スタッフの方が皆感じ良くて親切。 朝ごはんがとても美味しい😋 温泉があるって素晴らしい👍 本のセレクトが好き📚 リビングの空間の照明、お庭が綺麗で落ち着けて良かったです！

とにかく清潔感があった。 元々旅館だったからか中庭があったりと心落ち着く雰囲気が至る所にあった。

洋服掛けとハンガーができれば4本くらい欲しかった。

We stayed here on our way from Izu beaches to Haneda aiport so that we could rent bikes and explore. We arrived early, checked our bags and rented bikes from the hotel. We rode along some waterways, could see Mt. Fuji in the distance and stopped at stores for snacks. Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good and our room was very cute (we had the quad room downstairs) I don't think they opened the evening drinks but maybe we just missed it. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

サイトで見つけ、グーグルマップで現地を確認して、あまり期待していなかったが、リーズナブルだったので、宿泊決定！ 行ってみると、なんと、お部屋は広くて快適！温泉も最高です。何より清潔感あふれていて、感動しました。 スタッフもとても親切で、常に笑顔で対応してくださり、とても良かったです。

良くなかった点は探しても見つかりません。 敷地内駐車場がないのが残念ですが、歩いて2分の距離に案内していただきました。

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They definitely did the best they could under the circumstances. Bicycle rental was a good experience. We rented regular bicycles, including children sizes. Quiet area. Rooms were spacious.

For a property calling itself a 'resort,' the facilities didn't match the label — paper cups by the basin, rough toilet paper, and public baths with noisy old pipes and outdated. The public bath was very noisy from the plumbing and through clean, some tiles were broken. There was a japanese garden in the window with not a single plant. so just small stones. There are no curtains in the rooms, so expect to wake up with the sunrise. The location is quiet in theory, but the cicadas were loud. The town itself was dull and not worth visiting — had I known, I wouldn't have booked here.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

部屋の清潔感や照明がよかった 洗面室は綺麗にリフォームされていて使いやすかった 大きめの洗面台やカウンター、便器もキレイでした 備品も十分に用意されていた 風呂は掛け流しできれいな湯 シャワーの水圧も強く満足しました 濡れたタオルを持ち帰らなくていいのは助かりました スタッフの対応や動きも丁寧でした フリードリンクはありがたいです 朝食は種類が十分でおいしかった 特にベーコンと黒糖パンが気に入りました

部屋の入り口が狭くドアが内開きなため靴が置けない 廊下の足音がよく聞こえてしまう 部屋の匂いがよくなかった 枕が固くて高い 洗面台の排水溝が閉まらずコンタクトを洗うのに怖かった 紙コップは何度も使えないのでダメでした 駐車場が遠く不便、チェックアウト後に雨に濡れました BSが観たかった

部屋も豪華、和室だったがベッドもあって和と洋の良いとこ取り。ベッドはフカフカ。 トイレもめちゃ綺麗でウォシュレットも付いてる。 ドアのロックも番号式なので鍵を持ち歩いたりする手間が無く、無くしたりしないのですごく良かった。 駐車場もあり、車でいける。 駐車場の目印がデカいサボテンで分かりやすかった。 大浴場も時間帯がよかったのか人がいなく、快適に入れた。 そしてシャワーの水圧が強いが痛くなく最高だった。 お風呂も広い。 朝食のクラムチャウダーおいしかった。 ビュッフェ式なので自分のお腹に合わせて食べれて良かった。 フリードリンクがすごいよかった。 フルーツ系のジュースが3種類ほど用意されてて嬉しかった。

施設の施錠時間が0時で、外にいて時間が過ぎると館内に入れなくなるらしいので、夜中に出歩く際は時間に注意しなければならない。 1時くらいまでならスタッフがいるらしいので電話すれば入れるとのこと。

ドミトリーの階段が使いづらいです。

お風呂ほぼ貸切でした！リーズナブルなのにお部屋も広くて綺麗でした。ドリンクバーのコーヒーもジュースも良かった！中庭の囲炉裏でマシュマロを焼きました。また来たい！

夜のお風呂はちょうどよかったのですが、朝風呂が熱すぎてつかれなかった。。 全部朝食付きのプランかと思っていたが私のは違ったらしい。わかりにくいかも。

Perfect place to stay for a cycling weekend in beautiful Izu. With onsite bikeshop, onsen, laundry, etc. it was the perfect spot. The rooms are very big and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful, and location is very good, easy reach from train (and they have a free shuttle), and with lots of good eateries, etc. just around the corner. You can also enjoy a cold beer around the campfire in their outdoor area in the evenings. Will definitely be back here again!

The breakfast was so-so. Would have preferred a more traditional Japanese style breakfast

Great place for bike riders. Let us use their bike tools and space to set up our bikes. Nice post ride Onsen and a lovely outdoor fireplace.

It looks very different to the photos, it’s an old onsen hotel and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, you can find something else with better value.

It’s very noisy where rooms are next to a busy road, you can’t sleep well. The only benefit we booked was for bike hires and found out it’s quite difficult to hire actually.

The property was amazing. It reminds me of a ski resort however for biking. It has great communal areas - onsen, outside fire for toasting marshmallows, a bar that runs from 8pm to 10pm. The rooms are also amazing. While I was here I learnt about a word in Japanese for wholeheartedly looking after guests - Omotenashi (おもてなし) and Kona Stay exemplifies this practice.

Easy bike rentals, excellent breakfast, good hot spring/bath facilities.

AC/heat in the dorm room was controllable by guests and someone once set the heat to 26 degrees Celsius which was way too warm.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Das Onzen warm und entspannend. Die Atmosphäre ist ist super. Wir wären gern noch eine Nacht länger geblieben.

Well set up for cycling. Nice shared spaces.

There were times when you could not access the kitchen (ie if you hadn’t bought a breakfast from the them but wanted to fix your own). Overall though it was a minor issue.

こじんまりとしたホテルでしたが、気配りが行き届いておりとても、満足しております。関西からは少し遠かったですが、うちの家族も母や妹家族も楽しく過ごせたと喜んでくれました。主人は、また来たいと言っておりました。中庭で焚き木あり、とても雰囲気のあるホテルでした。機会あればまた、よろしくお願いします。

お風呂のお湯が良かった 一階のサロンスペースが良かった 珈琲が美味しかった

朝食が美味しかったし、ドリンクがリビングで飲めるのが助かった。温泉は広々していて気持ちが良かった。ドミトリーに泊まったけれど、狭さはあまり感じなかった。何より夜の囲炉裏に風情を感じました。ドミトリーの一人旅でこのサービスは十分すぎる。

It has extreme great value in this price! I can get free drinks, hot water, onsen, and comfortable room here! And the front desk staff also friendly. And they provide luggage storage after checking-out, it is convenient to explore this place after checking out without lots of luggage.

A great place to stay in the Mishima area for a good price. They also have a nice small onsen, lounge area with free drinks, and even a place to exercise and stretch.

こちらのサイトで予約したため、めちゃくちゃお得で泊まれた。旅館をリノベーションということで和室の感じが残りつつ部屋も広くて快適で新しい綺麗な作りで清潔感があってよかった。 朝食は軽食だけど充実していてとても美味しかったし共有スペースもとても良かった。

お風呂が"共有バスルーム"が聞いたことがない内容で理解が出来なくて直接問い合わせることとなった。温泉がとても良い温泉だったけど、暖簾入ったら正面がすぐ着替えが丸見えなので少し気になった。不明なとき問い合わせメールで待つより急いでるときは直接電話したほうが早い。

プライバシーが守れる平面プランであったこと。

洗面所のカップがみすぼらしい紙コップであった事。 駐車場代金無料だと思ったら、料金を請求された。 それに駐車場までの距離があり雨の日は大変ですよ。 風呂場に時計も設置されてなく、不便‼️ 近隣の食事、休憩所等の情報誌が見難いし内容不足。 無愛想なカウンターレディであった‼️ クロスは破けて、ホコリもあり不清潔であった‼️

Sleeping pods were amazingly cozy, wonderful onsen on site, the rental bikes were in perfect condition, staff was very helpful, the fire pit with blankets in the courtyard was beautiful. This was an incredible place to stay.

The staff were so friendly! Especially with my 10-month old. It was hard for me to leave, they treated me as if I were family.

Es gab eine Getränketheke mit sowohl kühlen Säften als auch Heißgetränken. Wir haben in einem Schlafsaal übernachtet. Die Betten waren groß und geräumig. Das Personal im Hotel sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Die Fahrräder sind Basic, aber gut gewartet. Die Onsen waren sehr sauber, groß und sehr heiß. Perfekt nach einem Radfahrtag.

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz unser Geschmack, aber man konnte trotzdem etwas finden.
