Hands down the best hotel experience we’ve had in China having travelled quite a bit. Despite the cold climate of Harbin, we felt great warmth from the entire team - starting with senior hotel management to the waiting staff in the restaurants and bars. We were in Harbin for the Snow and Ice world and stayed here having heard great reviews from friends. We chose a Club room and that was a great decision. The Lounge team made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Harbin as THE place to stay when you’re in town!

I had a phenomenal trip to Harbin! Thank you do their wonderful staff by the name of Rohit. He was on top-tier communication from weeks expired to my landing. Ensuring every single one of my questions were answered in meticulous detail details. Helping me plan everything to the T! He helped me plan my entire routing, traveling gear (as it was going to be my first time in -24 weather) he helped with Transport arrange arrangement and everything you could imagine making ensure everything was perfectly sorted. It was the most comforting feeling to meet someone who could speak English in Harbin. On another note that Ritz Carlton Harbin, was also amazing - one of the newer ones; comparable to with this architectural style. Modern and comfortable!! The Chinese restaurant up was also very good.

Our stay at The Ritz Carlton in Harbin was amazing. The room and view was spectacular, the service was impeccable and the concierge team were among the best at any Ritz hotel I have stayed in globally. A special shout out to Charles from the concierge team who took such amazing care of our travel plans and tours - he really went above and beyond in planning us an exclusive private day with translators, snow activities, skiing etc - the best Ritz Carlton concierge staff I have ever dealt with.

Harbin is a magical place, especially in winter, when the outside temperature can easily drop to minus 40 °C. Warmth, however, can be found inside the glorious Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which towers above the magnificently frozen Songhua River. Harbin is a city of over ten million people, and as such has a discerning local population who know what they want and expect the best. The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin delivers this at every level. Arriving late on a wintry night, we were immediately escorted to our room on the 54th floor, which afforded stunning vistas across the frozen landscape and the magnificent Ice Park. Seeing the city revealed the scale of Harbin, which surprised me as a first-time visitor. The rooms are beautiful, furnished with high-quality fixtures and an indulgent bathroom with cascading rain showers and, a delight for me, a bath that one can fully submerge in without having to bend oneself in two. The rubber duck and bath salts only made it more enjoyable. For a more energetic submersion, the hotel's pool offers more stunning views, especially as the morning sun rises, casting your own shadow on the bottom of the pool as you complete your morning laps. Of course, high-quality hardware is expected at any Ritz-Carlton; it is, after all, a five-star product. Where The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin shines is in service. General Manager Ksenia Novikova knows how to make guests feel welcome and ensure her team offers the level of service one would expect in Beijing, Paris or London. From breakfast to the wonderful array of delicacies served in the lounge, service is at the heart of every encounter. If, like me, your Putonghua is not flawless, the staff will speak English with a proficiency that makes one's attempts in Mandarin quite embarrassing! Breakfast is served on the 54th floor and features a vast array of local, Chinese and international cuisine. Indulge yourself with the freshly made Jīdàn Hànbǎo (鸡蛋汉堡), which I challenge anyone to stop at just one; they are divine. Evenings can be spent at Manor 54 or, if you have access, at the Club floor, which offers evening meals, afternoon teas, and the expected array of drinks and snacks. On the 56th floor is the hotel's stunning bar and party area, Flair. This is where you can sip a perfectly made Negroni and watch the sunset over Harbin, a city that enchants you with its magnificence and embraces you with the friendliness and warmth of its people. The Ritz-Carlton will ensure that your every need is catered to, reflecting the pride they take in their hotel and in Harbin.

This stay far exceeded our expectations—it absolutely deserves a five-star review! From the moment we stepped out of the car, the bellhop proactively helped with our luggage and ushered us to the front desk. A special shout-out to Haylee, who checked us in with a warm smile. Learning that it was our first time in Harbin, she not only processed our check-in efficiently but also kindly marked nearby restaurants and attractions on a map for us. That instantly made us feel the warmth of the city. Such attentive and thoughtful service is truly the best testament to the hotel's quality.

Our family of four loved our 3 nights at the Ritz Carlton Harbin in late December 2025. We stayed in two club rooms. The rooms were very large and beautifully appointed. The food and the drink offerings in the club lounge were absolutely delicious. Because we were out touring all day we could only use the breakfast and evening service but there was so much food and the food was wonderful quality. They even had a chef on hand to cook certain items as you requested. The gym, while on the smaller side, was well equipped and my husband said the indoor pool was one of the best hotel pools he has ever swam in. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I particularly want to mention the concierge team and in particular Rohit Chana. Rohit patiently and promptly answered my many emails/questions before our arrival and provided lots of helpful information. When our arrival flight had to be changed, he was very responsive in changing our transfers to the hotel from the airport. He was on hand to greet us when we arrived and even called the company who was delivering the winter clothes we were hiring to see what time the clothes would be delivered. Thank you Rohit for making our stay was special. If ever we return to Harbin, we will definitely stay at the Ritz Carlton again.

We stayed in the club room (Rm5226 Jan 10-13,2026) during our trip to Harbin. The room was very spaces and have a great view of the river and city. Location wise though it is not in the middle of the town but it is just a short taxi ride away or 2 station away to the subway interchange from the nearest station (line 3) which is about 8-10 mins walk. Club room came with multiple complementary meals such as breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, evening canopies and night cordial. Most importantly the great service we got from Echo and David were exceptional. Especially, David who helped us to made multiple restaurants bookings and relevant transport arrangements.

It was my first time in Harbin, and staying at The Ritz-Carlton Harbin made the trip feel extra special. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well taken care of according to my preferences. Huge thanks to Rohit for helping arrange transfers to/from the hotel and for the room upgrade.. it was such a nice surprise!! The room view was incredible. Having panoramic windows overlooking the city made it easy to just sit back and enjoy Harbin from above, especially as the city changed from daytime to night. Breakfast was another highlight.. not only was the food great, but starting the day with those views made it even better. I also really loved the facilities. The gym and wellness area on the top floor are fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi are absolutely worth checking out. Relaxing there while looking out over the city was one of my favorite moments of the stay. If you’re coming to Harbin, this hotel is a great choice and won’t disappoint. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel itself. Hopefully, next time :)

I would especially like to commend Rohit for his exceptional support. His attention to detail, genuine care, and professionalism stood out. From arranging tickets well in advance, following up meticulously on transportation, to ensuring everything was perfectly coordinated, his concierge service was of the highest quality. It was, without question, the best concierge experience we have had. This hotel has become my daughter’s favourite, and it is easy to understand why - everything was impeccable, and the team’s dedication to excellence was evident at every moment.

Returning to The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin after three years, from the vibrancy of summer to the tranquility of winter, this experience was just as touching as before. I must mention the hotel's thoughtfulness even before my arrival—Front Office Manager Jimmy remotely arranged my room in advance. The communication was smooth and thorough, setting a wonderful tone for the entire journey. After my check-in, Guest Relations Managers YUKI and Amy proactively assisted with communication and created a personalized room card for me. This meticulous surprise instantly made me feel a "home-coming" warmth. My room was on the 38th floor, offering expansive views of Harbin's winter scenery. Auntie Fu, responsible for cleaning this floor, was extremely diligent, promptly replenishing amenities. Upon departure, she warmly said, "Welcome back next time"—a simple phrase filled with genuine warmth. The most memorable part of this stay, without a doubt, was the team led by Executive Lounge Manager Zou Yingying. I was fortunate that the lounge was operational during my visit. Their service can only be described as "impeccable"—they not only cared for every guest attentively throughout but also provided recommendations and surprises based on guest preferences. There weren't many guests who had purchased the executive lounge access, which allowed the team to focus more intently on serving each individual. They even prepared thoughtful small gifts—the feeling of being valued was truly rare. I can confidently say that the service at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin's executive lounge is absolutely among the best in China. While the F&B offerings might not be as extensive as the Nanjing property, the service experience undoubtedly "outshines" it! The three-kilometer one-way chauffeur service included with the executive benefits was also very practical. On the first day, I used it to visit the Music Park to see the snow sculptures—convenient and hassle-free. However, the breakfast experience was relatively average. I recommend going early; by around 9:00 AM, it was already packed. Going earlier might be more comfortable. In conclusion, this was a journey back filled with warmth and attention to detail. From pre-arrival arrangements to every service during the stay, the hotel demonstrated the team's professionalism and passion. If you also wish to experience Harbin's icy romance and expect a journey where you are meticulously cared for, choosing here is absolutely the right decision. This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far thanks to Mr. Rohit, Mrs. Maki & Mrs Alice. The atmosphere was so stunning not to mention the style of the hotel just perfect.

This hotel is excellent. Although it’s not cheap, it’s well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable for me, so I ended up using a large towel as a pillow for the night. The next day, the staff proactively provided us with lower pillows. It was incredibly thoughtful. This really shows that their service is truly first-class.

The service is excellent and we enjoyed the two days stay greatly. The hotel always cares about your requests, I put notes when I booked two rooms, finally my family, especially my daughter, are 100% satisfied. Rooms are comfortable with nice view, breakfast is tasty, location is convenient to major attractions. My daughter asked to come again next time when checking out. Highly recommended hotel, best in Harbin in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin during our September trip—so much so that we stayed there twice! The hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful, right by the park and Songhua River, yet close to everything in the city. Our suite on the second visit was stunning, with incredible views and thoughtful design. I visited the spa every day and loved the hot Jacuzzi with built-in loungers overlooking the river—pure relaxation. The real highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone was so genuine and attentive. A special thanks to Rohit, who went out of his way to help us plan a tiger park visit and even escorted us to a nearby bank. We also appreciated GM Ksenia Novikova for personally welcoming us, and the wonderful team members—Kim at breakfast, Aurora downstairs, Dean at the front desk, the spa ladies, and the housekeeping team who somehow anticipated our needs. This was easily the best Ritz-Carlton experience we’ve ever had (and my husband’s been a guest since the 1980s!). We’d gladly detour through Harbin again just to stay here. Elina and James

This is my first time to travel in Harbin. The location of the Ritz-Carlton hotel is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station. It’s a luxury hotel, and the room, facilities and public area both are very new and clean. I would like to appreciate the excellent service delivered by the Club Floor Manager Ms. Echo Zou. She is professional, sincere and helpful. I am deeply impressed by her dedication and attitude towards guests and enjoyed a great stay in Ritz-Carlton Hotel Harbin. Besides I also wanted to thank you the staffs working on the club floor, Lucky..Cinderella..Bailey.. Lisa..Nora..Lily..David..Kristen, they both are friendly and helpful. During check-in, Rachel at the front desk warmly welcomed me and efficient. Ms. Zheng Yong Feng, the room attendant did a great job tidying up my room. It was a very memorable stay experience. Thumbs up and will definitely choose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel if I come to Harbin again!

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the view panoramic. The staff were excellent.

Unfortunately we had two separate issues with the food, where the plates should never have left the kitchen, which is not what we expect from the Ritz, and it let down the rest of the team. However, our complaints were escalated to senior management and dealt with professionally and with sincere apologies.

My family celebrated my Birthday in this Amazing Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Ice City of Harbin. Despite the cold winter, we felt the warmth and genuine service provided by all staff at this hotel. We personally met Ksenia (General Manager) who runs this hotel so well with good staff morale to provide a super comfortable environment for hotel guests to indulge in luxury and services worthy of Ritz-Carlton reputation. Special Thanks to Ksenia and all her meticulous and wonderful arrangements! My birthday was filled with joy, laughter and many surprises from the friendly staff who offered their genuine heart-felt services. A truly memorable celebration which RC made a difference to my experience. RC Harbin is the Best in this City and located very conveniently near Sun Island, Zhong Yang Pedestrian Street and St Sophia Cathedral. Highly recommend using their hotel limo transport for airport transfers and sightseeing. Reasonable price and driver always waiting for you at all destinations. RC Harbin is the pinnacle of luxury. Like a Jewel on top of Harbin, all rooms have commanding views of the entire city being situated on the tallest building in town. We had a Suite which was new with luxurious furnishings, and very spacious. We liked their signature Chinese restaurant Kin Wong Heen as we dined there twice. Special thanks to our waitress CC who spoke great English and provided very professional good quality service and recommendations. We also met Alvin who is a diligent and friendly F+B manager. We also dined at Shangri-la Songbei which was good but not the same level of quality and service compared to King Wong Heen. RC Concierge service was also top notch. Sophia Cheng gave us many valuable advice to plan our tour many months before our arrival. Very prompt and reliable concierge service. The Gym has plenty of new advanced equipment. Good view of Sun Island while working out. They also have a famous SPA service but we did not have time to try it out. Harbin has lots of unique tourist attractions, but Nobody can guess such a Jewel (RC Harbin) is hidden in this Far away city. I highly recommend RC with no hesitation.

We just returned from an outstanding 5-night stay (Jan 12-16, 2025) at the Ritz Carlton Harbin. This hotel sets the gold standard for luxury and service in Harbin. Highlights: 1. Exceptional staff: Friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. 2. Personal touch: Rohit Chand, the guest relations manager, provided attentive service from pre-arrival to checkout. 3. Modern and immaculate facilities. 4. Diverse dining options: Main restaurant offered an excellent variety of Western and Chinese cuisine. 5. Convenient location for Ice and Snow Festival and winter activities. 6. Reliable hotel transport, though drivers primarily speak Mandarin. The attention to detail and personalized service made this one of our best hotel experiences. Perfect for both Western and Chinese guests. Highly recommend for a luxurious winter getaway in Harbin. Tip for non-Mandarin speakers: Consider arranging translation services for smoother communication with drivers.

The Ritz Carlton Harbin is a world class hotel with incredible views. The hotel occupies the upper floors of a high rise overlooking the river and the city. Both of the two restaurants had excellent food and service. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet each morning. The concierge staff were essential to helping us get around the city. Most did not speak English, but Rohit was knowledgeable and helpful in everything from reservations to ATMs to Alipay.

It helps that the hotel is new but there are many new hotels in China. What made the stay here remarkable were the wonderful staff. The room attendant (I was in 4617, sorry I don't know her name. Ms. Son perhaps?) changed my pillow without asking as she could see I was struggling with the fluffy ones. Extra-extra water appeared also unasked, very appreciated in such a dry climate. Andy on the Ground Floor reception desk found hats we could borrow for the duration of our stay for my wife and I as he noticed we were poorly prepared for the weather, the next day gave us an enthusiastic guide to where to shop and eat around Saint Sophia's Cathedral. Rohit, again on the Ground Floor took time to share his unique perspectives on the city as an outsider. At breakfast another staff member (the name escapes me, a gentleman from from Hefei) also took time to not just mechanically ask if 'everything was alright' but then engage us in his perspective of the city with recommendations for things to do when the weather was kinder. Jarvis, again at breakfast, noticed coffee and tea when half empty and actually appeared to enjoy filling us up. And so it went on. We were here for four nights and I've only been able to remember a few names and interactions but front desk staff were informed and helpful, our taxi to the airport was arranged in minutes and overall the staff gave off a professional and engaged vibe you don't get in many of the other better hotels in China where you feel staff are drilled hard but not having much fun. What makes all this even more remarkable is that the hotel seemed super busy and I could see we were not being singled out for special treatment. Congratulations to all for delivering what so many hotels promise but so few deliver, a home away from home feel in a glorious property. Naturally, we'll be back!

Not so accessible to the downtown tourist attractions like central street but if you enjoy a nice walk by the river like me then it's not a big matter...the hotel is very helpful in getting transport for you too

Excellent breakfast and dinner (Thursday to Monday dinner main dining area), both are buffet style. Excellent service, always attentive to guests needs. We had to depart the hotel at 5.00am for an airport connection, and were given a takeaway breakfast, both hot and cold option in the package...excellent.

Our recent 5 nights stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was made memorable by the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the team. Rohit deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. He not only ensured we were assigned the room we requested, arranged a beautiful birthday cake for my partner, and surprised us with thoughtful gifts, but he also went above and beyond when we encountered a challenge purchasing medication. Upon learning that I was unwell and unable to make a purchase due to not having a China number, Rohit immediately offered his personal number to assist us, showcasing true care and dedication. The housekeeping lady also deserves praise for her meticulous work in keeping our room spotless and her cheerful greetings in the corridor, which added a warm touch to our stay. However, there was a disappointing moment with the front desk staff when we initially requested assistance with purchasing medication. Instead of offering to help or finding a solution, we were advised to walk a kilometer to the nearest pharmacy. This lack of flexibility and support from the front desk was unexpected and inconsistent with the otherwise impeccable service provided by other staff. Despite this issue, our stay was exceptional. We look forward to seeing continued improvements to ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience.

We knew it was going to be memorable as we heard great things about the hotel but really, it was the staff who made the entire experience magical. We loved the warm welcome from the effervescent GM Ksenia Novikova and her wonderful team (Rohit, Echo, Alvin deserve special shout-outs.) Appreciated the kind offers for the room upgrade (that view of the river and the Ice/Snow Festival is spectacular!) and the Club Lounge experience is among the best out of all the other Ritz-Carlton Club Lounges in the world. Would highly recommend and return again.

The Ritz Carlton Harbin lived up to all our expectations!!! Not an easy feat! Excellent rooms… excellent staff….stunning views….. great breakfast! Peter , F and B manager , and chef Dean deserve special mention for making our last breakfast there a memorable one! This has got to be the best place to stay in Harbin!!!

Excellent location with easy access to all locations of interest

The hotel damaged our bag and refused to refund. They claimed they saw on cctv that it was already damaged but never even asked which luggage was damaged and refused to share the footage. They promised a suite upgrade at Ritz Carlton which was rejected when it was requested as it wasn’t in Harbin.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin, was nothing short of exceptional. Every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations, but what truly stood out was the warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful service we received throughout our stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the Guest Experience Manager, Rohit, went above and beyond to make this occasion unforgettable. From upgrading us to a room with breathtaking panoramic views of the frozen river, to allowing an early check-in after our morning flight and a late check-out before our departure, every detail was handled with care and consideration. His personal touch made us feel truly special. Special recognition also goes to Amy and Hunter, who, along with the rest of the staff, provided exceptional service. The entire team exuded warmth and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and valued at every moment. The culinary offerings were another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets featured an impressive variety of dishes, all prepared to the highest quality standards. It was a true delight to indulge in such a feast, perfectly complementing the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. Every element of our stay—from the beautifully appointed room to the impeccable service—came together to create an extraordinary experience that we will cherish forever. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Harbin for 5 days this December. We came knowing that the Ice Festival would not be open yet, but we were still hoping to see some unfinished ice sculptures maybe being constructed around town as this was the case in Sapporo when we were there. Disappointed not to see any ice sculptures around, the stay at the Ritz more than made up for it. Firstly, the room, hotel facilities, amenities, and food were all first class. We were upgraded to a corner room with an absolutely insane view of the frozen river and the site to where the Ice Festival would be held. I’m certain this view would even be better during the festival. The room itself was spacious and very well thought out. We used the gym and the pool during our stay, and it was great having a 25 meter lap pool all to myself. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi are also free to use as a staying guest as this was attached to the pool lockers. We also dined in all the hotel’s restaurants and the food was very good and consistent. Now the location. The hotel is a little bit further from the center of the city, maybe a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away, but with the ease of using the Didi app, it is still quite convenient to get around. Also, the hotel’s concierge on the ground floor will gladly help you arrange transportation. More about the concierge later. The service was overall very good but with a few hiccups due to lapses in communication, I guess. We opted to get a Club Room and there were just a few instances when staff were unsure about our club benefits. If you don’t speak any Chinese, I would imagine that communication would be a bit of an issue as well. I was having a hard time already as my Chinese is quite basic. Now, with all that aside, the absolute highlight of our stay would be how we were royally treated by the head concierge, Rohit. He is a star. Our needs were anticipated even before asking and his service and attention to detail were second to none. Even before our arrival, our communication was seamless and welcome gifts and treats were always in our room whenever we came back from the freezing cold. In all my years of travelling, this was one of the best personalized services I have had. Lastly, the Club experience. This one I would highly recommend, as they offer the best club benefits from my experience. With 5 different dining services during the course of the day, you will never go hungry or thirsty. I’m not sure if this was only during our stay or this is standard, but if it is offered, I would definitely suggest to get the club room. Overall, our experience at the Ritz was epic. We are already planning our trip back to Harbin, but this time to make sure we arrive for the Ice Festival, and I’m not even going to look at any other hotel to stay in.

Excellent hotel, great luxury, the best hotel in Harbin by far. The staff is very dedicated and the details are taken care of to the maximum. The location is fantastic and it has the best views of the city. Even the food has improved since the last time I was there. The rooms are very neat and clean.

Very very perfect experience and good memories during the stay in Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. My top recommendation hotel is here if you want visit Harbin while expects very good quality. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024. Thanks again for the great team of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin.

Everything. Most of all the service was warm, attentive and giving. Especially Rohit the guest Experience Manager. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he made sure and this was an unforgettable experience. From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.

Facilities is the great. Service is 5 star plus. They have English speaking manager. Hotel pick up is good.

The staff and service is the best hotel experience I have ever had! They pay attention to every detail and make your stay personalized to all these little things catered to you from check-in to the doorman to the spa and room attendant. Hotels can be designed gorgeous, and the amenities in this accommodation is 7 stars, but it really comes down to how it is operated and I have never met such an incredible staff and service. Highly recommend!

The property is new and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is very good. It has very good view of the songhua river, the concierge is very active to help you with exploring the areas in the town and recommend local activities. Looking forward to return soon.

Stayed 2 nights as part of tour on floor 39. Good view of river if you get lower room numbers such as 3901, 3902 etc va 3910 etc. WiFi not the best and comparable to other maintain hotels. Well kept facility and good sized rooms. Good housekeeping. Breakfast on 59th which is lobby floor has decent selection. Walked outside. It doesn’t seem to have much nearby. There’s a mall with almost all stores saying opening soon but seemed like they never opened. Starbucks in mall. No supermarket or other shopping nearby. Facility is recommended for a quiet stay.

Breakfast selection was small and food quality was under par. The cleaning lady was nice and attentive but the front desk staff didn’t do a good job explaining hotel facilities and services.

The layout and facilities room and bathroom. Japanese style toilet with smart functions. Nice view from 44 floor, as well as from restaurant 54 floor.

Hotel reception, floor 54, rooms on floor underneath. To enter/exit hotel, first you need to go up to 54, change elevator to rooms/ground floor, which makes sense, out of security, but is not handy. There is only 1 restaurant, for light eaters buffet is quite expensive, on the other hand all drinks, also champagne, are included.

Our family enjoyed 7-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. Front desk manager Andy was super nice, helpful and informative, recommended lots of good restaurants and site-seeing places. Head Chief Emily and Restaurant manager Sunny were very caring, and looked after all our needs; restaurant intern Mary and Javis were working very hard and always with smiles. House keeping Yuanyuan Liang did great job in cleaning our rooms. We appreciate all their care and attention. We would return to The Ritz-Carlton Harbin for our next Harbin visit.
