1. 清潔衛生：房間表面上看起來乾淨整潔，但是冰箱櫃的門下藏著很多灰塵(如圖)。 2. 房內設備：照明只有房間的一半，看書看手機都非常不方便；沒有遮光窗簾，影響睡眠品質； 房內沒有掛鉤、吊衣桿或衣櫃，浴巾及清洗後的衣物只能跟玄關的外出衣物掛在一起。 3. 備品：櫃檯提供的備品沒有盥洗用品，入住前要檢查是否帶齊，以免臨時需要還得外出購買。 4. 服務：沒有24小時櫃台，根據飯店提供的紙本說明， 相關服務人員只上班到晚上10點，如有任何需求須於晚上10點前通知。

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026朝食は鎌倉野菜が沢山使われていて満足でした。野菜のしゃぶしゃぶ美味しかったです。スタッフの対応も良く安心して滞在が出来ました。またロケーションが良いので疲れたらホテルに戻って休み、またショッピングしたり食事に行ったりと効率的に観光する事が出来ました
部屋の照明が暗くて読書や日記を書く時が不便でした。 照明の明るさの調節が出来ると良かったです。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026가마쿠라 역에서 걸어서 5분정도로 가깝습니다. 주변거리 조용합니다. 1층에 프로트데스크와 레스토랑의 3면이 통창으로 되어 있고 창밖에 다양한 나무들이 있어 숲속에 있는 듯한 기분이 들게 합니다. 조식은 일식과 양식 부페 인데 화려하지는 않아도 있을 건 다 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 더블룸에 묵었는데 방이 크지는 않았지만 혼자 지내기에는 충분했으며 깨끗했습니다.

Beim Frühstück wurde immer nur bodenbedeckt aufgefüllt. z.B.: Es waren noch 3 Ananasstücke da, dann wurden 8 kleine Stücke hinzugefügt und die Schüssel war noch immer so gut wie leer. Die Getränke waren nur so weit aufgefüllt, dass man es aufgrund des Behältnisses nicht einmal sehen konnte, ob etwas drinnen ist - so wenig war das. Die Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und dunkel.

強いて言えば、アメニティグッズが部屋に置いてなく(一階のカウンターにありましたが）、気付いた時にはシャワー後で部屋着に着替えていたので階下に取りに行くことが出来なかったこと。

Only small inconvenience is that there was only a very narrow storage vanity at the entry, so we had to put our clothes a little bit everywhere where we could find space in the room.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the hotel was gorgeous, and the location was great. Any time we spoke to the staff they were friendly and kind, and super helpful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat
It could be handy to have a little corner of the restaurant where some self-service facilities are available after hours. Many restaurants close a little early in Kamakura so being able to heat something up and eat it on site would be good

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Das Zimmer hat alles was es braucht und das Bett ist wirklich sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist super, 5 Gehminuten von der Kamakura Station und in etwa 15 Minuten beim Strand. Auch ist die Komachi-dori Shopping Street nicht weit. Generell sehr viele Restaurants drum herum aber das Hotel ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Fand es etwas schade, dass ich nur 2 Nächte da war - gerne länger :)

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The hotel had a lovely healthy and varied breakfast and was right by the station. The hotel itself is simple and stylish with a few amenities. Some staff spoke English and were very polite. Room was basic, neat and clean. It’s a good looking hotel with nice touches.
I did have to bring my own bedding, as they couldn’t offer anything non-feather, although they were very apologetic about it. No mug in the room although they had a stylish kettle ;) My local colleague bought bedding for me and I slept very well! Room was quiet and simple.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Cet hôtel magnifique est à moins de 5min de la gare. nous étions agréablement surprises par la chambre qui était plus grande que sur les photos (souvent très rare de tomber sur des chambres grandes au japon :)). le personnel était au petit soin et la localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la ville à pied.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel used to be called Kamakura Seizen and changed names just 2 weeks ago. Happy to recommend

Reviewed May 21, 2026The hotel is very modernistic in design with a minimalist vibe. The staff is very friendly and professional. Room is decent sized, and very clean. Breakfast comes in 3 options (sets), and we tried all 3! Location is on the quieter side of Kamakura Station, which is nice for those who prefer less crowd.
Some room amenities were not provided such as coffee cups (available for rental), razor (upon request), etc.

Les 3 petits déjeuners en option sont tous avec de la viande Manger 7 jours de suite deux feuilles de salade, un cm2 de quiche et un cm2 de carottes …c’est lassant et pour le prix de la chambre, c’est insuffisant
