The breakfast was perfect as always. This was my 3rd stay here & my boyfriend's 1st he loved it . The location is brilliant as only a short walk into town. The owner are so lovely and the place it's self is beautiful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

5 minute walk from the Harbour and town centre and various restaurants and cafes, room was nice and quiet, didn’t have breakfast but smelt good each morning 😁

Only criticism (and not a complaint)was bed was a little hard compared to home. Can’t complain about anything else, facilities and location was great

Beautiful guest house, perfect Location, host friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I’ve stayed at many all over the bay and this one comes out at the top

Sehr angenehm empfanden wir den Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Zimmer war groß, hell und komfortabel. Die Badewanne wussten wir besonders zu schätzen. Das Frühstück war vortrefflich. Angenehm empfanden wir auch die freundliche, unaufdringliche Art des Betreibers.. der Hafen war zu Fuß schnell und problemlos zu erreichen.

Parking was abit of a nightmare,it is provided but nightmare to get in.Even though room was cleaned didn't always fill stuff.Also don't think it's right to charge extra for clean towels etc. Shower over bath,very hard to get into,and water very slow and changing heat

Total nette Gastgeber, sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde jeden Morgen ein frisches Frühstück serviert (English Breakfast, eggs, bacon….) mit einer weiteren Müsliecke, frischen Früchten und Kaffee. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber und bedacht eingerichtet und die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen - nah an vielen guten Restaurants Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good location, just up from the harbour, but not too far. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The Free parking was great and the fresh milk from the fridge on the landing was great for my tea.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the bed was unusually placed in the window, which I thought would be a problem. In the end, I slept very well. Which is the main point. It also meant I could drink my morning cuppa in bed looking at the harbour and sea beyond :)

This place is so clean. The breakfast is amazing value for money. The owner is so welcoming and friendly. We use this place each rime we visit torquay.

Room was small and outdated, next to back door of property. The room smelt of strong spice too.

Spotlessly clean place, a friendly welcome. A short stroll down to the beach and nightlife. Selection of items like water, tea, coffee, biscuits etc and fresh milk available. Super good value price. 10/10 recommended!

Trotz Haustierfilter wurde mir das Hotel angezeigt. Wir wurden dann abends um 20:00 mit Kind und Hund weg geschickt und das Hotel storniert die Buchung nicht, sodass sie die 73€ für sich behalten, ohne dafür eine Leistung erbracht zu haben. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Auf E-Mail wird nicht geantwortet.

We have just returned from a 3 night break at Harbour Heights, and we were very pleased with our stay. Our room (4) was a decent size with a king sized bed overlooking gardens/park to the front of the property. We went in a heatwave so had the windows open at night and I guess because it was a Victorian era building it stayed relatively cool. Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of cereals, white or brown toast and jams, a full English, yoghurts (didnt try), fruit and pastries. Coffee was good as was the OJ. Location is great, 5 mins from the front but not too close to be noisy. We used the parking permit the hotelier provided as parking can be tricky even though we stayed Monday to Thursday. Weekends I imagine it would be worse near the seafront. The permit covers a council car park a 50m walk up a slope behind the hotel but also works in other Torbay council car parks. So that's it really...comfortable, clean, decent food, good location. No complaints at all. Oh and it's right next door to the museum if you are so inclined.

Parking could be tricky at weekends in high season I would imagine, but we stayed Monday to Thursday so it wasnt too bad. That's speculation though, so YMMV.

Nicest cleanest hotel I've stayed in and the owner was friendly and keeps his hotel top notch and the shower was really hot not like some hotels Will definitely be staying there again.

Top Lage, sehr Nahe dem Hafen und der Fußgänger Zone. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam, wir durften unser Gepäck und Auto bereits am Vormittag abstellen.

A warm welcome from a very pleasant host. Everything appeared to be brand new or very well cared for. A good English Breakfast. Great location for town and a very close to a bus stop to avoid the hill.

All good for me but I didn’t see fresh bread and cheese for a continental breakfast. Perhaps could have been requested.

The room was lovely & clean. The bathroom was sparkling. There was always tea, coffee & milk for the morning. The owner was really friendly and helpful The location was within walking distance from the town. The prices per night are reasonable. It was a nice quiet area too. I would definitely recommend.

Friday to Monday stay. Everything was how it should be. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful from arriving. Parked up then they helped with our cases.

The breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereals, juice and yogurts. The full English breakfast was perfectly cooked. The location of Harbour Heights was very convenient for the town and harbour area.

This place is a little gem , it was everything and more . The location was spot on , the room was lovely with everything you need for a few days away . The owner was a lovely gentleman who was always on hand to help . Will definitely be returning to The Harbour Heights

Honestly not there wasnt a single thing to dislike.

Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable.

Only "complaint" was that they provided two dining chairs to sit on which were not suitable for sitting on to read or watch tv.

everything! i told the host that i thought he should increase his prices! great room ,bed was fab, pillows nice,bathroom,large very clean, its an older property but so clean and attention to detail was beyond expectations .breakfast was full english+toast+fruit+yogurt+oj+tea(i didnt manage all).i honestly dont think you could find better?premier inn?not even close for the money,and nearly half the price!! only stayed for the night but i will be back,you set a very high standard.many thanks. fyi-i never ever bother with reviews-kind regards-kevin.

We have had a lovely stay as always. A very warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious as always. We will be back next year, Chris is a great host and very helpful.

There was nothing we did not like

Our host Krishna was very kind and helpful during our stay, he made us a fantastic breakfast just the way we preferred. The room was nice and clean and we had a lovely view from our window onto the nearby park. The property is only 10 minutes walk to the centre so we didn’t need to use our car to get by, as parking can be a bit tricky in the area.

Unfortunately the weather was a bit rainy, but we still enjoyed ourselves very much. :-)

Gorgeous guest house with exceptionally warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Lovely comfortable and clean room with great view of the gardens. Really loved our stay and will definitely come back here

Good location close to shops and harbour. Rooms are small but clean and well ventilated. There's option to buy a breakfast if is needed. Fridge available for guests to keep own food what's a huge advantage in the summer.

There's unexplained issue with hot water, running well in the evening but if you'd like to take a shower during the day could be tricky. House is located on the main road, so could be noisy in the early morning due to traffic on the street. Parking for guests is free but not enough bays are available. I had to leave my car next to the house where owner is drying laundry beaning blocked by another car.

The proprietor was very helpful and hospitable, and we were in a great location. Everything was beautifully clean and new-looking. I liked that we were able to personalise our breakfast somewhat as my partner hates baked beans!
