Завтрак был ужасен.

В номер нас должны были заселить в 14 часов. Попали в номер только к 15. Номер обшарпаный, не было халатов. Нет кафе, где можно было бы покупать. Вокруг отеля нет никаких магазинов и мест для питания.

Clean and modern with very helpful staff.

The drop off point and parking space is cramped together right in front of the main entrance which is at traffic corner.

Price - quality doesn’t match. Breakfast room is small, creating lines. Food variety and quality of buffet very limited in western choices. Which for us, was a reason to book Marriott’s

Уборка в гостинице проходит практически нон-стоп, в номерах поддерживают чистоту в ваше отсутствие. - В номере тепло и очень тихо. Не слышно шума с улицы или соседних номеров. Отдельно хочется отметить шикарную кровать и очень удобные подушки, причём вы можете выбрать подходящую вам подушку по мягкости. - В номерах и коридорах нет запаха курения, номера не прокуренные. - В отеле практически не было русскоговорящих гостей, что для нас является плюсом. - Персонал хорошо говорит на английском. - Завтрак в целом хороший, разнообразный. Яичница иногда была холодная, но я подогревал её в тостере ))) - Расположение — удобное, недалеко от центра и метро, но мы всё равно часто ездили на такси.

- Вестибюль произвёл неприятное впечатление: маленький и не очень чистый. - Недостатки в номере: в наборе туалетных принадлежностей не оказалось шапочек для душа. Также в номере отсутствует подставка для чемодана. - Лифт без зеркал выглядит бедно и неуютно. - В туалете неудобно расположен держатель для туалетной бумаги, об него легко удариться локтем. - В помещении, где сервируется завтрак, было довольно прохладно и мало места - иногда приходилось подождать, пока освободится стол. Некоторые блюда, например, яйца, были холодными.

Nice and functional room, good shower and comfortable bedding. We really like the location, locating in walking distance to mini mart, restaurant, public transportation. Staffs were helpful and efficient.

Nothing really, we enjoyed our short stay over there.

The location is great, walking by distance to central attractions and Stalin Park. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a range of breakfast options.

I wasn’t able to get the washing machine to work even though I had Alipay, would be better if the machines didn’t require an app to work. The rooms are set at 26 degrees which wasn’t far too warm- the hotel cant fix this but they did supply a fan.

Very helpful staff who helped us arrange tickets to the Ice World and airport transfer.

Breakfast buffet food was disappointing and cold.

- Way too hot in the room. Couldn't regulate the temperature. Had to move to another hotel. - No water pressure in the shower. - The refrigerator was not cooling. - Smelly bathroom. - Totally unkempt, outdated hotel with an absolutely exorbitant price. Definitely not worth it.

La habitación muy amplia, reformada y muy cómoda y moderna. El servicio inmejorable. La ubicación.

El hall era un poco antiguo. El desayuno con casi nada de comida occidental, todo comida local.

酒店位置很好，在市中心，方便入住，早餐服务很好，干净卫生，餐厅经理Dragon-T热情周到，可以提供热情的服务，值得好评

The rooms were clean and quite spacious, even for a family for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast was great, with good choices of local cuisine. Location wise- quite close to Central Street- but walking with children in the snow and cold weather can feel much longer. It's quiet compared to central location, and not many restaurants around- but there is a good Dong Bei cuisine restaurant just opposite the hotel (as recommended by the staff) Staff was excellent- we had questions before coming and the staff answered all our queries (via Booking app chat). They helped us to book driver for city tour and for our trip to Yabuli, which we truly appreciate!

Плохо говорят по английски , по русски вообще не говорят.

Хороший отель. Приветливый персонал на стойке регистрации. Хороший завтрак, есть европейская еда. Большой и просторный номер. Отдельный большой привет сотруднику медведю.

Проживали несколько дней. Чтоб бы был гель для душа пришлось спускаться на ресепшен, чтоб оставили чай в пакетиках и застелили кровать тоже спустились на ресепшен. Для Мариотт это перебор.

部屋も広くてベッドも快適。水ペットボトルの無料サービスやアメニティーも問題なし。何よりち朝食が品数が多くて良かった。周りにあまり食べ物やはありません。

직원분도 친절하셨고, 바로앞에 24시간 슈퍼있어요. 위치도 나쁘지않은데. 주변 도로가 일방통행인건지 택시탔을때 호텔을 앞에두고 쫌 멀리가서 유턴이 가능해요. 택시보다 상지대가역에서 내려서 걷는걸 추천하는 위치입니다. 13층에서 뷰도 나쁘지않았고, 주변도 시끄럽지않고 조용하게 잘 지냈습니다. 침대도 높고 편했어요. 에어컨 잘됩니다. 객실 좋았어요 친구는 첫날엔 담배냄새 있었다고 하던데. 나중엔 별말없었어요.

Выбирали отель по отзывам и фотографиям. Очень понравилось, что в номере было 2 двухспальных кровати, т.к. путешествовали с подругой и комфорт был для нас важен. При этом номер был довольно просторный. В номере было всё необходимое для продолжительного проживания. Каждый день меняли полотенца, приносили воду. Завтраки были очень вкусные и выбор блюд очень разнообразный. Наедались на полдня (отдельное спасибо поварам). Персонал доброжелательный и заботливый, часто вызывали нам такси и помогали по различным вопросам. Расположение тоже удобное, до пешеходной улицы и Софийского собора около 15 минут прогулочным шагом. Недалеко железнодорожный вокзал и метро. С удовольствием порекомендую этот отель для проживания на любой срок.

Всё было хорошо. Единственное, чего нам не хватило - это СПА в отеле. С удовольствием бы делали массаж вечерами...

Отличное месторасположение. Хороший чистый номер. Разнообразный завтрак и очень приветливый персонал.

- overall lighting in the room, lift area, corridor are dark - cigarettes smells on the towel, bed linen, corridor and room despite we ordered a non smoking room. Perhaps there are other customers smoking in their room with the central air conditioning on. - bad smells on the pillows and we have to ask for a changes - room size is rather small and not a great view lookout from the room - we have stayed in Harbin for 4 nights and have tried other hotel which we found have better value and condition than Fairfield Marriott Harbin

酒店早餐不错，比较丰盛，环境整洁，干净卫生，餐厅谭经理服务热情周到，而且非常礼貌，点赞鼓励！ 前台的小姑娘也很好，很帮忙很礼貌。

Приветливый персонал. Доп кровать поставили быстрее чем мы поднялись из лобби. Дальше все как в стандартном мариоте. Удобная кровать и все такое.

Дверь в душе ставил идиот. Она открывается во внутрь. Когда вы зашли в душ вас надо вжаться в угол что бы закрыть дверь. В отеле нет бара и ресторана. Поэтому если приехали в обед например то бегите в город или если пользуетесь китайскими приколюхами заказываете еду с доставкой.

Хорошее расположение отеля недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала и станции метро. У нас был отличный номер, единственное немного не хватало каких-нибудь шкафчиков для белья и кондиционер слегка шумел. В номере есть гладильная доска и утюг, что нам пригодилось. Отличный завтрак, один из лучших где я была

호텔은 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋고... 다만 뭔가 좀 복잡하고 시끄러웠습니다.

Overall it is a good experience for two nights, can't complain anything, but the rooms do not look like a four star hotel.

The accommodation and services were excellent. However, some guests appeared to have smoked in their rooms, and the smell of cigarette smoke came into our room through the bathroom.

We went in the winter, and we couldn’t adjust the indoor heating (which was a bit excessively warm).

Property was clean and functional, well located for our purposes, used Harbin Central and West train stations and the airport, all within a manageable time radius and close enough to Ice City for a quick visit

No meal options other than breakfast, and didn’t feel like venturing out to find a meal. BUT … on that note, fabulous staff at the front desk helped to order in from outside. Really above and beyond service.

Location is great. 3mins walk to subway and about 8-10mins walk to the famous street in Harbin downtown. Staffs are helpful. Can’t be more thankful for the complimentary self service laundry service. Best damn thing ever! And the breakfast spread are so so good!

Housekeeping can be better. Two days in a row not washing the used cups. Toilet didn’t really clean properly. Hairs are still all over the floor. But overall responding promptly when we raised our concerns.

It was near to the Harbin railway station and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was thoughtful and prepared a simple gift for me as it was my birthday trip.

The buffet selection was limited and options were not to my liking. Toilet had some mould.
