Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Great location—only about 4 minutes from the station! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, updated, and surprisingly spacious. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026最上階（5階）のデラックスツインに宿泊しました。 なんといっても、お部屋と同じくらい広い専用バルコニーが最高でした。夜はバルコニーに出て鎌倉の夜風を浴びながらのんびり過ごすことができ、非日常感を味わえました。 ベッドスペースは畳が敷かれた和モダンな作りになっていて、靴を脱いで足を伸ばせるのがとてもくつろげました。鎌倉駅から歩いてすぐというアクセスの良さも抜群で、口コミで評判の朝食（おにぎりとお味噌汁）も美味しく大満足の滞在でした。
駅近で便利な立地なのですが、ホテルの入り口が少し奥まっていて最初は少し迷ってしまいました。 また、お部屋のお風呂のバスタブが広くてゆったり浸かれる分、お湯がたまるまでに少し時間がかかりました。入浴する際は、少し早めにお湯を張っておくことをおすすめします。

The location was amazing, really close to the train station and easy to walk to with our luggage and there were places to eat and see all around because it was so central. The breakfast was traditional and delicious and the room and amenities were fantastic, I would definitely stay were again.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026対応してくださったスタッフさんが皆さんめっちゃ優しくて丁寧で素敵でした！ お部屋は何か香りがついてるわけではなさそうでしたが、私にはすごく落ち着く匂いがして癒されましたぁ❤︎ バストイレは黒でまとめられたシンプルな感じで、より一層ワクワクしました！ あと！！朝ごはんのおにぎり&お味噌汁が美味しすぎました🤤（個人的に一番美味しかったおにぎりの具はカジキのしぐれ煮です！） ぜひまた泊まりたいです！！
強いて言うなら、洗面台にあるコップですが、蓋がついてたのに中に繊維？ホコリ？とかが入っててちょっと気になってしまいました😅

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Kamakura Hotel was right by the train station for both incoming from Tokyo and the Enoden train line and next to the main shopping street - but it was just removed enough to be quiet. The rooms we booked had super comfortable beds with a big bath and a balcony. But what stood out with this hotel was the amazing staff. From our incredible welcome to the way the staff greeted us as we arrived and left the hotel during our stay, and the bar staff as well as the included breakfast and how it was served - this was 5 star service and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is modern but has a traditional Japanese ryokan feeling about it. Truly a wonderful experience.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Veldig fint sted, perfekt lokasjon rett ved stasjonen. Rommene var fine, rene og personalet kjempehyggelige! Frokost var japansk, dvs suppe og ris som var gøy å spise når vi var i Japan.
At de tok ekstra bord kostnad for å ta en øl i baren, selv om det ikke var mye.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026何より、スタッフの皆さんの細やかな心配りがありがたかったです。部屋の雰囲気も心地良いものでしたし、お風呂も洋式のバストイレ一体式ではなく、浴槽の外でしっかり体を洗い流せるのが最高でした。朝食のおにぎりと味噌汁も大変気に入りました。
少しこじんまりとしたホテルかな？と感じましたが、限られた客室数なのは心地良いサービスを提供するためと伺い、なるほどと納得しました。

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026とにかく駅から近い（改札出て徒歩1分）のがとても良かったです（最初、ホテルまでの細い道に気づかず駅員さんに聞きましたが）。 宿泊日の午前中に荷物を預けて長谷寺、極楽寺、成就院、鎌倉高校前、江の島（岩屋道＆シーキャンドル）など、今回の目的の７割をこの日にこなし23,000歩近く歩いたので、駅近のホテルを選んで本当に良かったと思います。 スタッフさんの対応が良く、室内もとても綺麗でアットホームな感じのホテルでした。
敢えて書くとするならば、我々が泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、客室の扉が途中で止まってしまい、全開させるのにちょっと力が要りました。

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The hotel was situated right next to the Kamakura station, therefore perfectly located for coming with a train from Tokyo but also for exploration of surrounding areas. Rooms were spacious and the hotel staff kind. There is also a private sauna area that can be reserved in the hotel for 1.5h for an additional fee. That was a great experience.
Daily breakfast consisted of onigiris and miso soup. Would recommend to offer a bit more variety, albeit the food was undoubtedly delicious and filling. The room amenities were nice, shower pressure was a bit weak though.

Reviewed May 26, 2026It was right in the heart of Kamakura, near the station, next to the main shopping district an an easy walk to the Tsurugaoka Hachimangū shrine. The hotel itself is modern, just recently built. The staff was very helpful during our stay, making recommendations for places to eat. The room was very comfortable and larger than the normal. We had a rooftop patio with a nice view of Kamakura and comfortable seating. The bath tub was in a separate room and was quite deep and luxurious.
We ate breakfast out every my as the breakfast menu was very minimal. There are many places to eat around the center of Kamakura, but on certain days some of the were closed or not opened until later. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find which is funny because it is so close to the train station. Our phone maps gave conflicting directions. (There is a hotel with a similar name right next door.) The were minor complaints, but worth noting. We would definitely book the Kamakura hotel if we were planning to visit Kamakura again.

The room was amazing, with a lovely bathroom and a unique balcony view over the train station — and surprisingly very quiet inside. Would 100% recommend and would happily stay here again!

Un emplacement à deux pas de la gare sans nuissance sonore. A deux pas de la rue centrale, il suffit de traverser les voies ferrées. Idéal pour visiter et profiter du centre ville animé
Le petit petit-déjeuner traditionnel, un peu limité à mon goût. L'éclairage de la chambre est trop limité pour lire ( des livres) dans les meilleures conditions
