Reviewed May 10, 2026お部屋はふたりでは勿体ないほど広く清潔で快適でした！貸切露天風呂があったりその他サービスも多く、朝夕のお食事もとても豪華でおいしかったですし、満足度がかなり高かったです◎
夕食が2部制なのはいいと思うのですが、1部目が17:45なのが旅行とかで行くと少し早い気がしました。

The location may be a little bit far away. Its much easier to reach by driving

The room especially on the 3rd floor smelled full of smoke and was everywhere. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in and we asked the front desk to make accomodations but they didn't help much. The room seemed dirty and old and outdated overall compares to the rest of the facilities which all looked renovated

部屋の冷蔵庫音が寝る時に気になりました。枕元ではなく部屋入口あたりに配置してはいかがでしょう。

貸切風呂が大人でも熱いと感じるぐらいの温度だったが、浴槽にカランもなく、遠くにあるシャワーから水を飛ばしても子供が入れる温度には到底下げられず、子供を浸からせる事が出来なかった。にも拘らず浴室は半外で寒いので、家族風呂自体を中止して諦めざるを得なかった。湯の熱さについてフロントに言っても何の反応も対応もなし

貸切のお風呂がめちゃめちゃ熱い。 後は食事。特に朝食フルーツとかパンとかもう少しバリエーションが欲しい。

チェックインの時に、貸切風呂の予約をするようになっていましたが、私達のチェックインの時間が16時半頃だった為、空いている貸切風呂の時間が夜中の1時くらいしか空いてなかったのが残念でした。 朝の時間では空きがあったので良かったです。 宿泊予約の時に選ぶ事ができれば嬉しいなと思いました。

あえていうなら、夜中に自分たち外で飲んで帰ってきたけど、そのまま入れたからセキュリティーが少し甘いかな。 そんな悪い人いるか分からないけど宿泊者以外が簡単に入ってはしないのかが心配かな。 どこの旅館も同じだけど、ビジネスとかは最近入口も暗所番号だったりするから。わすれたら入れないけど(笑)

良かった点になるかもしれませんが、夕食の料理の数が多すぎて残してしまいました。 満腹感100%実にもったいないことです。料理を作ってくれたシェフには申し訳けありません。

L’accès en voiture est facile, il y a deux parkings liés à l’hôtel (intérieur et extérieur) La chambre était spacieuse, ils préparent vos lits quand vous êtes au dîner. La sécurité est aussi au rdv car ils changent les codes d’accès tous les jours. Les repas étaient exquis. Nous avons adoré les ingrédients frais du jour, et le soin apporté à la présentation. La possibilité de réserver les deux onsens privés était très appréciée. Les produits skincare proposés dans les chambres ont eu un effet incroyable sur ma peau, je recommande x1000

今回6人で宿泊したのだが夕食及び朝食時のテーブルがとても狭くてグラスを置くスペースもない状態であった。 廻りを見てみると私たちと同じ大きさのテーブルを他の方たちは二人で使用していた。 テーブル2台を並べる等の工夫をしていただきたかった。 宿泊室は昭和の古さを感じた。 施設内の各所の照明がとても暗く年寄りには辛かった。
