!
Először is csak tollpárna volt, allergiásoknak probléma lehet és hiába kertünk másikat, nem volt. A szobák régiesen vannak berendezve, ami amúgy jópofa de a falak nem tudom miből vannak, mindenesetre este a szomszédban szerintem kulturált hangerővel beszélő olasz turistákat simán hallottuk, és ez az ágyban fekve miközben olvasol, idegesítő. A szállodában ráadásul éppen felújítanak, így már reggel 8:00-kor kalapálásra ébredtünk, és a reggeli kávét sem lehetett a teraszon elfogyasztani, mert ott fűrészeltek a munkások. Tudom, újítani kell, de akkor vagy legyen akciós a szállás ebben az időben, vagy szóljanak becsekkoláskor, esetleg ne reggel 8 órakor kezdjék, hanem kicsit később. És a kávé, itt végre nem gépi kávé várta a nagyérdeműt, hanem amerikai mintára előre lefőzött fekete, teáskancsóban, melegítőben. Ez már egy fokkal jobb volt, mint a többi olasz szálláson… de könyörgöm, miért nem lehet egy ilyen kis szálláson, hogy megkérdezik, hogy milyen kávét készíthetnek és fejenként egy minőségi nedű benne lenne az árban? Mert a lefőzött fekete kávé szemmel láthatóan nem fogyott!!!

Ambienti curati, pulizia ottima, camera grande. Colazione abbondante per il salato, per il dolce da arricchire, in quanto scarna. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La cena è stata al limite della vergogna. Mangiato nel ristorante dell' hotel Panoramic (dello stesso gruppo di questo). Orario indicato errato. Staff completamente inadeguato. 24 € a testa ( scoperto al mattino successivo) bevande escluse (quasi 15 € per una lattina di birra, e 2 bicchieri sgasati di bibite travasati da bottiglie), per mangiare un primo scotto e un arrosto bollito. Antipasti e dolci a buffett. E al momento di pagare mi hanno anche fatto capire che il prezzo è molto vantaggioso. Mai più!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Lo stile dell'hotel, sembra veramente di essere in un castello, antichi quadri, moquette, tessuti, arredamento antico. Molto spaziosa la doccia e buona la colazione.
La stanza (almeno la nostra) non è climatizzata e a giugno faceva molto caldo, più che nei corridoi. Non c'è nessuna Almen Card in dotazione, dicono che non vi aderiscono più da almeno due anni, va tolta dalla descrizione. Noi pensavamo il primo giorno di andare a giocare gratis in funivia al minigolf a Maranza ma la funivia è stata dismessa l'anno scorso e senza card abbiamo dovuto pagare il minigolf.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026No nos pudimos alojar en este hotel, puesto que había reformas y nos ofrecieron el hotel Panoramik, a 200 metros, por lo que mi reseña es para este último. El hotel tiene unas buenas instalaciones y de limpieza es aceptable, sin embargo, la atención no es demasiado agradable y tanto cama como almohadas no son nada cómodas.
Las almohadas y la cama, muy incómodas.
