Provider-sourced guest reviews.
It was a small, clean room but my door did not lock and people came into my small room when I was trying to sleep. This made me get no sleep but I was laying down. There were no phone charging station and the thermostat didn't change anything. If the room locked locked it would feel safer. The bathrooms are outside, this is literally just a closet with a recliner.
I appreciated the fact that I could remain right at the airport
Difficult to find, need more signs. The bed is too stiff, they don't offer memory foam overlay. AC is not working, it was too hot and couldn't reduce the temperature. No shower, no bathroom. Finally it is way too expensive for what it offers, terrible value for money
rude customer service
GOOD SERVICES
It was very comfortable
They provide you with a seat in an enclosure. Wifi is avaliable but since the cubicles are stacked one beside the other, tv available on the wall of the enclusure may not be used. Could not sleep at all, but had a place to keep my bags while i left for food and shopping.
Rude staff and so loud you couldnt sleep
(1) The room is very small as expected, but if you really need to lie down and have a few hours of sleep before the next fly, it is absolutely good choice. If you feel cold, you can always ask the staff for a blanket. (2) It was very quiet during my stay. Bear in mind to move quietly, close the door lightly and speak softly as not to disturb others. Then everyone will have a good sleep. (3) The staff at the reception was very helpful and cheerful while the staff at the sleeping area was a bit cool and did not talk much. I suppose it was because he tried to keep as quiet as possible; perhaps some smile and kind gestures may help avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. (4) The reception is right beside C14. As the airport is really very large, it will take rather a long walk to get to the reception. The sleeping area is hidden behind the duty free shops downstairs. After checking in at the reception, turn around to C16, turn left and go downstairs to the duty free shop area. Turn left to the cosmetics shop, but do not go into the shop. Instead, turn left again, then turn right and you will see a small logo "sleep 'n fly". Inside is the sleeping area while there are public toilets and a drinking water dispenser on the other side.
Very clean
Used this for a stopover to get some downtime and freshen up. It was hard to find and had no toilets or shower room available. Ridiculous waste of money
Wonderful
For 8 hours, this cost over £150.00. On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience. I cannot fault the convenience of having a place to sleep during a long lay over. The 3* review is for the cost to reserve a double bed - feels utterly extortionate. I only booked this to ensure my 8 month old baby could get some sleep somewhere. You get a bed space, a plug, usb-c, usb charging points. There are no toilets so you haw to use the airports which are just outside but extremely busy as it’s next to the duty free - these were not clean. There are no showers unless you go to terminal B. I believe there are cheaper alternatives to booking this other than the likes of Expedia, Trivago, etc by having a lounge pass membership - however I was not aware of this at the time. On the whole, very expensive for a short and very basic convenience.
Thanks for putting such at the Airport
It was very nice. I enjoyed
The door lock did not work properly and the AC was difficult to figure out
THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. GREAT SERVICE AN D NICE ACCOMMODATIONS!
Place was quiet, isolated from the terminal turmoil, yet, a little over priced
Well kept
I arrived at this hotel very tired and the staff didn't have right information about my stay. Front desk kept on insisting that I will have to checkout earlier than my booking time. This was very annoying because I was very tired. Hotel doors do not have any locks, which is the first time I saw a hotel with no locks on the doors. Your valuables will be at risk if you leave those in hotel room and go to toilet which is outside the hotel. Hotel does not have any restroom facility and you have to walk out and use public toilets which sometimes are closed for cleaning. One small pillow and a small blanket is provided which is not packed and doesn't look like they are washed between uses. This hotel should not be allowed to operate as it lacks basic necessities to be called a hotel.
The property is good for some one who has long layover but yhe cleaness of the bed is not upto the mark
Provides a service but pretty basic.
Staff was rude in explaining check in and check out times and gave false information to my parents and did not give clarification. Knocked on the door while they were asleep and made them scared. Not professional whatsoever
Decent but expensive overnight rest. The lock at the door did not work and I could not change the AC settings.
Decent but very expensive for what it is overnight stay
Great sleep cosy
Nice and clean room. We can sleep well after long flight, so we're ready to another flight.
The stay was very good and very quiet
It was a good place for a night's rest, I recommend it
It was a good place for a night's rest, I recommend it
Quiet and comfortable place to spend during a long layover
Fake advertising
Clean, reasonably comfortable, good temperature, nice staff, great location for a quick rest, good value given location.
Ideal when you have a long layover between flights.
Good
Yes, It sure is ok there for a few hours to sleep and be able to lie down. The only negative about it all is that the surface to lie on is rather hard….further …perfect for me. Not needing to go off the airport is a great plus as well. So, Thank you Sleep 'n Fly….I'll be back
It would have been fine however someone was drilling and hammering the whole time from construction . Not very conducive to sleep. Also the mosque is next door which become very loud when its prayer time. I’m reconsidering this as we have booked it for our return trip
Handy place to stay to get a sleep but very basic and no toilet or shower.
Very clean and quiet very friendly staff
I recently stayed at the Sleep 'n Fly Sleep Lounge, to catch a cat nap during an overnight layover. The space I ended up with was about the size of an Emirates Air business-class seat. It was comfortable enough to rest for about five hours before my next flight. As the booking stated, they did not provide a bathroom; thus, washing up and brushing my teeth in the public bathroom wearing my pajamas was a bit awkward. Given how busy the DXB airport is, even in the middle of the night, it helped to have a quiet place to rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Both attendants, Alex and Robyn were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was satisfied with my choice, for which I paid about $120. However, for a longer layover, you may want to consider some more comfortable choices, either at the airport or nearby.
Room was good and very quiet. Stayed there 10 hours. There is room for you to keep luggage and stuff.
It was very compact for 2 people but quiet and comfortable once lying down. The directions for finding it could have been a lot better eg follow the signs for "Connections" until you go through security and then find gate C13. It was a very long walk. Also, there are no bathrooms in the facility. You have to go out to the public toilets. Overall good but quite expensive for what it is.
Short stay due to long stop at airport. Room was fine for a short sleepover. A bit noisy but would recommend for a few hours if you wish to sleep
Quiet except for crying baby
A little expensive for the size and lack of washrooms but clean
It was hard to find the reception. It would be much easier if there were clear directions next to which gate the lounge is located
took 1.30 h to get to the pod landing in the same terminal. no shower facility available at the pod.
Nice
Slept like a log for 9 hours. Very happy.
Good
The pod was clean but cramped for the price charged. Also, currently Sleep n Fly in Dubai does not have its own communal bathrooms and showers like you find at Changi airport in Singapore. It should have them. I am not likely to use them again.
The stay was poor. Directions to accommodation Also poor. We couldn't believe there was no toilet or wash facilities on suite. We had to wash and ablute in what can only be called public toilets. The only positive is it was air-conditioned and quiet. I would Equate this stay to a Very poor glamping experience. We used a well earned free night after ten hotels.com stays that only covered half the price and sadly regret the whole experience. I can only hope hotels .com never market this again. If they do I will have to consider our association with their site .from their site.
The door lock was troublesome
What a great idea. We were exhausted when we arrived at the Dubai airport. We had a 12 hour layover and this sleep and fly cabin was just what we needed. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was right in the middle of a very busy airport. It was clean, quiet, and very easy to find. The restrooms were very close by and clean. Good experience. We felt rested when we boarded our 15 hour flight. I highly recommend.
There were mosquitoes and the staff was not helpful
It's very difficult to find this sleep and fly lounge. Walked for more almost an hour inside the Airport even after taking the train to C Gates. There is no sign. It's hidden next to a bathroom and a prayer room for female. Had to ask an Airport staff at the end when exhausted searching for it. Still found it hard to locate even after the direction for an Airport staff. For a few hours of sleep, it's a good place but no washroom or shower facilities. I was told by the receptionist that I have to walk a few minutes to go to a lounge, probably Marhaba lounge and pay them for a shower. Later after leaving the sleep and fly lounge, got to know from an Airport staff that there are free showers available too. Found it at the end near Gate B14 and B19 at Terminal 3 but they don't have towels. I wasn't carrying any, so again couldn't take shower but I know now for the next time what all to expect. Before this one, I stayed in Aerotel hotel in Singapore Changi Airport Airside. They have good bathrooms with shower facility for a very little bit of higher price. I won't mind paying a little extra for that comfort and this sleep and fly lounge was missing that badly.
The staff was very disrespectful and rude. I had to call expedia for assistance. Still resulted in me not being able to check in. They refuse to give me a refund, credit or just transfer me to another place to rest. I lost money and spent over 12 house in airport. Not the way to treat anyone.
too small room even though you could not turn over
The advertisement is false The rate is three hours slots although it says one night It is absolute rip off and absolute false advertisement Do not fall for it I had to keep paying every two hours to be able to stay for the advertised one night It is a trap
The location is not well advertised. There needs to be more signs , directions on the location within the airport
Never again
Convenient but too small
I was on a very long layover at Dubai so I booked a double room at Sleep & Fly for 10 hours. I was surprised that I enjoyed my stay as I read mixed reviews from other travelers on this premise. The staff was very nice, and the area was quiet and clean. I was able to stretch my legs and had a good night sleep. I woke up refreshed and ready for my connecting.
In a pinch a great place to stay for a quick rest
I was charged for a whole six hours when they have a 2 hourly rate on site. I was only able to stay 2 hours - I think it was a complete rip off!
Place is hard to find, hidden behind the wall - not enough signage. Managed to get a few hours of sleep. No toilet and no shower room in the facility Gate C, but there is a toilet nearby and shower is available at extra charge in other facility. Room is not sound proof, make sure to have a good noise cancelling headphone although they provide an ear plug if required.
Convenient for a couple of hours sleep rather than an uncomfortable airport chair. Juat be awate these are just sleep pods and aren't very big, I'm 6ft and couldn't lay down straight, tge bed is also very hard. They also dont have toilet or wash facilities and you have to use the airport toilets.
No shower or toilet in the rooms that are located in sector c! Also it it's not mentioned on hotels site
There are no restroom, water, or any type of service. The place is nearly impossible to find and the staff is useless.
The facility had exactly what wanted/needed.
My stay at sleep N Fly was very nice affordable and comfortable only negative comment if you need to use the bathroom you had to get dressed and leave the facility
Great for short rest during transit flight
A great way to recharge during a long layover. I got a solid 6 hours of undisturbed sleep that helped me to bounce back to my normal sleep/wake schedule when I returned home. A real must for business travelers.
No shower, no toilets
Tiny cubicle. No room to change. No facilities.
we did not like the fact that we cancelled one of four bookings and it still hasn't been refunded four weeks later and the virtual chat denies knowing about the credit card details yet was happy to accept four bookings. the itinerary number they do not recognise even though we have it in writing on email a number of times they do not reply to emails about our refund and do not provide anumber to ring a real person.
I booked it for my mom the price for 10 hrs was reasonable and staffs were friendly and helpful 🙂
This is probably a must when there's plenty of time between your connection flights
WC and shauer are in the public area
Not a sheet , a pillow , water nothing… asking was a inconvenience. Difficult to find hidden between toilets and prayer Total rip off fir 7 hours Would not recommend and never use again
Could be a bit more neater
They should provide better service like hotel. At least water bottle and washroom.
I liked the staff but rather difficult to access. Check-in upstairs rest downstairs. Also extremely small. Cannot stand up in space without opening door.
Great option for a few hours sleep if you have a long layover in Dubai. A little difficult to find as not very well signed and no bathroom or shower facilities at site.
Room had no bedding and was extremely warm. Booked a double and got given a single. Could not stay there. Cannot recommend this property at all.
The room was quiet, which is it's one perk. The bed was really uncomfortable (basically just a fold down leather seat). No bedsheet was provided. It would be adequate for a quiet work space, but not great for sleeping. Very overpriced for the quality of the amenities.
Hotel is hidden behind cosmetic shop on ground floor giving it the right amount of privacy and quiet. Staff was super professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
