Das eigene Parkhaus iat sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer ist schön und das Bett war bequem.

Es kam aehr wenig Wasser bei der Douchbraise. Es war vor dem Zimmer die ganze Nacht relativ laut. Das Fenster hatte davor Lärm, wegen einer grossen Strasse. Wir hatten das Fenster die ganze Nacht geöffnet, weil die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktionierte. Am Frühstück war der Kaffee nicht lecker.

We had a very bad experience leaving this hotel. We booked one taxi for 5 people through the hotel to take us to the airport early on Monday morning. We then found that strangely 2 taxi arrived they said the could not take 5 in one taxi even though one was booked. We were then charged 35 euro for each taxi total 70 euros. I feel that this was a scam and that we were grossly overcharged The hotel has some responsibility for booking this as they arranged the taxi for us at reception. Not good!

Estubimos en una habitación que daba a la calle principal. Imposible dormir con el ruido (coches, gente, etc). Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal estan muy mal insonorizadas para el ruido que viene de la calle. IMPORTANTE, SI OS QUIEREN OFRECER UNA HABITACION CON VISTAS A LA CALLE PRINCIPAL, DECIR NO. HAY QUE PEDIR UNA INTERIOR.

Esperienza inaccettabile presso il TURIM Oporto Hotel. Durante il mio soggiorno, mentre mi trovavo all'interno della mia stanza (camera 603) a riposare, la porta è stata improvvisamente aperta da un'altra coppia di ospiti. La reception aveva erroneamente fornito loro la chiave e l'accesso alla mia stessa camera. Trovarsi persone sconosciute all'interno della propria stanza da letto è una violazione gravissima della sicurezza e della privacy personale. A fronte di un fatto di tale gravità, la gestione dell'hotel è stata del tutto inadeguata, limitandosi a un'offerta del tutto irrisoria (dei drink al bar) e rifiutando di assumersi la responsabilità con un formale rimborso per il grave disservizio patito. Assistenza deludente anche dal servizio clienti di Booking.com, che non ha fornito un supporto tempestivo a tutela dell'ospite. Sconsiglio vivamente la struttura a chiunque cerchi uno standard minimo di sicurezza e professionalità.

Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación buena.

El primer día te indican que tienes una botella de agua de cortesía y luego resulta que tienes que pedirla cada día para que te la pongan. El desayuno variado pero el zumo y café de máquina no eran muy buenos.

Muy bueno todo. La habitacion muy completa y espaciosa. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. El personal muy amable.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Es war eher laut und auch nachts hat man die Autos gut gehört. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht gut.

Situación del hotel y modernidad del mismo. Tiene un rooftop aprovechable para descansar con algo de música y cocktails.

Descanso. Ruido. Es fundamental dormir bien en un hotel. Todo lo de demás es secundario y nunca compensa una mala noche. Dicho esto, las habitaciones de la planta 1 dan una calle muy ruidosa y se escucha todo. No es posible descansar. Ignoro si las superiores son mejores.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza. Si vuelvo a Porto ya se dónde me alojo.

The hotel is really modern and clean, decent breakfast and a super friendly staff. The location is really good specially to those who like to be out at night with many bars and nightclubs at a walking distance.

The air conditioning isn’t the strongest, I was told it was a chronic issue of the building.

Rooms were large and breakfast good.

Good location, very clean room with enough space for 2 people. There was a shower which we prefer. Nice balcony view to the city skyline. Lots of options for breakfast, even hot food options. Comfortable beds, very quite, there's AC. There's a rooftop with a very nice view, also a pool but we saw some children with diapers in it so our attraction to go there quickly dissapeared.

Coffee was extremely bad. Quality was like one of those coffee machines that you can find in the parking lots. Smell in the room was very irritating, strong, almost felt a headache of it.

Hotel bem central e sofisticado

Posizione eccellente: Comodissima per girare il centro a piedi e a soli 2 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana Trindade, perfetta per tutti gli spostamenti. Struttura e camere: Hotel moderno, bello e curato nei dettagli. Stanza pulita e ben accogliente.

Servizio nella media: Il personale si è dimostrato discreto, ma senza particolari lodi o attenzioni degne di nota. Nota: Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione, quindi non possiamo valutarlo.

Para empezar la llegada, una de las recepcionistas estaba con el móvil y no hizo caso. A parte de eso no hay donde dejar vehículo para descargar maletas y parking completo, no deja plaza a clientes. Desayunos con mucha gente, y si llegas tarde no te ponen comida.

Le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel. La propreté de l'hôtel est impeccable. Le choix au buffet du petit déjeuner est au rdv, c'est très varié et bon. La localisation est parfaite, le séjour peut se dérouler sans utiliser les transports en commun. Le bar de l'hôtel fait de bons cocktails.

Estancia perfecta. Hotel muy bonito, con una decoración cuidada y con mucho gusto, en pleno centro de Oporto. Todo muy limpio y cuidado, con habitaciones y baños muy espaciosos. Excelente atención en recepción y un buffet de desayuno muy completo. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

Φοβερο ξενοδοχειο, στην καρδια της πολης, με πολυ καλο πρωινο, μεγαλα και ανετα δωματια και μπανιο και με καθημερινη καθαριοτητα. Οι χωροι του ξενοδοχειου πολυ προσεγμενοι και μοντερνοι. Πολυ ομορφο roofbar με θεα στο δημαρχειο και την πολη!

Struttura ottima, molto ben organizzata, pulizia ed attenzione al cliente eccellenti. In più si trova in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Porto sevendosi degli eccellenti mezzi pubblici di trasporto.

Pequeno Almoço muito vulgar deviam mudar e ter mais opções saudáveis, e não do pessoal do restaurante, porque pedi a ementa do restaurante e nunca me responderam e quando liguei do quarto disseram que não havia sopa eu que tinha uma criança comigo achei mau.

Todo. Muy centrico y el personal muy atento y agradable

emplacement idéal, près du métro et du centre, on peux tout faire à pied depuis l'hôtel mais avec de bonnes jambes, a porto ça monte et ça descend tout le temps. le personnel très agréable et arrangeant. le petit déjeuner très complet pour satisfaire tout le monde. Bien que découvert le dernier jour, le rooftop avec piscine et bar est magnifique. la chambre avec climatisation était très confortable et bien équipée; la rue devant étant pavée on entend le passage des voitures, sans nous avoir dérangé.

Que des détails : je trouve qu'il manque une brochure dans la chambre avec les diverses explications et renseignements. le premier jour nous avions une carafe d'eau dans la chambre mais pas le deuxième, ce n'est pourtant pas grand chose et ca parait être le minimum. Même chose pour les sachets de café (1 sachet décaféiné et 1 normal) ??? si on est deux on ne pourrait pas avoir deux sachets de chaque ? J'imagine que tout ceci aurait été rétabli si nous avions appelé la réception mais je n'aime pas demander et le barrage de la langue.

Un hôtel très bien situé . Nous avons apprécié les chambres confortables et très bien décorées, le toit terrasse avec la mini piscine pour se détendre après ces journées marathon ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié. Le parking pour la voiture à été un plus car il n'est pas évident de se garer à Porto.

Fijn en super net hotel. Net iets verder van het drukke gedeelte van Porto maar prima te lopen. Keurige kamers, ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt tegen betaling.
