Falta de tapetes no quarto. Base de duche com indícios de humidade. Não havendo um dispensador de sabonete líquido e tendo optado por um sabonete sólido, falta uma base para se colocar após utilização.

Péssima , ao chegar na recepção para o check in ficamos esperando por 15 min na recepção , o único atendente estava preparando um quarto , teto do quarto cheio de reboco ao deitar parecia que estava em um quarto em obras , vazamento de água no banheiro que deixou o banheiro todo molhado , pedi para verificarem assim q cheguei , secaram somente e mais nada foi feito , deixando o banheiro a cada uso da pia todo molhado , teto do banheiro cheio de infiltrações com mofo , chão do quarto extremamente sujo

Qualidade do quarto

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer waren gemütlich und ruhig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts. Es gab gratis Kaffee, Wasser und Süsses am Nachmittag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Lage hat uns nicht sehr überzeugt, war dann doch ein gutes Stück zum Laufen bis man mal irgendwo war. Die Metro Station war auch nicht sehr nahe. Preis Leistung war dafür sehr gut. Was ich persönlich als sehr nervig empfand, waren die vielen Mails vor dem Aufenthalt. Auch die Abfrage der Kreditkartendaten um die Reservation zu garantieren vor der Anreise über einen Link, fand ich ziemlich unnötig. Die Mails können aber gut ignoriert werden und es hat doch geklappt mit der Reservation.

Great location! Very clean, tidy and quite, with a lovely modern room. We didnt have breakfast, but the terrace and main reception and dining room looked lovely.

Shower head was slightly broken.

Um pequeno hotel muito central, com uma decoração cuidada e um excelente pequeno-almoço. O nosso quarto era espaçoso e tinha varanda.

Mesmo sendo virado para as traseiras do prédio, ouvia-se muito ruído das máquinas de ar-condicionado. Achei demasiado caro para um quarto sem pequeno-almoço (pagámos à parte) e sem nenhuma comodidade como piscina, sauna ou ginásio.

A gorgeous hotel right in the centre. The room was lovely and everything looked new. The staff were great, helpful and discreet. The room was cleaned really well every day . I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

La ubicacion de la habitacion: nos dieron una habitacion en el primer piso que daba a la calle y tuvimos que pedir que nos la cambiaran por el ruido de los coches. Nos la cambiaron en cuanto tuvieron otra disponible. Que hubiera bañera sin agarrador para entrar.

Taccagneria nelle saponette in uso nel bagno siamo in due stiamo 3 giorni la dotazione è stata una saponettina grande quanto una moneta da 2 euro mai aggiunta..il dispenser del sapone liquido era nella doccia.. La colazione degna di un buon 3 stelle. Non 4.. Poca scelta di yogourt la domenica e il lunedì il martedì non c era più yogourt..la macchina del caffè il lunedì era fuori uso.. Per il resto molti prodotti commerciali

Nice hotel, clean, spacious room. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Good location, around 20-30 minutes to walk down to the river, close to restaurants, bars and shops.

If I’m being picky, breakfast could be improved by offering freshly cooked hot food. The eggs were not great after sitting for some time in the pan. Also the water in the shower was difficult to get to a nice temperature, it was scalding or cold.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Pur Oporto. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war super freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass trotz des guten Wetters für das Frühstück die Außenterrasse nicht eingedeckt war. Man musste jeden Morgen beim Personal nachfragen...

This was a beautiful hotel! We were given a huge room with a king bed and it made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the AC was good and the bathroom was very nice. The back terrace and welcome glass of port was a nice way to settle in.

This was a bit of a walk from most things so keep that in mind. Also the 15€ breakfast was definitely not worth it - skip that for sure.

It was a beautiful hotel that was in a quiet area.

Pretty much everything was perfect. I would have preferred a higher quality hairdryer and maybe a robe. But those are necessarily necessities.

Servicio de limpieza habitaciones pésimo, debajo de la cama había polvo y pelusa de un mes .Las limpiezas de los baño diario pésima ,creo q pasaban la fregona y poco mas,la misma mancha del wc ahí quedo hasta 4 dias.

Posizione abbastanza centrale, con 5 minuti di camminata di raggiungono le principali attrazioni. Colazione buona e varia e staff molto disponibile. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il parcheggio interno, molto comodo. Camera ampia e pulita.

Hotel super, obsługa jak zobaczyła że jestem w bardzo złym stanie (rozłożyło mnie w dzień przyjazdu) dołożyła wszelkich starań, żebyśmy dostali pokój wcześniej. Pokój super, śniadanie zróżnicowane.

L'insonorisation des chambres trop bruyant

Die Unterkunft punktet durch die Zimmer mit Balkon. Dies ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Auch die Lage sehr gut, nicht weit von der Innenstadt, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die dünnen Wände waren allerdings etwas unangenehm. In der Nacht hörte man durchgehend laufendes Wasser, als würde eine laufende Wasserleitung direkt hinter dem Bett vorbeilaufen. Negativ aufgefallen ist leider das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet. Hatten uns 1x Frühstück dazu gebucht, und fühlten uns um 8:00 Uhr morgens sehr unwillkommen. Es wurde noch gemütlich Kaffeegetrunken, sich beim Buffet bedient und man hatte das Gefühl, dass man sie beim gemütlichen Frühstück (privater Natur) stört. Es spricht eigentlich nichts dagegen, aber vl. nicht vor den Gästen, da ich leider kein Portugiesisch spreche, kann ich auch nicht sagen, worüber so abschätzig gelacht wurde.

Lobby is lovely and staff were great, exceptionally helpful. Decor is fab as well.

The bathrooms have mold. They caulk over to cover it but it’s mold. Vinegar cleaning would not go amiss. Also the rain showers are great but not for the super tight space. Some of the rooms were not spatially well thought out. Parking is also horrible. Having to get a key from the front desk and then go to open the door across the street is ridiculous. If I didn’t have travel companions with me to help it would’ve been impossible to do on my own. The parking lot under the hotel is also insanely tight. I had to park there on my last night in Porto and was terrifying. My travel companions had to block traffic so I could get out. It’s on Rua Santa Catarina but on the part of the rua that turns questionable…

1 coffee pod got damaged in the machine and the following day they didn't get replenished and reception didn't have any. Fortunately there are some great coffee shops and eateries within walking distance.

Die Lage ist top. Man ist zu Fuß in 8 Minuten mitten in der Fußgängerzone und an der Markthalle. Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber. Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei, die Auswahl war schön angerichtet und alles war sehr lecker. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder ☺️

Soundproofing terrible, I could hear the people next to me chatting and laughing at midnight and couldn’t sleep. I could hear them the next morning also when they were just speaking to each other normally so it was definitely the sound proofing. Such a shame as the hotel spent a lot of money on design and design elements but sound proofing seems to be lacking. When I arrived they gave me a twin room with two single sized small beds, no chance I could get a good night sleep on such a small bed. I requested for a double bed and they only had one room available which was a downgrade. I took that one as I was only staying one night and sleeping on a comfortable bed was my top priority. Room was small but fine for one night. A gesture like offering breakfast or some refund for the downgrading would have been nice but nothing was offered.

This wasnt my first stay at the hotel, and I would gladly return again. The hotel is cozy, the location is perfect for my trips to Porto, and the breakfast is excellent. Overall, I always enjoy staying here.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. after more than 24 hours of traveling. I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, but no rooms were available, which I understand. However, there was no option for a paid early check-in either, so I had to wait until after 3:00 p.m. to access my room. After such a long journey, a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated.

The location was amazing! We were able to go to most of the main locations walking. It made it so easy for us to get around the city and to save a bit of money too. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel is very convenient too.

We had many issues with the Air Conditioner. For a few days, it was very hot, and we were not able to get it fixed. Also, I feel like we need a bit more space in the room's bathroom. The size was great, but we had no space to put our stuff. Maybe a bit more shelfs for the guests would be helpful.

La ubicación, en una de las calles principales de Oporto, hace que estés en pleno centro pero sin ruido porque esta en el límite donde acaban las tiendas y restaurantes. Puedes ir andando a todos lados. La habitación preciosa, enorme, la decoración moderna con mucho estilo, con todo detalle, cafetera de cápsulas, la cama comodisima. El cuarto de baño igual, espacioso, con artículos de aseo, incluso zapatillas.

Me encantó el hotel, repetiría. Es acogedor, tiene buen trato, buen desayuno y variado. Es súper céntrico.

Me dieron una habitación para persona con movilidad reducida, que pensé que bien! Pero para mi sorpresa la bañera es más alta de lo normal, si tenía bañera en lugar de plato de ducha. Pedí el cambio, pero no me dijeron nada más y me duché con ayuda. Y si quieres usar el bidé, reza de no clavarte el palo que hay en un mal sitio.

The breakfast buffet was in a very cramped area with little space to move around each other

The room was excellent, comfortable bed, beautiful terrace very clean, small fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. Very comfortable indeed.

The arrangement with parking is tricky. You’ve gotta stop get the key and then park across the other side of the road…. Better to have the door opening remotely, more convenient and safer for sure. I also think they need to have some sort of bar service.
