The breakfast there were so many tables left with dirty plates and the staff were too slow to clean them - making seating option limited. The portion of ice cream was minature. The bar in the lobby was not always staffed so staff were running up and down.

Un hotel precioso, con unas habitaciones excelentes, piscinas espectaculares y un nivel de limpieza muy bueno. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y el desayuno, sencillamente inmejorable, con mucha variedad y calidad.

Sin embargo, para un hotel de 5 estrellas hay algunos detalles que deberían cuidarse más. Los sillones de la recepción necesitaban una limpieza más profunda y los uniformes del personal de recepción no estaban en las mejores condiciones. También echamos en falta un trato más amable y acogedor. Llegamos alrededor de las 6:00 de la mañana para hacer el check-in y el recibimiento no estuvo a la altura de la categoría del hotel. En general, un hotel con unas instalaciones excelentes y mucho potencial, pero donde el servicio y ciertos detalles de mantenimiento deberían estar más cuidados para ofrecer una experiencia realmente buena.

В отеле понравилрсь абсолютно всё. Прекрасный чистый пляж, не втекают никие речки, вода прозрачная, песочек очень чистый. Завтрк в отеле очень разнообразный. Персонал очень внимательный, отзывчивый. Мы жили в вилле. Нам очень понравился номер. Уборка номера отличная.Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель.

Schönes großes Zimmer (Upgrade auf Villa bekommen), wunderschöner Strand, kostenloses WLAN. Roomservice sehr gut (sofern über Telefon erreichbar…).

Das Frühstück war ok, der Rest ist leider hinter den Erwartungen zurückgeblieben. Das Restaurant war abends leer, ein weiteres Restaurant hatte geschlossen und an der Poolbar und im Beach Club konnte man lange warten, bis man bedient wurde. Viel amerikanisches und europäisches Essen aber kaum asiatische Klassiker auf der Karte. Am Hauptpool und am Strand zu wenig Liegen (2 Klassen Gesellschaft: Mit und ohne Level-Status), in den anderen Bereichen keine Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen und z.T. Plastikmöbel. Kein offizieller Gehweg vom Strand zur Anlage. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und lies sich nicht ausstellen (nur über die Timerfunktion mit mindest 1 Stunde). Kein Shuttle nach Da Nangh und für vietnamesische Verhältnisse zu hohe Preise.

It’s my second time in this hotel and I’m absolutely in love with it. It’s perfect for its location, facilities and extremely friendly staff.

It wasn’t as clean as last year, and I was quite disappointed in it. Two times the housekeeping didn’t close the door to our room, and though luckily nothing disappeared, this is not something that can happen in a hotel of such a category.

В целом всё было нормально, хороший пляж, хорошие бассейны.

Так и не поняли в какое время у них уборка, бывало и в 3 дня приходили, номер не убран. Приходилось звонить и напоминать убираться и заполнить минибар

The building a little old. Lift to the building was spoilt on the 1st day after checkin. Took the stairs down from the room to the reception. Mattress a little too hard.

Todo estuvo muy bien

È una struttura sopra la media vietnamita. Direttamente su una spiaggia splendida con mare basso e pulito. Tipico resort internazionale (essendo una catena spagnola, i ristoranti servono prevalentemente specialità spagnole). Colazione eccellente.

Troppi pochi lettini, sia nelle piscine (2 quelle accessibili, le altre sono riservate alle camere adiacenti) che in spiaggia. Alle 10 di mattina tutto già occupato con gli asciugamani, tipo spiaggia libera. E non si può stare al mare senza ombrellone perché il sole è fortissimo. L'hotel è piuttosto distante da Danang e intorno non c'è nulla.

L’hotel n’est ni a Danang ni a Hoi An (mais il n’y a pas de resort a Danang) Il pourrait y avoir plus de lieu pour se poser le soir et prendre un verre.

Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái tại Melia Resort và đặc biệt hài lòng với villa The Level. Villa khá đẹp, rộng rãi, thiết kế thoáng và có sân hiên ngay trước cửa nên cảm giác rất riêng tư, dễ chịu. Điểm mình thích nhất là có 2 bể bơi ngay sát villa, rất tiện cho cả gia đình. Từ villa ra biển cũng rất gần, đi lại khá thuận tiện. Nhân viên tại resort nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp và hỗ trợ khách rất tốt. Gia đình mình có mẹ bị đau chân nên việc resort có xe điện đưa đón đi lại trong khuôn viên thực sự rất tiện và khiến kỳ nghỉ thoải mái hơn nhiều. Nhìn chung, mình rất hài lòng với dịch vụ, không gian và cách phục vụ tại Melia Resort. Một nơi phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng cùng gia đình, đặc biệt nếu muốn tìm một không gian đẹp, yên tĩnh và thuận tiện.

Mình khá hài lòng với không gian và dịch vụ tại Melia Resort, tuy nhiên có một số điểm mình nghĩ resort nên xem xét và cải thiện, đặc biệt vì đây là resort cao cấp. Villa The Level đẹp, rộng rãi, có sân hiên trước cửa và 2 bể bơi ngay sát villa. Ra biển cũng rất gần. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp và gia đình mình đặc biệt đánh giá cao dịch vụ xe điện đưa đón trong khuôn viên, vì mẹ mình bị đau chân nên việc này rất thuận tiện. Resort cũng có khá nhiều tiện ích dành cho trẻ em. Khu vực gần nhà hàng/phòng ăn có khu vui chơi với nhiều trò chơi, khá tiện cho gia đình có trẻ nhỏ, các bé có thể chơi trong lúc bố mẹ ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, có một số điểm mình chưa hài lòng. Khu vui chơi dành cho trẻ em khá nóng và không có điều hòa, chỉ có một chiếc quạt nên các bé chơi một lúc là rất nóng. Mình nghĩ resort nên đầu tư hệ thống điều hòa phù hợp cho khu vực này, nhất là với thời tiết nóng. Điều hòa trong villa cũng là một điểm trừ. Hệ thống điều hòa chung khá cũ, dù đã bật thêm quạt nhưng phòng vẫn không thực sự mát. Khu vực phía sau, gần phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh cũng rất nóng vì điều hòa chung không thể làm mát tới. Với tiêu chuẩn của một resort cao cấp, mình nghĩ nên xem xét đầu tư hệ thống điều hòa mới, mát hơn và có điều hòa riêng cho từng khu vực. Ngoài ra, việc kiểm tra và bảo trì khu vực đi lại cũng cần được chú ý hơn. Một số viên gạch/đá lát sân đường bị bật lên nhưng chưa được xử lý. Mẹ mình không may đã bị trật chân do một viên đá bị hỏng ngay khu vực check-in. Đây là vấn đề khá đáng tiếc và mình hy vọng resort sẽ kiểm tra thường xuyên hơn để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách, đặc biệt là người lớn tuổi và trẻ nhỏ. Nhìn chung, Melia có không gian đẹp, nhiều tiện ích cho gia đình, vị trí thuận tiện và đội ngũ nhân viên rất tốt. Nếu resort cải thiện những vấn đề trên, đặc biệt là hệ thống điều hòa và việc kiểm tra an toàn các khu vực chung, trải nghiệm của khách sẽ hoàn thiện hơn rất nhiều.

- Schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Toller Strand, sehr ruhig und links und rechts erstmal keine anderen Resorts. - Schöne, gepflegte Grünanlage - großes 2 Bedroom-Apartment - the Level hat sich sehr gelohnt. Ruhiger, angenehmer extra Pool, üppiger Afternoon-Tea, Getränke in der Lobby und schneller Check-In

- Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei einem der Kinderpools bspw. war die Kinderrutsche gesperrt, da zahlreiche Fliesen aus dem Pool, die sich abgelöst hatten, darauf lagen. - wir hatten in anderen 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels unserer Reise einen deutlich besseren Service und netteres Personal - Housekeeping ebenfalls kein 5*-Niveau. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Boden sandig und voller Haare. Zudem wurde öfters erst nachmittags, einmal sogar erst auf Nachfrage gereinigt. - die Schiebetüren zu unseren beiden Terrassen ließen sich nicht komplett abschließen, ein Spalt blieb. Dadurch hatten wir auch diverse „Haustiere“ in unseren Zimmern.

The grounds were beautiful and our accommodation was very close the beach . The staff were all friendly and helpful

We stayed at The Level and were disappointed with the cleanliness and standard of finishing in our suite on arrival and throughout our stay. It was not what we were expecting given the price paid. We also found the lack of available sun loungers at The Level swimming pool and on the beach extremely frustrating. Throughout our stay we were unable to access this when we wanted to. There should be a better system to stop people reserving the sun loungers with towels but not using them.

今回、レベル棟に宿泊しましたが、14時から16時までアフタヌーンティーがついてるのと16時までレイトチェックアウトができたのも良かった。30分だけスパの サウナが使えました。エッグベネディクトやソルトコーヒーも朝食で食べれました。インフィニティープール とプライベートビーチがあるのも良かったです。

シャワーの水圧が弱いのと、虫がいたことと従業員のホスピタリティーはまたまだ伸び代があると思いました。

The level room was big and comfortable

The environment is not inspiring, Danang centre quite far away, too many people in the hotel so breakfast was super hectic and there were not sufficient sun loungers, also not at the level pools. Place needs better management, refurbishment of rooms and facilities. No activities organised, nothing to do in the evenings. Price vs quality not in balance.

Bij top drukte zijn er te weinig bedden aan het zwembad en aan het strand. Verder is het een wat saai hotel, er wordt niets georganiseerd voor de gasten. We wisten dat het hotel op afstand van het centrum lag, met Grab was je toch al snel een half uur onderweg.

A very big resort. Lots of choices at breakfast buffet. Staff were as accomodating as possible when it came to complaints but they are set up to fail with false advertising.

Firstly, the photos show a full playground and bigger kids facility than what was on offer. This is photoshopped/AI which is incredibly misleading. The slide in the kids pool was out of action. As mentioned in other reviews, there is never enough lounges by the pool. This is such a simple fix and with so many other reviews, why not just buy more? The location is not great which isn’t the resorts fault. We knew we were out of main town when we first booked but we didn’t quite realise how far away we were from ANYTHING. every meal, spa, shop required a taxi ride. If our kids were older this may not have bothered us but as a family with a 3 and 1 year old, these were deal breakers and made our stay less enjoyable.

Es un bonito resort, la comida deliciosa. Algunas áreas del hotel sobretodo donde están las habitaciones estándar se ve un poco descuidado, y el baño se inunda, creo que es un problema de construcción, no se si sea de todo el hotel o solo esa área. Así que deben abrir poco la llave. La cama muy cómoda. Lindos jardines.

Not their problem but if you want to be in the beating heart of Da Nang, this is a decent trip.

We stayed for 8 nights and let me start with the good points: The level villas are lovely and are set up nicely with a pretty cool outdoor shower and in-door bath tub. The staff we encountered from the pool, the breakfast room, the afternoon tea and dinner were all without exception amazing, they work so hard and really care about the guests. Now let me cover the less good bits: The pool bed situation is poor, there are not enough beds in the Level areas and the main/infinity pools are very busy. Some enforcement of the 1hr rule at the Level pool would help. Breakfast is an absolute shambles, some days we waited 30 mins for an omelette and the main buffet is like a school canteen. There is nothing 5 star about this. Let me be clear the staff at breakfast are wonderful but the hotel is making their job impossible. Lastly let me address the number of somewhat rude guests from a country which is at war with Ukraine staying here. They are exceptionally rude to the staff and have little regard for other guests. It’s a shame as this could be a truly wonderful hotel.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing vacation at the Melia Danang, but this place was a massive disappointment from start to finish. If you’re a vegetarian, do yourself a favor and just stay away. There was barely anything we could eat, and when we asked the staff for some help or alternatives, they couldn't have cared less. Their only solution was to tell us to order room service, which was honestly insulting because we checked the menu and the only vegetarian options they had were french fries and fried rice. Not exactly what you expect from a resort charging these prices. On top of the food issues, the atmosphere was just awful. We were hoping for a quiet, intimate vibe, but the hotel is incredibly crowded and insanely noisy. There were constant business conferences, huge events, and kids screaming everywhere. It felt more like a busy train station than a relaxing getaway, and there was nowhere to just sit and enjoy some peace. But honestly, the worst part was the service. The staff is completely unhelpful and inflexible across the board, even with the most basic things. At one point, we urgently needed to use a computer for literally just a few minutes for a small personal matter, and they just gave us a cold, flat-out no. Zero effort to help or show any basic hospitality. The photos online look great, but the reality is a loud and crowded hotel with staff that just doesn't care. We definitely won't be back.

Если ты живешь в уровне level все прекрасно , сервис, преимущества. Но как только ты переселяешься на уровень ниже, все посредственно. Особенно хочу поблагодарить на ресепшене парня Rayan. В номерах чисто и свежо. Частный пляж у отеля, очень удобно.

Бассейн без тени . Лежаков не хватает, что раздражает очень сильно! Некоторые девушки на ресепшене недоброжелательны. Не знают англ., хотели приписать оплату за минибар, хотя по категории за номер оно было бесплатным. Пришлось показывать доказательства, что не очень приятно. Не было вообще никаких Активити, даже музыки.

Hotel podzielony jest na część główną z pokojami oraz domki, my byliśmy w domku na 1 piętrze. Pokój bardzo duży, z ogromną łazienką i prysznicem pod chmurką. Pokój czysty ale jak to w Wietnamie, ściany do odmalowania, obrazki na ścianach do wyczyszczenia itp. basen przy domku duży i mało leżaków co jest n plus bo nie ma tłoku w basenie. piękna plaża przy hotelu z ratownikami. Dobre śniadania ale tłok na stołówce, za to między 14 a 16 jest mini lunch za darmo - piwo, wino i jedzenie.

Pools and beach are wonderful, with an easy access. Breakfast buffet is huge, with a wide offer of asian and occidental food. Family villas are spacious, well equipped, with a shower outdoor which is quite nice.

Staff is professional, but lacks the friendliness which adds warmth to your stay. The resort is huge, so it may feel impersonal for who is looking for a more intimate or exclusive experience.

Good location, nice pools and beach area, and staff genuinely making an effort to be nice and help out.

Room service lacked basic quality on multiple occasions, competency of staff to perform basic activities, food and drinks quality not up to the mark, inadequate ability to understand basic English and help out, poor quality of gym, games area lacked basic cooling in the super hot summer heat.

The check in was smooth and easy. The beach was nice though not the cleanest (cigarette buttes in the sand). There were life guards on duty which was very good as the water was a bit rough (we enjoyed the waves). There were 3 pools, but not enough deck chairs for all the guests. All the drinks and food were over priced (and that’s saying something for Vietnam). The dinner buffet was mediocre- we are vegetarian and the options were sparse (salad, a vegetable soup and a couple rice dishes) and it wasn’t cheap. We also waited for about 20 minutes for the bill. We reserved an extra bed for my son, but had to ask them to have them bring it to the room. It took a while for them to figure out what to do and it took a while for them to bring it to the room so we couldn’t go to sleep. The staff was nice, but I don’t recommend staying here.

1) на все твои просьбы персонал реагирует либо никак либо агрессивно что очень удивительно поскольку мы ночевали в 3-х отелях в Дананге и везде к нам такого отношения не было. 2) по приезду комната была не совсем готова по чистоте 3) вам не будут менять или предоставлять щетку ежедневную уборку до момента пока вы не поругаетесь на ресепшне и что удивительно на наше возражение «почему мы потратили час времени на разбирательства вместо того чтобы отдыхать»? Он нам ответил «ну а чего вы тратите время идите отдыхайте на этом мы поняли что уже даже подходить не хотим если даже администратор разговаривает в таком тоне (высокий в очках) 4) единственное на одну ночь нас переселили в другой номер с балконом но при всем при этом пока мы собирались в эту комнату довольно агрессивно себя вел персонал по отношению к нам 5) нас на баре обсчитали на 10.000 донгов да это не много и это не ошибка и в целом не приятна ситуация. Мы каждый день заказывали 2 ананасового сока выходило к оплате 192.000 нам в один из дней продали 202.000 и перед продажей кассир что то сказал парням они громко все засмеялись, далее он со словами спасибо что помогаете нам (на Английскиом ) кивнул головой и все снова засмеялись 6) единственная. Это администратор женщина которая вышла к нам и посодействовала. На этом весь «5-звездочный» отель заканчивается 7) второй ключи мы просили полторы дня 8) мы попросили отель постирать вещи так они его не забирали часа 3 где то в итоге мы отнесли его сами на ресепшн а на утро нам с 9:00 позвонили чтобы мы оплатили, принесли письмо в дверь далее снова звонок в комнату оплатите мы не можем выдать вам ваши вещи! 🤦🏻‍♂️ я очень надеюсь что это случилось исключительно с нами потому что возвращаться а тем более рекомендовать не будем. Более того кто полетит мы будем им точно говорить не заселяться в ваш отель. Поскольку такое произошло с нами. Город Дананг прекрасен ❤️но весь минус был ваш отель

Very clean hotel, lovely room, one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast selection was fantastic. Pool and beach were beautiful, service excellent.

Unfortunately there is nothing outside of the hotel, the road outside is dangerous to cross, so if you want to eat out of the hotel you need to get a taxi. Although this is easy with Grab app and isn’t expensive. There are a very limited a sun beds around the pool, approx 20-25 at each pool, no where near enough for the number of guests. Guests had to resort to sitting on the grass with no shade, this is not good enough for a 5 star resort. Also found no atmosphere at the 1 evening restaurant, although the food was very good, just needs some background music.

Our family room was spacious, and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The pools were large, and the beachfront location was lovely. Breakfast was a little repetitive, but there was plenty of choice and the food was tasty.

Check-in was poor, with no greeting and little organisation. A few members of staff were always pleasant, but many were not particularly friendly. Breakfast was extremely busy, noisy and uncomfortably hot. Service around the pool was slow, and there were not enough loungers, especially as some guests reserved them before going for breakfast. The charges for children’s pool floats were also quite expensive, while the gym and children’s playroom were both very small.

The pictures are deceptive, the hotel is in need of some investment. There aren't enough sun loungers by the pools, breakfast is packed every morning, the gym equipment is old and rusty and guest services are completely unresponsive. Poolside F&B is poor and the menu has almost nothing healthy to offer. All a bit of a shame as the location on the beach and proximity to Danang is great.

We went supposed to stay 6 nights, just wanted a luxury experience in-between cities and the hussual of Asia . We ended up leaving after 3, everything was hard work and not at all 5* even for Asian standards. Before I go on, I just want to say the young( probably low paid ) staff couldn't work any harder, and this isn't a reflection on them. Arrived at the hotel and the room key wasnt working, it's 1am we've taken two planes from Japan , after working all day and have been up nearly 24 hours. We both travel for work and stay in lots of hotels, various stars and just wanted a really special break Asked for another room as they had to get the engineer to fix the door , no rooms. Scratched off the room number on the card to find a different room number. Clearly put late check in meant that our room was given away. So we ended up in a "level " room with no working door next to the service road. Towels - I'm not sure why you only get one towel , so I had to pay dry my hair with a small hand towel. I asked to chat to a manager, he was asleep. The next day we were offered 2mil ( about £50) compensation, so I suppose they tried. However the start wasn't great. Breakfast - horrific ! Food was ok but there's about 400 people grabbing food and literally no order. The chaos was overwhelming, like a 2* all you can eat buffet from a cheap resort in Spain. As a level member we got to sit in a specific area, but what that meant was next to the busy kids play area ! No thanks . Opted to sit outside away from the chaos. The waitress took orders from us as we were Level members. She was lovely, however the food took 40 min and was canape size at best. Swimming pools aren't managed well and there was 40 level suits around our pool ( so 80 people min ) and 12 - yes 12 !!! Sunbeds ! So on the second day we couldn't get a sunbed at all across any pool or beach, not what you expect from 5* ! They also didn't manage the sunbed hoggers , I'm sorry I know it's a European thing, but it's selfish and should be managed. The lack of sunbeds didn't help and noone checked if people were allowed in the "exclusive area" as noone asked Pool food wasn't available on the second day either, not sure why, but again lacked 5* . The pool bar service worked on who shouts loudest gets served first . We ended up Grab eating and picking it up at reception! Otherwise told we had to get room service to our room and eat there or at the restaurant, we didn't want either. Each morning we were woken up by loud workers on the service road, and there was a large stage getting built, so around 7am we could hear scaffolding and trussle getting moved by chatty workmen. ( Seemed to be a corporate event stage , along with the loudest people ever) We were also made to listen to the gardener cut the same piece of grass all day, we get maintenance but this wasn't , it was noise pollution for the entire day , when we just paid for peace . The restaurant in a night didn't have half the menu, again not the servers fault, but it didn't make it easy to pick or serve us. We were on our 3rd or 4th choice by the time we ate ( nothing came together either, typical of Asia but felt it wasnt the 5* you pay for) Happy hour lounge ..... Joke ..... Enough said . Very few choices of literally a couple of cans of beer, two bottles of wine and a few jars of cookies ( which didn't go with the beer or wine ) The level 5* concept as a whole was pointless, we paid a significant amount more and got very little from it. The place fell short of 5* and possibly it's a 3* at best . A lot of these things might sound petty, but put them all together and paid to have to tolerate them, suddenly it's a really poor experience. I actually think a lot of the reviews making it look good are fake .

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Meliá Danang Beach Resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire visit. The Level Club experience was a standout highlight. The exclusive lounge access, personalized service, and added perks truly elevated our stay. Check-in was smooth and private, and the Level staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our room was amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with stunning views that made waking up each morning a delight. The attention to detail and amenities was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food across the resort was top quality. Breakfast offered a wide variety of international and Vietnamese dishes, all fresh and delicious. The Banh Mi at breakfast was a family favourite. We also enjoyed meals at the resort’s restaurants, particularly the beachfront restaurant, which offered incredible views, excellent service, and beautifully presented, tasty dishes. The pools were sensational — multiple options including dedicated Level pools. The main infinity pool and the beachfront pool areas were perfect for unwinding. The private beach was another highlight, with wide, clean sands, comfortable loungers, and calm waters ideal for morning walks or lazy afternoons. Overall, Meliá Danang Beach Resort delivered a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable experience. The combination of amazing rooms, top-tier food, stunning pools and beach, and the exceptionally friendly staff made this one of our best resort stays. We would highly recommend it, especially with The Level upgrade, and we can’t wait to return.

Never again! Poor facilities, not enough sunloungers and slow service. Too exepensive, not worth the money

The room was not clean at all. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and the overall housekeeping was very poor. When the room was cleaned, it wasn’t cleaned properly—the tables were simply wiped around, and a food stain remained there throughout our stay. The standard of cleanliness was very disappointing.
