Have stayed there every year. Staff Used to be very friendly and courteous . However some of the new staff don’t seem to be of the same caliber. Drinking water used to be in glass bottles from RO plant. Now in plastic bottles.

Poor spread and taste of food, expensive, especially bar and food. Staff needs better training.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt. The rooms were very clean, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The only negative experience was on my first morning. While I was sleeping, the staff knocked on my door because a smoke alarm had been triggered in my room. However, it turned out to be a malfunction with the smoke detector.

This was my first experience with this hotel. Not satisfied with the decor, furniture at the reception desk and the room. The room looked just a dormitory. The reception area looked just a Pan shop. The restaurant looked just an Iranian hotel in Hyderabad It is possible that they will upgrade these in near future. One good thing was that the food quality was good. I am sure the Lulu group who owns this property will make it a more luxurious one. For Rs 7000 a night this hotel need upgrade to satisfy the customer.

The rooms were okay, and the view was nothing too great, just plain views. Also the Price was too exorbitant is what I feel

Customer service, in particular the restaurant staffs and Mr Karthik Mr. Saji the trainer they are amazing. I have to mention the parking management staff as well, really appreciate their service.Thanks a lot.

The guy at the reception was good and helpful, As l planned for a lunch buffet with my family on paid basis i checked if there was a discount being a booking.com client and he said that he can offer 10% but when he went to re-confirm with the receiption Manager who was a female staff and was extremely rude, had a unhappy look didn't even greet guests made the guy literaly beg for 10% approval in front of us which was really bad as the guy was humble and helpful and trying to provide best of service. The female reception manager (recognised as she was wearing a blue suit ) and was at the reception at around 10.30 am needs serious customer service training.

the bath towels smelt of vegetable oil probably because they were dried where an exhaust pipe from the kitchen is placed. there were multiple instances of water disruption; in the spa after water disruption muddy water came for quite some time and had to take bath multiple times to have it washed away

Everyday they should provide welcome snacks whatever they providing first day in the room.

The breakfast buffet could have started by 6.45 am, because people travelling to places far away May have to leave early. When asked if they could make exception for one person, they said it will start only at 7 am

The service provided was outstanding, and the facility itself was excellent. It is commendable to see a five-star establishment in Trivandrum maintained to such a high standard. Staff across various departments, including the front office, restaurant, room service, and laundry, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. Kudos to the Lulu Group for their impressive efforts. Please continue the excellent work. God bless

Great Breakfast. The food is so delicious especially the Appam, Dosa , juices. The staff services is superb and friendly. Very accommodative and willing to help on any request made in order food or drinks.

Noting all is superb and I really enjoy my stays and your front desk staff Miss Maria is absolutely friendly and helps me to arrange my transportation and other my logistics. Great staff Miss Maria. She is a great asset for Hyatt Group of Hotel

We loved everything about the experience. We had left the uday samudra resort in Kovalam after one night because the experience was so bad. What was promised to be a 5 star experience was more of a 2 star. We could not envision staying there for 6 nights, so we left after the first. Everything about the Hyatt in Trivandrum was more 5 star. From the rooms to the staff to the food. They really cared about their guests. One say when they had no paneer dishes in their dinner buffet because they could not source paneer in Trivandrum that day, they made us tofu on request. The spa was great, the pool wonderful and the gym amazing.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, yet still feels very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt luxurious and welcoming. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but the dessert selection was truly amazing and easily one of the highlights. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The customer service was also outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which really made the experience feel special. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional hospitality, great food, and a calm relaxing atmosphere that we would happily return to again.

We had communicated all details to booking.com....apparently the hotel wasnt intimated about the age of child....was a bummer...to arrive after midnight and to learn about the miss.....anyways the staff managed to make it very comfortable
