Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Hotel neuf et moderne dans le centre de Querétaro. Prestations de qualité, le personnel est très accueillant. Le restaurant propose des plats et cocktails vraiment délicieux.
Pas de pommeau de douche et carrelage très glissant dans la douche et la salle de bain. Des travaux ont commencé dans le bâtiment voisin lors de notre séjour sans que l'on soit informés. Coups de marteau de 8h à 18h qui résonnaient dans toutes les chambres. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Las fotos del cuarto son idénticas, hotel boutique pequeño pero acogedor. La terraza muy linda y riquísima comida. La ubicación excepcional . No había secadora y muy atento el staff me la consiguió.
Si tenía black out las cortinas , sin embargo, el baño tenía una ventana y la puerta del baño era transparente entonces no había black out, entraba mucha luz.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Had a nice lunch on a rainy day. Then the servers tried to charge us for a used book that fell off the couch while my son was looking at it. They claimed the book was damaged. The server would not give us the receipt for our lunch until we agreed to pay $540 pesos. We said that was ridiculous. The young man working threatened to call the police and then tried to block my husband from leaving. We were able to leave and refused to pay but it was a very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel or restaurant.

No ayudan en nada, no tiene parqueadero, y tiene que llevar el auto y al salir ni ayudan con las maletas, no ofrecen servicio de qué ver o visitar si vas por primera vez. Por el precio, las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. Cobran por mascota pero no dan servicio y no dejan nada para la mascota. Está en un pueblo de México pero parece que estarías en Europa por la música que ponen. Booking.com me cobró el desayuno pero el mismo no fue reflejado, o sea, salí sin tomar desayuno. No me dieron mi factura y cuando pregunté me dicen tengo que enviar un correo para algo tan sencillo. En el restaurante mi esposa pidio su sopa y pidio nada animal enla misma, esta lego con cerdo, la sopa de crema que pedi estubo fria, por el precio que pagas creo esperas mejor calidad.

No me gustó nada del alojamiento la estancia fue pésima el trato pésimo y el servicio pésimo no contaba ni con desayuno que había en la carta para los clientes. Nos tuvimos que levantar y irnos a desayunar al Vips, una desastre de Hotel

Hay bata de baño deliciosa, pantuflas y en general la crema, los jabones y demás son de buena calidad. El ambiente de la habitación es cálido y el hotel está en una excelente ubicación.
Por la noche hay mucho ruido, supuse que era el elevador que suena constantemente, personalmente no afecta mi sueño pero supongo que para otros huéspedes sí. No entendí nunca el manejo del control de la televisión. Para mejorar el servicio pueden incluir desayuno.

En el primer cuarto que nos asignaron, salió una cucharacha medio muerta, todavía se le movían las patas, supongo que por efectos de la fumigación. Rápidamente nos cambiaron el cuarto.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Ich war nun mehrfach im Casa Santiago, immer wieder aufgrund der gut eingerichteten Zimmer, geräumiges Bad, der super Lage direkt im Centro Histórico von Querétaro sowie dem am Hotel angeschlossenen Restaurant Carola mit schöner Dachterrasse, hervorragendem Service und sehr gutem Frühstück sowie auch sehr guter Küche am Abend. Alles in allem sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Privatreisen eine sehr gute Empfehlung!
Die Böden in den Zimmern sollten etwas öfter feucht ausgewischt werden, wobei diese immer sauber, aber etwas staubig sind (Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen, hier 7 Tage).

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was small but big enough for my wife and I. The water pressure in the shower was low but it's a good method to conserve water. The curtains in the unit where we stayed did not give enough privacy. If we're are in Queretaro again we would stay here again.

Indifferent staff, appeared they are just sitting around. Sometimes the reception desk was with no staff. Restaurant often empty but cooks and other help just sitting around, perhaps because no business

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025Muy bien, el servicio es bueno , cuidan los detalles , está limpio. Pero las habitaciones dan al mismo pasillo y se oye todo . El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadra es el público de plaza constitución en mero centro te rebolsn los gastos pero si Traes varias cosas te recomiendo ir a dejarlas al hotel y luego llevar tu auto y regresar ! Es autoservicio.. pero si llegas noche esto puede ser un tema . Sin embargo tiene detalles que te apapachan. Como cafecito de prensa y euro te !

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025Great facilities- all amenities- Fridge- hairdryer- complimentary water- ac/heat- 5 star facility at an extremely affordable cost. I highly recommend it and we are returning to Queretaro in April and will definitely stay there.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Everything was clean, beautiful, people very nice. They took care le every detail form the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a refreshing drink, cookies at night, very comfortable beds and linens, soaps and creams in the bathroom great, they left us a delicious pie in the room, there were drinks in the corridors for all guests to enjoy
No pool or other leisure time activities within the hotel. No views to the street or outside. The compensated this with beautiful paintings

Room was very small, no place to sit except the bed. Their muzak was very loud outside my room and it was almost as loud in the room. They would turn it down when asked, but I had to ask a couple of times a day. Bing Crosby several times a day for 5 days! The day before I checked out, I asked them to arrange a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The man at reception said he would, but when I went to check out, the whole reception floor was dark, there was no one at reception even though the description says they have 24 reception desk, and there was no taxi. This is not good at 5:00 am. The nightwatchman eventually came, turned on some lights and tried to be helpful, but he couldn't find any information and really didn't know what to do. I was able to get an Uber, so got to the airport. I would not stay there again because reliability really is important.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2024The hotel is really nice, the staff was also very nice and helpful. The rooms are of good size with all the amenities you need, comfortable bed, functional restroom, everything was great. The only difficulty is parking. The hotel does not have their own parking lot, you will have to find public parking, pay and get reimbursed. Other than that, the hotel was great!
