RAS

We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed for another night or two. The hotel is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right next door, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only regret that we were here for just one night. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Staff e struttura davvero di qualità

Hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Huoneet todella siistit.

A beautiful and modern Japanese style hotel. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and the location is exceptional. So close to the train & bus station and main shopping strip.

Nothing to not like!

La chambre était confortable.

Rien en particulier.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful daily amenities, including warming eye masks, foot-relief patches, and bath salts.

Despite the room facing the street, the noise level was not too bad. There are only two washer-dryers, though, which can be a little inconvenient when guests don’t collect their laundry promptly. It would be great if the hotel could add a couple more machines.

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione. Atmosfera rilassante e naturale.

Amenities.. que lujo! Habitación amplia, clara, ideal para descansar. Bien situada, cerca de o estacion

Great location very close to the train station, clean rooms and very nice friendly staff.

Sehr großes Zimmer!

Hotel Eingang ist schwer zu finden! Wir sind zweimal um das Haus gegangen!

Central location to the station. Spaciuos rooms. Helpfull and friendly stuff. About 16 min walk to the beach.

Great location! Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel is very nice, lobby is very clean, lots of seating and coffee is provided! Laundry facilities on site is very convenient!

We had a double room and a two twin room. The double room was very small compared to the room with two beds. We could barely open our luggage in the double room while the twin room had a small couch and seating area with a much bigger bathroom.

The room, the service, the hotel design, the cleanliness. Everything was top-notch. The location was great, easy to access.

The breakfast. Service was great, but the options were poor. I’ve tried most of it, but the taste wasn’t that good. More often too sweet or tasteless. For 3000¥ per person, I think we could expect higher quality.

Great location, lovely rooms. Very clean and the staff were great.

Parking gets pricy if you leave the car there a while after check out.

The location is just 5 minutes walk towards the station. The staff are so professional and always helpful. The room and beds are very comfortable. My two sons and myself can stay in one room and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

No pool or jacuzzi

Hôtel magnifique, très très belle architecture.

The room is big and spacious, the toilet is also exceptionally big with the big bath tub and has big table to put our clothes, personal care items etc. The location is close, within walking distance to the Komachi dori shopping street. Besides has a family mart convenience mrt which is convenient. The hotel staffs are helpful, polite and patient. Their uniforms are very stylish. The hotel is attentive in providing facial care, plasters for aching legs, eyes masks for tired eyes etc. The toilet drawer has extensive amount of items to cater to the tiredness, exhaustion that tourists may experience during their trip. The television has international tv channels.

The television remote control has no English labels or instructions on the television to use the remote control. Will be helpful to have either one. It will be ideal if the hotel can have osen facilities:). It will also be good to have some hotel discounts for frequent stayers..

Clean and convenient

The staff at check-in and check-out were great. They spoke English, and were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were spotless. While the room we booked wasn't large, it had everything we needed - and a small sitting area and a large window. The bathroom and shower room were nicely appointed. We really appreciated the large counter top in the bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located in Kamakura town - a few minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the beach. There is a supermarket across the street and several restaurants with vegan options nearby.

Wish we could have stayed longer. :)

This hotel smells amazing the moment you walk through the doors. Check-in was quick and efficient with no waiting around. Everyone was incredibly polite, the room was spotless, and everything was thoughtfully prepared including complimentary pajamas. The location is excellent and close to everything. I’m so happy I chose to stay here!

Access to everything. Safe. Responsive to all questions.

Very convenient location, within 3 mins walk of the station and there is a super market right across the street.

House keeping could have been more attentive. We have requested a kids size pyjamas, but the next day the pyjamas is replaced by a new adult size one, whilst in other hotels house cleaning would notice the kids size and replace it with a kids size one.

Convenient location, near to train station & komachi street

Nothing

Fantastic modern hotel. Great rooms and location

Location

Coffee and tea at the lobby instead of room

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Modern, well thought out room design, comfortable, spacious and clean. Property is very central and close to train station and main shopping street. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money.

No complaints.

Super near to kamakura main station, just a 5mins walk. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They also gave freebies which was very much appreciated.

none

I like the room and its convenient location near shops.

too expensive

I like everything about the property: location, room layout and small personal items provided by the hotel. Everything details show how thoughtful they are.

Stylish hotel in a great location, short walk from the railway station and close to the Main Street Extremely clean with friendly professional staff Highly recommended

Location was very convenient to the train station and to the rest of town. Walked or took the train and bus to all the different restaurants, temples, forests, shops. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Rooms are not business size, and really appreciated the extra space
